Flip, your local-guide and driver, from an Environmental Science background, will chat about the natural history, wildlife and heritage that is on show throughout the tour.  He explains the landscape’s incredible formation at the Giant’s Causeway and other sites along with historical and mythical stories that bring the place to life. As a former RNLI Helmsman and a Coastguard Cliff Team member you are in safe hands throughout your tour.

Causeway Sea Safari

A tour of the scenic causeway coast begins from the seaside town of ballycastle.

Our Causeway Sea Safari departs from Ballycastle Marina and journeys along the coast taking in the scenic sites along the way.  You will see Kinbane Castle ,  Carrick-A-Rede Rope Bridge and Ballintoy Harbour which served as scenes for Game of Thrones .

When you reach the Giants Causeway  you get a panoramic view of this World Heritage Site . As well as seeing the spectacle without the long arduous walk, you will see parts which are inaccessible to other visitors.  How close we can get is determined by the weather.

If you wish to adventure further, this tour can be extended to include Bushmills Bay , Runkerry House , and Dunluce Castle , a beautiful ruin set on the coastal cliff.

If this is a special occasion you can also extend this trip to go all the way along the North Coast to Portrush Harbour where our Skipper will wait while you dine or explore for up to an hour.

Alternatively you can also include Rathlin West Light house , an upside down lighthouse on Rathlin Island

Enjoy the best of both worlds by embarking on the only Giant's Causeway tour from Belfast that gives you a one-of-a-kind adventure on both land and sea. This unrivalled experience takes you up the Causeway Coastal Route to Ballycastle where you will enjoy a truly unique way of sightseeing. You will travel along the coast line on our boat tour with expert supervision and commentary from the ships captain and guide, as they take you by cliffs edge towards the Carrick-A-Red Rope Bridge. Be sure to have your camera at the ready as we regularly see pods of dolphins in these waters. After your boat cruise enjoy your lunch break in Ballycastle, why not dig into the catch of the day at one of the many restaurants offering fish and chips? Once you've refuelled, we continue our journey up to The Giant's Causeway where you will have plenty of time to explore this UNESCO World Heritage Site. This tour also passes Carrickfergus Castle, a Norman castle built over 800 years ago and stops at Carnlough Harbour, a small fishing village that catapulted to popularity as being a filming location for Game of Thrones.

The Giant's Causeway and Dunluce Castle ( a bit further down the Antrim Coast, on this day trip tour) were both very interesting and picturesque. The visit to Belfast offered the choice of a guided Black Taxi tour of murals and points of interest from the period of "the Troubles" in Northern Ireland, or a visit to the Titanic Museum. I did the Troubles tour, and while it was informative, Belfast is not a particularly scenic tourist city (...perhaps due to the Troubles?), and I already knew a fair amount about the Troubles from movies and documentaries, and from having grown up watching news reports about the violence, so I was left wondering if I should have done the Titantic Museum, instead. The tour did however make me realize that there is still a smoldering amount of potential for renewed sectarian violence (at least for a another generation or two, or perhaps the UK granting independence/reunification with the Republic of Ireland. (0044) 7704142572 e mail [email protected], a sneak peek of our tours, game of thrones tour . visit 6 of the filming locations used in the making of this fantastic series including downhill strand, dark hedges, ballintoy harbour, dunluce castle( house of greyjoy), cushendun caves and the quarry at larrybane. this tour lasts 7 hrs , people should be of medium fitness, wear suitable clothing and good footwear, some of the surfaces are uneven and can be slippery so caution is advised. you will recognise many of the scenes from the program, a super day out . we will be stopping for lunch for approx 1 hour and facilities are available at most of the locations, you may if you wish bring a pack lunch but dont forget the cameras most of the locations have no charges but greyjoy castle entrance has a small entrance fee, our vehicle can carry maximum of  6 persons , total price for the trip per vehicle is £350. causeway coast tour. we take a drive along the world famous north antrim coast line and visit its most famous landmarks, the giants causeway, carrick-a-rede rope bridge, ballintoy, ballycastle and dunluce castle, some of the most fantastic scenery anywhere in the world. this tour last 7 hours , you should be of medium fitness , the tour does involve quite a bit of walking so sensible walking shoes are required, a good head for heights is also required if you are going across the bridge you will have ample time at each location and we will be stopping for lunch for approx. 1 hour , facilities are available at all locations. some of the locations do have an entrance fee, cards are accepted at all sites, our vehicle can carry a maximum of 6 persons  , total price for the trip per vehicle is £350.       giants tour. we take a drive along the world famous north antrim coast line taking in much of its fantastic scenery . with stops at the giants causeway and the carrick -a-rede rope bridge you can enjoy these wonderful landmarks.this tour will last 5 hours, you should be of good to medium fitness , the tour includes quite a bit of walking so sensible shoes and suitable attire are required. you will have ample time at the locations, an entrance charge is payable to the visitor centers or to cross the bridge, however well worth it. with a stop for photos at dunluce castle you will be assured of an excellent day. tour price is £250, entrance charges are payable locally for attractions. vehicle can take a maximum of 6 persons.     titanic tour. dont miss this excellent day out . visit the maritime mile on belfasts titanic quarter. visit the titanic belfast one of the world's leading visitor attactions , the ss nomadic the last remaining white star line vessel , hms carolina, the titanics dock and slipways and the beautiful titanic hotel which is built using the origional harland and wolff main drawing offices, visit the shipbuilding history and tradition of the city's shipbuilding heritage. our tour will involve an approx 1 hour 15 minutes run to belfast, we will have a rest stop for approx 15 minutes each way. entrance fees are required to some of the locations but well worth it. facilities and rest areas are readily available , tour is suitable for all , however a reasonable amount of walking is required. price for the tour is £350 , our vehicle can carry 6 people maximum , a pack lunch can be brought if required , however eating facilities are available at the center.     causeway and whiskey tour.   we take a drive along the world famous antrim coast road stopping at the giants causeway visitor center, ample time is given to visit the giants causeway and then we are off to the famous bushmills whiskey center, the oldest whiskey distillery in the world, join the tour and see how its made, have a chance to sample the different whiskeys made there . a stop of at dunluce castle will be made for photos . eating and rest facilities are available at both centers. medium fitness is required , there are quite a few steps at the distillery and sensible footwear and attire should be worn. our journey will last for approx . 5 hours and price is £250. entrance charges are payable locally for attractions.  vehicle can carry 6 people maximum.       bespoke tours and airport transfers. we can arrange any tour you like , the day is yours and we can visit any attractions or places of interest that you prefer. normally price is £350  for 7 hours or £250 for 5 hours , so pick your favorites , contact us and we can arrange it to suit.  we also provide airport drop off and collection services , however due to luggage restrictions our vehicle will normally be limited to 4 people , prices to the airport from the coast area one way are as follows. belfast international airport £90 belfast city airport  £120 dublin international airport £250 ​.
