Fat Bike Tours
In lake mývatn.
Now we offer FAT BIKE Tours as a new, fun and exciting product in our tour product line.
We are always looking for fun new activities to offer in the lake Mývatn area.
Fat Bikes are the perfect way to enjoy the rough trails in summer, and the snowy hills, mountains and the frozen lake in winter. We can enjoy lake Mývatn by Fat Bike all year round!
We offer 2-3 Hour Fat Bike tours. The tours are guided and start from our office by Reykjahlíð village at lake Mývatn. The tours take you to the hills and mountains by the lake and if conditions allow…even out on the frozen lake Mývatn where we go depends on weather and snow conditions. We make a few stops on our tour to enjoy the beautiful nature, take pictures and learn about the basic geology and local history.
Bike rental, Helmet, Light, Lock.
Warm clothes, drinks, lunch, small backpack.
See you at our office 15 minutes before departure.
