We’ll eat a selection of delicious local favorites, explore a beautiful neighborhood and visit between 5 and 7 establishments  

Currently our tours run every Wednesday and Thursday starting at 5:30pm. Tours typically last 2 to 2.5 hours

We currently limit our tours to 10 guests or less to ensure you have a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I wanted to share that our Value-Added Dairy Tour and a lot of that was due to the exceptional service we received from Niagara Scenic Tours. I was referred to Niagara Scenic Tours from a colleague. I reached out to the Sales Rep, RJ Alvarez, and he was incredibly kind and helpful as we coordinated this trip. He worked with us for any changes we needed and navigated the Cornell payment process. Keith Petti, their logistics coordinator, helped us with overnight parking options and driver timing. Then, we hit the bus driver lottery and were lucky to work with Tammy Didas. She went above and beyond, made sure we were all taken care of and were safe and comfortable, and even joined us at our tour stops! She was absolutely incredible and made the trip so special. She had no problem navigating the farmsteads that we visited and the challenges that come along with rural tours. I will definitely be requesting her for any and all future travel – I can’t say enough nice things! I was on a bus yesterday to Albany and back with the OP girls rugby team. Our first bus driver “Captain Tom” was wonderful. Not only did he do a good job, he built a bridge of community and unity. He congratulated our champion daughters in a lovely way. Further, he acknowledged the prayers of the community and those on board for the Tops shooting victims, mentioning specifically his friend who was lost in that tragic event. I have been so proud of how the community of Buffalo has responded to this horrible event, but never more so than by listening to Tom’s reminder of what we have in common, our love for our friends and family. I recently enjoyed a trip to Skaneateles for the Charles Dickens Festival with Scenic Excursions. This was about a 2-3 hour drive from Buffalo, depending on where you start and the route you take. The bus ride was very comfortable. There was a bathroom on board, though I didn't have the chance to check it out. We did make one stop along the way with plenty of time to do whatever you needed or wanted to do. Our tour guide was informative with both information we needed and interesting tidbit. The bus and schedule were kept on time. This was a one day trip, but I know they also do longer trip. I have a friend who went on a trip with them to Nashville and thoroughly enjoyed it. I have had many positive travel experiences with Know How Tours. I've gone to major league baseball games in both Pittsburgh and Cleveland. It was great being dropped off and picked up in front of the stadium. The seats were awesome too. I've traveled to Gettysburg, NYC, Montreal, and the Kentucky Derby with Know How. All trips have been well planned and very enjoyable. I'm looking forward to more trips. I get to sit back and relax. The hostesses and bus drivers are an extra plus.

My husband & I were on one of our Sunday Brewery trips and encountered a group from Know How Tours. The travelers were very nice people and we enjoyed talking to them BUT ... There were 40 on this particular trip and they basically took over Noble Shepherd Brewery! They were pleasant but evidently thought that since they paid for the trip, it was not necessary to tip the bartender!!! Really? 40 people and not even $1 a tip. Or does Know How Tours tip when they drop 40 people in to a small brewery??

Be very careful when you book a trip there insurance you buy does not cover your down payment if you cancel your trip. You will lose all of your down payment. They just changed this policy as of March 1 2020 I think this stinks. So the best thing to do is wait till the last minute to book. We will be going some were else from now on.

Bad experience. Company does not have good customer service skills. I booked a trip to Toronto. Know how tours after bording the bus cancelled our rest stop to get breakfast and a highlight of the trip. I do not think the company looked at construction or road delays to see if we needed to be rerouted. No food for 7 hours. 1 bathroom on the bus for over 50 people. That made it impossible to go. No stops until we made midieval times. They overbooked us there. I went to the table that I was assigned to and not enough chairs. This resulted in very uncomfortable dining arrangements. I called the next business day and the lady on the phone assured me the trip would be refunded. It would just take a few days to process. I agreed. A few days later I receive a check in the mail for far less than what the trip costs. I called again. After speaking with them they decided to just refund $20 far less than what I paid. I questioned and the person on the phone would have to investigate and get back to me. I received a voicemail saying that the $20 is what they decided as they did not with hold food. The hostess on the bus shared 1 cookie to hold us over for the 7 hours and I did get to see the show and the fact they overbooked it is my fault. I should have left my group and sat at a table that I was not assigned to. He looked at the reviews and since no bad complaints in writing he will do nothing. All this after I was told my party would receive a refund. I can call back and he will be more than happy to remove me from the mailing list and understands if I do not travel with them again. When I asked for a refund for a trip I have not taken I was told no. I did not give them30 days and I would have to sell it on my own. Very conflicting information in my opinion. The whole experience was awful. And a shame they want to sever ties as I traveled with them several times and this is my 1st bad experience. I do not know what has changed. But recently my experiences have not been good. I hope it works out better for all. Who travel with them. Write reviews, good or bad. Feedback is great!! I

Total Tour experience will last up to 3-3.5 hours, perhaps longer,

depending on length of pre-tour training.

we have done a good job, are gratefully accepted.)
