BANDARBAN TOUR FROM DHAKA BY CAR

These trip cover the Bandarban hill tracts in between Bandarban hill terrains where 13 different indigenous peoples occupied the lands. We also discover Moinamoti Buddhist archaeological sites, Historic Sonargaon and Chittagong shipyard photography from a boat.

Day-1: DHAKA – MOINAMOTI Archaeological sites –Chittagong shipyard  by car

In the morning our private car started to drive towards Moinamoti Buddhist ruins and archaeological sites, continue on towards Chittagong for a boat trip around the largest Shipbreaking yard in Kumira, check in hotel Alina or Parjatan motel Shaikat.

Day-2: Bandarban hill-tribes & hiking with local authorized guide

After having an early breakfast, our car drive towards Bandarban (92km), upon arrival visit some hill tribe villages around Shangu river, Have lunch at a restaurant and visit a tribal way people Bazar and visit a replica of Buddha Dhatu Jadi Golden Temple, Meghla parjatan spot & zoo.  and sunset view from Nilcahal hill viewpoint.

In the morning a breathtaking car drives through the series of hill streams to enjoy an amazing hill view as far as the eye can see from the Nilgiri and Chimbuk viewpoints. Explore hill-tribes villages (Bawm, Marma, Mru) that lie in the various altitudes of hills on a gentle trek to know the different indigenous lifestyles that survive in the acts of environmental balance. Take a coffee while observing the Shailaprapat waterfall stream. Later In the afternoon the car drive back to Chittagong and checked in at the hotel alina.

Day-04: Chittagong shipyard & Sonargaon

In the morning car drive to Chittagong largest sea fish market then continue on towards Dhaka, on our way, visit Sonargaon archaeological sites (the old capital of Bengal) return car drive back to Dhaka.

বান্দরবান ভ্রমণ পরিকল্পনা

১ম দিন সকালে বান্দরবানে হোটেলে চেক ইন। ফ্রেশ হয়ে কিছুটা বিশ্রাম নিয়ে ব্রেকফাস্ট। এরপর যাবো মেঘলা পর্যটন কমপ্লেক্স, কমপ্লেক্স পুরোটা ঘুরে দেখবো। দুপুরে লাঞ্চের পর স্বর্ন মন্দির পরিদর্শন শেষে বিকেলে মেঘ দেখতে আর বার্ডস আই ভিউতে বান্দরবান দেখতে নীলাচল যাবো। সন্ধ্যায় ফিরে আসবো হোটেলে। সন্ধ্যার পর ব্যক্তিগত শপিং টাইম।

২য় দিন সকালে মেঘের রাজ্যে হারিয়ে যেতে আমরা চলে যাবো নীলগিরি। সেখান থেকে চিম্বুক পাহাড়। দুপুরে লাঞ্চ শেষে বিকেলটা কাটিয়ে দিবো সাঙ্গু নদীর তীরে। এদিন শহরে ফিরতে আমাদের সন্ধ্যা হবে। এর মধ্য দিয়েই আমাদের দুই দিনের বান্দরবান ভ্রমণ এর ইতি টানবো।

Journey Start from Dhaka to Bandarban at night by Bus. Overnight Bus journey.   

After arrival in Bandarban check-in hotel. Take some rest and have your breakfast. Then visit Golden Temple, Meghla & Nilachol. Overnight stay at Bandarban .

After Breakfast enjoy the view of Nilgiri, Chimbuk, Shoilopropat. At evening visit Bandarban town and complete personal shopping. After dinner start the journey for Dhaka by bus.

Bandarban Tour Package

Bandarban   is a district in South-Eastern  Bangladesh , and a part of the  Chittagong Division . It is one of the three hill districts of Bangladesh and a part of the  Chittagong Hill Tracts , the others being  Rangamati District  and  Khagrachhari District . Bandarban district (4,479 km 2 ) is not only the most remote district of the country, but also the least populous (population 388,000). There is an army contingent at  Bandarban Cantonment .

Bandarban town is the hometown of the Bohmong Chief ( Raja ) U Cho Prue  who is the head of the  Bohmong Circle . Of the other hill districts, Rangamati is the  Chakma Circle , headed by Raja  Devasish Roy  and Khagrachari is the  Mong Circle , headed by Raja Sachingprue Marma . Bandarban is regarded as one of the most attractive travel destinations in Bangladesh. It also is the administrative headquarters of Bandarban district, which has turned into one of the most exotic tourist attractions in Bangladesh.

Sightseeing of bandarban.

Early in the morning check in the Hotel. Refresh and take rest for few minutes. Take breakfast from the hotel, after breakfast the first day planning is to visit Nilachol, Meghla and Golden temple (Buddha Dhatu Jadi). Nilachal tourist spot is maintained by district administration. It is known as tiger hill. The view of Nilachal is so spectacular for snapping and Meghla Parjatan Complex is the most amazing tourist or visited spot for the tourists coming from all over the country. Meghla is known for a mini safari park, a zoo, boat journey and hanging bridge and the Bandarban Golden Temple is the largest Buddhist Temple with the second largest Buddha statue in Bangladesh. The Buddha Dhatu Jadi temple attracts pilgrims and visitors in all over the world. After vising this places traveler should back in the hotel and take rest.

after taking breakfast from hotel the second day planning is to visit Nilgiri. Start 64 kilometer journey from Hotel to Nilgiri. Nilgiri is one of the tallest peaks and beautiful tourist spot in Bangladesh. In rainy season here creates a spectacular scenery, the whole spot is covered with the blanket of clouds. Traveler can enjoy a cloudy experience. Nilgiri is a nice place for campfire in the winter season. Nilgiri tourist spot is managed by Army brigade of Bandarban. On the way of Nilgiri traveler will visit Chimbuk Hill and Sailopropat. Within 11.00am traveler will reach at Chimbuk Pahar. Chimbuk hill is the third highest mountain in Bangladesh. When it is a shiny day, traveler can see the shades of clouds over the hills. So it will be nice experience. Spent some times at the Chimbuk Pahar the next journey will be at Shoilo Propat. After 1 hour journey traveler will reach at Sailopropat. Shoilo Propat is at Milanchari, 4 km from the town on the road to Thanchi, is also excellent site maintained by Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation. Shoilo Propat is one of the most famous and visited natural fall in Bangladesh. Minimum 15 to 30 minute enjoy there. At second day traveler will visit Bandarban City and complete personal shopping. Take dinner at the hotel and finally at night coming back to Dhaka.

Bus schedule for Bandarban: Your bus departure time will be between 10:00 pm to 11:30 am. --> Bus Station: Your ticket will be booked based on your preferred bus station. --> Reporting Time: Please be present at the bus counter 20 minutes before your departure time. --> Arriving at Bandarban: You will reach Bandarban between 5:00 am and 6:00 am depending on your departure time. Since the hotel check-in time is from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, we will arrange an early check-in facility for you. --> Breakfast: Breakfast will be served at the property between 7:00 am to 8:00 am. (Parata, Egg Omelet, Vegetable bhaji / Dal bhaji, and mineral water). --> Start the journey for Nilgiri: Your transportation will be ready in front of your hotel/resort. Your journey will start at 9:00 am. You will reach Nilgiri around 10:30 am. You can also enjoy the scenery of "Titanic View Point" and "Double Hand View point" on your way to Nilgiri. --> Visit Chimbuk Hill and Shoilopropat Waterfall: You will visit respectively Chimbuk Hill and Shoilopropat Waterfall on way back to Bandarban. --> Reach Hotel: You will reach the hotel around 1:30 pm. --> Lunch: Lunch will be served at 2:00 pm. (Plain rice, Chicken Curry / Beef Curry, Vegetable Curry / Bharta, dal, mineral water). --> Rupali Waterfall, Meghla Tourist Centre, and Nilachal: Your transportation will be ready in front of your hotel/resort. Debotakhum (দেবতাখুম): A Real Adventurer Place

Debotakhum is located in Roangchhari Upazila of the Bandarban district. the Bandarban is known as the kingdom of Khumah and the crown of excellence in this kingdom must go the Debotakhum.according to the locals, the Khum is 30-50 feet deep and 500 feet in length which is larger than the belakhum. if you want to go to the debotakhum, you must take permission first from the kachaptali army camp. Then you have to go shilbandha para by trekking.

You must be made the bamboo whale from Shilabadha para. then you have to cross pong su ang khum. After crossing pong su and khum, the debotakhum will start. the local people call it Sonakhum. some people call it thongchikhum in Marma Language.

A full of real adventurous is Debotakhum. Debotakhum can make your mind horrible. It is a combo package of trekking, adventure, risk and whale kayaking. The khum will dark between the two huge mountains .the sunlight is very narrow here.

How To Go Debotakhum

You have to go to Bandarban first from any place in Bangladesh. From there you have to take any CNG/ Chader Gari/ Bus/Motor Cycle For Roangchari. From There you Have to go kacchaptali by bus or CNG. Then walks by foot 1/2 or 1 hour For Debotakhum.

Cost Of Debotakhum For Visiting

• The bus rent  from Dhaka to Bandarban – Tk 620 per person (Non AC bus). Remember that bus fares are variable.
• Bandarban to kachaptali mahinda rate (6 person) 1800 tk.
• Roangchari to Kachhaptali Cng rent minimum 150-200 tk
• Vela and life jacket rent 3oo-5oo Taka.
• The guide costs a total of 500tk

Which Matter You Should Remember

You have to go to the kachhaptali and report to the army camp with the guides. A photocopy of the national identity card/passport must be kept! It is best to tell the guide in advance about the whale to turn around. There will be a problem on the network !!

You will only get Robi / Airtel’s network on KACCHAPTALI! But from there you will be completely out of network on your way to Khum. If trekking is not consistent, then buy. It will cost 120-150tk.

You will find it in Bandarban. On your way to the deity, you will find a shilbandha fountain. Be sure to check out the fountain on the way. During the rainy season, the true beauty of Khum is seen.

However, the trekking after the Shilbandha falls is very challenging because the slopes are very slippery. So it’s best to be mentally prepared in advance. Avoiding the rainy season of new trekkers is good because it can make your trail look daunting in the rainy season.
