I believe what made this experience so…

I believe what made this experience so amazing is the organizational skills held by our Tour Guide. He was exceptional at his job and also cared very much for the safety of everyone travelling. He was very knowledgeable about every spot we visited, giving us all of the facts and did that with such exuberance. This was my first time travelling abroad and EF made this process so enjoyable. Can't wait for the next trip!

My two time best experience

This was the best ,a very convenient pay plan with constant reminders ,peace of mind getting children and the entire group through the process by making sure the correct names are updated in the passport(which was easy to do by following the link,I was a beneficiary). I had two kids doing this in different years. I love you guys👍

Once in a lifetime

Ena was great - friendly, organized, punctual, easy going, knowledgeable and kind. Paulo the bus driver was phenomenal and his driving skills are off the charts. Tours were amazing, guides were knowledgeable and helpful. The villas were amazing but hotels were kinda terrible. Hotel locations were mostly ok. Was an exceptional experience and the trip of a lifetime.

London to Rome

I had the privilege of going on a long planned trip to Europe with my son and his classmates. EF made the experience go so smoothly from the time we arrived in London until we left Rome. They really know what they are doing with the very full schedules taking advantage of our short time in Europe. We saw so many famous sites, did so many unique activities, and had so much fun. Being in Rome on Easter weekend was a definite highlight. Finally, we are so grateful for our guide, Miriam who was a wonderful companion on our adventure. Thank you EF!

This trip was amazing!!!

This trip was amazing!!! Each and every day was packed with Knowledge, sight seeing, and more. Hotels, meals, transportation where top shelf. Tour guides where so so knowledgeable. not easy to keep 20 teenagers engaged day in and day out. I would recommend EF Tours to everyone I know

This trip had excellent hotels and meals. Our tour director was well organized and had excellent rapport with adults and students. The places we visited were beautiful and rich in history. Bus driver went above and beyond to make our trip memorable.

The experience for my son was fantastic! Everything could not have gone smoother! Being a single mom of two teenaged boys, I sure appreciated the payment plan option monthly as it made this once in a lifetime experience for my son, affordable for me! Thanks again!

Solene is an incredible tour director. She took such good care of our group & we did have some really high needs during the trip!! Excellent experience!!

Experience Portugal

We did the Experience Portugal. We had some difficulties with flights being changed close to leaving day and some long delays that were frustrating. EF Tours did their best to make the layovers more enjoyable and provide students with opportunities. We were provided with a walking tour of Amsterdam on our 10.5 hour delay which ended up being an amazing opportunity. In Portugal the tour director and bus driver where both amazing, hotels were all nice with good locations and food. All local guides were good. The tour allows you to see the country north to south and you are not on the bus very long each day. Portugal is a very beautiful country, which is rich in history and culture.

Guide was fantastic

Guide was fantastic. One hotel - where we stayed two nights was so heavily drenched with stale smoke that our kids were ill and breakfast was minimal before an entire day of walking and riding on a bus.

Great way to get a taste of the cities of the UK

The trip flowed well even tho there was change ups in the schedule. The only thing that was rough was late arrivals back to the hotel when 4am wakeups were needed the next day. Loved the day we went to Giants Causeway and Derry and the other day were we went to Stonehenge and Bath! I feel the bus tours of the cities did well to let you get a taste of all the things to see and some rich history. My only regret was so little time in Scotland, but it has me looking into possibilities in the future to return and explore 😊

Do more research on your Accommodations

Do more research on your accommodations. No one should have to stay in a dirty hotel with bugs and crappy food that actually gave people food poisoning. That's exactly what the first hotel in Italy was like!!! Also research their food options because none of the hotels had decent food. All of the best meals were had lunch time when the students were on their own. Other than that the experience was amazing, and the tour guide was awesome!!!!

Enrolling my child in an EF language course was a breeze, thanks to their attentive advisor. Every detail was taken care of, making me feel completely at ease as a parent. Highly recommend EF for a smooth and supportive learning experience

Overall a good experience

The food at most hotels was fairly basic and protein lacking. Travel coordination from airports to hotels was very disorganized and time consuming. Layovers in airports was way too long and a large waste of time. Our tour guide was outstanding and did an amazing Job, Giorgio Osimani. He was very thorough and kind, the group absolutely loved him.

Great your guide my daughter said. She really enjoyed the trip! The only Advice I will recommend is in the guide of what to bring etc… about the tour is to maybe include that you should be checking to see what medications are able to go wherever your going. My daughter took her medication and apparently it is a banned medication in Europe and we had no idea and she got stopped and questioned and it definitely scared her.

Very organized and felt assured that issues would be resolved quickly.

My daughter had a wonderful experience in Japan. She enjoyed all the tours and the local tour guide was an absolute treasure. She only wished there was more downtime to shop. :). Money thoroughly well spent. Outside of EF Tours, my daughter also had a chance to take language and culture classes with her group for months before her travels which really helped her feel comfortable and made us feel she was safer. The organizers had informative meetings and communications with the families leading up to the trip and provided the itinerary and hotel information to follow from afar.

Tour guide was terrible

Tour guide was terrible. Slapped my daughter to shut her up. She rambled on, often contradicting her statements and was in the kids personal space way too much; sharing her bad breath. At the end of the tour 41 students were advised that they "HAD TO TIP the tour guide $58 euros EACH" this amounted to 2378 euros in TIP!!! For a terrible and slap happy tour guide! In future, I highly recommend that guides keep their hands to themselves and that any MANDATORY "tips" be included in the tour costs ahead of time. Demanding this from the students at the end of the trip left several kids without required funds for meals to cover the remaining days of travel..

Incredible Switzerland and Italy Experience!

From the planning, customer service and behind the scenes organizing that EF Tours Canada offers, to the exemplary local tour guide (Costas) and bus driver (Massimo) we had for our trip to Switzerland and Italy, everything was absolutely top notch. The trip was filled to the brim with interesting locations, stunning cathedrals, fascinating commentary and engagement with our tour guide and so much more. Hotels were excellent and in unique locations. Our only issue was the food portions may have been a bit on the small side for a group of hungry teens! Luckily we had ample opportunity to find interesting local snacks and meals. I would recommend EF Tours Canada to anyone interested in high quality, organized tour experiences! I hope this tour is not my last. Thank you!

Great experience!

Tour guide Sophie was phenomenal as well as the bus driver. The sights amazing! Enjoyed the full experience and adjustments were made as needed sometimes due to weather. Only down side was the food, sometimes not many options but random stops for snacks or alternative options helped that as well. My daughter enjoyed her experience. Thank you for keeping them safe with this experience.
