This heavy duty, tour grade case is designed for the Yamaha DM3 audio console. The custom case’s foam lined interior features angled foam blocks the contour the console shape. A doghouse is provided to hide all rear console connections. The doghouse is built from ½” Baltic birch and features a double hinging design for full access. The doghouse is finished in black textured coating. 

The case exterior is built from 3/8” plywood laminated with your choice of ABS plastic colors. 4 deep recessed handles are provided for easy transport.

Better touring starts with better design—inside and out.

Fiasco road cases slot together like they're made for each other—because they are. Everything just fits. How do we do it? A genius approach to design: uniformity on the outside; versatility on the inside. It cleverly maximizes space, eliminates clutter and gives you that satisfied "ahhhhhh" feeling you get when everything's in its right place. That is better touring.

Ordinary road cases come in odd sizes, leaving you with a grab-bag of mismatched cases. But Fiasco road cases are different. They're made to standardised dimensions, meaning they pack and stack together perfectly - Truck Packology! So it's more than just a road case; it's an entire mobile storage system. The ingenious modular design means that every case fits just right. Cases can be arranged countless ways and they'll always go together flawlessly—like Tetris blocks. Lined up flush, square and true, not an inch wasted. Beautiful.

Our mathematically-awesome dimensions. We sussed out the optimal lengths, heights and widths to ensure a perfect fit between cases, shock racks, and any transport. The cornerstone of the Fiasco family is the 24" x 30" case, our whole range is based on this footprint. Pack three end-to-end across shipping-containers and 90" box-trucks or four side-by-side in semi-trailers and 96" box-trucks. So you can pack them, stack them, rotate them, flip them and reorganize them endlessly and they'll fit every time with just enough wiggle room so they're easy to get in and out.

From the cornerstone of the 24 x 30 case we go double size to the 48 x 30 case or double length with the 24 x 60 case. On the "yuuuuge" end of the scale we use 24 x 90. Even the industrial-strength Cadillac cases follow these dimensions also.

Our ingenious divider system lets you organize the inside any way you want. Dividers come with all our road cases, so you can give every item, big or small, its own snug compartment for safe transit and easy access. Dividers just slot together. Each panel has multiple slits, allowing you to arrange and rearrange a bunch of different ways. Made from crazy-strong birch plywood, they can be repositioned time and again without breaking. They come in different heights too: tall, mid (to accommodate a tray on top) and short (for short cases). And you can also buy them foam-lined for a little extra cushioning. It's groovy, baby (literally). We cut grooves into the foam sidings, rather than mounting rails onto it, so you can insert the dividers at multiple points or leave them out to keep the inside open, without clunky rails getting in the way or eating into your interior space.

Our standard dividers are all you need for most equipment. But for the trickier stuff, we have a range of divider inserts. It's the same brilliant system, tweaked to accommodate more complex gear. Take drape kits, for example. Packing long pushups, bulky drapes, back breakingly heavy base plates—it gets outta control pretty fast. Our divider inserts for drapes arranges these cumbersome components like a neatly-packed lunchbox.

Some gear needs the special treatment. For the big-sized, big-ticket stuff—motors, LX, drape bases—we create item-specific inserts that securely house them in ultra-tough birch plywood. Best of all, inserts fit perfectly inside our standard road cases, so there's no need to splash out on a single-purpose road case.

Presentation

The patient, with no notable medical history, fell from an electric scooter at approximately 25 km/h. Subsequently, they developed abdominal pain, dizziness, and vomiting.

Patient Data

The lower pole of the spleen is shattered .

Associated with a large amount of hemoperitoneum .

The liver, pancreas, adrenal glands, kidneys, small and large bowel are normal.

No pneumoperitoneum or intra-abdominal collection.

No rib fractures.

IMPRESSION: AAST grade 5 splenic injury.

Case Discussion

The case described above corresponds to a grade 5 splenic trauma , as it involved a shattered spleen with active bleeding and massive hemoperitoneum . Consequently, the patient experienced hypovolemic shock and required urgent surgery, leading to splenectomy .

In recent years, there has been a tendency to manage traumatic spleen injuries conservatively, with observation and imaging checks every 24 to 48 hours. In selected cases of grade 3 or 4 traumatic injuries, splenic artery embolization can be considered a therapeutic option - an increasingly utilized approach due to advances in interventional radiology. However, emergency splenectomy is necessary for grade 5 injuries.

CLEVELAND, Ohio – Students and staff at Case Western Reserve University protested in solidarity with Palestine as hundreds of prospective students toured the school during an Open House event Friday.

As families of high school students walked around campus, students yelled at them to avoid attending the university. They accused the school’s president, Eric Kaler, of creating a hostile environment for his stance on Palestine and his suspension of the chapter of Students for Justice in Palestine.

“Kaler, Kaler, you can’t hide. We charge you with genocide,” protesters chanted while marching through campus Friday morning after conducting a “die-in” demonstration.

The student organization received an interim loss of university recognition on Feb. 26 because the school alleged the group violated the code of conduct. Case accused members of vandalism after flyers were glued on the Spirit Wall, a paint-only wall on campus used to promote events and express opinions.

Protesters on Friday said the student group was suspended until its leaders name all of their members in order to confirm those who possibly posted the flyers. Several students accused of participating are facing suspension from the university, protesters said Friday.

One student participating in the protest said the administration has created a threatening and divisive environment, as it is attacking anyone who speaks out in support of Palestine. The student, a 20-year-old studying biochemistry, requested anonymity for fear of reprisals.

In a letter sent to the Case community in November, about a month after Hamas attacked Israel, Kaler said the college does not tolerate words and phrases that are antisemitic, Islamophobic or racist.

“This university must be a place where different ideas, people and cultures learn from each other,” Kaler wrote. “I also believe that the core values we share as members of this campus community far outweigh what we see differently. Though we may not always agree, we should agree to be supportive, truthful and caring.”

Tim Black has been a professor of sociology at Case for 13 years. He participated in the demonstration Friday and said the campus should be an open space for debate and discussion.

“One of the reasons that the students are protesting is because they feel like they have been harassed and intimidated by this administration,” he said. “There are lots of students who support what they’re doing and want to speak out on this issue, as well. And not just students but faculty, as well.”

A university spokesperson declined to comment on the students’ conduct, citing the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.

“As with all student organizations, the university follows its student judicial policies and procedures,” a university spokesperson said in an email.

Carolina Panthers 7-Round Mock Draft: Worst Case Scenario Turns Into 2025 Trade Haul

In this story:

Heading into the 2024 NFL Draft, the Panthers have a desire to draft a receiver with one of their two second round picks. They’d also probably like to take one of the top two centers if they’re still around. 

But in the event that Jackson Powers-Johnson and Zach Frazier each go in the first and there happens to be a serious run on receivers late in the round, it will change Carolina’s strategy.

For today’s mock draft, we’re going to pretend JPJ, Frazier, Xavier Legette, Ladd McConkey, and the typical projected first round receivers are off the board.

Projected trade:

SEA gets: No. 33, No. 141

CAR gets: No. 61, 2025 1st, 2025 2nd (via DET)

RD 2, Pick 39: EDGE Marshawn Kneeland, Western Michigan

In this trade, the Seahawks come up to get Michael Penix Jr. after taking DT Johnny Newton at No. 29. In what is deemed the “worst-case scenario” for the Panthers, they’re able to move back and pick up a first and second in next year’s draft. Kneeland produced 17.5 tackles for loss and six sacks over his final two seasons in college. He’ll be able to help that pass rushing rotation immediately.

RD 3, Pick 61: WR Malachi Corley, Western Kentucky

It’s a long wait, but one that pays off for Carolina as they pick up an explosive receiver in the third round. Corley is one of the most underrated players in this draft class and has star potential written all over him.

RD 3, Pick 65: TE Ben Sinnott, Kansas State

A few picks later, the Panthers add a versatile tight end to the mix with Ben Sinnott. He’s my TE2 in this class behind only Brock Bowers. If Tommy Tremble can turn the corner, the Panthers will have two intriguing young players at the position that they can do a lot of things with.

RD 4, Pick 101: RB Braelon Allen, Wisconsin

Nearly went corner here, but we’re going to give Bryce Young some more help and shore up that rushing attack. Chuba Hubbard had flashes, but I’m not sold on him being RB1 long-term (yet).

RD 5, Pick 142: C Hunter Nourzad, Penn State

Nourzad has position flexibility here, so he can backup both Austin Corbett at center while being an option at guard or tackle. He’s played just about every spot up front during his time at Cornell and Penn State, making him one of the most versatile linemen in the draft.

RD 7, Pick 240: CB Beanie Bishop, West Virginia

Bishop was a Consensus All-American, yet somehow didn’t receive an invite to the Senior Bowl or NFL Combine. He led the nation in passes defended (24) and pass breakups (20) while finishing second in forced incompletions (17). Strong candidate to play nickel.

Diddy 's associate, Brendan Paul , has just been charged with one felony count of drug possession, and it could spell trouble for the rap mogul.

Paul, a former Syracuse men's basketball player who worked as Diddy's main assistant, was arrested in March at the Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport after feds searched his bag and allegedly found cocaine and marijuana candy. He was arrested and taken into custody, at the same time the feds were raiding Diddy's Miami and L.A. mansions .

The 25-year-old, who was extremely close to Diddy and was privy to Diddy's comings and goings, pled not guilty. His lawyer, Brian Bieber , tells TMZ, "We will be dealing with this case in the courtroom, not the court of public opinion."

As we have extensively reported, Diddy is in the crosshairs of the feds. He's being investigated for sex trafficking, illegal gun possession and other alleged crimes.

The wild card now is Brendan Paul. The feds are clearly not eyeing this as a major crime, but they're now in a position to offer Paul a deal ... possibly dropping or reducing the charges in return for cooperation in the Diddy case.

Search warrant involving missing persons cases executed in Holton

JACKSON COUNTY, Kan. (WIBW) - A search warrant that involved missing persons cases has been executed in Holton, Kan.

According to the Kansas Bureau of Investigation , on Tuesday, April 23, the KBI and Jackson County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at a property in Holton, Kan.

The execution of the warrant began at 10:20 a.m. at 426 E. 6th St. in Holton, Kan. The investigation involves the 2001 missing person case of Yulia (Shevtensko) Larrison, and an investigation into the 2006 death of Elena (Kristova) Larrison.

Jackson County Sheriff’s Office said the incidents were previously investigated by the Holton Police Department . The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office re-opened investigations concerning both incidents in 2019.

KBI said currently, no subjects have been arrested.

KBI noted anyone with information related to this investigation is asked to call the KBI at 1-800-KS-CRIME or the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office at 785-364-2251. Anonymous tips can be submitted online HERE .

KBI said the investigation remains ongoing. No further information can be released.
