From Central Station Amsterdam you take metro 50 or 54 to Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA. From Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena it is a 5 minute walk to main entrance E. Please note: during away games of Ajax the dressing room of Ajax could be unavailable due to usage of the dressing room from the Ajax players. During home matches there are no Stadium Tours available. Look at the website for the availability of tickets. The route can change due to operational reasons. From November 11, the grass is not visible. The grass will be moved back in December. This depends on the results of the Dutch team during the World Cup.

From the time we entered to when we left, it was a great experience. The staff were friendly and very helpful – when we went around we did the self tour. However, in every area there was someone to tell you about the room you were in. One particular lad, who was in the away dressing room, was spectacular!! He and my husband could have talked football forever, he even caught up with us to give us more information about the museum. You are not rushed – you go at your own pace and even if you are not a football fan it was a good experience. Reasonably priced compared to other clubs we have been to- lots to see

How long does the classic tour take? That is for you to decide. Most visitors take 60 minutes to walk the full stadium tour.

Op dagen zonder evenementen De Johan Cruijff ArenA is van maandag tot en met vrijdag geopend van 07.00 tot 18.00 uur. In het weekend zijn we vanaf 09.00 uur tot 18.00 geopend. Je komt het stadion binnen via hoofdingang E. Op de dag van een voetbalwedstrijd of concert Het stadion gaat 1,5 uur voor het begin van een Ajax-wedstrijd open. Hoofdingang E gaat 2,5 uur voor aanvang van een Ajax-wedstrijd open. Voor KNVB-wedstrijden en concerten gelden er andere openingstijden. Kijk op onze eventkalender voor de actuele tijden.

De snelste reis plan je met onze Mobility Portal . Vul je vertrekadres en aankomstdatum en -tijd in en krijg meteen de beste reis naar het stadion te zien.

Wedstrijden Met Wizzy Maps zie je snel wat de beste parkeerplaats is en waar je de ingang naar jouw plek kunt vinden. Je weg vinden naar het stadion was nog nooit zo makkelijk!

Concerten Via Wizzy Maps vind je de locatie van jouw ingang. De ingang op jouw ticket is de juiste ingang waar je gebruik van kan maken. Het is niet mogelijk om via een andere ingang naar binnen te gaan.

Om je makkelijk door het stadion te bewegen, kun je gebruikmaken van verschillende roltrappen. Afhankelijk van jouw ingang gaan deze tot de eerste of tweede ring. De roltrappen bevinden zich bij de verschillende ingangen: hoofdingang E en ingangen A, C, G, J en M.

De eerste ring op de hoofdtribune bestaat uit de vakken 001 t/m 111, met ieder 19 rijen. De overige vakken, 012 t/m 129, op de eerste ring bestaan uit 29 rijen. De nummering van de rijen begint onderaan: rij 1 bevindt zich het dichtst bij het veld, rij 29 is bovenin het vak.

De tweede ring bestaat uit 27 rijen. De nummering van de rijen begint onderaan: rij 1 bevindt zich het dichtst bij het veld, rij 27 is bovenin het stadion.

Hoe het podium is opgesteld, verschilt per concert. De mogelijkheden zijn: - end setting: met het podium in de noordzijde van het stadion - the round setting: met het podium in het midden van het stadion - panoramasetting: met het podium aan de oostzijde van het stadion

In het stadion zijn geen kluisjes aanwezig. Wel kun je al je spullen tegen betaling kwijt bij Lockerpoint.

Wij werken met e-tickets en mobile only tickets. Mobile only tickets kunnen alleen gescand worden vanaf een telefoon, deze tickets kun je downloaden uit de app en zijn niet te printen. E-tickets kunnen zowel vanaf een telefoon gescand worden als vanaf een geprinte versie.

We raden je aan om, indien geen mobile only ticket, ook een geprinte versie van je ticket mee te nemen, mocht je telefoon uitvallen.

Ajax De ticketverkoop voor Ajax-wedstrijden loopt via de website van Ajax . Voor vragen over deze tickets kan je contact opnemen met de fancare van Ajax .

KNVB wedstrijden Tickets voor een KNVB-wedstrijd in de Johan Cruijff ArenA kun je, wanneer er nog kaarten beschikbaar zijn, kopen via de ticketshop op onze website. Je dient hiervoor eerst een account aan te maken.

Concerten De ticketverkoop van een evenement loopt via de evenementorganisator en niet via de Johan Cruijff ArenA. Voor (vragen over) de verkoop van tickets kun je contact opnemen met de desbetreffende organisator. In elk kalenderitem staat vermeldt wie het concert organiseert.

Iedere bezoeker van een concert of voetbalwedstrijd in de Johan Cruijff ArenA moet in het bezit te zijn van een geldige toegangskaart. Als je je toegangskaart(en) bent verloren of de toegangskaart is zo beschadigd dat de barcode niet meer leesbaar is, meld je dan bij de ticketorganisatie waar je jouw toegangskaart hebt gekocht. Als je nog in het bezit bent van je toegangskaart, dan kun je op de toegangskaart lezen bij welke ticketorganisatie je terecht kunt.

Wanneer je een mobile only ticket hebt gekocht kun je deze te allen tijde opnieuw downloaden in de JCA ticketing app. Wanneer dit niet lukt kun je contact opnemen met de afdeling ticketing via: [email protected]

Bent je certificaathouder van de Johan Cruijff ArenA én heb je de toegangskaarten via de Johan Cruijff ArenA gekocht, dan kun je contact opnemen met de afdeling Front Office via [email protected]

Huisregels en beleid

Gevonden en ingenomen voorwerpen die niet zijn opgehaald, worden na afloop van het evenement afgegeven aan de hospitality-balie bij hoofdingang E. Binnen 36 uur zetten wij gevonden voorwerpen op de website van iLost .

Het is voor bezoekers niet toegestaan eten en drinken mee het stadion in te nemen. In het stadion zijn er voldoende eet- en drinkgelegenheden. Ingenomen (en onaangebroken) eten en drinken geven we aan het voedselbankproject in Amsterdam Zuidoost.

Camera’s zijn toegestaan wanneer het beeldmateriaal niet voor commerciële doeleinden wordt gebruikt en andere bezoekers er geen last van hebben. Het gebruik van een selfiestick in het stadion is niet toegestaan.

Er mogen geen helmen mee het stadion in. Je kunt je helm tegen betaling opbergen in Lockerpoint. Je vindt de Lockerpoint rechts boven bij de ingang van de Ziggo Dome. Let op: er zijn een beperkt aantal kluisjes beschikbaar.

Tijdens een event wordt er alcohol geschonken. Let op: er wordt geen alcohol geschonken aan bezoekers onder de 18 jaar.

De Johan Cruijff ArenA is een rookvrij stadion. In het hele stadion geldt dan ook een rookverbod.

Tassen van A4 formaat (30 cm x 21 cm x 10 cm) of kleiner mogen na controle het stadion in worden meegenomen. Grotere tassen, koffers of goederen zijn niet toegestaan. Bij de ingangen kunnen tassen niet in bewaring worden genomen. Tassen die groter zijn dan het A4 formaat worden geweigerd bij de ingang.

Mocht je tassen of koffers willen wegzetten in een kluisje, kan dit bij de lockers van Lockerpoint . Er zijn twee Lockerpoint-punten. Klik op onderstaande links voor meer informatie over de Lockerpoints.

In het stadion kun je alleen met PIN (ook contactloos), Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, AmEx en VPay betalen. Wij nemen dus geen contant geld aan.

Stadiontour

Voor de openingstijden willen we je graag doorverwijzen naar de webshop, deze is altijd up to date voor alle rondleidingen.

Alle Stadiontours starten in het hoofdgebouw bij ingang E, naast de Ajax fanshop en de FEBO.

Je bent ongeveer 75 minuten onderweg tijdens de klassieke tour. Uiteraard bepaal je zelf hoe snel je rondloopt.

Onze gidsen spreken allemaal Nederlands en Engels. Mocht je tijdens de rondleiding de info willen ontvangen in je eigen taal. Dan kan dat middels de AudioGuide. Deze is te beluisteren in het Duits, Engels, Frans, Italiaans, Nederlands en Spaans.

Voor alle prijzen verwijzen we je graag door naar de webshop waar je voor elk product de prijzen kan vinden.

Wanneer je van te voren reserveert weet je zeker dat er plek voor je is. Koop je een ticket in het stadion, kan het voorkomen dat het druk is en je even moet wachten.

Wij zijn een cash-free stadion, daarom is het niet mogelijk om met cash een ticket te kopen.

Wanneer je de door jou uitgekozen tour niet kunt boeken op een bepaalde dag of tijd, kan het zijn dat deze volledig uitverkocht is of dat er deze dag geen tours plaatsvinden vanwege een evenement.

Mocht je echt verhinderd zijn, dan kunnen we de datum en het tijdstip kosteloos aanpassen. Je mag dan een e-mail sturen en daarbij je boeking gegevens met ons delen. Daarna sturen wij je een nieuw ticket per e-mail.

Wij versturen de tickets via de Close app, na het downloaden van de app zijn je tickets zichtbaar.

Via de Close app ontvang je voorafgaand aan je Tour veel informatie die betrekking hebben op je bezoek. Ook kan je tijdens je Stadiontour gebruik maken van de app en ontvang je na afloop leuke aanbiedingen. Dit zorgt ervoor dat je ervaring nog beter zal zijn.

Tijdens de rondleiding maken we gebruik van roltrappen. Richting het veld en naar de perstribune maken we gebruik van trappen.

De klassieke tour is altijd zonder gids. Wil je een tour met een gids, dan kun je de stadiontour met gids of de VIP tour boeken.

Je kan uitstappen op Station Bijlmer ArenA, vanuit daar loop je makkelijk naar het de Johan Cruijff ArenA toe. Je kan ook gebruik maken van Wizzymaps die zichtbaar is in de Close app.

Je kan parkeren in P1 (het Transferium), onder het stadion. Vanuit daar loop je richting hoofdingang E waar de Stadiontour begint.

Tijdens de rondleiding maken wij veel gebruik van roltrappen/trappen. Wij willen je daarom vragen om na je boeking contact met ons op te nemen zodat wij een gids voor je kunnen inplannen. Dit kan door te mailen naar [email protected].

Je loopt zelfstandig door het stadion langs alle hoogtepunten, onderweg staan er gidsen die je alles gaan vertellen over de ruimtes. Je kan ze alle vragen stellen, of een praatje maken, zij willen dat jij de beste ervaring krijgt in het stadion en staan altijd voor je klaar.

Tijdens de tour zijn het maken van foto’s en video’s toegestaan, alleen met je telefoon of een kleine handcamera. Grote camera’s worden niet toegelaten in het stadion.

De kleedkamer is niet altijd beschikbaar. Zoals op wedstrijddagen van Ajax, dan maken de spelers gebruik van deze ruimte. Ook op wedstrijddagen dat Ajax uit speelt kan de kleedkamer niet toegankelijk zijn.

Je dient zelf een rolstoel mee te nemen. Wij faciliteren dit alleen voor noodgevallen.

Aan het einde van de Stadiontour zie je alle prijzen die Ajax gewonnen heeft, hier kan jij je tijd voor nemen om daarna richting de fanshop te lopen.

Dit is niet mogelijk, omdat we gebruik maken van roltrappen en trappen is het niet toegestaan om een kinderwagen/buggy mee het stadion in te nemen vanuit veiligheidsregels.

Na het downloaden van de Close app krijg je een link, via de link kan je de foto’s hier bekijken.

Wij bieden verschillende Stadiontours aan. In de webshop zie je alle producten die wij op dit moment aanbieden. De meest algemene rondleiding is de klassieke tour, deze rondleiding is zonder gids. De VIP Tour is een exclusieve rondleiding met maar 12 plekken.

Een Kidstour duurt 2 uur, inclusief 30 minuten voetballen.

Volwassenen mogen zeker mee! Kinderen mogen namelijk niet zelfstandig een Kidstour volgen.

De Kidstour wordt alleen in het Nederlands gegeven

Een VIP Tour duurt 2 uur, inclusief een drankje in de skylounge om even tot rust te komen.

De VIP Tour heeft plek voor 12 personen, zo houden wij de rondleiding exclusief.

Kijk goed naar de tijdsloten van je ticket en waar je als eerste heen gaat. De tijdsloten staan op je E-ticket en de tickets worden gescand bij binnenkomst.

De ingang voor de Heineken Experience bevindt zich aan de straatzijde, op de Stadshouderskade 78 in Amsterdam.

Wij bieden Innovatie Tours aan, dit zijn exclusieve tours die op maat worden ingevuld. Mocht je hier interesse in hebben dan mag je mailen naar [email protected] .

Je kan in de webshop boeken voor groepen. Wil je met een klas of voetbalteam gaan dan willen we je adviseren om eerst te mailen naar [email protected] .

Dit is mogelijk in de webshop. Je ontvangt een promotiecode die je kan gebruiken om een Stadiontour te boeken. Een cadeaukaart is alleen te gebruiken voor de Stadiontour.

Je kan op vertoon van je ticket 10% korting krijgen in de fanshop en bij de FEBO Boulevard.

Je kan een hapje eten en/of drinken in de FEBO Boulevard, dit is gelegen naast de hoofdingang waar de Stadiontour begint.

De rondleiding brengt je in 75 minuten door het stadion. Je wordt afgezet in de Gallery of Fame.

Geschiedenis

Na het succes van de HIStory World Tour in 1996, kwam Michael Jackson in de zomer van 1997 terug met een tweede reeks van de tour, waarbij hij optrad in meer Europese steden. Op 8 en 10 juni 1997 stond hij weer in een uitverkochte Amsterdam ArenA.

RZD Arena (Lokomotiv Stadium)

History and description

RZD Arena, previously known as Lokomotiv Stadium, was built between 2000 and 2002, and opened on 5 July 2002 with a match between Lokomotiv and Ural.

The roof of the stadium is held up by four concrete pylons. The stadium holds 60 VIP boxes, each having between 10 and 20 seats.

Lokomotiv Stadium has been regularly used by other Russian sides needing a temporary home such as Anzhi in the Europa League and Spartak Moscow for the 2013-14 season while waiting for the completion of the Otkritie Arena .

In 2017, Lokomotiv Stadium changed name to RZD Arena following a naming rights sponsorship deal.

How to get to RZD Arena

RZD Arena is located in the north-east of the city of Moscow, between Moscow’s third ring road and the MKAD ring road at about 9 kilometres from Moscow’s city centre.

The stadium can be reached with  metro line 1 (the red line). It is an approximate 20-minute ride from stations Biblioteka or Okhotnyy Ryad in Moscow’s centre. Get off at station Cherkizovskaya, which lies right next to the stadium.

Eat, drink, and sleep near RZD Arena

RZD Arena is located on the outskirts of Moscow in a mainly residential area mixed up with some light industry. There is some small retail around where you may be able to get something to eat, but in general it is wiser to eat and drink in central Moscow.

There is a pocket of hotels not far south of the stadium near Izmailovsky Park, from where you can walk in 15 to 20 minutes to the stadium. They are near Partizanskaya metro station, which provides quick access to central Moscow.

The Izmailovo complex offers different hotels with different prices, though in most cases very affordable. These include the Izmailovo Beta Hotel , Izmailovo Gamma Hotel , and Izmailovo Alpha Hotel . The Best Western Vega Hotel is another option.

Lokomotiv Moscow Tickets

Tickets for Lokomotiv games can be bought online , or at the ticket office at the RZD Arena. Lokomotiv sell out very few matches.

Lokomotiv have divided their home matches into two pricing categories. Ticket prices for the cheapest category start at RUB 250 for a seat behind the goal and range up to RUB 800 for a central seat at the main stand. Prices are increased for high-profile matches to between RUB 500 and RUB 1,200.

RZD Arena stadium tours

Lokomotiv offer guided stadium tours around the RZD Arena, which include the president’s office, home dressing room, player’s tunnel, pitch, and club museum.

Tours run on Saturdays and Sundays at 12:00 noon, 2:00 pm, and 4:00 pm. On matchdays there is a tour that runs three hours before the start of the match.

Then it goes across the Red Square at the Lenin Mausoleum, the luxury department store GUM and with a view of the Kremlin towards the historical museum. «First acquaintance with Moscow» – a 2.5-hour city tour in the center of Moscow

This Moscow city tour starts on the Theater Square, past Lubyanka Square and the KGB-building, then through Kitay Gorod district and Varvarka Street, past the world-famous St. Basil’s Cathedral. Then it goes across Zarjadje Park, over Red Square at the Lenin Mausoleum, the GUM-department store and towards the Historical Museum. We walk through the Alexander Garden.

A 3.5-hour car/bus tour of Moscow.

This is the best tour of Moscow city as all the important sights are visited. I am your Moscow city guide who will walk you through the city explaining the charming history of the city. This tour begins with picking you up from the hotel. 3 breaks are offered for photographing.

First, we will visit the most famous riverside streets and bridges in the center of the city with the most beautiful views of the Kremlin and the Moskva River (e.g. the Kremlin embankment and the Great Stone Bridge).

The first photo break is made at the Cathedral of Christ the Savior. We then pass by the district with numerous museums, Prechistinka Street and the district with numerous medical areas.

We again stop at the Novodevichy Convent, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site on the other bank of the Moskva River to click pictures.

Then we visit “Sparrow Hills” where you can enjoy a bird’s eye view of the city of Moscow from the observation deck. Then there are the skyscrapers of Moscow-City, the Kutuzov avenue, the New Arbat, Tverskaya Street, the world-famous Bolshoi Theater, the KGB building and Varvarka Street. We then drive past the Kremlin again and finally reach Red Square. We take a short tour of Red Square and say goodbye in the Alexander Garden.

Tour of Communist Moscow – every day

Alternative Moscow Tour – daily

A military tour – riding on tanks in Stupino (Moscow region)

Russian Military is one of the largest military forces in the world formed in 1992.
