The 2012 Infiniti EX is powered by a V6 engine and has a seven-speed automatic transmission, and reviewers were impressed with the EX's swift acceleration. Rear-wheel drive is standard and all-wheel drive is available. A rear-wheel drive EX gets up to 17/24 mpg city/highway, which is on par for the class. Test drivers praised the Infiniti EX's nimble, sport sedan-like handling and added that it is an incredibly fun SUV to drive. Reviewers mentioned that the EX has a generally comfortable ride, but cautioned that models fitted with 19-inch wheels have a somewhat harsh ride.

According to test drivers, the 2012 Infiniti EX has an attractive cabin with superb fit and finish. The EX seats five on leather upholstery and critics said the front seats are comfortable and supportive but found that taller drivers may not have sufficient legroom. Most agreed that its rear seat is cramped, with limited legroom and headroom. Standard features include push-button start, proximity key, a rearview camera, satellite radio, a USB port and a six-speaker stereo system. Available features include an 11-speaker Bose audio system, Bluetooth, adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, forward collision alert, navigation and an Around View Monitor, which uses multiple cameras to show a 360-degree view around the EX. Reviewers found the Around View Monitor useful when maneuvering in close quarters, and others added that the navigation and audio controls are easy to use. Reviewers noted that the 2012 EX has limited cargo capacity, with 18.6 cubic feet of space behind the rear seats.

The 2012 Cadillac SRX has much more cargo space than the EX and reviewers said its rear seats offer sufficient space for adults. Test drivers added that the SRX's standard V6 engine delivers brisk acceleration and the SRX has a composed highway ride.

The 2012 BMW X3 has sporty handling and a soft ride over rough roads, reviewers said. It comes standard with all-wheel drive, gets a bit better fuel economy than the EX and was named our 2012 Best Luxury Compact SUV for Families.

Great car for me

I bought a '12 ex35 used in 2015 and kept it almost 8 years. It is a great car and I never had any issues with it other than maintenance (tires,battery, brakes). I would have kept it but it was just a bit on the small side. The 2012 tech is a good mix of usable tech and old-school hard buttons/dials. With bluetooth and a good phone holder I could use the bose system just fine for WAZE etc w/o carplay. I debated keeping the car as a second car because it is so good/reliable but decided to let it go for something larger. If interior size and trunk space is not an issue for you this is a great car.

Bad attitude receptionist

Good experience at Westside, I just want to complain about the receptionist at the front, not Billy, he is very nice, is the 2 girls at the appointment desk , she got my wrong telephone number and said I didn’t schedule for service, I told her if I didn’t schedule, I won’t have come, she found my correct phone number and schedule my appointment without mentioning about your awesome service that you have individual Advisor , she just didn’t care, she shouldn’t be doing customer service , fortunately, my wife saw Billy at the front , he helped us introducing us to Wilber Escobar , my name is Say Chee, I was there at around 10:35am Friday 7/1/22

My favorite car I've ever owned

It is so much fun to drive. It is sporty but practical and gorgeous. It is so well made and looks brand new. I have owned Mercedes and Lexus and this is hands down my favorite. It is perfect in every way. I couldn't be happier with it.

I had a great experience buying an old car at this dealership. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. I was looking for one of the cheapest options knowing the vehicle would probably need a little work which can be worrisome if a dealer hides what work needs to be done. That was no issue at Berkenkotter. The staff was upfront about all the known issues with the car and even took it into the shop and walked through the issues with me. The owner of the dealership answered all of my questions and went out of his way to make sure that the car was in good driving condition before I left with it. I've been driving the car for several days without any problem. They didn't pull any tricks and were very honest about the car. They even negotiated on price. I would highly recommend Berkenkotter for their integrity and professionalism.

Always an excellent experience.

We bought neaaly 10 vehicles over the years from Michael’s motor Company. Staff is always friendly, courteous, ethical, and honest. Their pricing is reasonable, they offer excellent extended warrantees for sale , and they always do everything possible to ensure a fair and reasonable transaction. This week, we bought a Nissan Ultima from them, and they are delivering it to our home in East Tennessee in a couple of days. How’s that for service? We only buy our vehicles from Michaels Motor Company. Here’s a learning opportunity for those of you who have written bad reviews because of the cars performance: buy an extended warranty.
