Lovely picture but glass was broken on delivery

I received a gorgeous,large ( 90 by 70cm?) picture on Monday but sadly the glass was broken. I sent a message via their site to ask if there was any way I could have a replacement. The picture is hung and looks lovely but just doesn't have that extra look without the glass. I took photos of everything when unpacked. No answer through email and four days later I've tried calling but it just cuts off. I had a small picture arrive a day later and all was good,well wrapped like the first and fast delivery. Not sure what to do regarding the big rabbit picture. Guess it looks ok.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I ordered an electric guitar on the 16/3 paid protection and express. It's now the 25/3 received no tracking number, business apparently has no one to answer a phone or reply to messages/emails. No item has been delivered despite their website customer service bot saying the order has been fulfilled, Australia Post confirms all express delivery parcels by a tracking number. Where is my item? I have now disputed this purchase with my bank institution. Advice to this business, clean up your act!

I ordered a lamp shade which was too shallow so I returned it. Nearly 3 weeks later and I still haven't received my refund. No answers to emails and phone number rings until it cuts off. Probably have lost my £60 but a warning to others. Don't use this company.

I'd give 0 if I could

Ordered 2 products on Sunday. It says all over website delivery is 2-3days. It's Friday. I tried calling and nobody answers the phone. Nobody returns emails or messages. I left a message saying I urgently need to speak to someone as I'm going away and I still haven't received any notification of my product. Then I receive a message on my phone, not even a phone call....disgusting service.........saying that they have cancelled my order because they cannot deliver my product. They have said they have refunded me but cannot produce a refund receipt. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DISGUSTING COMPANY

I have used VM and the associated outlet a lot to furnish our holiday let. I initially ordered some velvet in a purple shade to refurbish a bedroom and was disappointed when the fabric failed QC, and the order was refunded. Erica and Monica in customer service were outstanding! I was worried I would lose my place in the curtain making lady’s queue, with guests due in for the Christmas period. Two bedrooms are already done so I wanted the third to be completed so they are all equal. Monica and Erica immediately shipped swatches of various fabrics that we thought would work. The chosen material was ordered with a decent discount, thanks to Monica, and the order expedited. The Curtain lady has almost finished the curtains and is now busy with the soft furnishings. Great outcome thanks to Erica and Monica. Thank you!!

I ordered a dandelion elsmore cushion…

I ordered a dandelion elsmore cushion which was shown as yellow with a grey back on the cushion. I got an orange backing and an orange dotted front, not gold So disappointed. Not easy for me to get out to send back. Be careful when you order this is not what I ordered. Would like them to rectify this .....

Call me an old cynic ...

I ordered an armchair 2 months ago, paid for it and expected delivery mid July. I received an email a few days ago saying that I had cancelled my order so followed this up only to be told that it was due to 'unforeseen circumstances and relocation'. Call me an old cynic but I wasn't buying that and so did some digging ... interesting reading.

I must admit there are some really nice products on this website, but I ordered what I thought would be a colourful throw which in the sale was still expensive. Annoyingly I didn't check the return policy, as most companies now offer a free return service. So now I'm faced with having to return a heavy throw at a considerable cost I'm sure. Yes my fault for now checking, but this has put me off ordering anything else from the company sorry

Ordered lamp with shade. Delivery was taking longer than expected and after reading review, decided to cancel my order. This was done promptly. However, the 'up to 14 days to process a refund' I simply see as them holding onto your money longer than necessary. I can understand the poor reviews.

I ordered a throw which arrived quite quickly. However, the colour was nothing like the picture and therefore didn’t go with my decor. I paid £6.95 I believe postage and then another £6.95 to return item. I then waited 3 weeks to get my refund… Disgraceful…will NEVER buy from this company again and would not recommend to anyone.

I have ordered curtains cushions settee etc from this siteThe quality is exceptional. I brought a plain settee but really wanted a hare and fox one but one wasn’t available. A few weeks later they came back in I rang customer service to see if I could swap The lady on the phone was so helpful and said they could make me cushion covers which I ordered. Hard to contact customer service

Lampshade arrived not suitable. I returned it per their policy paying for the postage and they received it on 31 October. I am still waiting for a refund. It legally should be issued within 14 days from when the item was received. I am trying to phone and email about this but with no response and can only leave a message on voicemail, again no response. Very poor customer service

Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible service. Waited a week for my order, hadn’t even received a shipping notification, so I emailed them. Was then told that there was a stock error so they cannot fulfil my order! What would have happened if I didn’t email? Basically tried to rob me of £70!

I have ordered many items over the last few years. I have spent a lot of money with Voyage. They're products are good quality and the packaging is above and beyond ! It is hit and miss if you receive them quickly. They do state that some items may take some time. I have never received any notification that my order is being delivered by a courier. Luckily I have always been in. So if you are prepared to wait then don't hesitate. The offers are genuine. The company really needs to sort out its customer care.

I bought a vase with birthday money at the of February. I have only had artificial flowers in it up to this weekend. I put fresh flowers in it for the coronation and it is leaking everywhere. No opportunity to change my order

No opportunity to change my order, which I wanted to. Telephone line was down on the day and my emails were not responded to as quick as I would have wanted. The order placed was a real treat, in hard financial times, and the thought of paying two lots of postage, instead of just one, was beyond my capabilities on two really expensive items of purchase. In the end, just one was purchased. Three stars awarded as a member of staff did, courteously, phone me - message left - and emails received suggesting I look in my 'spam' folder for email replies. The business could just do with a more human touch, rather than an electronic payment system that cannot be altered to suit the customer's specific requirements. NB I note that the price of the lampshade has gone up in price since I ordered, yet is still quoted as a clearance price. Certainly could not have bought it now!

I ordered a swing hammock chair, just to be emailed to say it was out of stock and would I like this other one which is better. The fact is it was the same one. Ordered a footstool and a 52 cm…

Ordered a footstool and a 52 cm lampshade on the 15th July which was to come with free candle because order came to over £100. Have received no emails to tell me about the progress of the order and have yet to receive the items I ordered. Doubt I shall be using Voyage Maison again PS phoned them today , Thursday 28th July and was assured that the order was being dealt with and would be with me by early next week. Moscow’s Dinamo Elektrostal are gearing up for their fifth EHL season having frequently picked off impressive wins but have yet to top their particular group in their previous attempts.

They did get the best of arch rivals Dinamo Ak-Bars in both the Russian Cup and the Prometheus International tournament to show they are knocking on the door.

There has been a reasonable level of turnover from 2020 with Anton Noshin, Evgenii Mokrousov, Aleksei Godenkov and Ivan Zuikov joining the newly formed TsOP Moskomsport outfit. Danill Karagodin, Mikhail Nekludov and Ilya Larikov have all retired.

Their replacements are mostly youngsters with Dmitry Zheleznyakov, Aleksei Samylkin, Petr Agapov, Ilia Bartenev, Andrei Gribanov and Oleg Kulakov joining their line-up.

The Backseat Lovers have announced 2023 North American tour dates. The four-piece will return stateside after participating in Australia and New Zealand’s Laneway Festival as well as an extensive tour of Europe and the U.K. in the first quarter of the year.

Kicking off April 18 at Vancouver’s Orpheum Theatre, the band continue to play significantly larger rooms with each new tour. Announcing multiple nights at Portland’s Roseland Ballroom, other stops include LA’s Hollywood Palladium on April 26, Nashville’s famed Ryman Auditorium on May 25, and more. Tickets go on sale this Friday, November 18 at 10AM local time.

The band is currently on a sold out fall tour where the band has been performing the new album live, in its entirety. They will end their run with two shows in the band’s hometown of Salt Lake City.

Nirvana’s ‘Dumb’ Video Nominated For Webby Award

On October 28, The Backseat Lovers released their new album Waiting To Spill (Capitol Records). The album made a big splash on the charts, coming in at No.1 Alternative New Artist Albums, No.2 Heatseekers Albums, No.4 Current Alternative Albums, No.6 Current Rock Albums, and more.

Prior to the release of the full project, the band shared early singles, “Slowing Down,” “Close Your Eyes,” and “Growing/Dying.” The album was released in digital, 180g vinyl, cassette, and CD formats. In addition to the standard black vinyl, there is a dark green vinyl edition, available only from the band’s online store, and a clear vinyl version, which can be found exclusively at indie retailers. On the new record, the band explain, “ Waiting to Spill has been one of the most important things we’ve been a part of both as people and musicians.”

Waiting to Spill is the follow-up to the group’s acclaimed 2019 debut, When We Were Friends , which racked up over 340 million global streams and featured the top 20 Alternative hit “Kilby Girl.”

The Backseat Lovers Announce 2023 North American Tour Extension

The Backseat Lovers  have announced an extension of their  2023 North American Tour . With a near sell-out of the band’s already announced North American Spring and Summer tour, the four-piece will expand their run to cover additional markets including stops at Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City on June 6th, Stage AE in Pittsburgh on July 26th, Thompson Point in Portland, Maine on August 2nd and more. They return stateside after participating in Australia and New Zealand’s Laneway Festival as well as an extensive tour of Europe and the U.K. in the first quarter of the year. The tour kicks off April 18th at Vancouver’s Orpheum Theatre.

The band continue to play significantly larger rooms with each new tour racking up over 70,000 tickets sold already on this year’s tour. They’ll perform multi-night residencies at Portland’s Roseland Ballroom, Oakland’s Fox Theatre and Toronto’s History. Other highlights include LA’s Hollywood Palladium on April 26th, Nashville’s famed Ryman Auditorium on May 25th, and more. They’ll return to Newport Folk Festival on July 29th. The Backseat Lovers Announce 2023 Tour Dates

In support of their October album, Waiting to Spill

The Backseat Lovers are in the midst of a fall tour right now, but if you weren’t able to snag tickets to those sold out shows, you’re in luck: The band have just announced another run of tour dates for 2023.

The Backseat Lovers’ 2023 North American tour kicks off April 18th in Vancouver and marks a noticeable step up for the Salt Lake City rockers. On their current run, the band is slated to play venues like Austin’s Stubb’s Amphitheater and Los Angeles’ The Wiltern, while next year, they’ll play Austin’s Moody Amphitheater at Waterloo Greenway and LA’s Hollywood Palladium — rooms with double the capacity. Other shows include two nights at Portland’s Roseland Theater and a gig at The Anthem in Washington, D.C.

General on-sale to The Backseat Lovers’ 2023 tourbegins Friday, November 18th at 10:00 a.m. local time, and pre-sale begins Wednesday November 16th (use code HEADLINER ) via Ticketmaster . Before their North American leg begins in April, the band will tour Australia and Europe from January to March. See their full tour itinerary below.

The band is currently on a sold out Fall tour where the band has been performing the new album live, in its entirety, they will end their run with two shows in the band's hometown of Salt Lake City.Full tour dates listed below.

On October 28th, The Backseat Lovers released their new album Waiting To Spill (Capitol Records). The album made a big splash on the charts, coming in at #1 Alternative New Artist Albums, #2 Heatseekers Albums, #4 Current Alternative Albums, #6 Current Rock Albums. #9 Vinyl Albums, #9 Internet Albums, #18 Current Album Sales, #21 Billboard Album Sales and #24 Billboard Top Alternative Albums.

The Backseat Lovers recently made their network television debut on CBS Mornings, performing "Slowing Down,""Know your Name" and "Growing/Dying." They will make their late night TV debut on November 17th on Jimmy Kimmel Live!. Tune in at 11:35p/10:35p CT on ABC.

Prior to the release of the full project, the band shared early singles, "Slowing Down," "Close Your Eyes" and "Growing/Dying." The album is released in digital, 180g vinyl, cassette, and CD formats. In addition to the standard black vinyl, there is a dark green vinyl edition, available only from the band's online store, and a clear vinyl version, which can be found exclusively at indie retailers. On the new record, the band explain, "Waiting to Spill has been one of the most important things we've been a part of both as people and musicians."

Waiting to Spill is the follow-up to the group's acclaimed 2019 debut, When We Were Friends, which racked up over 340 million global streams and featured the top 20 Alternative hit "Kilby Girl."

Joshua Harmon, Jonas Swanson, KJ Ward & Juice Welch - who comprise The Backseat Lovers - met while in high school and finished up their first EP, Elevator Days, just before graduation.

They've since amassed over 370 million combined global streams across their songs and sold over 55,000 tickets in just over a year, graduating to larger venues with each outing. Their electrifying live shows have garnered them a significant fan base, already selling out tours across the US and performing to huge crowds at festivals such as Lollapalooza, ACL, Outside Lands, Shaky Knees, Newport Folk Festival and many more.
