I bought the Cee Bailey bag liners and they are very well made. They fir perfectly in the bags and have extra outside pockets as well. They are more expensive than the TLC's though.  

Got the Cee Baileys set for Xmas. They are top notch and fit perfectly. Never heard of those in the link, would be safer to go with cbs or tlc.

I have the Bestem in my XCT. Very good quality and fit like a glove. I had the TLC in my Kawasaki Nomad, nice bag liners but I think the Bestem are made from a higher quality material.  

I have the Bestem liners for the Vision. Excellent quality and fit. I would recommend them.  

Just got a set of Bestem bag liners ...they look real nice. Have not used them yet though. Walt

Those who have the TLC bag liners, how long did it take to get them? I ordered mine about 2 weeks ago for a trip coming up this weekend and they have not arrived nor have I been able to a response to my emails or phone calls. Thanks, Eric  

I just received mine and I ordered them about about 4 weeks ago. I had called and I guess the owner had a heart attack, and slowed production down for a while. My understanding is that now they are up and running again. Suggest giving them a call to see where you are at in the order process. They are nice and quality is good too.  

I bought the same ones off Ebay (similar price), they look like quality construction... but I haven't used them yet.  

I bought the TLC's last July 2011 for my XC, I ordered them on a Monday and paid the extra for 2 day delivery and I got them on Wednesday. I was able to use them on my trip that Saturday. Bags are well made for less than half the price including the fast delivery fee.  

I got the message back from them, the owner has had a stroke and the family is trying to figure out how to run the company. The email said it could take up to a month. Eric

I just learned from TLC that they will not cancel the order even though they have no idea when it will ship because I specified an embroidery. I think this is kind of shady because they cannot give me an arrival time frame because the family is trying to learn how to run the company according to thier email. I understand the owner having a stroke but something on the website saying that processing times are delayed until the owner recovers or a specified date would have been nice and I wouldn't have ordered from them. I would have went with the Bestem, Cee Bailey or the Victory model. I am going to chalk it up to a lesson learned and never order anything from them again.  

I have the Cee Bailey bags for my Vision. They are very well made (in the USA) with nice features like external compartments, but the side bags are too large to fit easily. On an XC that won't be an issue with the large top-opening lids.

I was thinking about going ahead and shelling out for the factory liners but after experiences with some of the other victory accessories, I went with the Cee Bailey bags instead. The full set (saddle bags and trunk liner) arrived yesterday, just in time for a trip we have planned to Big Bend TX. I must say that I am very pleased with the fit/quality of the bags. They look great and I really like the external velcro close and mesh pockets on the top of the bags.

I ordered a set of liners from TLC on march 27 and finally got them yesterday. Good looking bags but i thought that 5 weeks was waaaay to long.  

Yup. Looked at Bestem for my Vision. Less expensive, but made in China so Duty payable, thus making them more expensive than Cee Baileys to import to Canada. Went with Cee Baileys (made in USA, so no Duty). Very happy with them.

Bestem saddlebag liners-First impressions

Nice! They look like nice bags and at a great price. We went with Cee Bailey's bags, mainly because I've been so pleased with the quality of their windshields. We'll be putting ours to the test this week, as well. Have a great trip.

Great writeup and pics! I wish I had gone with these but chose to go with TLC. For those of you that are considering TLC please be advised that the owner had a stroke a while back and his wife is trying to keep the buisness going as usual. Unfortunately they are backlogged which took me almost 3 weeks to find out. If you want to avoid the long delays I highly suggest ordering without embroidery as orders for plain liners are going out much faster. This company builds as orders come in and doesn't maintain stock, once the orders are complete they send them out for embroidery which adds a considerable amount of time to delivery.  

That's too bad. I have the TLC's and this coming trip to Americade will be the fourth trip with them. I am satisfied with the quality and the fit. When I ordered mine it took about 10 days to my door which includes the embroidery time.  

Just returned from a 4200 mile trip and using one Bestem, bag and should have used both. I've always used the right bag for clothing and used the Bestem bag on that side. Left bag has tools, tire plugger, air compressor, rain pants, water bottles, etc. So I didn't use the left bag liner. Not sure if this is common, but my Victory bags fill with dust. The Bestem did a good job of keeping my clothing clean, Everything in the left bag is coated with dust, lots of dust. Only had seven miles of light rain and everything stayed dry. I am wondering if riding in a heavy rain will result in everything being covered in mud. Have not had the dust problem with other bikes. Does anyone else have this issue? I did ride about 20 miles of very dusty gravel and dirt road, but just riding on dry hard surface roads seems to produce a light coating of road dust inside the bags. AND yes I am sure that the bags are latched.  

I've had two handle anchor points pull out so far.  

Dust is common. The "flap" seals on the bags are for more for keeping water out, not air tight. I put some very thin, soft open cell weather strip around the inside edge of the the top on 3 sides (did not do the hinge side, already fights tight as its regular seal) and get almost zero dust now, and latches tightly closed. Oh yea... Cee Baileys. Maybe we're all using them this week, heading to the Victory Rally in Helen, GA once this tropical storm gets out of here!  

picture Would you mind posting a picture of the foam placement. We zigzaged around Arkansas for 4 days and 1300 miles. have allot of dust in the bags...  

Also have the Bestem Bags. They work great. No worries.  

I have along trip coming up so i figured I would try the Bestem saddle bag liners.
