Sunscreen, a camera, bathing suit if you want to swim, cash to pay the balance due and for drinks, food, gratuities, etc. The east side of the island has no electricity, so the beach bars you visit there do not accept credit cards. Please bring enough cash!

If you arrive to the Punta Langosta pier (most NCL, Disney and some others) you can walk to the meeting point in 3 minutes.
If you arrive to the Puerta Maya or International SSA piers (most Carnival, RCCL and some others) then the meeting point is a 5 minute taxi ride away, costing about $8-10.
For guests staying downtown the meeting point is a short walk away.
For guests staying in northern hotels the meeting point is a 5-10 minute taxi ride away, costing about $10.
For guests staying in southern hotels the meeting point is a 15-30 minute taxi ride away, costing about $20-30.

Directly afterwards we drive to the uninhabited east side of the island. There, several local beach bars await us, fantastically located on the coast or at the beach. We will stop in at least three bars (if you wish we can stop in more places). During our way to get there we have a cooler with us to supply you with cold drinks.
At the wild beach Pescadors (Spanish: fisherman) we stay a little longer. It may invite you for a walk and in the cozy restaurant you can enjoy a Mexican beer (not included in the price) or you put your feet into the crystal clear water.

Under special circumstances we adapt our tours to external conditions. We discuss this individually with our customers. Adjustments will be made, for example, if the weather changes at short notice. We also adapt excursions for cruisers to the berthing times of cruise ships.
Cancellation policy
- With the reservation we charge a deposit. We keep these as administration fees for “no-show” guests.

- We are located next to all cruise terminals, hotel pick-ups and ferry terminals. Please note that you may be coming from a different time zone. Cozumel does not follow daylight saving time, so half the year we are in EST and the other half in CST. So, March-November (spring and summer) Cozumel is CST and November-March (fall and winter) is EST. Cruise ships must use our local time for island arrival time. You can also view your cruise arrival time using our cruise schedule, and the link is provided below. Your cruise itinerary is based on our local time. For example, if your cruise says it will pull into Cozumel at 8:00 a.m. local time, and if your meeting time is 8:30 a.m. local time, you will have 30 minutes to reach the meeting point. All meeting points are very close and within walking distance of the cruise ship dock area.

He was professional and spoke excellent English. Being a native of Cozumel his passion for the island was evident from the beginning. My husband and I are interested in plants and animals and he knew a lot about both. He was able to show us a trail growing fruits along the ride. We took ATVs to Jade canyon along a bumpy road not suitable for a general car. We were provided goggles and Helmets too. At Jade caverns we had time for a swim and information. The. He talked to us about all the different animals we seen and let us use his binoculars to view them. If you book this experience please be sure you are an decent swimmer and comfortable on ATVs before booking. There are not any life jackets to jump from the Cenote. Alejandro held our stuff so we could jump and recorded us. Alejandro will never rush you however you should keep track of time you spend at each place so you can make it to everything. Our excursion was 2.5 hours however I think it could have been longer. Alejandro will drive you to the ATV ride so try to arrive at meet up spot 20 mins early. (5 min walk to his vehicle 10 min drive to ATVs). You only ride the ATV to the Cenote and tequila tasting. Make sure you are also comfortable with ATVs and follow his lead !!! He took us all around the island and told us some interesting facts and history about Cozumel! Started with a family owned tequila distillery- tasting the best tequila EVER! Went on an adrenaline packed 4wheeler ride through the jungle, and then ended with some very yummy fajitas and a gorgeous beach with some very cool snorkeling!! The trip is not very long, but the personal service was great and I was the only one in my group as it does say private. The tour costs $67 USD per person.

The tour includes a free shot at every bar, a free t-shirt and lots of fun with my knowledgeable Hop Hosts!
4. How much is the deposit to secure my seat?
The deposit is $27USD, with the balance to be paid in cash at the start of the tour.
5. Do I need to have a PAYPAL account to pay the deposit?
You do not need PayPal account in order to pay the deposit, although they make it seem like you do. You can just pay with your credit card.
6. What is the refund policy?
We can refund the deposit in full with a written request by email, with at least 72 hours notice. Within 72-24 hours, a 50% refund will be given. No refunds will be given if you cancel within 24 hours or for no shows. Full refunds will be given in the event that your cruise ship does not make port, of if WE cancel the tour due to mechanical failure, dangerous weather conditions etc.
7. What is the minimum amount of passengers needed to run a tour?
We need a minimum of 6 people (total…not just your group) in order to run the tour.

We hop exclusively on the East Side, where the scenery is beautiful, and the prices are much cheaper than the touristy west side!
11. What is the min. age to participate?
The min. age on our standard Bar Hop Tour is 18. If you have people under that age in your group, it may be possible to arrange a private tour. Please AsK!
12. What do I need to bring?
Please bring sunscreen, a camara, cash to pay the balance due and for drinks, food, gratuities etc. The east side of the island has no electricity, so the beach bars we visit cannot run credit cards. PLEASE BRING ENOUGH CASH!
13. Is US cash accepted?
Yes, USD and Mexican pesos are accepted throughout the island.
14. Do you sell t-shirts? (in addition to the free ones?)
Yes, high quality 100% cotton t-shirts are available in different colours and sizes Small – XXL. Cost is $10 – $15USD, and our caps are $15USD.
15. Is the water and ice purified?
The bars we visit, and all of Cozumel´s restaurants, use purified water and ice. Nobody wants to make their customers sick…. bad for business!
16. Where and at what time do we meet?
The meeting point is on the patio at Señor Frogs restaurant/bar DOWNTOWN. (not at international Pier!). Our start times vary according to the various cruise ship schedules. You will receive full rendezvous instructions about a week before your ship’s departure.
17. How much is a one-way taxi ride from the 2 southern piers, Puerta Maya and International SSA?
The cab ride from the two Southern cruise ship piers takes only about 7 minutes, and will cost $8USD total, for 1-4 passengers. Verify the fare BEFORE you get in the cab!
18. Can I use my credit card?
The east side of the Island has no electricity, so the beach bars we visit there do not accept credit cards. Please bring enough cash!
19. What are your Covid protocols?
We follow all the health security protocols, with the SAFE TRAVEL certification endorsed by the Government of the State of Quintana Roo and the World Travel & Tourism Council.
