Tickets for this event cost NTD$380 (approximately $12 USD), or NTD$520 (approximately $16 USD) for early access.

Ticket holder bonuses include the following:

• +4 Special Trades

• Increased odds of Buddies finding Souvenirs, as well as a chance for them to obtain the exclusive paper airplane souvenir.

Trainers, Get ready—Pokémon GO Safari Zone: Taipei will take place from Friday, October 21, 2022, to Sunday, October 23, 2022, and  tickets are on sale now ! Trainers who attend the event can look forward to photo opportunities, giveaways, and more. Join us in exploring beautiful Da’an Forest Park and the city of Taipei! In addition to the Pokémon GO Safari Zone festivities, a Pokémon Air Adventures event is coming to the city of Taipei! Trainers who have a ticket to the Pokémon GO Safari Zone event will have access to exclusive gameplay, but some features will be available to all Trainers. Trainers can participate in the Pokémon Air Adventures event from October 21, 2022, to October 23, 2022, no matter where they are in the city! Pokémon GO Safari Zone: Taipei ticket holders will encounter Pokémon themed around the Pokémon Air Adventures, such as Flying Pikachu and Snorlax–they may even encounter Pachirisu, which is usually only found in certain regions. What’s more, for the first time in Pokémon GO, ticket holders will be able to encounter Shiny Finneon—if they’re lucky! General Admission tickets are available now for NTD$380* and will grant access to gameplay within the event space at Da’an Forest Park from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time on the day of your choice. Those who would like to start their adventures early at 10:00 a.m. can opt to purchase an Early Access ticket instead for NTD$520*. Please note: a ticket is mandatory to experience event gameplay, and event gameplay can only be experienced within the designated space at Da’an Forest Park in Taipei.   Safari Zone: Taipei Gameplay Ticket-holding Trainers can look forward to the following features within the event space on the day and time indicated on their event ticket. Four additional Special Trades can be made during the event for a maximum of five for the day. Trades made during the event will require 50% less Stardust. Enjoy a short event-exclusive Special Research story. Event-themed Field Research will be available. You may encounter Pikachu wearing a safari hat by completing some tasks. Incense (excluding Daily Adventure Incense) activated during the event will last for eight hours. Lure Modules activated during the event will last for four hours. Increased chance that Buddy Pokémon will find Souvenirs. Buddies may find an exclusive paper airplane Souvenir. Featured Pokémon The following Pokémon will appear in the wild throughout the event space on the day and time indicated on your event ticket. Thanks for making Pokémon GO Safari Zone: Taipei so special!

More than 25,600 Trainers joined us this past weekend! Participants at Da’an Forest Park explored almost 388,000 km within the park and caught over 6.2 million Pokémon.

Attendees enjoyed their time in Taipei while encountering Pokémon like Pachirisu, Unown E, P, T, Corsola, Flying Pikachu with green balloons. Some lucky Trainers even encountered Shiny Finneon for the first time in Pokémon GO.

There were plenty of fun photo opportunities to discover. Tons of pictures were taken throughout the park, many featuring special event decorations. Attendees could also enjoy a memorable event, the Pikachu Night Show, held in collaboration with Pokémon Air Adventures!

We had an amazing time with our Trainers in Taipei and can’t wait to explore together again soon. Let’s GO!

Safari Zones are region-exclusive timed events within Pokemon Go , allowing trainers in various parts of the world to purchase a ticket and gain the chance to obtain some region-exclusive Pokemon.

This page breaks down exactly what Safari Zones entail, as well as what the most recent Safari Zone events are.

What Are Safari Zones?

A Safari Zone event is a recurring real-world event that is locked to a specific region. These occur all over the world and allow players within the relevant region to encounter and capture region-specific Pokemon that are outside of their own, often with a couple of brand new Pokemon debuts for each Safari Zone.

To gain access, you will need to:

• Be in the correct region, where the current Safari Zone is taking place
• Purchase a ticket via the Pokemon Go website .

Pokemon Go 2022 Safari Zones

There have been 2 Safari Zones so far in 2022, with another 2 scheduled for later in the year:

• Safari Zone Seville - May 13th to May 15th, 2022
• Safari Zone Goyang - September 23rd to September 25th, 2022
• Safari Zone New Taipei City - October 21st to October 23rd, 2022

Those still to come are:

• Safari Zone Singapore - November 18th to November 20th, 2022

The Pokémon GO Safari Zone: Taipei live event is here! The next Safari Zone event takes place at Da’an Forest Park in Taipei. The event is set to kick off on Friday, October 21st, and it will last for three days, until Sunday, October 23rd, 2022. Among many other activities, you will also be able to complete “a short, event-exclusive Special Research story”. In our guide, we list all Pokemon GO Safari Zone Taipei Special Research tasks and rewards.

Safari Zone Taipei All Special Research Tasks & Rewards Pokemon GO

If you’ve purchased a ticket for the next Pokémon GO Safari Zone, you probably can’t wait for the event to kick off and participate in the activities. October’s Safari Zone is taking us to Da’an Forest Park in Taipei. Each day, the event will last from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm local time. As a ticket owner, you will be able to choose a day when you want to participate. Here’s a glimpse of what to expect, as per the official announcement :

“You’ll encounter Pokémon themed around Pokémon Air Adventures, such as Flying Pikachu, Snorlax, and Pachirisu. Also, for the first time in Pokémon GO, you’ll be able to encounter Shiny Finneon—if you’re lucky!”

• "Pikachu Weekend in Taipei" happening soon!

Pokémon Air Adventures is collaborating with Niantic and Department of Information and Tourism of Taipei City Government, in holding "Pikachu Weekend in Taipei" from 21st to 23rd October 2022 at Daan Forest Park in Taipei City. What's more, "Pokémon GO Safari Zone: Taipei" will be held during the period, too.

During "Pokémon GO Safari Zone: Taipei" event, special contents from "Pokémon GO" will be offered all around Taipei City. To maximize your enjoyment, come to the main site at Daan Forest Park where Pachirisu will emerge in the game. You'll even get to meet Finneon if you're lucky enough!

Also, to celebrate this event, Pikachu wearing a green T-shirt (Berry) will make an appearance from the following October. The Berry T-shirt Pikachu will be appearing in Taipei City for over one year, so if you are able to travel and get the chance to visit Taipei City, you can try looking for one!

Besides "Pokémon GO Safari Zone: Taipei", we will be holding a special Pikachu Night Event every night at the main venue Daan Forest Park during the "Pikachu Weekend in Taipei". So come visit Taipei to join in the fun.

Pokémon GO Safari Zone Taipei – Field Research Tasks & Rewards

The Pokémon GO Safari Zone event is currently underway at the Da'an Forest Park in Taipei City, with plenty of gameplay activities available. In addition to all the festivities for the Safari Zone event, Air Adventures makes a return with additional gameplay activities that Trainers can enjoy.

Several event-exclusive Research tasks are also occurring during the event, including Special and Field Research, which Trainers must complete. We've listed all the Field Research tasks and rewards available during the Safari Zone: Taipei event in Pokémon GO.

All Pokémon GO Safari Zone: Taipei Field Research Tasks And Rewards

While Trainers are seeking out Pokémon in Wild Encounters and battle-testing their line-up against Raid Bosses, there are some Research activities to enjoy for a more relaxing gameplay experience. The live event has a few Field Research tasks that Trainers can complete in exchange for rewards.

During the Safari Zone: Taipei event, Trainers must meet specific objectives to complete the task and earn its corresponding reward; these rewards include Stardust , Pokémon encounters , and EXP .

• Pokémon GO Festival Of Lights – Timed Research Challenges & Rewards

Trainers can also earn Stamps through the Field Research tasks; however, their progress will be limited to completing only four active tasks at a time. Furthermore, they can discard a task if they find it too difficult or want to try a different task instead.

As of writing, the details surrounding the Field Research tasks and its rewards for the Safari Zone: Taipei event has yet to be released. Accordingly, we will endeavor to provide more updates once more reliable information is available .

These exclusive Field Research Tasks are only available for the duration of the Safari Zone: Taipei event occurring from 21st to 23rd October 2022 between 10 am and 6 pm local time . However, if Trainers miss these event-exclusive Field Research tasks, they still have time to complete October's Field Research tasks available until 31st October 2022.
