We booked using Ritz concierge for a 3 pm time slot. Arrive to the place at 3pm sharp. Nobody there at the time, when the person that seemed to be the boss arrived told us to wait "10 to 15 minutes". He left with a group right after that. After than another person, that was suppose to take us out, came to us and told us that the wait would be "approximately one our", they didn't have enough jet skies. We waited one hour - our mistake. After one hour and a half they got the jet ski back. The area where you get on is VERY slippery and dirty. There was a piece of glass from a old bottle on the ground right where my children were standing to get on the jet ski with my wife and I. I picked it and through it away. Once into the water the guide was going very fast, maybe was in a hurry or just liked to go very fast. There was no instruction other than showing the on and off button. We had a little experience so we were fine. They didn't mention basic marine rules like right of way, how does the sea buoy system works for example or what to stay away from. Finally the jet ski were very old, but still working ! To make it almost funny on the way back my wife's jet ski was running out of gas so had a beeping alarm all the time. He was joking with us as soon as we got there and then 10 minutes later was yelling at me and asking why I was giving him a hard time after I asked when it was a good time to go to the bathroom as I did not know if we had more paperwork left prior to going on the jetskis. He acted as if he was bipolar, it was awful. If he wants to be taken seriously then he should behave in a professional way. We arrived right on time but had to wait around for an hour as the skis weren't ready... After sitting for an hour on the kerb in 99F degrees (these guys only have a booth on the side of the road) we barely got a "sorry" from the manager who finally took us to the skis and guided us out of the marina. One of his colleague then took us on the tour. Out of 3 skis, one turned out to have an engine failure and couldn't go at full speed. The tour was nice but the staff member really need to work on their social skills. None of them ever said hello or even smiled. They just don't care at all. Looks like we weren't the only one to be disappointed as other customers were also complaining about the service and the wait while we were there. We booked using Ritz concierge for a 3 pm time slot. Arrive to the place at 3pm sharp. Nobody there at the time, when the person that seemed to be the boss arrived told us to wait "10 to 15 minutes". He left with a group right after that. After than another person, that was suppose to take us out, came to us and told us that the wait would be "approximately one our", they didn't have enough jet skies. We waited one hour - our mistake. After one hour and a half they got the jet ski back. The area where you get on is VERY slippery and dirty. There was a piece of glass from a old bottle on the ground right where my children were standing to get on the jet ski with my wife and I. I picked it and through it away. Once into the water the guide was going very fast, maybe was in a hurry or just liked to go very fast. There was no instruction other than showing the on and off button. We had a little experience so we were fine. They didn't mention basic marine rules like right of way, how does the sea buoy system works for example or what to stay away from. Finally the jet ski were very old, but still working ! To make it almost funny on the way back my wife's jet ski was running out of gas so had a beeping alarm all the time. We arrived right on time but had to wait around for an hour as the skis weren't ready... After sitting for an hour on the kerb in 99F degrees (these guys only have a booth on the side of the road) we barely got a "sorry" from the manager who finally took us to the skis and guided us out of the marina. One of his colleague then took us on the tour. Out of 3 skis, one turned out to have an engine failure and couldn't go at full speed. The tour was nice but the staff member really need to work on their social skills. None of them ever said hello or even smiled. They just don't care at all. Looks like we weren't the only one to be disappointed as other customers were also complaining about the service and the wait while we were there.
