ARIZONA WAKE ADVENTURES

Hi. My name is Ken and I'm the founder of AZ Wake Adventure. Since I can remember, I have loved everything to do with action sports. Most of my life I have always been seeking that rush of trying something new, I'm sure many of you know what I'm talking about. One of those things that no matter how often I experience it is Wakeboarding & Wake Surfing. The only thing I didn't like was wondering how I could access a boat and a Tow Captain. This had proven to take a lot of the fun out of it for me. None of my friends had a boat that we could readily access and renting one was too expensive, not to mention additional costs for fuel and insurance. The worst part was where were we going to come up with the rental deposit for the boat. Fast forward a few years, I have the ability to provide a turnkey no hassle service to those who love shredding a big fat wake. Our service allows you and your crew to show up at pretty much any lake in AZ, park your car and jump on our boat with our Tow Captain. We also provide top of the line gear for Beginners up to Advanced riders. This turnkey one price will allow you and your crew to walk away at the end of the day without the worry of cleaning the boat or packing up the gear. This will allow more time to enjoy talking about the new trick you landed or the epic wipeout you had. We also provide complete custom packages including Bachelor & Bachelorette multi-day packages upon request.

All-inclusive Wake Experience where all you have to do is get on the Boat. Wakeboards, Surf Boards, Tubes all supplied.

"We decided to take our family of 5 for a half day excursion. Ken was great! He met us in the morning and eased our worries with bringing kids out on the water. He provided all the supplies, life jackets, sunscreen and even snacks. He told my kids how to wake board and they even stood up!! My son is a surfer and was even loved the wake surfing! We will be booking again with Ken before it gets too hot. Highly recommend! "

Shark Wake Park

Overcome obstacle island.

Jump, run, and splash the day away on the thrilling "Wipeout" style floating course - Obstacle Island! This aquatic playground floats over 10-15 feet of water and features monkey bars, climbing tours, slides, and more.  Each play session lasts about 50 minutes, giving you ample time to explore, conquer obstacles, and improve your skills. The only requirement is that you are able to swim and be above the age of seven.

Conquer the Cable Park

Make waves and experience the thrill of wakeboarding at Shark Wake Park. This  state-of-the-art facility offers the ultimate wakeboarding experience for riders of all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned pros.

Shark Wake Park’s state-of-the-art cable park allows riders to kneeboard, wakeboard, and waterski, all without a boat. Here, you can glide across the water, catch air off ramps, and master your tricks in a safe and controlled environment.

If  you’ve never been to a cable park before, don’t worry; Shark Wake Park won’t feed you to the sharks. The park offers one-on-one lessons and mandatory safety lessons for children over 10. Successful completion of the lessons is rewarded with a complimentary two-hour pass at the park.

More fin-tastic times at Shark Wake Park

If you’re staying in North Myrtle Beach for a while this summer, consider having your own shark week! That is, spend a week or even the whole summer at Shark Wake Summer Camp.

The camp is open to children ages seven to fifteen and provides daily sessions at both Obstacle Island and the Cable Park Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., with lunches provided on Fridays. No experience is required; the only requirements are to be able to swim, be at least 45” tall, and have fun!

If you’re looking to regain your sea legs for a moment or simply never had them to begin with, kick back and relax at the Shark Shack. There, you take your pick of ready-to-eat snacks, refreshments, beer, or wine while watching your loved ones conquer the water.

“Wat-er” you waiting for? Experience Shark Wake Park for yourself.

Expand Your Wakepark With Cost-Effective Attractions To Boost Appeal And Revenue

Aug 11, 2022

A cable system is an expensive attraction which limits scalability within your business – or so it seems. You don’t need to necessarily increase the capacity on the cable to raise revenue. We want to highlight low-cost upscaling in today’s blog post by examining what additional attractions you can offer the guests of your wakepark with ease.

The heart of a wakepark is the cable system – there’s no question about that. But if you would like to see your customers spend more time and money in your park, you should look beyond wakeboarding as a sport. Start thinking of your park as not only a place for wakeboarding, but a general outdoor activity park on and near the water.

Easy and low-cost options to boost appeal of the park

Lakes and beaches have a lot of potential for additional, low-cost attractions. One or more volleyball fields, for example, just need nets, markings and possibly some benches. Same goes for table tennis, beach soccer, crossfit or the various trend activities that also work well on social media. Those are all great examples of how you can increase the appeal of your wakepark with little effort and investment. It also makes it rather likely to attract members of or even whole sports clubs to your park. Be it just for fun, regular training sessions – including hanging out at your bar afterwards – or even tournaments.

Adding attractions dedicated for kids immediately opens up your park to a wider audience, since it becomes more appealing towards families. Playgrounds, water parks and water slides in some form are basically a must-have and the more you cater towards the little ones, the more likely they’ll become frequent customers themselves over the years. It is imperative to not underestimate the value of building a community around your park.

But the list of low-cost upgrades to your park doesn’t end there of course and that is just what you can do to add value. Now let’s have a look at what you can do to also increase revenue.

Increasing profits by renting equipment

Renting fun equipment for activities on and near the water holds great potential for profits. It is not labor intensive and does not require a lot of spending upfront. Some examples are stand-up paddle boards, bocca, small boats, rafts and inflatables.

Depending on where your park is located and how much you are willing to invest, offering expensive toys, such as jet-skies, are also an option. We are very familiar with upscaling, since we want to see the wakeparks of our clients thrive as best as possible of course.

Guided activities and paid courses

Paid courses, if well marketed towards your target audience, can provide a nice revenue flow on top of ticket sales. Learning how to swim is as important as ever, but you can of course go beyond that and offer diving courses, Yoga sessions, aqua fitness and paddle board tours as well.

Want to learn more about low-cost upscaling in your wakepark to increase profits and appeal of your park? Make use of our experience in planning and designing wakeparks and cable systems and get in touch with our team !

Metro tour – daily

Palaces for ordinary people – that was what Stalin promised to the people when the construction of the Moscow Metro began between the World Wars. The communist dictator hadn’t promised too much. No other underground system in the world can boast such spectacular architecture – chandeliers, decorations, stucco, paintings on the walls – each station is individually designed. No wonder that Moscow residents love their metro. I will guide you through the bustle of one of the busiest subways in the world and show you the most beautiful stations Moscow city has.

Tour of Communist Moscow – every day

After the Communist October Revolution in 1918, Moscow became the capital of the Soviet Empire and was the center of socialist orbit for more than 70 years. This left its mark on Moscow, even if the USSR disintegrated more than a quarter of a century ago. The city streets are full of remnants of the communist regime and the Cold War. This is a walking tour where I will show you the most exciting places in Soviet Moscow: from the notorious KGB headquarters, also known as Lubyanka to the Karl Marx Monument to small hidden remains from the time of hammer and sickle. You will also learn about Stalin’s Great Terror political campaign and the system of the GULAG and how the USSR, the communist Russian republic, became modern Russia.

Time: by arrangement, daily Duration: 2 hours Price: 21 $ Students and children: 17 $ Language: English Included in the price: the guided tour

Alternative Moscow Tour – daily

Explore the unseen Moscow with your Moscow private guide and discover a range of sights during this alternative walking tour.  Away from the main tourist spots (in the central district of Kitay-Gorod), just a short walk from Red Square and St. Basil’s Cathedral, you suddenly find yourself in one of the trendiest districts of Moscow. This place not only has trendy cafes and green squares, but here you can see the most beautiful spray works (according to Albrecht Dürer), hangout-places of the youth and hipsters, as well as learn what Moscow looked like in the 19th century. Here you will also learn exciting and even bloody stories about famous gangsters, eccentric business people and legends like the wandering preacher Rasputin, who is known in Russia either as the “holy devil” or the mad monk. To learn a little more about Moscow’s culture, this is the tour for you. On my alternative tour, you will get to know Moscow away from the tourist hotspots. This tour is of 2 hours duration and you will experience the following on the tour:
