This isn’t just bad or terrible

This isn’t just bad or terrible, it’s boardline criminal. This company makes the marketing claim they don’t charge commissions. All one has to do is look at the point spread between the “bid” and the “ask”. I’ve found in most cases between 20-100 or more baseline point differences. That’s morally criminal ! If a company doesn’t have a phone number that you can call. That’s a “HUGE RED FLAG”. Think of “ONE” company in the stock trading space that doesn’t have a call center. The answer is NONE. I wasn’t aware this organization was keeping people’s money. I understand in extreme cases, whereby funds don’t clear. However I’m sure there’s Federal Laws on the books that gives an individual a certain time period to make the funds good. If this organization has taken one penny of your money or refuses to return your money. This is exactly what one does. Reported them to the Better Business Bureau to start. Assuming there’s an address of record on file. Report them to the FCC. Report them to your Local State Attorney General Office & the Federal Attorney General’s Office. Sue them in State & Federal court.

Mark Cuban advertise a sign up for Voyager and receive $100 Bitcoin. It's been over 2 months. I have sent two emails no response. This is false advertisement. I have Bitcoin with another app and it grows this one has been going down the drain. I will report it to the big boys.

Transferred my shiba to voyager weeks ago.

Transferred my shiba from coinbase to voyager on October 6th. Still nothing in my voyager. I sent them many emails and 10 days later i was asked for hash id. Now we are in November and still out 10k as the coin is worth today. I reached out to coinbase they assured me it was a successful transfer along with the block explorer. This company wants to expand in Europe and be part of Dallas Mavericks? I'm not one to rock the boat but being out 10k, i will rock it 10k x 10.

Voyager is a THIEF

Voyager is a THIEF! I have been trying to retrieve my money and close my account for a month! I get a generic automated response via email. Please don’t invest here! Report them to the Better Business Bureau.

This is a joke!

This is a joke! To verify my acct they asked me for craziest list of docs ever. All docs had to be not older than 30 days. Government letters and docs from postmaster! Postmaster! Lol That will prob take me weeks. For some worthless app??? Yeah, right! There are tons of other similar apps which are not total insane. Also, you spend hours to upload your ID, system is all messed up and never takes it. Dont waste your time.

Class Action Lawsuit against Voyager

How many of us would be interested in filing a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against VOYAGER for their theft and incompetence? 1. Me. Let's make this happen!

"Voyager's Customer Service Is Unhelpful and Generic"

"Earlier last year, my Voyager account was hacked, and all of my assets were sold without my authorization or approval, and my funds were transferred to an unauthorized account. Despite notifying Voyager about the situation as it was happening, they did nothing to address the issue. They could have canceled the sell or at least the transfer to an unverified account, but instead, they ignored it. The customer service team was unhelpful and provided only generic responses. I had to seek the help of a cybersecurity attorney, who was referred to me by a colleague at work. With their help, I was able to file a case against Voyager and recoup my funds. While I am grateful for the assistance of the attorney, I am extremely disappointed with Voyager's lack of care and attention to my concerns. I would not recommend their services to others."

A scammer got my personal information…

A scammer got my personal information and opened an account in my name at Voyager. They refuse to delete the account claiming (laughably) that a Fincen rule requires them to keep information on accounts for 5 years (and they’ve decided to apply this to accounts opened by fraud. They are going to keep the scammer’s account with all my personal information open for 5 years! To add insult to injury, they keep sending me emails encouraging me to upgrade and calling me a Voyager. They have not given me any information as to how this account was or is being used. If they decide to comply with my requests and delete this scam account, I will report back. Otherwise, assume if they are dishonest in this regard, they will be dishonest in others. This is a nightmare.

NO customer support what so ever

NO customer support what so ever. I’ve emailed them 6 times and they got back to me once. The one time they did get back to me, they didn’t even answer my question but gave me a generic response. I couldn’t even withdraw my initial deposit. Used the MAVS code and still can’t withdraw that. Once I finally get all my money out. I will never use this app/ company again.

I have written about my experience with Voyager several times, indicating the lack of support. The account is once again available to me, but I finally understood the solution myself with the help of a friend. Sometimes a separate set of eyes will help clarify a problem.

I moved thousands of dollars in…

I moved thousands of dollars in litecoin and bitcoin from robinhood to voyager to take advantage of their yields. Nowhere in any ToS was I informed that the crypto loans voyager made were divided up where 1 f**king company, Three Arrows Capital, held 50% of the money loaned out by voyager. I would have never exposed myself to that kind of risk if I knew they were relying on 1 borrower to keep the company afloat. Days before they declared bankruptcy voyager froze all account activity for all users so even when the red flags started flying they ensured that you had no way to get out of their scam! I would have gladly taken the 60% loss in value I had when the crypto crash came down over having $35k sitting there with no way to move it or claim it and watch it get rolled up in their bankruptcy. And to think this platform was promoted by some huge celebrities like Mark Cuban and other well known investors. I just want my f**king money back and voyager can burn in hell for all I care! You stole my life savings and if given the chance I'd make you watch and suffer in ways I dare not put in to text and offer every one of your customers you took through this s**t the opportunity to watch or join in the horror I want to put you through both physically and mentally.

Voyager is nonsense. I am not a bot or a hater, I am a peeved customer.

I became a Voyager customer in October of 2020. I would have given them 5 stars then. Forget it now. This is total rubbish. - Fiat deposits and withdrawals take WEEKS to process. It's like your funds are held hostage. - Crypto withdrawals that used to take minutes now take days. - Customer service is non-existant. There is no circumatance where you will receive a response to your email. There is no phone or chat support. In 2021. Yes, I kid you not. - The spread on market buys/sells is insane. Literally 2-3% each way on some alt coins and over 1% on BTC and ETH. - You cannot "set it and forget it." Want to buy a coin and wait for it to 2x or more? Nope. You cannot set a limit sell outside of a 40-50% range from where that token is currently trading. Again....this is 2021! Voyager can't stop promoting itself on Twitter and TV long enough to get its head out of its rear and improve the customer experience. Total. Nonsense.

Awful exchange

Awful exchange. Awful!! Do not use. I have been in crypto space for a while and use many platforms. They do not pay my staking benefits even though I hold the daily minimum requirements for each coin. I have opened about 10 tickets over pst month and not one has been answered. Please do not use them. Others are so much better.

Criminal behavior?

Criminal behavior? You decide. My initial funding of 2.0 ETH, after the Voyager app CONGRATULATED me for my new account, was transacted to the ETH receive address that the app displayed in text and qr code (which I utilized and visually cross-checked) form. The transaction was a "success" very quickly per etherscan. Upon returning to the Voyager app to view my newly funded account, I found zero funds and the app provided me a completely different ETH receive address....not the address that the app provide just minutes earlier. My funds, to this day, still are the sole occupants of the phantom address the app gave me. Voyager has done nothing to correct this situation. The app may or may not work for you. It seems to me, though, that Voyager believes their app to be flawless. I can tell you that it is not. Could it be related to their recent "scheduled maintenance"? Their inaction in my case has proven them to be, at best, callously disinterested in this customer (this 'mark', me) and, at worst...no one needs to see/hear the labels I have for them. Hopefully your experience with the Voyager lottery/Russian roulette will be better.

Founded in 2017, Voyager is a mobile crypto broker offering commission-free trading on more than 100 cryptocurrencies , with crypto services both for individuals and institutions.

The crypto app also lets you earn monthly interest payments for maintaining minimum balances of different cryptocurrencies, and institutional clients have access to order execution, liquidity, and custodial services.

The Voyager crypto app is available on iOS and Android devices.

Voyager and Gemini  both have the following in common: huge crypto selections, low minimums, and crypto services for institutions. But fees vary for each platform.

Voyager is the least expensive of the two, but it doesn't give you access to staking like Gemini does. But Gemini offers more services. These include Gemini Wallet, Gemini Pay, Gemini Custody, and multiple other trading platforms.

Voyager and Kraken also offer several similar features. You can invest in more than 100 crypto assets with either platform. However, Voyager doesn't let you utilize margin accounts or futures trading (futures are contracts that give you the right to buy or sell an asset at a certain price on an upcoming date) like Kraken does.

But Voyager offers a simpler interface, so it could be a better choice for beginners or those who prioritize ease-of-use.

Cryptocurrencies

You only need $10 to trade cryptocurrencies at Voyager. But Voyager isn't exactly an exchange. The company describes itself as a broker that facilitates trading through its routing technology. This means you won't be able to decide where to execute your trades; Voyager does this for you.

But even though you can't determine how trades are executed, Voyager says its Smart Order Router connects to more than 12 exchanges and market makers to offer its users fast order execution and good pricing. The app supports bank transfers up to $5,000.

Though Voyager's cryptocurrencies are commission-free, the app makes money (known as the "spread fee") when you save money on an order. Specifically, Voyager says it takes a small spread fee when it executes an order at a better price than you, the investor, submitted.

Voyager also has a limited selection of educational support for beginner traders. Though the crypto app offers both market news roundups and several explainer blog posts on different crypto topics, it doesn't provide much else for newcomers.

See a complete list of Voyager's supported coins and crypto assets here .

Institutional investing

If you're an institutional investor with crypto needs, Voyager offers a suite of options. These include:

  • Execution platform: Voyager's execution platform — which it says is powered by its Smart Order Router — strives to offer institutional clients the best prices and most efficient order execution, according to its website.
  • Liquidity network: Voyager says its platform gives you access to a network of crypto exchanges, liquidity providers, and over-the-counter (OTC) desks. These services allow you to take advantage of multiple trading options with a single account or wallet.
  • Custodial suite: You can also choose from multiple security and storage options if you're looking to keep your crypto assets safe.

Voyager Digital Brokerage LTD owns and operates Voyager Institutional. Learn more here .

Better Business Bureau ratings usually range from A+ to F, but the BBB has given Voyager an F for multiple reasons: (1) the platform failed to respond to 157 complaints, (2) it received 185 complaints, (3) it's received multiple government actions, and (4) it never resolved two complaints that customers filed against it.

The bureau bases its ratings on how well it thinks a company interacts with its customers. It also analyzes other factors, including time in business, type of business, customer complaint history, licensing and government actions, and more.

In March 2022, the New Jersey Bureau of Securities ordered Voyager to stop offering interest-bearing accounts, claiming it used the accounts to sell unregistered securities. Voyager also recently filed for bankruptcy. If you're interested in crypto investing, you may want to consider other crypto exchanges .

Yes. Voyager is a Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN)-registered exchange, and it's a fully regulated and publicly traded company in the US.

Yes. You can do so by finding "Account" in the Voyager app, selecting "Transfer Cash or Crypto," and navigating to "Transfer Crypto" and tapping "Send Crypto out of Voyager." You'll have to select both the asset and the amount you'd like to withdraw to your crypto wallet.

Voyager earns money from the spread between the price at which you submit your order and the price at which the platform executes it. In other words, Voyager makes money when it saves you money on an order by executing it at a better price.

Update: This did get resolved. I have what to me is significantly high amount of money locked up there. Been trying for a week to get any response from these people. Got one response on Facebook saying that they would prioritize this and that was three days ago. Platform is nice. Customer service - AWFUL. The responses are unbelievably slow if any are given at all for really important stuff like money being stuck in the platform for a week+…

Scam!!! Fraud and criminal activity! Beware

Today I had a fraudulent charge on my bank account (ACH transfer) from Voyager. I never had any business with this company and until 2 minutes ago didn't know what it was. Having seen another post on the same problem looks like it is the business of this company to scam people out doing fraudulent transfers. How are they even still in business?

I tried withdrawing my money into my bank account and it keeps getting rejected. How in the hell does it get rejected twice when I’m trying to transfer my funds into my bank account? It keeps saying insufficient funds, but how is that so when I traded my btt to usd and all I’m trying to do is withdraw my usd to put in my bank account.

Been over three weeks since I requested my withdrawal have not heard anything. Reached out to Customer Service and the app sends you to some help modules. Even after sending multiple emails. No response at all. Really feel like I won’t see my money and at this point I am getting in touch with the state attorneys general and the SEC. we are looking to go after the company and the CEO.

There are better exchanges than voyager.

Not liking the voyager app in comparison to its competitors or other exchanges. The deposit/withdrawal processing times on voyager take 5-10 business days where most other exchanges are instant up to 72 hours. I recommend using eToro, sofi, Gemini, Crypto.com or an actual crypto wallet. Voyager has by far been my worst experience on trading exchange platforms. Like worse than Robinhood.

Date of experience : May 18, 2021

Zero stars. Your deposit sits in limbo stuck in "processing" as they ask you to re-verify your ID by sending a pic of yourself holding your DL along with bank statements to a random drop box. That should all happen through the app up front. I haven't been able to get my deposit processed since May 4th. Zero customer service. Just bots. Ridiculous. Avoid at all costs.

Follow up review so make sure your zoom is not enhanced on your phone. As mine was and when I kept hounding them that my money I can't withdrawal. They finally had one guy from support get back to me said to run of Zoom that was my issue and now I got my money out. Would I recommend them nope not in the slightest as mark cuban recommended and I still didn't get the 100 but coin if I made it by the weekend. So that's one negative the next is the support they never respond. The amount of money they make is ridiculous not to hire or respond to customers. Last it took me hounding them on social media to make them finally give into getting me help months went by. So find another app or another crypto place people have had no issues.

Voyager blows

Customer service is nonexistent. There is no number to call just an email option. They haven’t responded to my email for over 2 weeks. I can’t send my crypto out of voyager and they won’t respond to my emails. I won’t deposit another penny into voyager.

Better interest rates than BlockFi and Celcius

This platform is simple to use and gets you started right away. Monthly interest payouts are compounding nicely as intended. Not sure why so many others are having problems, it's 1 app... It should work the same for everyone.

Easily the best crypto investing app

Easily the best crypto investing platform I've used, in terms of ease of use, utility, and customer service. Haven't had any issues with withdrawals and customer service was very quick to respond to a small issue I had. I'm frankly surprised by the number of negative reviews on this website since I can't fathom experiencing anything like what was described based on my own experience with the app. I wish they had a desktop version though, but that is supposed to be coming soon!

Where's my money???

Accidentally deposited when I tried to withdrawal. 13 business days later and I still don't have access to my funds that I would like to withdraw. It says "pending" which probably means they're too busy trading my money to give me access to it. From the start, it's said it would take 5-10 business days to clear. It cleared my bank account 5 days ago. 13 business days and still pending seems criminal to me.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!! got locked out of my account 11/20/21. Funds are gone!! No one is responding to my emails, tweets or ig messages. They also never transferred over 2,000 ada to kucoin. I rate this app big fat 0! First of all they take forever to deposit your funds but obligate you by crediting you with instant cash. Great, but what if I decide I don’t like the app? I am stuck waiting for my funds to deposit!!! Voyager offers little and is poorly managed. In addition I have been unable to use this app because of pinning and ssl issues! Website frequently down for HOURS! Don’t use this app!

I’ve been using Voyager app over 4 months now, no issues so far, i can transfer money in minutes, buy and they take out the money from my account next day or two. I didn’t try to take money out yet since i am long term investor( when i need to withdraw hopefully I won’t have issues), App goes down sometimes, like most of other apps, Crypto.com is way slower app compare to Voyager and they charge fee plus international fee which sux but i can only buy Shiba at Crypto.com so I am gonna keep them for now. I think Voyager is pretty good, i am earning 7% interest on Voyager coin and 5% on ADA. And they’ve been depositing my interest earned monthly. So far so good with VoYager . Not sure why people having so much problems, but i never did.

Trading Crypto is always risky and Voyager doesn't seem to care. When I set up a crypto trading account if there are red flags during the setup, I don't stick around any longer after that. After going through the initial verification Voyager sent me an email requesting additional information. I was once a victim of identity theft and it is extremely difficult. Voyager requested that I upload the following documents to a "Dropbox" account. Umm NO. Some information I'm not comfortable about resubmitting. For example. If I tell you my SSN why would you need a copy of it. The company should have the capacity to confirm that it is not fraudulent. Based on our review, in order to verify your identity and complete account opening, please provide a clear photo of yourself holding your valid driver's license AND one of the following documents: Social Security Card W-2 Form SSA- 1099 Form A non-SSA - 1099 Form Paystub containing the name and Social Security number

Despicable claims handling experience

On 1st September we arrived in Rome to find Lufthansa had left our baggage in Zurich. We were advised that it would come in the next flight and so hung about the airport in expectation but nothing came. That evening I called Voyager Emergency Assistance Number only to be told that this was for medical emergencies although the chap did suggest I should buy what I needed and keep receipts to reclaim my outlays. As the following day developed we learnt we were not going to be reunited with our bags and as we had a ferry to catch to Palermo we had to buy essentials and get on our way. Cutting a long story short we did not see our bags again until returning on the 13th September and in the intervening days more essential items had to be purchased. On the 15th September I initiated the formal claim procedure with both Lufthansa and Voyagers claim handlers CSAL. The domain Voyager offered csal-claims.co.uk was parked and after a call I was given a claims form URL where I submitted details of my claim. This was followed up with an email to CSAL together with scans of receipts for outlays. On each occasions I attempted contact I got an auto response advising that it might take 6 weeks to get a reply. When Lufthansa gave some compensation I again contacted CSAL to update them and to get feedback on how my claim was progressing but again other than auto replies I heard nothing. On the 5th December I made contact with Voyager sales team to obtain their complaints department contact details. They told me to email complaints which I did and again waited. I sent reminders on 16th December an 3rd January. None got a reply, so, I am not considering raising a small claim against them because I cannot see any other way of gaining their attention.

Date of experience : 14 September 2022

Good travel insurance policy cover.

Would have given them 5 stars but the claim handling company they use for their travel policy took nearly 12 weeks to settle a straight forward emergency dental claim.

DreamsaverWedding Insurance Utter con! Called to make claim in May 2020, received claim form and posted all information including receipts, bank statements etc. Heard nothing. Chased monthly, no response. Often holding for over an hour. Chased via our broker but all they could do was forward our complaint. Received an email from an administrator of Davies group in August asking where we sent the information. Replied immediatelt. Chased him in September and again in Nov 2020. No reply. Have had no communication since. Did re-send all information but to no avail. No apologu,no offer, no refund of premium. Apalling

We tooķ this policy along with our travel tickets

We tooķ this policy along with our travel ticket from the ferry company. Sadly we had our cycles stolen whilst away and had to submit a claim. Voyager uses CLAS as its claims service, I say service but this is a terrible misnomer. I sent a police report the day after along with a request for more information and support, I got a response stating that there would be a delay of 6 weeks due to covid. I submitted many more pieces of info and got the sane response. 13 weeks have gone by and I have submitted all of the claim paperwork and am still getting the same response. Shockingly terrible and completely unacceptable level of service. Avoid at all cost, pay a little more for a trusted provider and understand that if you ever really need any support from this lot, you're on your own.

Date of experience : 10 June 2022

Dishonest as they come

I got suckered into cancelling and then taking out the policy again (when the coronavirus caused havoc). I was offered cancelling with refund so I could book myself again when ready, or rebooking when I knew my new dates. I went with the former as it seemed to make more sense. What they failed to tell me was that the policy wording / cover had changed, and I would be getting much less of a policy if I cancelled and then booked it again, which I did, just a couple of days later when I had new travel dates. It is clear, this was a deliberate act on their part. Policy 0001567946

Don't be taken in by the Voyager…

Don't be taken in by the Voyager Personal Travel Insurance as advertised on Brittany Ferries which is said to ' come with Covid cover included' THIS IS NOT the quoted £15pppw premium, it is another insurance of which the starting price is an incredible £390!!! You can imagine what a reasonable health condition for an elderly traveller is!

Terrible experience

Terrible experience! I was called to obtain some help with the medical questions as I suffer from dyslexia and was unable to read the questions for myself. Therefore, I was relying on the representative to read them and explain them to me. The representative was extremely rude and initially refused to help me read through the questions. I explained to them that I was not sure whether my condition would fall into one of the categories described and asked her if she could obtain a quotation for me online. The representative refused, saying that they are closed. Eventually, the representative did agree to go ahead and obtain a quote for me on the phone. However, she was clearly in a rush and said that she did not need to go through the questions again because she had already been through them. However, the representative had only gone through the first question, so I explained to her that there were other medical questions which she should ask me. The representative reluctantly asked me the additional questions which were thankfully all no. It was obvious that they were just trying to rush through my quote and cut corners because they wanted to leave work on-time. This could have resulted in me accepting a quote which was wrong and being in breach of the agreement set out by the underwriters of the policy. The representative was impatient, rude and unwilling to help.

Advised not to travel by French govt due to surge in COVID.

I arranged travel insurance for a trip to the UK from France to spend Christmas and New Year with my children and grandchildren, it would have been the first time we'd been together in 18 months due to COVID restrictions - with the surge in COVID in the UK I was advised by the French government not to travel so I cancelled my trip - Voyager said as it was after the 14 day cooling off period I wouldn't be able to claim a refund - if I I'm not travelling I won't be using the insurance and wouldn't be any risk of a claim being made - they said I could amend the travel dates instead so I picked some dates at random for a few months in advance - but what happens if the current situation is no better??

Chrysler Voyager

This new minivan is positioned between the long-running Dodge Grand Caravan and the current Chrysler Pacifica, on which it's based. The Voyager is essentially the two cheapest trims of the Pacifica, the L and LX, spun off under a new model name. (The fleet-only LXi version is headed primarily for rental car lots.)

Chrysler vs. other new car brands, owner reports, 2021 minivans 3-row ratings.

In most cases, automotive warranties are based on the vehicle identification number (VIN), and the warranty will be valid regardless of ownership. The dealership can tell you exactly how much warranty is left.

  • 9-speed Automatic
  • 3.6-liter V6 (287 hp)

The Voyager, and its twin the Dodge Caravan, was redesigned for 2001. Although engine power increased, acceleration remains lackluster and fuel economy unimpressive with the popular 3.3-liter, 180-hp V6. A harsh and unresponsive 2.4-liter, 150-hp four-cylinder, shared with the PT Cruiser, continues as the base engine. Powertrain shortcomings aside, the Voyager rides fairly comfortably, and its handling is secure. The third-row seat is a handy 50/50 split bench that's fairly easy to remove, though not as versatile as some competitors' fold-into-the-floor designs. An entry-level eC model joined the lineup for 2002. Optional power-adjustable pedals were also added.

Chrysler brought back the Voyager in 2020 to split its minivan offering as a lower-cost version of the Pacifica. The Voyager takes over for the L and LX trim levels, which account for about a third of Pacificas sold, thereby offering a more affordable entry into the minivan line. It uses the same 3.6-liter V6 engine as the Pacifica, matched with a nine-speed automatic transmission. That combination delivers good power in the Pacifica, where it returned 21 mpg overall. The Voyager does not offer key advanced safety systems, such as forward collision warning or automatic emergency braking. At least, blind spot warning is optional.

All Voyagers became Chryslers since the Plymouth brand was phased out. The Chrysler Voyager/Dodge Caravan twins are still competitive. They ride fairly quietly and handle reasonably well. A handy second, left-side sliding door is optional, but power operation isn't offered. The 3.3-liter, 158-hp V6 is the engine to choose. Other engine choices are a 2.4-liter four-cylinder and a 3.0-liter V6. The front seats provide decent support. The middle and rear seats are easy to unhitch for maximum cargo room. They're very heavy, but small wheels make them easier to move.

Great Products, Questionable Expiry

I initially ordered a Hemp Lip Balm from this company's eBay shop. It arrived without a batch no. or expiry date, and had some dents/marks in the top of the balm. That said, after sanitising, it's extremely effective and a great natural alternative. I went on to order directly from their website, and purchased a 4 pack of Hemp Lip Balm, a Candy Cane CBD Lip Balm, and a bottle of Hemp Pet Shampoo. The Candy Cane Lip Balm came without an expiry date, so I'm a little concerned for its longevity, but as it's seasonal I hope it's not too old. However, I was disappointed with the expiry dates of the Hemp Lip Balms (10/2024) & Pet Shampoo (08/04/2024). I do feel that if a product expires in less than a year, the consumer should be informed - these were all made in 2021 as is. As I got these products as part of a Black Friday sale it's not a huge deal, but if their intention was to shift older products then it should have been a Clearance sale. I will exercise caution when purchasing singular products from this company again as I can't be certain that they aren't expired, and will opt for multipacks/bottles instead. Both orders were shipped quickly and arrived within a few days, so I cannot fault them on that.

Cream for Psoriasis

The cream is an excellent moisturiser and is easily absorbed. It seems to cause no adverse effects even to the most sensitive of skins and also prevents plaque formation. On the downside, the cream is contained in an aluminium screw lid container which after an application and especially if fingers still have a residue of cream, is awkward to screw shut. In addition, for those with hand mobility problems this could be a problem. A pump action container would be much more feasible. The only other annoyance I have is the cost and delays (especially in these times of mail strikes) of postal charges. I consider nearly £5.00 postal charge to be excessive and perhaps a different carrier would be an option.

Date of experience : 01 December 2022

Reply from Voyager

Thank you for your review! I'm so happy you are enjoying the Eczema and Psoriasis Cream. We understand your point about the packaging being awkward. We strive to use recyclable packaging which is why we use aluminium tins but We will take your comment into consideration. As for the postage, we use Royal Mail as there are very few carriers that will accept liquids and creams. However, I do understand the annoyance as Royal Mail strikes have caused serious delays.

Hemp Oil Pet Remedy

Purchase for our 11 and half year old cocker Cross who was starting to display nervous behaviour to the point her body was trembling. She has now been on the Hemp oil for 6 weeks seen a big improvement. And she not even on the full dosage. Have never use Hemp before as was considering CBD, but thought I would try this first. Would highly recommend and advise introducing it gradually.

Brilliant company

Brilliant experience both in store in Edinburgh and online. First used a product now called CBD Soothing Cream. I had a really bad rash which appeared 3 years in a row in spring and lasted a couple of months. Nothing had worked, medical or herbal until I found this. Could feel it was working within a couple of days. This year when the rash appeared again I used the cream and the rash was gone in a few days. Wonderful. In July I broke my left wrist. When the cast came off the skin was terribly dry and flaking. I visited the Edinburgh shop and found their massage oil. Using at least once a day since and my skin is soft and smooth. Also now using their oils and lip salve. Online delivery arrives within a few days. Cannot praise them enough.

This stuff is amazing

This stuff is amazing - it really helps with sore joints , has calmed my husbands nerves and aids with sleep too, i`m not sure if it is meant to but it does . He started on the 3000 mg when he was almost unable to walk with pain in both his knees and is now on 1500 mg taking it twice a day and his knees are not painful and getting less and less stiff . I have started on the 1500 mg for shoulder pain and it is starting to work and I am sleeping better too

I read the reviews about the eczema and psoriasis cream on here. Having tried various creams for psoriasis I was sceptical but having used it for two weeks I was highly delighted with the results. It's a lovely smelling cream and light in texture, well impressed

I ordered the oil online for collection went in to collect it an hour later it was there on the counter ready to go . I've given it to my dog to calm her down when fireworks are set off and it does help. And now trying her with it to help her hips as it does not contain all the chemicals in prescribed options. Not been on them long enough to comment but heard good things from professionals

Thank you Voyager.

Thank you Voyager. As a recent user of Cooling Cream with great results I could not find stock available. I called Head Office in Perth to help me out. New Formula coming on the market at the end of October and no old stock left. However Rachael checked all their stores and found one in Edinburgh which I received the next morning by Post. Not many company staff would bother to go to these lengths for a small item. There is a lesson here for all company sales people in the country. Customer Service like this is to be applauded. Thank you so much for your help. Excellent Service. W.G.

Best eczema cream ever

I first came across Voyager products at a home fair in Glasgow and although it seemed a bit pricey I bought some eczema cream. It has been amazing, I don't have to use much and my skin feels great for ages. It also has the advantage of smelling a lot better than most eczema creams (especially prescription ones). When I ordered some more there was a small issue with the order but it was resolved extremely quickly. My Dad now also uses the eczema and psoriasis cream. I also bought some paw balm and dog shampoo but am yet to use it. I will be buying more products in the future for sure :)

After 1week I was expecting to feel something different but unfortunately no improvement at all, I will continue for 30 days in the hope there will be a difference in my pain with Arthritis

See the best examples of underground Soviet-era architecture on a 1.5-hour walking tour of Moscows metro stations! With an expert guide at your side, visit five of Moscows must-see stations, including iconic Mayakovskaya , and learn all about Stalins visions for the former Soviet Union. Hear about the Metro-2, a secret line said to have been used by the government and Kgb , and see grandiose architecture, mosaics, sculptures and more!

Know More about this tour

Meet your expert guide outside the Kremlin and head underground with your Moscow metro ticket to discover the citys underground treasures. See the most interesting stations with extravagant Soviet-era architecture and hear the history surrounding the metro stations from your expert guide. Widely praised as one of Stalins finest architectural achievements, Moscow 's subway was created to symbolize his rising regime and a recognized empire. Learn about his successors, who later toned down the ornateness of the subways architecture, and see how the different eras are reflected in the character of each station. If you're lucky, you may even find the secret entrance to the unconfirmed Metro-2, a parallel underground system used by the government -- a mystery which has neither been denied nor confirmed today. Visit Revolution Square Station ( Ploschad revolyutsii ) and admire the 72 magnificent bronze sculptures that depict the people of the former Soviet Union, set underneath marble arches designed by the legendary Russian architect Alexey Dushkin. Another Dushkin-created station is Novoslobodskaya , and youll head here next to admire its dazzling stained-glass panels. Discover Baroque dcor, vaulted ceilings and chandeliers at Komsomolskaya Station, and then marvel at the grandiose and pompous design of Kurskaya Station -- one of the first stations to be built. Its design reflects Stalins communist ideals and youll note its left-wing slogans on the walls, next to mosaics that symbolize the victory of his regime over poverty and starvation. Finally, pay a visit to Mayakovskaya , the station thats named after Russian poet Vladmir Mayakovsky, and see why its often considered the most beautiful and iconic Moscow Metro station. Gaze upward at some 30 fascinating mosaics that depict Stalins vision for a bright Soviet future, and then admire the features of typical pre-World War II architecture that the station embodies. Your tour ends here.

It was an amazing tour and an amazing metro, very much enjoyed it and the tour guide Ana was great !

Really excellent tour of the beautiful Moscow metro with an excellent guide who told us very interesting additional information as we went round.

Definitely do this if you’re in Moscow.

We were surprised at how interesting and beautiful the Moscow metro stations are. We had a great guide who spoke excellent English and explained lots of history associated with the stations.

Loved the tour of Moscow metro stations. The architecture inside the metro stations is gorgeous. Very informative tour guide. Definitely recommend this trip when you are in Moscow

Very informative and fun tour, Nick was a great guide, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Meeting point was easy to find.

Well, honestly I always wanted to visit Moscows metro. The whole experience was incredible, the knowledge of the guide was very good too.Maybe you cannot see the whole thing, but note there are more interesting stations than you can see In just some hours

Probably one of the best tours I have ever been on. Each train station was so unique and beautiful.

I have been with voyager for quite a…

I have been with voyager for quite a few years and never had any issues at all.

Date of experience : 22 November 2023

It took almost 2 years

It took almost 2 years, 113 emails and 3 onsite visits to finally get Voyager to acknowledge that it was settings at their end that caused the internet problems with my clients site. Voyager wouldn't even offer a loyalty discount or grace me with an explanation. I'm absolutely disgusted by this. We should have just changed ISP's at the start. This is why there's no loyalty in the industry in NZ.

Date of experience : 28 June 2022

Beware; they require 30 days notice that you are leaving so don’t wait until you switch over to notify them. I can’t see any reason why they can’t just let customers go. This charge is difficult to predict unless you’re into reading the fine print for everything.

Date of experience : 09 October 2022

Nobody home at support desk

Email for my customers was originally hosted by Net24. Fairly average email service, but brilliant support. Since Voyager purchased Net24 the email service has gone from fairly average to totally unreliable and support to non-existent. Two of about ten tickets have received a response. The rest have gone unanswered. I'm shifting my customers to an alternate provider. Even Microsoft would be better than Voyager.

Date of experience : 23 July 2021

Terrible service

Terrible service. A year of mostly trouble free internet, albeit with poor routing (slightly worse ping and slightly slower than line speeds I got with my last provider), and then I'm suddently getting 10% of the line speed I'm supposed to. Voyager support are terrible: passively-aggressively blaming me when nothing on the network has changed and I'm still getting full speed on my LAN. Pulled everything apart for them to test different cables, same result. Voyager even suggested QoS and traffic management had somehow turned themselves on. But despite me doing everything they asked and none of it resolving the problem, they somehow still insist that the issue is with my equipment, all while providing no evidence to back that up. Even if they fix it, I'm done with them. I would suggest you find another ISP because when things go wrong, they're absolutely incapable.

Date of experience : 03 August 2021

2 weeks ago NEW Don’t do business with voyager. Poor communication and extortionate early termination fees. There seems to be a theme in the reviews here about bad experiences with fees and invoicing. I am 28 months into a 36-month term agreement. With 8 Months left to run across three sites for a business I have now closed, Voyager want close to $2900 in Termination Fees. This is after 28 months for services I have paid for and they are no longer supplying. These fees would be the same if I cancelled after 2 or 35 months. Completely inflexible in looking to review this fee given the situation. Looking at Spark and Vodafone they have a termination fee of $199 and $299 respectively Vs Voyagers $599 for Broadband. Not sure how they justify this. The ironic thing here is that I tried to support the underdog in Voyager which has come back to bite me. It is better doing business with the bigger suppliers in future where fees are reasonable. I understand that Fees are payable in this situation but $2900 is gouging. I hope they realise that their short term opportunistic gain will be less than what they could have achieved by my continued business over the years. I will be moving my other business away from them as soon as term expires and will never move any of my other businesses to Voyager. I will also ensure my experience is shared with anyone I know that is looking for a communications provider.

Date of experience : 08 December 2022

Terrible service, I’d give no stars if I could. Speed is slow and patchy. I was in a lengthy 3 year contract with them. DONT SIGN WIT THESE GUYS!

Date of experience : 14 September 2023

Worst Company ever warning do not sign up, i had 5 connections with them, one of them i was paying for 1000MB and was only getting 300MB so i moved all my connections to another companies and they charged me termination fees on all connections.
