Presented by AEG Presents , INSANO WORLD TOUR will see Cudi playing 43 shows, starting in Austin on June 28 th at the Moody Center. CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Cleveland area native Kid Cudi announced he’s going on a world tour this summer across North America, the UK, and Europe to support his ninth studio album INSANO.

The tour includes a homecoming date on July 31st at Rocket Mortgage Field House.

The INSANO WORLD TOUR will see Cudi playing 43 shows, starting in Austin on June 28th at the Moody Center. INSANO WORLD TOUR will also hit Madison Square Garden in New York, Rogers Arena in Vancouver, Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, Uber Arena in Berlin, and Accor Arena in Paris, before concluding at The O2 in London on March 18th, 2025.

Kid Cudi has announced details of his To The Moon 2022 world tour, which will kick off this summer and run until the end of the year.

The rapper will hit the road in August, beginning the North American leg of the tour in Vancouver, BC. That stint will wrap up with the star’s own festival, Moon Man’s Landing, in Cleveland, OH on September 17.

Next, Cudi will head to Japan for one show in Tokyo in October, before moving on to Europe in November. Across the tour, he will be supported by Don Toliver, Strick, Denzel Curry , and 070 Shake . Find more details on Cudi’s official website .

‘Hot Sauce Committee Part Two’: Beastie Boys’ Fiery Final Album

Tickets for the tour will be available via an American Express pre-sale from 10am local time today (June 21) through 10pm local time on Thursday (23). A general sale will then begin at 10am local time on Friday (25), with tickets available to purchase here .

The news of the To The Moon tour follows the star releasing his new single “Do What I Want” earlier this month. The track is taken from Entergalactic , a Netflix project and accompanying album that Cudi has worked on with How To Make It In America ’s Ian Edelman.

“This project will move you, it will take your heart places and make you fall in love again,” Cudi said of Entergalactic . “I am so proud of every single person involved who helped bring my vision to life.”

The series adds to the rapper’s previous film and television ventures, which include an appearance in the third season of HBO’s Westworld and a role in Adam McKay’s Oscar-nominated Netflix movie Don’t Look Up . He starred alongside Ariana Grande in that movie and the pair released a duet for the soundtrack called “Just Look Up.”

Hip-Hop star Kid Cudi will play 27 cities across North America, Asia, and Europe on his headlining world tour.

Los Angeles, CA (June 21, 2022) – Multi-hyphenate artist Scott Mescudi aka Kid Cudi announces his To the Moon – 2022 World Tour in 27 cities across North America, Asia, and Europe. The tour kicks off with 20 North American shows starting in Vancouver on August 16, and will include stops at The Kia Forum in Los Angeles, Barclays Center in Brooklyn, American Airlines Center in Dallas, and the United Center in Chicago. Then in the Fall, “To The Moon ” travels to the Toyosu PIT in Japan and all over Europe, including The O2 in London, Verti Music Hall in Berlin, AFAS Live in Amsterdam, Palais 12 in Brussels, and the Zenith in Paris, with Milan closing out the tour at Fabrique on November 22.

Kid Cudi is supported throughout the North American leg by  Strick on all dates , with additional support on select dates by Denzel Curry and 070 Shake . Along with “To The Moon,” Kid Cudi announced the inaugural “Moon Man’s Landing” festival in his hometown of Cleveland, OH on September 17, 2022. Kid Cudi curated the lineup to include some of his favorite artists such as Playboi Carti, HAIM, Don Toliver, Dominic Fike, Pusha T, Jaden, 070 Shake , and more.

On September 30, 2022 Kid Cudi will debut “ Entergalactic ,” an animated music series he created with Netflix. A brand-new studio album also titled “ Entergalactic ” will accompany the series. The first single “Do What I Want” was released on all platforms June 10.

Kid Cudi is riding high off a wide array of acclaimed work in music, television, and film, from his 2020 album Man on the Moon III: The Chosen which debuted at number two on the Billboard 200 to serving as musical guest on Saturday Night Live, to collaborating with Ariana Grande on the original song “Just Look Up” for Netflix’s Don’t Look Up and starring in A24’s 2022 horror-hit X . CLEVELAND, Ohio – Kid Cudi is bringing a star-studded lineup to the West Bank of Cleveland’s Flats. The Cleveland rapper/actor Friday announced his Moon Man’s Landing festival set for Sept. 17.

The lineup includes Cudi, who broke out of Cleveland with his “A Kid Named Cudi” mixtape in 2008 and then achieved mainstream success with “Day ‘n’ Night” and other hits. He will be joined by Playboi Carti, Haim, Pusha T, Don Toliver, Mike Dean, Chip Tha Ripper, 070 Shake, Dominic Fike and DJ E-V and fellow Cleveland rap legends Bone Thugs-N-Harmony.

“Every single person on the Moon Man’s Landing lineup I have so much love for,” Cudi tweeted. “Bringin all my friends to Cleveland to celebrate freedom and love. One full day of awesome vibes curated by me...”

Fans can register for presale tickets for Moon Man’s Landing on the festival’s website . The presale begins at 10 a.m. June 22 with general admission starting at $99. VIP passes start at $299.

Kid Cudi cancels world tour, including Cleveland stop, after breaking foot at Coachella

S AN DIEGO ( FOX 5/KUSI ) — Kid Cudi has canceled all shows for his planned “Insano World Tour” this summer, including a stop in Cleveland, after breaking his foot during Coachella last weekend.

In an Instagram post Wednesday , the Grammy Award-winning artist and Cleveland native said he sustained a fracture to his calcaneus, or heel bone, in a jump from the Sahara stage during his set at the festival on Sunday. He added that the injury will require surgery.

“We have to cancel the tour so I can focus on getting better to be out there in top shape to rage with you all,” he wrote in the post. “There’s just no way I can bounce back in time to give 100%.”

The Grammy Award-winning rapper was initially scheduled to perform at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse on July 31. Those who bought tickets to this show — or the other 42 stops planned for the tour — will get a full refund, Cudi said.

A new slate of shows for the “Insano World Tour” will be announced once he has recovered from the injury, he added.

“I can’t wait to get back out there with you guys and turn up how we do,” Cudi continued. “I’m really disappointed as [I’m] sure you guys are too, but I will be back. That’s a promise.”

Cudi, who was a special treat for festivalgoers at the second weekend of Coachella, sustained his injury late in his 40-minute set in front of a packed crowd at the Sahara Stage. According to those who were there, he only had one song left in his set, “Pursuit of Happiness.”

Videos posted to social media show the 40-year-old rapper attempting to jump down from the stage during his hit song “Memories.” His foot appears to get caught in a wire lining the stage, causing him to take an awkward tumble back onto his left foot.

Cudi was then escorted off by two men, as he was not able to put any weight on his leg. Late Sunday, he confirmed in a post on X , formerly Twitter, that he did in fact break his foot in the fall.

Following a mishap during his weekend two Coachella set, Kid Cudi is canceling his tour to rehab his foot injury.

Coachella season has officially passed and while some are just now recovering from the fun, Kid Cudi is just beginning his recovery journey. During his weekend two set at the fest, he slipped while attempting to jump off the stage and everything was downhill from there.

In the video above you can just how hard he hit the ground following his slip and it was clear that it wasn’t something he could walk off.

According to TMZ , the Cleveland rapper has now canceled his upcoming INSANO tour dates following his nasty fall so he can get surgery and heal.

Hopefully, it doesn’t take Cudi too long to recover but we know the rager won’t take kindly to sitting around while healing. If you’re bummed about the tour cancellation, you can at least catch him in the Knuckles series currently streaming on Paramount+.

We also predict that Cudi will find a new way to connect with his finds while resting, perhaps streaming.

Kid Cudi has been forced to cancel his tour after breaking his foot at Coachella over the weekend. During the fest’s Weekend Two on Sunday night, the rapper went to the hospital with a broken foot after jumping off the stage at the Sahara Tent.

But it seems the injury was more serious than he initially thought, and on Wednesday, the rapper announced that he must now undergo surgery. “I have a broken calcaneus,” the rapper posted on social media . “I’m headed to surgery now and there’s gonna be a long recovery time. We have to cancel the tour so I can focus on getting better to be out there in top shape to rage with you all.”

He added that he would not be able to give 100 percent during his performance due to the recovery time. “The injury is much more serious than I thought.” Ticketholders will get refunded, per his post.

Kid Cudi cancels tour: Ankle broken at Coachella is ‘much more serious,’ needs surgery

Kid Cudi is canceling his upcoming Insano: Engage the Rage World Tour after finding out his broken ankle is “much more serious” than he thought.

“Guys, so, I have a broken calcaneus,” Cudi posted Wednesday on social media. “Im headed to surgery now and there’s gonna be a long recovery time. We have to cancel the tour so I can focus on getting better to be out there in top shape to rage with you all.”

Kid Cudi offers an update on the ankle he broke jumping off the Sahara stage on the last day of Coachella 2024. He seems upbeat, albeit a little uncertain.

The calcaneus is more commonly known as the heel bone. While some ankle fractures can heal in weeks, a broken calcaneus has a longer recovery time. “This type of fracture commonly occurs during a high-energy event — such as a car crash or a fall from a ladder — when the heel is crushed under the weight of the body,” the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons says on its website . Surgery is often required to prevent heel deformity.

This, friends, is why you don’t jump off one of the tallest stages at Coachella.

“There’s just no way I can bounce back in time to give 100%,” Cudi said. “The injury is much more serious than I thought.”

The U.S. leg of the Insano tour was supposed to start June 28 in Austin, Texas, and conclude with a show in Los Angeles on Aug. 30. Kid Cudi planned to head to Europe in early 2025; it’s unclear whether that part of the tour is still on.

The rapper said that ticket holders will be contacted by email and receive a full refund. Also, new tour dates will be announced as soon as possible.

In a video posted earlier this week and captured by TMZ , Kid Cudi said with a chuckle, “This is what happens when a 40-year-old man tries to prance around offstage like he’s 26, like he used to do back in the day.” He added that he was “hoping” to be healed up in time to hit the road.

So much for that idea.

“I’m so sorry fam and I love you all so much, thanks for the endless love and support. Im really disappointed as im sure you guys are too, but I will be back. Thats a promise,” the rapper wrote Wednesday.

“Im ok, just a lil soreness, but im in good spirits.”
