Cool shoes, ZERO service. Employees are usually too busy texting or talking to each other, rather than offering help, or even a friendly hello. Sad.

Starting my Christmas shopping has been a bit of a challenge this year. So when I found a great pair of Ugg boots in the entrance of this store last week, I had to stop in to find the perfect pair for a family member. The service and selection were wonderful here. The sales associate was so friendly and helpful. Not missing a beat, she made sure to greet us with a smile right as we entered the store and helped us find the correct sizes as soon as we knew what we needed. Not only did I buy a pair of boots for a very special family member, I also bought a pair for myself. Besides meticulously showing us how to waterproof the beautiful Ugg boots, the very thoughtful sales associate also told us about the store's wonderful return policy. If we're not happy with our purchase for any reason, we're allowed to return or exchange the items for up to a full year after purchase. I think this store has a very generous return policy! Besides having a great selection and amazing customer service, this is a wonderful store to pick up some fun Christmas gifts for family, friends, and maybe even an early Christmas gift for yourself!

Great customer service, my daughters happy, I'm happy! I tried buying the shoes purchased from another store, they referred me to Journeys, and my daughter (picky Mickey) ended up with two pair. Great service!

I came here, a few weeks back and was assisted by a nice young gentleman, he was super friendly and easy-going.. NOT uptight.. I had a pair of boots I purchased 7 years ago.. YES. 7 years ago, and Their return policy is- NEW CONDITION, UNWOR, as long as you have the receipt your able to return with no time limit. so I found these ugly coffee colored metallic boots I bought in Highschool-I didn't know wth I was thinking buying those!! They were brand new with the receipt still in it. SO before I came in I wanted to call first to make sure they haven't changed their return policy since I last visited..-yes, it was that long ago!! the journeys I called was in West Covina- the chick says to me, my receipt is too old and although the return policy specifically states there isn't a time frame, she said the manager wouldn't allow the return. I'm like wtf. well your RECEIPT does not say that, she said "yeaaa well =its been too long and we cant do the return" SO at that point I thought that bitch is stupid and decided to drive to this location instead- BEST decision ever!! He did the return with a smile and jokingly states that this would top his list of oldest returns he's ever done.. I didn;t want my $$ back, so I just got a few pairs of socks-which were shockingly expensive- 4 pairs for $15

Alyssa is a fantastic sales person; she has an extreme eye for detail and clearly cares about the customers experience and styles. She shows dedication in her work and exceeded my expectations and provided exemplarily and legendary service. PLEASE, make sure to find her here if you need any assistance -- she is truly someone I would recommend.

I went to return my daughter's shoes and it was the worst experience ever. My daughter tried them on at the store and she said they fit but once we got home She noticed the shoes bothered her toe. We went back to return them and it was a big ordeal. They didnt want to accept them and claimed the shoes had been worn.. The manager said they looked worn and used. I asked one of the employees to compare them to other ones at the store and they couldn't tell the difference from a new pair out of the box. We had just bought them the day before and the shoes were only tried on. We had to go back two times in order for them to take them back. That manager needs to learn manners and not accuse people of lying. If that is store policy to accuse people of lying them journey's needs to retrain their managers..everyone else at the store was pleasant and they knew the manager was being rude. On our way out I overheard one of the employees tell the manager that he was completely unfair about the situation. I agree
