Can I view my booking online?

You can view your booking online before travel at  Manage booking  by entering your booking reference and last name. Your booking reference consists of six letters and numbers and can be found on your e-ticket itinerary. If you booked directly with Qantas your booking reference will not include numbers zero (0) or one (1). Once you’ve retrieved your booking, you can:

  • Update your contact details.
  • Add seat or meal requests.
  • Change or cancel flights.
  • Pay for your booking and more.

  • Log in to your account. 
  • Click see all bookings under My bookings on the home page OR go to bookings in the navigation panel and select bookings.  
  • Once you've retrieved your booking you can change aspects of your booking (where applicable). 

Qantas Business Rewards 

  • Log in to your account.
  • If you have permissions to manage bookings, navigate to Manage Company Bookings . 
  • You can find a list of all bookings associated to your business's ABN, and make changes to your booking (where applicable). 

Travel agent or third-party bookings    If your flights were booked through a travel agency or third-party website, you may need to contact these companies directly to obtain your Qantas booking reference or for assistance with some functions, such as changing or cancelling your flights.

  8. Flight bookings made through a Qantas office or a travel agent

    If you made your booking through a Qantas office, and it is eligible, you can pay for your booking online at Manage Booking . If you made your booking through a travel agent, you can't pay for your booking online. However you can view your booking, add your Frequent Flyer number and check in online through Manage Booking.
