Day Coach Trips From Torrevieja

Spain is one of the top tourist destinations in the world. Enjoying one of the many day coach trips on offer is a great way to explore more of this beautiful country.

Spain has so much to offer visitors. From spectacular modern cities, ancient villages steeped in history and majestic mountain ranges. To crystal clear lakes and a vast coastline offering some of the best beaches in Europe.

The beautiful Costa Blanca stretches from Denia in the North down to Pilar de la Horadada in the South. Boasting some of the most visited seaside resorts in Spain. These include both the popular cities of Benidorm and Torrevieja. The roads in Spain are in excellent condition but driving can still be daunting. This is especially true if you plan on driving long distances.

Located in Torrevieja, David’s Coaches operate a fleet of well kept coaches. There are pick up points from Los Alcazares through Orihuela Costa. Also from Torrevieja, San Luis, Quesada, Rojales, La Marina and Gran Alacant. Aside from day coach trips in Costa Blanca they offer cruises and extended coach trips. These extended trips cover many of Spain’s fantastic cities and attractions.

Coach Trip Day Excursions

Benidorm Day  is a do as you please day in the popular party city of Benidorm. Coaches on Mon, Wed & Sun, also on Fri during July & August. Approx arrival time 10.30am, departure 5pm – 5.30pm. Price 11€.

Benidorm Palace Evening  takes you to the fantastic Benidorm Palace. Here you will enjoy a 4 course dinner, dancing and a cabaret show. Coach on Sat only. Price per adult 51€, child under 10 years 30€. Dress smart/casual.

Benidorm Party Night  includes hours of fun in the party capital of the Costa Blanca. Here there are a huge choice of bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Coach on Sat only. Approx arrival time 8.30pm, departure 1am. Price 12€.

Alicante City Day  a do as you please day in the lovely capital of Alicante. Coach on Mon only. Approx arrival time 10am, departure 5.45pm. Price 11€ (8€ winter special).

Alicante Party Night  is hours of fun in the vibrant capital of Alicante. With late night shops and a beautiful esplanade. Coach on Thur only. Approx arrival time 7pm, departure 12.30pm. Price 11€.

Murcia & Calasparra  is a visit to the city of Murcia for the weekly market. Then you head to Calasparra for lunch and sight seeing. Coach on Thur only ( excludes July & August ) Price 24€ includes meal & wine.

Cartagena & Mar Menor  is a visit to the port city of Cartagena with free time until mid afternoon. You then take a train ride to the famous beaches of the Mar Menor. Coach on Tue only. Price 14€..

San Juan trip

We travelled to the San Juan fiesta on Saturday 24th June. At Quesada, the guide left the coach. The evening can only be described as a complete farce! Water leaking from the air con unit onto us, and gathering in light fitting above our head, the guide who met us at Alicante leaving the works mobile on our coach when she left on another, so we had to wait for her to come back and collect it, the driver getting lost in Rojales and asking a young couple at 3am for directions! The policia Local eventually having to show him out of town! We eventually arrived at our drop off point 2hrs after leaving Alicante. It turns out the coach was contracted to Dave’s. We did not have a guide at all on the way back, hence the issues. The coach was dirty in poor state of repair, and the driver used his mobile phone whilst driving. In my opinion, the trip was overbooked to make even more money and the night was spoiled by this. Daves coaches should seriously consider how they treat their clients. I have used them several times and this was definitely sub standard. The bog standard reply to my e mail 2 days later was just a fob off I’m afraid.

Totally customer focused cannot fault the service or facilities. Helen and Jose were marvellous. The hotel was very good with an excellent breakfast

Fabulous trip to watch Valencia play Real Madrid. Neill was a brilliant guide and Pascal a very safe driver. Would love more of these trips please.

We did the Valencia trip from 26th to 28th April 2023 and it was fantastic. Our guide was Geri and she was great - Geri was friendly, good fun, helpful (nothing too much trouble), explained the arrival and departure process well, and gave lots of interesting facts en route and in Valencia (incl. the best Pasteleria!) The hotel was very nice with a large room, bed, bathroom and very clean; it was situated next to Central Park (which is well worth a visit) and within a ~15 min walk of Main Train Station / 20 min walk to Central Market / ~20 min walk to City of Arts and Sciences (which is amazing!)..... there are lots of local shops and restaurants nearby too. We did a lot of walking and didn't make use of the Metro or city buses. We did do the tourist bus which helped us see the whole city (it's big) and also used it to the great beach; we took the green tourist bus (as it was the first to arrive) but in hindsight should have taken the red tourist bus (as it's more frequent but a couple of Euros more)) . All is all a great trip - would hope to get back soon. We have so many fantastic photos and memories. Another great trip by Dave's coach trips! Not had a bad one yet!

My father in law David, went on the coach trip to Madrid for the Andre Rieu concert. The accommodation, coach, coach driver and Helen the tour guide were excellent. It was his first time away from us since moving to Spain and the care, detail and organisation was greatly appreciated by him. We can’t thank them enough and on his return my wife gave the tour guide - Helen - a bouquet of flowers , for her guidance, help and assistance. The trip has really boosted his confidence so much, that he is already talking about his next trip!!! (Thank you Helen for the dance - David 👍😂)

Just returned from a fabulous coach trip to Cuenca. Our guide Geri was brilliant. Informative, organised and funny. The places we visited were stunning (although I had my eyes closed all the way up and down the mountain). The driver was extremely considerate and felt very safe at all time. The coach was comfortable. We had entertainment by Andy Jones. Bi didn’t expect this to be so much fun. I hope my knees recover from all the dancing soon! The journey is long but the end locations are worth it. The hotel was simple and clean with lovely staff. The people we met on this trip were incredible. Already looking at where we can go next with David’s Coaches. Well done and thank you to all the organisers.
