Once you’re inside, this modern agency looks a picture, comfortably furnished with plenty of desks (and a well-stocked drinks fridge!).
It’s also now more luxurious than ever with a new VIP client lounge complete with a big screen where the team can host private appointments and really bring clients’ travel plans to life.
Heading into their 10th anniversary year, the La Vida team really are at the top of their game; friendly, welcoming and accommodating. It’s easy to see why more than 90% of clients book again and recommend La Vida to friends and family.
New-ish starters Vito and Emilia are La Vida’s Aussie experts, while Sarah is the team’s Florida whizz – but their collective expertise spans everything from cruising and city breaks to safaris. They’re always topping up their learning, too, by linking up with some of the UK’s biggest travel firms to experience the travel they sell first-hand.
Last year, they helped a number of clients experience Welsh football history by arranging travel and tickets for the Fifa World Cup in Qatar – sending them drinks hampers after Wales were sadly eliminated to enjoy at home for the rest of the tournament.
