Day 1: kathmandu to ilam bazaar.

Today is the first day of the trip so we will drive to Ilam from your pick up point in Kathmandu. We will start the trip early in the morning. It is because the approximate time to reach Ilam from Kathmandu is 12 to 13 hours and the distance is about 700 kilometers. Throughout this road journey, you will enjoy the natural scenario and residential beauties. After reaching Ilam Bazaar, we will transfer you to your booked hotel where you can enjoy your food and accommodation and stay overnight.

Day 2: Ilam Bazaar to Antu Danda to Mai Pokhari

Today, we will drive to Antu Danda which is at an altitude of 1677 meters and takes about 1.5 hours to reach there from Ilam Bazaar via Road transportation. From here, you will be able to see the lush green tea garden with other attractions in this place which is the famous 'sunrise'. After enjoying the sunrise view, we will move towards Mai Pokhari. It is at an altitude of 2438 meters and takes around 4.5 hours to reach there from Antu Danda. Mai Pokhari is the pilgrimage site of Ilam where there are nine ponds in the same area. Some ponds are big enough for boating so you can do boating if you want to. On the way, you will pass through village-like Chureghant, Bakhaute, Dharpani, and Hasbire Bhanjyangan along with other snowy mountains. After enjoying the day with exploration, stay overnight at the hotel/lodge in Mai Pokhari.

Day 3: Mai Pokhari to Pashupatinagar to Fikkal

Today is the third day of the Ilam Paradise Tour. The journey will start after having breakfast at the hotel in Mai Pokhari and driving towards Pashupatinagar for sightseeing. You can visit the tea garden and know about it. From this place, you can see the hill-view and the local people around the area. After roaming around, you will move toward Fikkal and explore the place enjoying the natural environment. You will be able to converse with local inhabitants and know about them and their lifestyle too. Finally, stay overnight at Fikkal hotel/lodge.

Day 4: Fikkal to Kanyam to Itahari

After having breakfast in the morning at Fikkal hotel, you will start your journey to Kanyam in a private vehicle. This place is mostly visited place of Ilam where you can enjoy the green tea garden and local people with epic culture and lifestyle. After roaming the Kanyam area and having dinner there, we will drove towards Itahari. Itahari is also one of the most significant cities in Nepal. It is famous for shopping, varieties of food and souvenirs. After enjoying some time in Itahari Bazar, we will check in to the hotel, have dinner and stay over for the rest of the day and night.

Day 5: Itahari to Kathmandu Drive

This is the last day of the trip so after having breakfast in the Itahari hotel, we will drive back to Kathmandu. The whole journey back to Kathmandu will take about 5 to 6 hours. If you are on the right side, you will be able to observe a beautiful river sight, hills and forests, and much more on the way.

Ilam 5 days tour with the satisfying rental car ride.

The tour to Ilam for 5 Days was amazing and the entire credit goes to Nepal Rental Car for providing a standard vehicle for our trip. We contacted NRC and booked the vehicle with them. "InDrive" is now also operational in Pokhara, and the price in the app appeared as 580 NRS to take us there starting from the Lake Side Rd. It's a steep ride and we asked the driver to stop a couple of times to take pictures. As he picked us up in the city, the driver proposed to take us there, wait for us while we visited the pagoda, and take us back. He asked for 1500 NRS which I found a very honest deal. From the entrance point there are approx 300 steps to the pagoda. Enough resting spots/restaurants/souvenirshops on the way up. The view on top is very nice. No entry fee to the pagoda. He was very kind and flexible with us. We then went up to Nagarkot to catch the sunset. Unfortunately it was too hazy to see much, but the tour itself was great and the guide was very friendly. However, what we got was much more than that. We were greeted at our hotel by our guide Ramesh at our hotel. Ramesh graciously waited while we were a few minutes late, then started us on an amazing tour into the older part, down to the old palace and back to the newer part. The decorations through the Nepali Chulo are beautiful exemplifying the beauty and rich culture of the region. You get greeted in a traditional way at the door. Seating is at long tables with a good view of the stage. Multiple courses of elaborate dinner are served as well as local rice vodka . The food and service were good. FazalMahmudR 0 contributions 5.0 of 5 bubbles Try the trail to Phewa Lake This holy place is very nearby to Pokhara Phewa Lake. A taxi will take 1200nrp (one way) and 1500nrp (both way) to get there. It has stair case to reach to the Pagoda. And you will find a number of outlets for light snacks and coffee. View from the top is spectacular. However, the most fascinating part for me was the trail to Phewa Lake from the Pagoda. It took me around 1 hr to reach to the down. Somewhere in mid point there is small shop for momo, tea, beer with seating arrangement. I met two Indian fnds there Yash and Jayant. We talked on different issues on travelling and Pokhara. Their company made rest of journey really wonderful. At the bottom, you have to buy boat tickets to go the other side of the lake. To Phewa Ghat it will cost you 750 nrp per boat. Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1300 m)

Upon your arrival in the Kathmandu airport, you will be greeted by Natural Tours representative and transferred to hotel. After check in, you can either take a rest or hang around in the city depending on your interest and time constraint. In the evening, there will be a pre-trip discussion, introducing with your Tour guide. You will have an opportunity to ask any questions related to the tour program. Overnight in hotel

Day02: Kathmandu Sightseeing

Today after breakfast, we start a guided sightseeing to historical and spiritual sites in Kathmandu. Some of these landmarks are considered World Heritage Sites that include the historic Durbar Square, the sacred Hindu temple of Pashupatinath, the famous ‘Monkey Temple’ (Swayambhunath) and Buddhists shrine (Bouddhanath) which is one of the largest Stupas in the world.

Day 03: Fly to Bhadrapur or Drive

Today we take morning flight to Bhadrapur and check in the hotel. Visit the Satar village (Satar are backward tribe who hunt mouse and rats). Overnight at Bhadrapur

Day 04: Drive to Pashupatinagar via Kanyam tea garden

Wake up early in the morning and drive to Kanyam (approx 40km) for magnificent view of the tea garden, drive to Pashupatinagar to visit the cheese factory. This is the border town to Darjeeling district of India. En-route visit Karfok, Panchakanya,back to fickkal After lunch at Fickalvisit the local market. Drive to ILam bazaar overnight at ILamBazaar .

Day 05: Half day sightseeing at ILam bazaar and drive to Maipokhari and Shree Antu

After breakfast sightseeing at ILam bazaar of local market and beautiful tea garden and view tower from where we can see full view ofILam bazaar .After lunch drive to Mai pokhari lake . After sightseeing at maipokhariaround the lake, forests, rare flora and fauna for 1 hour and walk to visit the local Sherpa’s market Deurali bazaar .After that drive back to ilam bazaar enroute visit Biblate bazaar drive to Shree Antu for overnight stay at hotel at Shreeantu

Day 06: Drive to Bhadrapur

Early in the morning proceeds for sunrise view at Shree Antu and visit the Shree antu lake sides. After breakfast drive to Bhadrapurenroute lunch at fickalbazaar and drive to Bhadrapurenroute visit charali bazaar, birtamode bazaar and visit local bhadrapurbazaar. O/N at hotel at bhadrapur

Day 07: Fly back to Kathmandu or drive to Kathmandu

Fly back to Kathmandu from bhadrapur Airport. Check in the hotel, be refreshed and leisure walk to Thamel area in late evening.

Day 08: Final Departure

After breakfast, check out from hotel and transfer to airport fly to onward destination.

Detailed Itinerary

Day 01: Kathmandu arrival, transfer to hotel, welcome dinner Once you arrive at Kathmandu airport, our representative will greet & meet you at the arrival gate. With the display board of Trekking Mart, s/he will be waiting for you there. Then transfer to the selected hotel. In the evening you enjoy welcome dinner of authentic Nepali cuisine with fantastic cultural dance presentation. Meal: Dinner.

Day 02: Kathmandu sightseeing tour: Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhu, Pashupatinath, Boudhanath Today we make a detail exploration of cultural heritage sites of Kathmandu. A professional city guide will guide us to fulfill our cultural need. Swayambhunath- a ‘self-existent Buddha’, Kathmandu Durbar Square- a past King’s palace with living goddess power, Boudhanath- one of the largest Stupas in the world and Pashupatinath- a place of sacred Lingam (phallic symbol of Lord Shiva) are our today’s attraction. Overnight at the hotel. Meal: breakfast.

Day 03: Fly to Bhadrapur, Jhapa & Drive to Ilam We catch the morning flight to Bhadrapur. Bhadrapur is the easternmost city of Nepal located in Jhapa district. It is about 700 km west of Kathmandu and takes about 45 minutes by flight. From Bhadrapur, we head towards Ilam, which is 75km north of Bhadrapur and is of 3 hrs drive. This hilltop station is famous for its green hills, fertile lands, and the cool temperate climate. So Ilam is also known as Queen of hills. Overnight at this queen land. Meal: Breakfast.

Day 04: Full day tour - Ilam & Kanyam Tea Gardens We design today’s trip for Ilam and Kanya. We start our sightseeing trip with the morning glorious sunrise view. The excellent relief features around the site are the fine gifts of nature. The entire area is famous for a beautiful tea garden covering more than 100 years of plantation trend. Especially Kanyam and Fikkal are fascinating spots because of having large tea estates. It has also got a tea factory to prepare various tea products. Besides these, we also visit local villages, Ilam Bazaar, and Maipokhari to evaluate local lifestyle and culture. Overnight at Ilam. Meal: Breakfast.

Day 05: Drive back to Bhadrapur, Fly back to Kathmandu This day we return back to Bhadrapur by the drive. The roadway runs from the queen hills to the plain Terai. On arrival in Bhadrapur, we fly back to Kathmandu. In the alternative, you may visit Darjeeling of India which is right across the border. The border is 15 km east of Bhadrapur. Darjeeling is one of the finest hill stations in the world. Night stay in Kathmandu. Meal: Breakfast.

Day 06: Sightseeing Tour: Patan & Bhaktapur Patan and Bhaktapur are the two most ancient cultural cities of Kathmandu valley. The ancient ruler’s history bearing durbar squares of both the cities are listed in UNESCO world heritage site. Patan Durbar square is the marvel of Newar architecture and thus also known as a city of fine arts. Bhaktapur is the city of Devotees. Both the cities have the perfect distinctive features of medieval arts, architectures, culture and lifestyle of the peoples of past and present. Overnight at the hotel. Meal: Breakfast.

Day 07: Departure Transfer At about 3 hours prior to your flight time, we transfer you to the airport to fly your onward destination. Trekking Mart family wishes your best time ahead. Meal: Breakfast.

Ilam Tour Itinerary

Day 1 drive from kathmandu to ilam (13hrs).

Today is the first day of our tour. We drive from Kathmandu to Illam which is a 13 hours’ scenic drive through the beautiful natural scenario. Upon reaching Illam, you will be transferred to the hotel in Ilam.

Day 2 Drive to Antu Danda (1 ½ hrs) and drive from Antu Danda to Mai Pokhari (3-4hrs)

One and half hours drive from Ilam Bazaar takes you to Antu Danda. Antu Danda, typically known as Shree Antu Danda, a lush green tea garden and also the vantage point for exclusive sunrise and sunset view. The view of Mount Everest and Mount Kanchenjunga is also the major attraction of this place. Besides tea garden, the residing dense forest in Antu Danda is home to hares, boars, pheasant, jackals, deer and many more.

After spending quality time at Antu Danda, we move to Mai Pokhari at 2438m which is about 4 ½ hours drive from Antu Danda. Mai Pokhari is the pilgrimage site of the Ilam district and houses a magnificent lake and nine ponds. The lake is sprinkled with water lilies and swarmed with goldfish and you can even enjoy boating here. Chureghanti, Dharapani, and Hasbire Bhanjyangon are some of the nearby villages best of sightseeing.

Day 3 Drive to Fikkal and Kanayam and Back to Ilam

After breakfast, we start our journey to Fikkal and Kanayam. Fikkal and Kanayam have large tea land with a beautiful tea garden and picnic spot. These places are popular among tourists and the most visited tea garden of Ilam for picnicking, sightseeing and taking photographs. After enjoying the greenery around the tea garden, we move to Ilam

Day 4 Back to Kathmandu

Today is the last day of our Journey. After breakfast, we drive back to Kathmandu.

Ilam is the Far eastern district of the country which is inhabited by people of different culture, Nature living together peacefully. Illam is located on the foothills of Mount Kanchanjunga.We can find large land of lush-green tea gardens in Illam and the rolling hills covered with tea leaves are simply Wonderful. Greenery is all over the hills of Illam all around the year.Illam Tea Garden is situated near Illam Bazaar and Kanyam Tea Garden located between Terai plain and ILam Bazaar are the major of Nepal.There are many places for trekking in Illam and this places give us feeling of Relaxation and enjoyment.The name of the places are as follows:

Day 1: Antu Danda: It is situated at an altitude of 1677m in Illam District.It is famous for its unique views of Everest and Kanchanjunga.It is the best point for viewing sunrise and sunset.There is a motorable road from Illam to Chhipitar .This Trekking along green hills take 3 hours. Day 2: Mai pokhari It is located at an altitude of 2438m .It is famous place of pilgrimage in Illam district.It lies at about 13 kilometers north to Illam Bazaar. This beautiful place have a pond .Altogether there are nine ponds in the area some of which are large enough for boats.This place will be nice to visit during ‘Harisayam Ekadashi’ when a one-night fair is held.Mai Pokhari can be arrived in 3 hours from Illam Bazaar in vehicles.we can observe villages like Chureghanti,Bakhaute,Dharpani and Hasbire Bhanjyangon the way with a view of the snowy peaks towards north Day 3: Kanyam and Fikkal These places have large tea land and these tea plantation areas are famous among tourists for picnicking.sightseeing and taking photographs. Day 4: Chhintapu It is the second highest peak in Illam district. The area has rich forests of Rhododendron, medicinal plants and various species if the birds. We can find about 11 types of Rhododendron in this area.Yarcha gumba and rare animals like red panda and musk deer is also can be seen in this area. The peak cab can be reached by trekking for 4 hours from Illam Bazaar. Day 5: Gajur Mukhi It is on the banks of Deumai Khola which is west of Illam.

Ilam district in East Nepal, 430 miles away from Kathmandu, is the queen of the hills in the east region of Nepal. People visit this place very often because it is the gateway to many other towns to the North, including Kanchanjunga Himal, World’s third highest peak. Great Himalaya Trail hikers cross this town. There are many Hydro project and agricultural research group visit this place very often. Tea from this place is World class in standard level and with varieties of taste. Ilam has the first sunlight in Nepal and groups of people come here to witness it. Ilam has the cheapest of all package in the sightseeing category. During May to August, hills around the tea estate offer coolest weather for those people burning in hit like hell in southern plain region.

Ilam tour package is the cheapest package in Nepal with lots of fun and sightseeing. You can enjoy the river crossing and sightseeing in tea garden and exploring the villages in Nepal through the adventure.

You have two option to Reach Urlabari. Drive or Fly. If you drive to Urlabari by Car, You exit Kathmandu valley in Dhulikhel, you go down to Sun Koshi River corridor until reach Khurkot, drive and cross the mountain and reach plain area in Bardibas. Drive through Terai, crossing the Nepal biggest bridge in Koshi and you reach Urlabari. Other option is fly to Biratnagar from Kathmandu, 40 minute and drive one houre to Urlabari and stay in the Home Stay Village.

Your adventure began as you cross the clean Mai Khola River which starts from the bottom of the mountain. The small town there provides you supplies like waters, biscuits and potato chips, because you won’t find the shop after wards for two days. You have to cross 12 times to reach small small village of Dungdunge which is surrounded by Jungle and River. If river is over flooded then you have the option to trek through the thick mountain forest and hills in the proposed Mai Eco-Tourism Place. You will camp in Dungdunge at the top of the river in tent or in hammock. You will have the burn fire at the night in the winter.

You will have to cross river couple of times before you get into the Mountain Taxi. You will enjoy the ride since it cross many rivers, mountains, villages, valleys, jungles, tea gardens. When you reach Ilam, check into hotel and rest.

Sightseeing in around Ilam and Kanyam and drive to Home Stay Village in Urlabari. There is one more place in Shri Antu or in Sandakpur, if you desire to stay one more night there to view first Sunrise in Nepal then you will have to add one more day in your itinerary.

Drive back to Kathmandu by Toyota Hiace, via BP Raj Marga in Sindhuli and reach Kathmandu at later afternoon, check into hotel or Home Stay in Koteshwor. You can stop on the BP highway to take photographs or break. Your package ends after the tea refreshment.

An excellent getaway from city life, Ilam is famous for its tea. It is a district largely covered in tea bushes with a hill town right beside a plantation enjoying views of pristine landscapes made up of sloping tea gardens, mountain streams, dense natural forests, holy sites and a unique culture. Using Ilam Bazaar as a base you can take excursions for a day or more. There are many hotels in the town and a few resorts a short distance away in the tea gardens. Ilam is one of the richest districts in Nepal when it comes to cultural diversity, natural landscape, and a flourishing cash crop industry. Potato, cardamom, ginger, red round chilly, milk, and broom grass are the major cash crops, with tea being the biggest industry. Scholars visit Ilam for botanical and anthropological research.

Bhedetar Those people who have been to Bhedetar say that its main attraction is its weather. You might reach there on a sunny day, but soon the clouds will gather, and the weather will change. It is a perfect destination for summer. Located at an altitude of around 1,420 metres above sea level, the hill station never experiences heat. That is why people from UP and Bihar frequent Bhedetar to beat the heat, local say. Bhedetar is not just for a relaxed holiday. The place has something to offer for thrill seekers as well. Nine km down the trail, there is the Namaste Waterfall, which the locals also call Simsuwa. You can take a dip in the cold water or go canoeing in the river. There is also the option of paragliding from Bhedetar to Dharan, one of the biggest cities in the east

The ‘Kathmandu Valley and Tea Garden Tour’ begins with visits to different UNESCO World Heritage Sites within the Kathmandu Valley, a city filled with graceful temples and stupas; elegant palaces, brick-paved courtyards and quaint streets.

Situated in the eastern region of Nepal, Ilam is known as the “Queen of Hills” Surrounded by green tea garden, the hilly district of Ilam lies in Mechi Zone. The former name of Ilam is Charkhola for being at the centre of four rivers – Mailkhola, Jogmai, Puwamai and Daumai. The people residing on the outskirts of the district still call Ilam as Charkhola. Ilam is a very popular tourist destination among internal and foreign tourists for having face to face experience with natural beauty biological diversity and ancient tradition. The tourist love to call Ilam “heaven on earth”. Everyone enjoys the lush-green tea garden, lovely view of Himal and the healthy and clean environment of Ilam. While here, we not only enjoy the town’s mesmerizing landscape but also acquaint ourselves with the famous tea-gardens in the area. Our 7-day tour ends with a visit to Nagarkot, a beautiful town located in the outskirts of the Kathmandu Valley that is famous for its excellent views of the Himalayas.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,300 m/4,264 ft)

Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu: Kathmandu Durbar Square, Pashupatinath Temple, Swayambhunath and Bauddhanath

Day 03: Fly to Jhapa then Drive to Ilam: 45 minutes flight, 3 hours drive

Day 04: Ilam and Kanyam Tea Gardens tour

Day 05: Drive to Bhadrapur then fly back to Kathmandu

Day 06: Sightseeing in Patan and Bhaktapur and Sunrise or Sunset views from Nagarkot

Day 07: Final departure

Upon our arrival in Kathmandu, Snow Leopard Trek will arrange to pick you up from the airport. You will then be transferred to hotel.Overnight in Kathmandu.

After breakfast, we begin our sightseeing tour by visiting UNESCO World Heritage Sites within Kathmandu. Kathmandu Durbar Square showcases Nepalese art and architecture at its best. The architecture is typical of the Malla dynasty who ruled over Nepal from the 12th to the 18th century. Swayambhunath Temple is popular among the foreigners as the Monkey Temple owing to the large monkey population residing in the area. Pashupatinath Temple is situated on the banks of river Bagmati and is one of the principal temples of Lord Shiva. The Bauddhanath Stupa is one of the largest stupas in South Asia which is built on the ancient trade route to Tibet.

We fly to the Bhadrapur Airport in Jhapa in the morning. From there, we drive to Ilam, a beautiful hill town famous for its tea gardens. Owing to its temperate climate, low green hills and fertile lands, Ilam is also known as the queen of hills in Nepal. Overnight in Ilam.

We begin the day by watching the sunrise over the eastern Himalayas. Then, we visit the Kanyam Estates which has been used for tea production for over hundred years. The Kanyam Estates produces a dark, smoky-flavored black tea similar to the Darjeeling variety in India. The area is also a great place to picnic, sightsee and sample fine teas. Today, we also enjoy strolling in the streets of Ilam Bazaar and Maipokhari. Overnight in Ilam.

We retrace our route back to Bhadrapur, Jhapa then fly back to Kathmandu. After reaching Kathmandu, we can spend the rest of the day resting or souvenir shopping in Thamel, a popular tourist hub in Kathmandu. Snow Leopard Trek also likes to mention that if you wish to extend your trip to Darjeeling from Bhadrapur then the trip can be arranged. Nepal’s border with India lies about 15 kilometers east of Bhadrapur and Bhadrapur is only one and a half hour drive from the Bagdogra airport and Siliguri in India. Siliguri is also the gateway to Darjeeling, Sikkim, and the north-eastern Indian states. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Listed in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites, Patan Durbar Square is rich in ancient arts and architecture. We also visit Bhakatpur, an irresistible city with an authentic local lifestyle preserved over centuries of isolation from the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu. While in the city square, we get to admire the Nyata-Pola Temple, the Golden Gate, water spouts and the 55 Window Palace which merge together to provide an ambience of a magical outdoor theater to its visitors. We also immerse ourselves in the authentic delicacy of the locals in Bhaktapur. Today we also visit Nagarkot, a village in Bhaktapur which sits at 7,200 ft and boasts stunning Himalayan vistas. It is also renowned for its sunrise and sunset views of the Himalayas. Depending on your choice, we will visit Nagarkot either for sunrise or for sunset.

Our adventure in Nepal comes to an end today! A representative from Snow Leopard Trek will take you to the airport approximately 3 hours before the scheduled flight.

Trip Overview:

Bhadrapur is the easternmost city of Nepal located in Jhapa district. It is about 700 km west of Kathmandu and takes about 45 minutes by flight. From Bhadrapur, we head towards Ilam, which is 75km north of Bhadrapur and is of 3 hrs drive. This hill top station is famous for its green hills, fertile lands and the cool temperate climate. Stay overnight in Hotel.

SANU PATHIBHARA is a shrine at the top of Kutidanda and Hanspokhari on the Mechi Highway. Sanu (smaller) Pathibhara is regarded as the younger sister of the bigger Pathibhara Temple in Taplejung. The hill is covered with forests and offers views of the Terai plains, the Mahabharat range and Mt. Kanchenjunga

KANYAM AND FIKKAL: On the way to Ilam Bazaar, Kanyam and Fikkal have large tea estates that have made Ilam famous for more than a hundred years. These tea gardens are popular among tourists for picnicking, sightseeing and photography. Fikkal is a business center in eastern Ilam and lies on the Mechi Highway leading to Ilam. It is also the junction from where one can go to the eastern border city of Pashupatinagar adjacent to Darjeeling. Indian and Nepali nationals can cross over to the other side of the border with valid documents. Stay overnight in Hotel.

ANTU DANDA: Situated at an altitude of 2,328 m, Antu Danda is famous for its spectacular views of the sunrise and sunset over the eastern Himalaya. From here, magnificent views of the 8,586-m Kanchenjunga, the world’s third highest peak, as well as Kumbhakarna and other snowy summits can be had. Antu Danda is surrounded by scenic terraces, slopes and plains covered by different types of vegetation. On a clear day you can see the middle hills and plains of neighboring Darjeeling district in West Bengal, India. Pick up from Bhadrapur Airport or Kakarvitta and drive to Kanyam Tea Garden(54km).

Visit Sano Pathivara if you want to visit. The climb to the temple for prayer consists of 1040 steps, making for a quick and exhilarating hiking experience.

Free time for Lunch and visit Kanyam Tea Garden, The entire area is famous for beautiful tea garden covering more than 100 years plantation trend. Enjoy photoshoots with different cultural dresses. Then drive to Shree Antu(20km). Visit Antu pokhari and check in. Overnight in Shree Antu.

Policy Regarding Cancellation / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE

In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services – due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason, we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive advice in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:-

Before 60 days – No cancellation charge. From 60 days to 45 days – 10% of the total tour / service cost From 45 days to 15 days – 15% of the total tour / service cost From 15 days to 07 days – 25% of the total tour / service cost From 07 days to 02 days (48 hrs) – 50% of the total tour / service cost From 48 hours to arrival or NO SHOW – NO REFUND

In case of peak season hotel bookings a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required).

In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount, which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/contractors we patronize.
