Can't say enough about the service I received recently when I found out my flight has been cancelled in Washington. I called there 24 hour hotline and they were able to put me on to another flight a couple of hours later helping me avoid ruining my spring break visiting my children. It's nice to know that there are still companies in the travel industry that have hard-working human beings willing to go above and beyond to make sure that your vacation doesn't get ruined

DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL. All the rewards promised are so hokey that you have to jump through a million hoops to hopefully get the reward coupons. This is a high pressure sales presentation with a lot of money up front for nothing. Plus, you need to send in payments to get the FREE rewards. BEWARE .... if it sound too good to be true .... it's a SCAM.

We have NEVER offered any rewards and do not know who this person is. We are a reputable company with a 32 year history. Maybe she has us confused with someone else?????

This company receives a 1 star because they don't provide a ZERO! I called Southwest Airlines, somehow Express Travel Consultants intercepted. I didn't know until I called the number back that it was Not Southwest. I called because I did not know how to apply my credit to the airfare I just looked up. I was going the exact same flight I had to cancel earlier this year. The man on the other end of the phone was yelling at me and calling me names. He treated me rude from my name onward. Making fun of my name. He told me the flight was $403. I said "what, it's $129 on the website right now! He flew into a rage. He yelled at me very loudly " if that's true then quit wasting his time and go on the website you liar". I said I'm not lieing, I don't know how to apply my credit. Then he continued to yell saying " oh, I guess you are a special person and you never in your life have ever lied, you liar" "Quit wasting my time and go on the website you liar" I then said I have never been yelled at and called names by customer service, I want to speak to your supervisor. I need someone that knows how to do this and doesn't Yell and Call names! He said " well liar there is no supervisor"! " So quit wasting my time liar, No Supervisor ! Then he hung up on me. When I called back, I tried to tell Jonathan, (got his name) about the experience I had just had with the previous person. He didn't care just asked what do you need? I said I need to deal with a respectful company. You have No concerns about your co-worker, you don't care? He said why are you calling. I said I'm not dealing with a company like this, and I hung up. The full fledged Yelling and Name calling, no one should be treated like this. The company doesn't care!

I contacted this travel agency after being referred from the Miami visitor's bureau. I was hoping to find a knowledgeable travel agent to assist with a trip to Miami. After two phone calls and being transferred several times to the "wrong" person for that", I attempted once more to get an agent. I called back and explained what happened to the receptionist and she said "oooohh ok, well are you a part of a group?" I replied, "no". She said, "weeeelll,, you are calling from out of state?". I replied, "yes". She answered, "weeeeellll, any payment would have to be done in our office, sooooo....". I sat for a moment, puzzled, and concluded that she was stating that I could only use this agency if I could physically walk into their brick and mortar office to make a payment. This seems bizarre. I said, "ok well, I guess I you cannot help me". She said "ok". Worst customer service ever!

HORRIBLE! They take days to respond to time sensitive emails and phone calls. Without my authorization they cancelled one of the 5 passengers on my reservation and instead of rectifying the mistake and reinstating ticket, they emailed me once it was too late to try to take care of it myself. The info they gave me to work with was someone else's record locator number - it didn't even correlate to my reservation! For obvious reasons this is a huge liability, and it cost me a ton of money and stress. For a smooth travel experience stay away!
