Policy No 18658191 was issued 26.09.2020. Am I covered for Covid Medical Costs as going to Tenerife 22.10.2021

We were refused travel this morning due to overnight changes with the SPTH, we had a paper form filled in ,but overnight it was changed to digital. We are still in the U.K. The purchase date on my policy is the 12/09/2020 and it states a 14 day cooling off period would I be entitled to any refund. Policy number1868076.
