The Martinez Brothers have been at the forefront of the global house music scene for a few years now, displaying breadth of knowledge of dance music that far surpasses their years. Coming from the Bronx, the brothers were raised on their dad's love of American house. Yet their own music incorporates hip-hop beats and also looks to the European techno scene for inspiration Since 2011 they have held residency at DC-10 in Ibiza, solidifying their place in the dance music scene, with 2014 seeing their releases achieve great critical acclaim. The brothers continually tour throughout the world, laying down banging sets which clearly display the wealth of knowledge that these boys have of dance music.

Their set at Ultra this year was absolutely unreal, where they took to the decks at the Underground stage on the Sunday. They played tune after tune with flawless precision, offering a set that had crossover appeal. Fans of house, techno and hip hop can find something in the Martinez Brothers' output, with their infectious beats being certain to bring the crowd into an ecstatic frenzy. They played endless floor fillers with a lively stage presence that makes them undeniably a top act in the world of dance music. They are certainly a pair to watch in the coming years.

Hailing from The Bronx, The Martinez Brothers are widely known for their extended DJ marathon sets in Ibiza and at the legendary Club Space in Miami. They never prepare their sets ahead of time, preferring to feel the vibe and pick up on the energy of the crowd. As producers, they’ve released major club records, spanning from their break out “H2 Da Izzo” in 2012 to their 2019 Lil Yachty Feat. Lil Baby “SaintLaurentYSL” remix. They’ve also made their mark on the Latin pop scene, with Rauw Alejandro, Zion & Lennox, and Mr. Naisgai’s “Química” as well as The Martinez Brothers Feat. Fuego “Pendiente Al Paso”. Marking their debut in the Top 100 DJs poll, Bronx-born brothers Stevie and Chris Martinez, better known as The Martinez Brothers, are signing off 2022 as one of the biggest years in their career. As well as dropping a handful of tracks this year — including a remix of the legendary Teddy Pendergrass — the Bros spent this summer headlining Hï Ibiza every Tuesday at their very own residency, joined by guests like Ash Lauryn, Fleur Shore, Kerri Chandler, Louie Vega and Paco Osuna. It marks a new chapter on the island for the duo, who were previously long-term residents at Ibiza’s DC-10. With sets and productions that range from deep, soulful house and uplifting rhythms, to a darker, dubbier take on the typical New York sound, the Bros have spent over a decade cementing themselves as two DJs and producers who can deliver each and every time.
