There was no reason why you should've missed this concert. Real talk, im not even sure if you're a real fan of Masego or Goldlink if you missed this because this was the MOST inexpensive thing you could have paid for and got sooo much out of every artist. This was the most moving concert I've ever been to. This is what you call REAL F* MUSIC. Maségo had the crowd jumping. All of a sudden, he pulls out the sax and I lie to you not, everyone is mesmerized. Then, Mya introduces the GOAT himself Goldlink after her beautiful set. When I say everyone was in there loosing their shit, EVERYONE WAS IN THERE LOOSING THEIR SHIT. Link kept the vibe right, whether you knew his songs or not. I guarantee you, this concert was definetly for his day1's and new found Link lovers. After this, I expect nothing less then stadium filled audiences from my goodman so too f* bad if you missed out. I mean really tho. If you went to this concert, you had a good time, and that's barred!

This concert was a party! Amazing experience, great energy! I was looking forward to this show and Masego is a really talented artist.
He came along with a guy named Anthony Alston, great artist as well, great energy and they stayed after to take pictures and sell merch. Really down to earth. Loved it!
The show was amazing, with a great performance. A perfect sound inside the club, the whole band was playing with a massive energy. Maybe the playing time was shorter as usual but I loved that Masego played good on time without a lot of time to wait. Thanks a lot to the organizers, it was a terrific show.
The show was amazing! The crowd vibed so well with the artist which made the show flow very well. The only downside was that it was kinda short imo, but it was sweet so I can't complain too much. Maybe an inclusion of a cover or 3 may extend the show and it would be an amazing experience.
Electric, Brilliant, Pumped....
Masego was an absolutely brilliant performer!
Was a pleasure to be in the audience.
Was memorable that after the show, both Antony,Himself & his preceding act EmmaVie, came out to mingle and interact with their fans.
I'll be seeing him again
The concert was the best concert I have been to in a very long time. The venue was awesome, the show was organized, the music and talend that Masego possess is unheard of! His vibe and the way he moves the crowd was definitely an experience I will remember for the rest of my life.
Masego and his band were incredible. The only downer was that the sound in the venue didn't translate throughout the whole venue just how amazing Masego actually was because he killed it it on vocals & on the sax!
Masego gave an amazing performance! I would love to see him live again! Extremely talented and very funny! He made beats on the spot and free-styled for us. I had so much fun at the concert last night.
Concert was everything I could imagine and more. He sounds wonderful live , VanJess did an amazing job opening. Crowd was very active a very intimate setting and would definitely see him again !!
I'm so happy and impressed with Masego's performance. He has an amazing way of genuinely connecting with the crowd, rather than just "performing". Would definitely love to see him again!

Masego’s live shows are a dizzying experience. The multi-instrumentalist hops from saxophone to keys and guitar, all while singing his ass off to jazzy, sexy R&B and soul jams. And while he’s been touring all over the world, he had a message for his North American fans in announcing the 2023 You Never Visit Me Tour. “To everyone that says I never tour in AMERICA, this is not a drill, I am going on tour in the states,” he wrote on Instagram.

Masego Announces U.K. and Europe 2024 Tour Dates
Masego. (Photo Credit: Sam Erickson)
Genre-bending act Masego is returning to the road with his Where We Goin? Tour . The U.K. and Europe leg will span 20 dates, kicking off Jan. 24, 2024, at Sentrum Scene in Oslo, Norway.
From there, Masgeo will perform concerts in various cities across the U.K. and Europe, such as Stockholm, Berlin, Milan, Paris, Amsterdam, London, Manchester, and Bristol.
The tour concludes at Olympia in Dublin on Feb. 25, 2024.
He will be joined by special guest Tanerélle , who released a three-pack project, For Sport , in July.
Masego’s upcoming 2024 tour will follow his You Never Visit Me Tour , which began in March after the release of his self-titled sophomore album .
The tour was named after the album’s second single, which Wu10, Louie Lastic, and Todd Pritchard produced.
On March 3, Masego released his self-titled second album through EGT Recordings/Capitol Records.
Masego included the last mentioned track, as well as “ Two Sides (I’m So Gemini) ” and “ Say You Want Me .”
The latter track was the lead single, featuring backing vocals from rising acts such as Destin Conrad and Ambré.
Rated R&B caught up with Masego before his spring 2023 tour to discuss various songs from the album. He also gave more insight on the album.
“Though the album is very lush and has its elements that people are familiar with, I think what’s different about this album is the depth of vulnerability I got,” Masego shared .
“I feel like if people understand that everyone has a loop that they’re doing and every person’s loop can change based off of the right experiences and relationships, they can feel encouraged and feel okay with being present and vulnerable in all the motions that come with it.”

Multi-instrumentalist, song-writer and producer Masego has announced plans for an extensive UK and European 2024 Tour, with special guest Tanerélle.
The 20-date “Where We Goin? Tour,” slated to begin on January 24, 2024 in Oslo, Norway marks Masego’s most ambitious tour to date, with stops in 15 countries and including a night at London’s iconic Alexandra Palace. For the full “Where We Goin?” Tour schedule see below. Tickets go on sale on Friday, October 13 at 10am at local time. See the Live Nation website for further information.
A multi-Grammy-nominated artist, Masego switched from performing his music masterfully to crafting beats from scratch, weaving in elements of stand-up comedy and live improvisational song creation, making each performance a unique masterpiece. His reverence for musical greats like Andre 3000, Cab Calloway, and Jorge Ben Jor has guided his journey, shaping his distinctive voice in the industry.
The Jamaican-American maestro, with deep African roots coursing through South and West Africa, has pioneered an evolution of sound that began as “traphouse jazz” and has since blossomed into a groundbreaking multicultural fusion.

MASEGO SHARES NEW SINGLE, “YOU NEVER VISIT ME”
Additional Nights In NYC, L.A. And Silver Spring, MD Added As Dates Sell Out On Masego’s 2023 You Never Visit Me Tour
GRAMMY ® -nominated artist Masego shared his new single, “You Never Visit Me” , a heartfelt reflection on the way love can fall by the wayside while chasing one’s dreams. The jazz/hip-hop/R’n’B multi-instrumentalist prodigy recorded the track with GRAMMY ® -winning producer Wu10 (J. Cole, Ari Lennox) and Todd Pritchard (Trippie Redd, Tinashe) at Wu10’s Huntsville, AL studio, and with co-producer Louie Lastic (Kehlani, Ambré) in Los Angeles. Justus West (Alicia Keys, John Legend) joins on electric guitar. Released today by EQT Recordings/Capitol Records.
“You Never Visit Me” follows “Say You Want Me,” another track from Masego’s forthcoming album. NPR hailed “Say You Want Me” as “a vibrant cut…settling somewhere between amapiano and dancehall.” VIBE praised the “rhythmic afrobeats-laced R&banger.”
Tickets for Masego ’s 2023 You Never Visit Me Tour went on sale last week and shows immediately began selling out, prompting the addition of shows at New York City’s Terminal 5 (April 2), The Fillmore in Silver Spring, MD (April 8) and The Wiltern in Los Angeles (April 28). The March 24 show in Chicago has been moved to the Salt Shed, due to the demand for tickets. See below for updated itinerary. The extensive North American tour will launch on March 13 with a sold-out show at The Observatory in Santa Ana, CA. Tickets are available HERE .
Masego , who has amassed nearly two billion combined global streams in his career to date, is currently touring Europe in support of S tudying Abroad: Extended Stay , the deluxe edition of his acclaimed EP, which earned a GRAMMY ® nomination for Best Progressive R&B Album. The sold-out Australian leg of the tour included a performance at the Sydney Opera House. Studying Abroad: Extended Stay includes the Gold-certified hit “Mystery Lady Ft. Don Toliver.”
Following the 2018 release of his debut album, LadyLady – which contained the breakout hit “Tadow,” which has been certified Platinum in the U.S., Diamond in Brazil and Gold in Mexico – Masego embarked on a multi-year headline tour that found him selling out shows and playing festivals on every continent but Antarctica.

Megadeth Announces Destroy All Enemies U.S. Tour
Featuring Mudvayne and All That Remains
Tickets for the 33-city nationwide tour on-sale this friday, april 26.
Megadeth is bringing its iconic live show to North America with a 33-city, nationwide tour, Destroy All Enemies, produced by Live Nation, this fall including stops in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Boston, St. Louis and many more. Tickets for all dates will be on sale Friday at 10am local time with an exclusive presale for the Cyber Army/Megadeth Digital beginning today, Tuesday, April 23 at 12pm local time Megadeth.com .
Bringing along Mudvayne and All That Remains, the tour begins in Rogers, Arkansas on August 2 and runs throughout the month before wrapping in Nashville, Tennessee on September 28. Performing classic hits from Rust In Peace, Countdown to Extinction and more, the tour also brings Dave Mustaine and bandmates back to North America to perform their latest studio album The Sick, the Dying… and the Dead! Featuring some of Mustaine’s strongest-ever songwriting, the tour offers an equally ambitious live performance that delivers on all fronts.
“Our ‘Crush The World’ tour has been a tremendous experience for the four of us,” shared Dave Mustaine. “We are all playing tight, and that has made it possible for me to really focus on solos and singing, we are playing more songs than ever before, and we are closer to each other, onstage AND off. I’m excited to see Mudvayne, and All That Remains. Join us as we DESTROY ALL ENEMIES.”
The North American jaunt comes on the heels of a highly anticipated and successful stint in Latin America wrapping this month and starting back up in Europe this summer. With stops in Peru, Chile, Argentina, Brazil and México and forthcoming dates in Sweden, Italy, France, Germany and more, the band’s global appeal and lasting impact is more apparent than ever as continued calls for international touring are demanded.
Megadeth, alongside founder and frontman Dave Mustaine, are renowned for their unparalleled energy and mastery on stage. Rory McIlroy Open to PGA Tour Policy Board Return: 'I Don't Think There's Been Much Progress Made'
The four-time major champion had left the board late last year to focus on his game and family.
- Author: Bob Harig
Rory McIlroy has yet to officially return to the PGA Tour Policy Board, but the four-time major champion said Wednesday that he is open to the possibility because he believes not enough progress has been made toward an agreement that would bring the game back together.
McIlroy resigned his position as a player director on the 12-member board in November , citing a need to spend more time working on his game.
But as the PGA Tour seeks to make a deal with the Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia that has lingered on for months, McIlroy believes he can be a voice to help get that done.
Rory McIlroy may be soon returning to the PGA Tour Policy Board, replacing Webb Simpson.
Katie Goodale, Katie Goodale / USA TODAY
“I think I can be helpful. I don't think there's been much progress made in the last eight months, and I was hopeful that there would be,” McIlroy said at the Zurich Classic of New Orleans, where he is playing the team event with Shane Lowry. “I think I could be helpful to the process.
“But only if people want me involved, I guess. When Webb (Simpson) and I talked and he talked about potentially coming off the board, I said, look, if it was something that other people wanted, I would gladly take that seat, and that was the conversation that we had.”
The Guardian reported Monday that Simpson plans to resign his seat and he had discussed with McIlroy taking his place. The move would need to be approved by the rest of the board.
McIlroy reiterated his view that the game needs to come together.
“Absolutely,” he said. “I think it’s the only way forward for the game of golf.”
And to achieve that, McIlroy believes compromise is in order. The PGA Tour-PIF divide—and LIV Golf’s role in it—seems to come down to several factors. How would LIV Golf look as part of PGA Tour Enterprises? Would it remain a separate league? Would LIV players be able to compete in PGA Tour events? Would there be a separate, Champions League-like competition for all of golf— as McIlroy has proposed ?
“Try to articulate your points as well as you can and try to help people see the benefits of what unification could do for the game and what it could do for this tour in particular,” McIlroy said. “We obviously realize the game is not unified right now for a reason, and there's still some hard feelings and things that need to be addressed, but I think at this point for the good of the game, we all need to put those feelings aside and all move forward together.”
McIlroy said he originally left because he felt it could help him concentrate more on his game and devote more time to his family. The current landscape has taken up considerable time for all board members, he said.
“But I feel like I can be helpful,” he said. ”I feel like I can be helpful. I feel like I care a lot, and I have some pretty good experience and good connections within the game and sort of around the wider sort of ecosystem and everything that's going on.
“But at the end of the day, it's not quite up to me to just come back on the board. There's a process that has to be followed. But I'm willing to do it if that's what people want, I guess.”

Charlie Woods will play U.S. Open local qualifier Thursday

Charlie Woods’ road to Pinehurst begins Thursday.
Woods, the son of 82-time TOUR winner Tiger Woods, will compete in an 18-hole U.S. Open local qualifier Thursday at The Legacy Golf & Tennis Club in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The younger Woods is slated to tee off at 8:18 a.m. ET Thursday.
The road to the U.S. Open features 109 local qualifying sites across April and May, leading to 13 Final Qualifying sites in late May and early June. Final Qualifying is known as Golf's Longest Day, requiring competitors to navigate 36 holes to earn a tee time at the season’s third major championship.
To be eligible for qualifying, a player must have a Handicap Index not exceeding 0.4 or be a professional.
The elder Woods is a three-time U.S. Open champion, but he has yet to win at Pinehurst No. 2. Tiger Woods finished T3 at Pinehurst in 1999, two strokes back of winner Payne Stewart, and he placed solo second at the venerable venue in 2005, two back of Michael Campbell. He didn’t compete at Pinehurst in 2014.
Earlier this spring, Charlie Woods competed in a pre-qualifier for the TOUR’s Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches, his first foray at attempting to qualify for a TOUR-sanctioned event. The younger Woods shot 86 that day but will look to apply learnings in Thursday’s U.S. Open local qualifier.
Tiger and Charlie Woods have paired together in the last four PNC Championships, the two-player team event contested each December that utilizes a scramble format. Team Woods finished runner-up in 2021 but has yet to win the event.
Other notables in the field at Woods' site include Cameron Kuchar (son of Matt), Sunny Kim, Garrett Willis, Reed Greyserman (brother of Max), Austin Lemieux (son of Mario) and Michael Buttacavoli.

LIV Golf could be considering a momentous change.
Greg Norman, the leader of the rebel tour, spoke to reporters ahead of LIV’s tournament in Adelaide, Australia this week, and was asked about expanding tournaments from 54 holes to 72.
While Norman said that tour had to keep in mind the “economic impact about putting television on for 72 holes,” he was open to the idea.
“It’s a great conversation to have,” he told reporters.
“We will continue to have that conversation going forward. But we sit back and say, what value do we get on putting on television on Thursday? How do we build out in the future?
“There are things that we sit back and look at to see what is the most optimal solution to make this a better and better and better event, and 72 holes is discussed.”
In part due to the tournaments having three rounds, as opposed to the PGA Tour’s standard four, LIV has been unable to get its matches to qualify for world ranking points .
Jon Rahm, who recently defected from the PGA Tour to LIV and was speaking at the same press conference as Norman, said that he had a “level of comfort” with 72 holes, but deferred to the LIV higher-ups on what to do.
“At the end of the day, LIV is a business,” Rahm said.
“If it doesn’t fit the product, it doesn’t fit the product. I’m just a player. There’s a lot of people that are a lot smarter than me that can figure it out and explain why they believe 54 holes may be better for them.”
