Vice Ganda tours fans inside "biggest room" in new house: the walk-in closet

Vice Ganda is back on YouTube with the continuation of his virtual house tour .

The It's Showtime host has moved into his new home or " valur ," which is filled with functional art pieces and statement decor.

For the second part of the virtual tour, Vice and his good friends (L-R) Kitty, Orle, and Negi explore the "biggest room in the house": Vice's walk-in closet.

Located on the second floor, the walk-in closet is even bigger than the master bedroom, as the Kapamilya star revealed in a previous house tour .

The walk-in closet has dedicated shelves for each article of clothing.

There is one whole section for Vice's shoe collection.

Another section is dedicated to his gowns, and a full row of shelves houses his casual wear.

This space serves as the dressing area as well.

Aside from the walk-in closet, Vice also takes his followers into the master bedroom.

Vice has his own entertainment area inside the room.

The room has a balcony, which overlooks the pool area.

Accomplished: having a new house

During the tour, Negi asks Vice what he felt when he moved into his new modern house.

Vice admits that he was filled with emotions, and that he felt like he did something right with his choices in life.

The multi-awarded comedian says in his vlog, "Nung unang araw, siyempre nakakaiyak. Nakakaiyak talaga siya kasi siyempre hindi ko inisip na magkakaroon ako ng ganitong bahay.

"'Tapos maiisip mo na may napuntahan lahat ng mga ginawa mo sa buhay mo kasi hindi ko naaksaya iyong mga binigay sa akin. Hindi ko naaksaya iyong mga biyaya na binigay sa akin, hindi ko rin naaksaya iyong talent na pinahiram sa akin.

"Kumbaga iyong life ko, nung nakita ko ito, nung nagawa na ito, feeling may nagawa akong tama ako sa buhay. May mga nagawa akong magagandang desisyon para magawa ko ito.

"Masarap. Nakaka-emote."

It took three years for the house to come together.

WATCH: Vice Ganda gives tour of new industrial-style home

Vice Ganda gave his fans a look at his new home, which features a spa area and an elevated pool, among others.

The comedian showed parts of the industrial-style house in a vlog on his YouTube channel last Wednesday, Oct. 7.

He explained that he bought the property six or five years ago for his grandfather. However, when his grandfather passed away, Vice became too sad and left the land idle for a while.

Years after, he eventually decided to tear down the old home on it and build his own. His new house took three years to complete and measures 1,300 square meters.

Vice initially planned on moving into the house last March, but had to delay due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Nag-lockdown, so hindi ako nakalipat. ‘Yung mga gamit na in-order ko for delivery, hindi siya na-deliver (Lockdown was imposed so I was not able to move in. The furniture I ordered were not delivered),” he explained.

When lockdown measures relaxed, he was allowed to move in already. But it still did not push through due to the reimposition of strict quarantine guidelines weeks after.

“So ngayon, lumuluwag na ulit kaya unti-unti papalipat na kami (So now, [quarantine measures] have relaxed again, so we are moving in bit by bit),” he said.

Along with his spa area and elevated pool, Vice also had an elevator installed for when his mother visits. Throughout the 25-minute video, the comedian showed the quarters for his maids and drivers, an entertainment area and two large kitchens as well.

Aside from finalizing the move into his new home, Vice previously launched his own digital network called Vice Ganda Network last August.  / ra

Early in 2021, host, comedian, and actor Vice Ganda opened his doors and gave a tour of his new home via his vlog. The industrial structure boasts of wide spaces, high ceilings, and an interesting mix of statement pieces warmed by personal memorabilia. For Vice, the area more than just the fruit of his hard work—it is also a reflection of his personality.

In an exclusive interview with Real Living  during an installment of Summit Sandwich Sessions, the multi-talented artist (who has an upcoming no-filter digital concert called Gandemic happening on July 17 ) shares the three materials he requested his architect to add to his home, and why these reflect the person he has come to be.

In the past 12 years in the local entertainment scene, It’s Showtime mainstay Vice Ganda worked so hard to reach his present status as the Unkabogable Star. Aside from his generosity and the lavish pieces that he usually wears in his media appearances, the fruits of his labor are evident with his luxurious yet very cozy mansion that features stunning minimalistic exterior and interior designs.

Last October 2020, he shared to his fans through a video blog a sneak peek of his new house where he would be relocating. According to him, he bought the property around six years ago and it was supposedly for his late grandfather. However, he was disheartened and saddened by his sudden loss, so he wasn’t able to continue having it built. When he regained his energy, he decided to push through with the construction since he really wanted to transfer to another space. They were supposed to move their stuff from his old house to his new house in March of last year, but they weren’t able to do so because of the pandemic. It was only in October last year when they were finally able to gradually setup the furniture they ordered.

The exterior of the house was designed with full metal and the overall design or vibe of the house was industrial, as well as its interior. According to his construction managers, who were recommended by his good friend and It’s Showtime co-host Vhong Navarro, the house is around 1,300 square meters.

As he proceeded with the house tour, we perceived how its interior definitely meets, or even goes beyond, what we think of elegance and grandeur. He decided to have an elevator so it would be easy for his mother to go up and down the house. The design of the den is also a combination of stones, metal, and glass and has a 110-inch television.

He and his friends also went on tour around the powder room, comfort room, guestrooms, dining area, living room, dirty and clean kitchen, maids’ quarters, the spacious eight-car garage, drivers and security personnel’s quarters, his dogs’ bathing area, generator area, the grotto, and bar area.

Another grand feature in Vice’s house is the ‘dumbwaiter’, which is a small-freight elevator where food is being carried directly to his room. What adds to the extravagance of the house is the elevated swimming pool made of glass and the jacuzzi beside it. Adjacent to it is a custom-built spa room which Vice imparted would be his anak-anakan Ryan Bang’s favorite part in his house.

The Unkabogable Star didn’t miss to share with everyone the second floor in the second part of his house tour. He gave us a peek of his palatial walk-in closet, where he would keep his gowns, shoes, wigs, and everything else in between. He disclosed that it’s actually the largest area in his house, even larger than the master’s bedroom where he would stay. The deluxe personal toilet and bathroom of Vice is also on the second floor and the furniture are certainly expensive because the bathtub was bought at around Php 800,000, while the toilet costs Php 250,000. But it’s surely worth it for him because of its very useful features.

Moving on to the master’s bedroom, Vice showed his commodious master’s bedroom with a 120-inch television and a veranda overlooking the glass pool and the roof deck. At the end of this vlog, he shared to everyone that he also once started at the bottom and the journey to the top has not been easy at all. But it’s his dreams for himself and for his family that he always brought with him while he worked hard to reach those.

He wrapped up the vlog by conveying a message for everyone who, just like him, also has big dreams and goals: “Alam kong may mga hangad ka rin sa buhay. At sa pagkamit nito ay maaari ka ring mapagod. ‘Di masamang magpahinga, pero ‘wag kang hihinto. There are people who will wish for you to fail, but you were born to make it.

VICE GANDA NEW HOUSE – Famous Kapamilya comedian and host Vice Ganda opens the doors of his new and hotel-like house.

Many celebrities are now slowly opening up their private spaces also known as their homes. These celebrities who do this kind of content are also vloggers and something that is a trend nowadays for their YouTube channels. Among those who already made a house tour are Erich Gonzales , Mikael Daez , Maris Racal , and Jinkee Pacquiao .

And adding to their long list is Vice Ganda which is one of the most in-demand content from him. However, what he did is he did a house tour of his new home where they will be moving soon. It was all still bare but people were already blown away and can only imagine how much the mall-like house could have cost.

It has a general black color from the outside to the inside and it looks very industrial. The huge house stands tall on a very huge property. It has hotel-like features such as a glass pool with a mini-bar, wide guest rooms, maid’s quarter, spa, sauna, a dirty kitchen with a similar look and amenities to that of a high-end restaurant, an area where his dogs can take a bath, an extra space overlooking his glass pool, entertainment room, kitchen, dumb waiter, and elevator for the old people who will live in his house.
