Zip Line - Indiana

Indiana may not be a state you think of when it comes to zip lining, but you would be missing out on an adventure. Indiana offers the Ohio River, 24 state parks, 13 state forests, 14 nature preserves, and 9 reservoirs for outdoor attractions. It is fast becoming a state to be known for its zip line adventures.

Zip lining may begin in the forests where it is combined with nature hikes or paintball fun, but you can continue your vacation with other vacation activities too. Indiana was once known as a wild and unpredictable frontier, so historic locations like old ghost towns may be a part of your afternoon after a morning zip line tour.

Indiana has also provided some of the most famous stars of our history like James Dean, Michael Jackson, Jimmy Hoffa, Kurt Vonnegut, and John Mellencamp. A tour of all their old homes or cities may add to the spice of zip lining through one of the many forests the state has to offer.

Indiana is not just the Hoosier State or the 19th to be added to the union. It is a state that has a variety of activities and zip line adventures that await you.

This was my first time doing a zipline and this was a fantastic experience! Very safe experience with a professional yet fun group of staff! The twilight zip was the perfect time of day for a hot summer activity. The ziplines were fast and long enough for adventure seekers, yet not overly intimidating for those who are a bit fearful of height and speed. Highly recommend and would definitely go again if I am in that area again!

My first time to zipline! I'm so glad I picked Squire Boone Caverns Zipline Adventures!!! 5 Stars to June & Doug! They are Awesome!!! I am hooked now and I will be back many times! I was solo...but it didn't matter...all 10 people were so friendly! Do yourself a favor and check this out! I have promise...you won't regret it!!!

We will definitely be heading back to do a longer tour. The crew was all professional, personable, friendly, and kept our 110 girls (11-18 in age) calm and excited about trying something new. The owners were fabulous to work with and very accommodating. You won’t go wrong choosing to zipline with this awesome group!

I found the Zip-lining experience to be exhilarating! I was surprised that my fear of heights was minor compared to the thrill of flying through the air . Chase and Gary were the best tour guides and made the whole experience so much fun. Our group went in late October. Can't wait for the Spring to take another group out there!

Best zipline ever. With the longest one at 2700’ it is amazing! They have an awesome setup with the brake system. You are in control of your own destiny on the line! The owners are amazing tour guides with great personalities! They make the trip a great experience. Whether you are a first timer or experienced zipliner you will enjoy!

Legend has it that she can also be occasionally spotted typing up short bios in the third person, but those rumors are unsubstantiated.

Here, tourists can go on a horseback ride, spend away the night at the casino, take carriage rides, go bowling, or even take a guided tour to learn about the rivalry between the two locations.

Get in touch with nature by heading to the Wilstem Wildlife Park, which is home to grizzlies, kangaroos, elephants, giraffes, and other friendly creatures.
