Disneyland Paris, the perfect family getaway, both dates have been selected with the school holidays in mind.

Spend three days, two nights, in the most magical place on earth where all the splendour of Disney comes alive right in front of your eyes. Along with experiencing the ‘Magic Hours’... where you can enter the park before the gates open to the public.

** Disneyland Paris children tickets are for ages 3-11, children aged 12 and over will be classed as an adult ticket price.

Your comfort is our priority and all travel arrangements have been made with this in mind. Comfort stops will always be planned en route for lunch/refreshments. We will arrive at the hotel in the late afternoon, where your luggage will be taken to your room (unless otherwise specified) and you will have plenty of time to freshen up before the evening meal. Return travel will follow a similar schedule.

Your Hotel: Santa Fe Hotel, Disneyland Paris

This New Mexico inspired hotel is a 20 minute walk from the parks. The Disney Pixar’s Cars themed-rooms feature free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with Disney and international channels. They also have a private bathroom with a bath, free toiletries and a hairdryer. Guests can meet Disney Characters in this hotel.

We love Disneyland® Paris!

Here's what to expect when you book your Disneyland® Paris coach holiday with us...

Day 1 - Our team and executive coach will pick you up in the morning and head to Disneyland®! We usually cross the channel by ferry allowing you to stretch your legs and grab some lunch. We'll arrive at Disney in the early evening so you'll be able to check straight into your hotel and head to Disney Village for some dinner before an early night ahead of your first full day at Disneyland® !

Days 2 & 3 - You're free to do your own thing and enjoy all that Disneyland® Paris has to offer. As we stay in Disney hotels you'll be able to head to the park an hour before it opens to the general public!

Day 4 - After breakfast we'll be checking out of the hotel and making our way back to Calais for the ferry crossing. We aim to have you home between 20:30-22:00 depending on traffic and which town you're being dropped off but our team will keep you updated the whole way.

This means that in the unlikely event that we or any of your travel providers go bust, you'll be able to continue with your holiday or a suitable alternative holiday (at no extra cost) or receive a refund of the amount paid to us.

How does it work? All you need to do to become ATOL protected is book a flight or flight inclusive Holiday with us - it really is that simple!

What do I get? You will receive an official certificate! Once you've paid pr made a deposit, we'll issue your Flight Plus ATOL certificate. Make sure you take this with you when you travel, just in case.

What is ABTA? ABTA - The Travel Association is a trusted travel brand that has been operating for over 65 years, representing travel companies and tour operators, as well as offering both legal and financial support to the travelling public.

If your travel company fails and your holiday can no longer go ahead, you will be entitled to a refund if you're yet to travel. What is the difference between ATOL & ABTA? ATOL and ABTA both offer protection schemes for the travelling public. The main difference between the two is what is included in that protection. ABTA covers package holidays that include rail, cruise or self-drive transport but does not offer protection for flight-based packages. ABTA also provides advice for people who believe their holiday package has been mis-sold and are seeking compensation.

ATOL covers package holidays that include flights- for example, a flight and accommodation package. If your travel company ceases trading, you will be entitled to a refund if you have not yet travelled. If you are on holiday at the time, you will be flown home with repatriation flights through ATOL. However, ATOL does not cover flights which have been purchased directly through the airline.

Another difference between the two is that ATOL is a compulsory licensing system run by the government, while ABTA is a voluntary scheme that travel companies can sign up to if they meet the requirements.

Disney Village This is located between Disneyland Park, Walt Disney Studios Park and the onsite Disney Hotels. Further attractions can be found here including a cinema, IMAX, theatres, golf courses, restaurants, bars and so much more. You can buy souvenirs in one of the 40 unique shops here and remember to use the free shopping service where you can shop early in the day and pick up your goods after 6pm. Lake Disney should be visited too where you can ride pedalos, rowing boats and canoes in the summer.

You can treat the family to memorable experiences such as Character Breakfasts where the Disney characters will meet and greet the children, pose for photographs and give that all important autograph. Bear in mind that as France experiences similar weather to the UK, it can get quite cold if you're visiting the Parks during winter as the majority of the Disneyland® Paris rides are outside.

As with all holiday resorts, Disneyland Paris experiences a high and low season with Christmas being extremely popular with families. Weekends tend to be the busiest and prices can be more expensive compared to visiting the resort during midweek. If you're on a budget, but wish to stay in an onsite hotel, Disney's Santa Fe should tick all the boxes as it is basic but clean and has everything you could need during your stay. Please note that this hotel is the furthest from the park but it will only take a 15 minute walk along the river to get there. Unfortunately, this hotel does not have a pool but there could be an option on some tour packages to stay at Sequoia Lodge which does have swimming facilities. There is a bonus for choosing to stay in an onsite hotel as you will get 'Extra Magic Hours' which allows hotel guests to enter the Disneyland Park a couple of hours before the gates are open to the general public. However, not all of the rides and attractions will be open during ' Magic Hours ' so best to check first.

Disneyland Paris Resort caters for all tastes especially when it comes to food with a variety of restaurants to choose from, including fast food, pizza, all-you-can-eat buffets, table-service restaurants, ice-cream parlours, steakhouses and of course, McDonalds. It's best to time when you are going to eat as during peak times the catering facilities can fill up quite quickly. There are lots of water fountains located around the Disney Parks should any of you become thirsty, perhaps take an empty bottle and fill up? You're allowed to take your own picnics and there is a special area for them which can be found to the side entrance walkway from the main car park.

Here are some things to know before you go on  coach trips to Disneyland Paris :

Fastpass Service When you arrive at either of the Disneyland Paris Parks, consider using the Fastpass service. This is a free service that helps you cut down on attraction waiting times. You will be allocated a time to go on the ride and when you come back, you can board the ride in a matter of minutes instead of queuing.

Disney PhotoPass+ Make sure those holiday moments last a lifetime. The Disney PhotoPass+ TM  allows you to acquire a digital album of all your photos taken during your break to Disneyland Paris, including those taken on rides or by Disney's own Photographers. Capture even more memories!

Disabled Access Entrance If anyone in your party is disabled, ask about an Easy Access Card on arrival at the Park. This allows you to get into certain rides and attractions via the Disabled Access Entrance. You can hire wheelchairs at the resort but these are issued on a first come, first served basis. If you can, bring your own collapsible wheelchair.

Getting the Little Ones Around  If you're travelling with little ones, take a pushchair or perhaps hire one at the Park. Disneyland Paris is huge and it's surprising how many miles you will walk in a day. It's worth noting though that the buggies available to hire in either of the Parks can be bulky and do not recline.

Disney Parades  The Disney Parades are one of the major highlights and are of course the most popular attraction at the resort. Allow plenty of time to find a good spot so your family can see the Characters and Floats on display.

The Weather The majority of the rides and attractions at Disneyland Paris are undercover but you should take a lightweight waterproof or a poncho just in case the weather decides to turn. If you are travelling in the summer months, you should take some sun cream.

Meet and Greets The 'Character Breakfasts' can be quite busy so if you'd rather experience a gentler 'Meet and Greet', some of the Disney Characters will be in the hotel lobby if you are staying onsite.

Visiting at Christmas Visiting Disneyland Paris at Christmas time is a truly magical experience. The decorations are put up and fake snow is scattered across the Park in the early part of December. Please note it does get busy during the festive season so consider visiting the Park earlier in the year.

Fancy a brew?  Not all rooms at the onsite Disney hotels will have tea or coffee-making facilities. Should you wish to have a hot drink, take a travel kettle or you can hire one from the hotel reception, you will need to pay a deposit though.

Entering The Park:

Security All visitors who go on coach trips to Disneyland Paris will have to pass through a baggage security checkpoint. A member of security personnel will want to take a quick look inside your belongings so please have your bags ready. On some dates there will be an x-ray machine in operation.

Prohibited items You will not be allowed to take any of the following into either Disneyland Park or Walt Disney Studios Park:

• Weapons of any kind
• Folding chairs
• Glass containers (bottles, jars or perfumes)
• Pets (unless Guide Dogs or service animals)

Queue Lines Prepare yourself for an element of queuing especially during peak times. When in the queue you must stick to the marked path and on no account must you queue-jump. Disney Cast Members have the right to refuse queue-jumpers entry to the Parks attractions and rides. Smoking, eating and drinking is prohibited whilst waiting in the queue.

Ride Restrictions Some of the rides and attractions will have height restrictions that will need to be observed. To find out how intense the ride or attraction will be and whether there are any other restrictions, take a look at the information signs located before each ride.

Filming and Photography Flash photography is not allowed in any of the indoor attractions and for most indoor shows so please turn your flash off or do not use your camera at all. Video photography is not allowed for the indoor ride and show-based attractions.

You should always make sure you have adequate travel insurance in addition to the GHIC and also access to funds which can cover the cost of any medical treatments and also repatriation.

Local Laws and Customs You must be able to prove your identity either by providing documents when asked or within 4 hours at a police station. Identity documents can be a passport, a photo driving licence or other documentation provided by a government body.

In France concealing your face in public places is illegal, which includes full veils, balaclavas or any other mask or garment that conceals the face. Failure to comply with this ban can incur a maximum fine of €150. The law doesn't provide any exemption for tourists and visitors.

Entry Requirements

If you are planning to visit France, you must meet the following passport requirements.

Your passport must be: - Issued less than 10 years before the date you enter the country (check the ‘date of issue’) - Valid for at least 3 months after the day you plan to leave (check the ‘expiry date’)

Please note: If your passport was issued before 1 October 2018, extra months may have been added to its expiry date. These extra months do not count towards your passport validity.

I’ve always been fascinated by the nickname “The Garden of England” that’s used to describe Kent for it’s Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, beautiful nature walks and serene parks, earning it a spot on the best coach day trips from Kent..

So I decided to do a little digging; apparently Kent has been known as the Garden of England for centuries and it kind of make sense; the number of lavender fields, or apple orchards and farms are in abundance here.

One of the reasons why Kent has such a mild climate is its proximity to the English Channel, which helps to regulate temperatures and protect against harsh weather. I have been to Windsor and Windsor Castle plenty of times, having grown up just around the corner, and let me tell you – it’s worth a day out! The town itself is absolutely charming, with its cobbled streets, traditional shops, and picturesque riverside setting. And as for the castle – well, it’s simply breath taking.

Make sure you head to the park and walk up the pathway up the hill – you’ll get ridiculous views of the entirety of Windsor Castle. I didn’t realise that Windsor Castle is the largest inhabited castle in the world, with over 1,000 rooms spread across 13 acres of land, now inhabited by King Charles. Be careful about getting to close to the Scot’s Guard.

Another must-see attraction at Windsor Castle is St. George’s Chapel, it’s the final resting place of many monarchs, including Henry VIII and his beloved third wife, Jane Seymour.

After touring the castle, I spent some time exploring the town of Windsor itself. And some of my favourite memories are of the delicious cream teas available! They’re so yummy!

All in all, visiting Windsor and Windsor Castle was an epic experience. Definitely one of the best coach day trips from Kent and you should add it to your list!

Wisley Gardens

Wisley Gardens is the perfect little place for a day trip. If you’re after a peaceful and beautiful escape and a bit of zen, then Wisley Gardens is the perfect place. It’s extremely tranquil.

The gardens are simply breath taking, with a wide variety of plants and flowers arranged in stunning displays. There’s something new to discover around every corner, from the Japanese garden to the alpine meadow and beyond.

And it’s the perfect photography spot for roses; with hundreds of different colours – there’s an entire section dedicated to them, with hundreds of different varieties on display.

But Wisley Gardens is not just a pretty place to visit – it’s packed full of information on all things plants and you’ll learn a lot about them here. There are all sorts of workshops and events on offer, from gardening classes to talks by experts in their respective fields. Definitely one of the best coach day trips from Kent.

Hampton Court Palace

If you’re looking for an epic day out, you gotta hit up Hampton Court. This place is seriously fascinating- it’s a real-life Tudor palace that’s been around for over 500 years. You can practically feel the history seeping out of the walls.

I took a guided tour – that’s where you learn the deeper details of how the place actually worked, including stories of the kitchens and Henry VIII’s crazy appetite! Hampton Court is an awesome day out that’s perfect for history buffs, garden enthusiasts, and anyone who just wants to experience a little bit of Tudor magic. You can wander through the ornate state rooms and imagine what it would’ve been like to live like royalty back in the day. I explored the famous maze and got lost on the way out (spoiler alert: it’s way harder than it looks).

But my favourite part of Hampton Court has to be the pretty gardens; if you’re lucky enough to get to Hampton Court Flower Show, you’ll love it and in the spring you’ll see it bursting with hundreds of tulips.

They’re absolutely stunning, with all sorts of different sections to explore – from the Great Fountain Garden to the Wilderness and beyond. Make sure you check their website for their famous live concerts that take place in the gardens every summer; I’ve never been to one but I hear they’re very good!

Great Yarmouth

I had a wicked time in Great Yarmouth and exploring by the Norfolk Broads! This place has got everything you could want for a classic seaside vacation – think fish and chips, amusement parks, and sandy beaches for miles.

You’ll also love the town’s historic charm; the maritime history is all around you, from the Victorian architecture to the bustling harbour. And if you’re into kitschy seaside culture, you’ll love all the novelty shops and attractions along the seafront. Worthy of the spot as one of the best coach day trips from Kent.

And last (but definitely not least) are the golden sands beaches – they’re absolutely gorgeous. I spent most of my time soaking up the sun and taking dips in the water – there are also seals along this coast, you might be lucky enough to spot them!

The New Forest

I have so many fond memories of the New Forest – the beautiful nature hikes, the wild horses and the cute little villages and towns; Lyndhurst is my favourite, and there’s a wonderful little jewellery shop on the high street! I can’t recommend it enough!

The Isle of Wight

The Isle of white is a picturesque little island that should be on your list! The golden beaches are worth strolling on for a morning walk – soft sand, crystal clear water, and plenty of space to sunbathe or play games. If you’re into history, the island has plenty of that too – from medieval castles to Victorian architecture. Plus, there are loads of cute little towns and villages which you’ll want to sip teas and coffees in and people watch. So, what are you waiting for? If you’re looking to jump across the channel, don’t forget that Disneyland Paris. Clearly one of the best best coach day trips from Kent; you might want to stay overnight for this one though!

When I was a kid, I never got to go Disneyland as they didn’t have any Disney theme parks in Australia; we had other things like Water World or Movie World, but no Disney! Now living in London, visiting Disneyland Paris seemed like the ultimate dream come true.

Disneyland is one of those special events you’ll always remember. But let me tell you, the quick journey from the UK to Disneyland Paris was one of the most fun things to do, and mad to think it’s not that far away.

If you want a easy journey, a coach is a very easy way of travelling. I’ve travelled by coach many times around the UK and to Paris and I take a little podcast or a book and the journey goes quickly enough. The journey itself was surprisingly comfortable, with plenty of legroom and seats that reclined almost all the way back. There was even a bathroom on board, which was a welcome relief during the long drive. And the best part? We didn’t have to worry about navigating foreign roads or finding a place to park – the coach does all of that for you!

Once we arrived, it was like stepping into a whole new wooorld – see what I did there? Everywhere you looked, there were bright colours, joyful music, and smiling faces. It was impossible not to feel happy and carefree in such a magical environment.

And yes, everything is super Instagrammable, I couldn’t resist the urge to take pictures in all the cute corners and ride the classic attractions like Space Mountain and It’s a Small World. All in all, taking a coach from the UK to Disneyland Paris was an experience that I would definitely recommend. It was convenient, comfortable, and above all, tons of fun. Bruges, Brussels

Did anyone say chocolate waffles? Or Belgian beer? Then look no further than the very Instagrammable Belgian city of Bruges for the perfect break away and there are loads of coach companies that take you through to Bruges. One of my absolute favourites & the best coach day trips from Kent.

The city is packed full of stunning locations, with charming architecture and canals that wind through the town. I felt like we had stepped back into a Hansel and Gretel style fairy tale and there are years of history you can explore through here. And if you’re going during the festive season, Bruges Christmas market is unparalleled! Let me tell you… the Christmas lights are something else!

Bruges is super easy to explore on foot; you can walk around the whole city pretty easily! Although bear in mind the streets aren’t always even. We spent the day wandering around the cobbled streets, popping into takeaways dedicated solely to Belgian fries and cafes (try the dark hot chocolates) and I didn’t mind too much that it was raining.

And of course, I couldn’t resist trying some of the famous Belgian chocolates and waffles – Mike doesn’t eat chocolate so I had to eat for both of us – the chocolate did not disappoint! I pigged out big time and regretted it not one bit!

Make sure you climb the Belfry tower for an incredible view of the city if you are able and have a bit of time. It’s a bit of a workout, but totally worth it for the stunning views – an Instagrammable moment for sure. After that, take a little boat trip along the canals, for a unique (and relaxing) view of the city.

Dallas company eyes nearly $3 billion in data centers

Dallas-based Prime Data Centers has massive plans for Dallas-Fort Worth.

The company, which has existing Dallas data center space off Interstate 35 near Regal Row, is in the early stages of planning three two-story facilities for a site near Aledo and Chapin School roads in southwest Fort Worth, along with three additional ones in Garland.

The new data center spaces collectively span six separate 267,000-square-foot facilities.

The three Fort Worth buildings are expected to support 48 megawatts, according to state filings. The filings for the buildings in Garland, located along Arapaho Road between Garland Avenue and Holford Road, did not disclose wattage.

Filings show the estimated construction cost for the three facilities in Fort Worth total more than $1.5 billion, while the three in Garland could cost more than $1.3 billion.

Construction for the Fort Worth buildings is slated to start in September with completion projected for early 2026. The Garland buildings are set to start in July with completion expected in September 2026.

Gensler is the design firm behind the work.

Demand for data center space continues to be reflected in the number of developments underway and announced.

Dallas-based Aligned Data Centers has plans for a large campus in Plano and recently received $600 million in backing from a unit of private equity giant Blackstone.

QTS Realty Trust is expanding in not only Irving, where it converted a former semiconductor plant into a data center campus, but in North Fort Worth near Hillwood’s AllianceTexas development.

The city of Irving is touting a data center project that uses less water as the utility-heavy projects pick up in the area.

And there are many more.

Billions of dollars in investments in the capital-intensive projects are expected to be made over the next three to four years in Dallas-Fort Worth. That’s due to the area’s central location, land availability and relatively affordable price compared to other markets.
