Journey Church is place of encounter with God and people, where we leave our past, EMBRACE His presence in every situation in order to EMPOWER our future, so that we may IMPACT our culture by representing God appropriately in all we think, say or do.

JOURNEY MISSION

Our heart's desire is to see the whole person-body, soul and spirit-reach their God-given potential. We accomplish this through all of our venues that embrace His presence, empower His people and impact our community. 

Every Sunday we take time to embrace His presence together in a corporate setting. We would love to have you join us for corporate prayer (9AM), morning service (10:00AM).

We empower our church community to be trained and equipped through relationships! Check out our community groups including our kids' group "Journey Juniors", youth group "Journey Force", young adults group "Highway", or our connect groups. Our SOZO ministry offer services weekly; see more here .

Journey Church has a strong value for service in our house and in our community. Whether you're looking to serve in-house at Journey Church or to plug in to one of our many outreaches, there is a place for you to bring your gifts!

Should i still go to church, what are tim & christine doing now, what happened to the building.

Although we recognize that some people have given up on church and will never go back, we still believe that there are some things a good local church provides are, at this time, impossible to replace.  They include:

• Being part of community.  You need others and others need you!
• Serving together.  As believers, we're not called to sit; we'r
• Serving together.  As believers, we're not called to sit; we're called to serve.
• Corporate worship.  There's something so powerful about believers coming together to worship Jesus!
• Childrens ministry.  Your kids need to learn about Jesus in ways that you are not equipped to teach them.  If for no other reason, this may be the most important!
• Giving.  The work of missions, locally and internationally is fueled by the support of local churches.

Elim Life Church, Brighton Campus is renting the building.  They're a great church.  If you haven't connected to a local church, we recommend that you check them out!

We recognize that there remains a call on our lives to encourage others.  Although the Lord has made it clear that our season of pastoring is done, we want to continue to use our gifts to serve others.  From time-to-time we're invited to minister in local churches, we travel, we mentor others, and use our gifts online.  We know that God h

We recognize that there remains a call on our lives to encourage others.  Although the Lord has made it clear that our season of pastoring is done, we want to continue to use our gifts to serve others.  From time-to-time we're invited to minister in local churches, we travel, we mentor others, and use our gifts online.  We know that God has been preparing us for the most important ministry of our lives - and at this point, we're not exactly sure what that looks like!

Journey Together Membership Workshop

If you’ve been attending Artisan for a while and want to learn more about what makes us “tick,” or if you’re a long-timer who wants to take the next step in engaging with the community, this one-day course is for you! You’ll learn about Artisan’s mission, vision, and values, as well as our place in church history.

The workshop will be held on Saturday, April 27th from 9am to 3pm. If you are interested in attending please register here .

Social Justice Team Meeting

The Social Justice Team will be having a meeting directly after Sunday service on April 28th. Soup and sandwiches will be available, and this event is open to all, especially anyone who may be new to Artisan and looking to get involved.
