Northern Island Tour Martinque by Visio Tours

Antoine was knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and helpful for our stop at Martinique on Feb 28. It was my favorite island tour on our cruise and made Martinique my favorite island. His English was excellent and he added little extra details that made the tour unique. He was able to accommodate one passenger who needed a scooter in his 8 passenger van. I would recommend him highly!

Nice bus, nice guide. Good locations around the island. We was in downtown, in a Run Factory, one beautiful church. Was a great time.

Me and my family took this tour on January 12th and we had awesome time with them. The lady that guided us and the driver were so nice towards us, they had no problem with showing us everything that was interesting to us, telling to us about the place. They took us to a place where we bought an awesome coconut liquor. If you want a good time and to have fun while discovering the place- this tour is the one i recommend! I hope i will be back one day cause it was perfect!

The tour was amazing. Lots of information about the island but in a nice humorous way. The guide showed a lot of pictures of endemic species and tought us some creole. The van was clean, the driver had a very calm driving style - which was nice thinking of all the curves on the road and we had an open roof. We visited lovely places (alma river, a waterfall, saw the vulcano, different villiges), a rum destillery with degustation and then in the end the guide Antoine brought us to a cute & beautiful beach bar to enjoy the sun having a cocktail. He even came to take us back to our hotel in his private car. Tour is higly recommended, nice and sympathetic guys, had a lot of fun that day. Thank you guys!

We arrived in Martinique early am on Friday the 18th of January and went outside the port terminal which was very busy, we walked for 5 minutes and saw the Visio Tours bus and decided to do an island tour From the moment we spoke to them we knew we had made the right choice Josue ( the owner of the company ) was the driver and Lucile the Tour guide : they were both very professional and did not stop to surprise us and the others tourists on board Free drinks and fresh fruits were served during the 4 hours/30 mn tour of the north of the island They have an excellent knowledge of their island and were very happy to share it with us We learnt so much about Martinique and visited many places : river , water fall , Saint Pierre distillery , black sand beach , we loved every minute of it It was so far the BEST TOUR we ever did and we can highly recommend it to anybody who comes to the island for a day or more A big thank you to both of them Visio Tours keep up the good work you will go very far Mr and Mrs Abalo

We had walked two hours to a beach, as we did not have a rented car. A bartender at the bar said he had a friend who could drive us home. The open bus owned by visio tours was very refreshing I must add. We ended up going for one of their tours two days later. Our experience was amazing. The tour guide spoke terrific English. He knew so much about the island and its rich history. He taught us about the island and the way of life in Martinique. We even learned what animals and plants are native to the island as well as some Creole! He constantly made sure we were comfortable and answered any additional questions we might have come up with. We went to five different places, which were amazing. They served us refreshments and gave us enough time to take the pictures we had wanted. Because we did not have a car, they drove us to the store after the tour. They were very kind, helpful, and flexible. The next day, a driver drove us to the airport at 5am, so that we could catch our flight. Great experience.

We have booked a island tour and Josué confirmed that they would pick us up outside the cruise terminal. This was a special moment for my wife and I as we always wanted to visit Martinique. Unfortunately visio tour did not show up as agreed and when a port secuty officer contacted them on our behalf via phone, they just replied that the minibus was now full and therefore our agreed tour was cancelled for us. We tried to organise a similar tour with other providers at the port but we were unable to do so as we did not have enough time left for an island tour. We ended up staying on the cruise ship and our special wedding anniversary day was ruined. Be aware, they are very unprofessional and have no customers care skills as they did not even tried to contact us on the day.

Hi Sir, We are very sorry about what's happened today. We had also a group of 8 and 2 persons on the same ship "Costa Pacifica". But this morning it was very difficult to enter the cruise terminal. We met the 2 others group outside the terminal and we were oblige to pick them up by the Fort St Louis. We tried to find you outside the cruise terminal at the 2 exits. We never received any call, maybe the security officer had a wrong phone number. I contacted during the day by email and we discuss together and you told me that you were dispointed. I tried to offer you a restaurant for your wife and you but you didn't answer. How ever you have places for life in our Bus. So if any opportunity to come back in Martinique we'll be happy to welcome you my friend. Very sorry again. Kind Regards

We chose the Visio tour as we walked into Martinique and were not disappointed. The tour was brilliant and very well talked through. We then were taken to a lovely beach. Lovely people can't recommend highly enough. Be sure to look out for Visio Tours.

Our visit to Martinique was a great and fun experience thanks to Viso tour. The guys Josue and Antoine were always timely -9am sharp every morning- the beautiful-well equipped blue bus was waiting at the hotel-they are cordial, fun and were able to give us the Martinique experience. We did the Northern tour with several stops on day one- day 2 we went to a beach in the far South and stopped along the way to do some shopping- the third day we visited several cities in the south, including some rhum distilleries. Josue was kind enough to drop us at the airport the next morning. I feel that I made some new friends.. I give this company a 5-star!! Best tour guides that I have experienced throughout my travels!!

We took this tour while on a 14 day cruise. It was our favorite island of nine, thanks to Visio Tours. The bus is open air/convertible & brand new. The guides Josue & Antoine are exceptional hosts, they love their island & shared that love with us. We learned new words, sampled local fruits, toured a rhum distillery, enjoyed the rainforest & saw many more sights, too many to mention. We hope to enjoy the island & their company again someday. Highly recommend this tour!!!!

On a recent Caribbean cruise we had an unexpected stop at Martinique and decided to look for a tour. Went with Visio tours with Joshua and Antoine (Toni). Went to rivers, waterfall, the replica Sacre Coeur, rum outlet and beach. What a great day. They were both so pleasant friendly and informative. Saw some wonderful nature and learnt a lot. We stopped at a café but unfortunately none of us had any euros so we said it didn't matter as we were on way back to ship. When we were all back on the bus Toni came on and he had bought us all brioche buns out of his own money, wonderful. Would highly recommend these two and their tour
