Rețeta. perfecta pentru un revelion ratat.

Voi incerca sa fiu cat mai succintă in notarea aspectelor negative legate de circuitul de revelion 2025 in Bosnia:

-cu toate traseele foarte lungi nu am avut decât un singur șofer. Cum oboseala e principala cauza a accidentelor, consider că nu ne-a fost asigurată securitate. Drumuri in zone muntoase, cu serpentine, nu sunt pentru c ondus fara pauza cate 12 ore pe zi

– ghid că doamna Cristina rauulescu puteam sa fiu și eu, că activitatea ei a constat în principal în stabilirea pauzelor de toaleta și strânsul cărților de identitate la vamă. De citit din niste fițuici cel mult trei minute de fiecare obiectiv, iar puteam sa fac. A dormit liniștită și a avut grija sa ne duca la restaurante numai unde avea cunoștințe . Pe 3 ianuarie, pentru că nu am vrut sa luăm prânzul la 11.30, ne-a pedepsit și nu ne-a mai oprit deloc la masă. Dar eram antrenați de la revelion să mâncăm ce se poate lua din benzinărie

– comunicarea cu firma in privința mesei de revelion a fost sublima. Pe unii ne-a înștiințat cu câteva zile înainte că tariful e de 85 de euro ( inițial au zis 69-65) dar nu au spus că se plătește în țară. Soțul a întrebat de câteva ori înainte de acest email și au zis că nu știu duma exacta dar se va plati la ghid.

E adevărat că ghidul a strâns și banii, dar pe 31dimineata nu i-am dat înapoi, zicând că nu mai sunt locuri, doar cei care au plătit din tara pot merge. De aici a inceput să ne trateze diferit: lumea buna, care trebuia să ajungă la timp la hotel, să aibă timp să se aranjeze, și sărăntocii, pentru care nu a fost timp să oprească la un supermarket sa ne luam ceva de mâncare. Abia s-a îndurat să ne lase la o benzinărie. Fara pic de empatie, fara scuza, cu un total dispreț.

-cazarea la Belgrad a fost într-un hotel care avea calorifere reci că gheata. Nu s-a indicat sa folosim aerul condiționat. Măcar acolo a fost spa caldă

Hotelul La Pietra in care am stat patru nopți la Medjugorje și care ar fi trebuit să fie de patru stele, dar nu avea decât trei, nici nu avea montate calorifere. Tot pe baza aerului condiționat ne-am încălzit. Nu mi se pare normal așa ceva în luna ianuarie. Apa calda am prins o singura dată, când m-am trezit de la cinci și am lăsat-o o oră să curgă. Cu o zi înainte s-a răcit că gheata in timp ce făceam duș. Probabil că tradiția firmei prevede să nu te speli între Crăciun și Boboteaza.

Că hotelul nu funcționează un hotelul rece și probabil a fost deschis pentru grupul de români o dovedesc și nenumăratele insecte care mișunau. Sper că le-am lăsat pe toate acolo, nu am luat un bagaje.

-avand un vedere distanțele lungi, zilele de iarnă, multe obiective și fost vizitate un fug, pe intunerysau pur și simplu omise, că doar nu o sa te duca să vezi un peisaj in beznă. M-am amuzat că la un moment dat nu s-a vorbit de frumusețea unui defileu și nuanța de verde a apei. Pe la noua seara, chiar erau superbe!

Locația Medjugorje a fost aleasă pentru că e foarte ieftina , probabil, in rest foarte puțin de văzut, este loc de pelerinaj pentru credincioșii catolici, un fel de Sf Parascheva la alte dimensiuni. Puteam rămâne dota nopți acolo, una un Sarajevo și încă una între Medjugorje și Niș. Nu mi se pare admisibil sa străbați într-o zi drum de 14 ore fara niciun obiectiv de vizitat și fără pauza de masă.

Atitudinea doamnei ghid a lăsat tot timpul de dorit. In loc sa se străduiască sa ne rezolve problema cu apa a făcut sondaj de opinie cine s-a spălat și cine nu. In plus, urechea mea a fost deranjată de utilizarea excesiva a modului imperativ precum și de formulări de genul „va dau 30 de minute să vizitați biserica, statuia și să găsiți un supermarket de unde sa că cumpărați mâncare”. Sau „aici o sa va las patruzeci de minute să vizitați”. Avea o intonație de rege care face o favoare supușilor

In fine. .. daca am comentat condițiile din camere nu s-a răspuns că de cat am platit atât nu se oferă. Daca plăteam mai mult probabil că aveam și ploșnițe, nu numai gândaci.

Micul dejun a fost execrabil, numai mezeluri de cea mai proasta calitate și omletă. Cu porția, nu oricum! Că atunci când am crezut că ouăle aduse sunt numai pentru mine și am cerut și pentru soț, domnul care servea la mese și care cred că era și proprietarul așa-zisului hotel mi-a răspuns că nu, e pentru doua persoane: omleta de trei oua e pentru doua persoane!.

Cei din conducerea firmei știau exact ce se petrece pentru că de câteva ori am auzit-o pe ghida când le dădea explicații aiuritoare cu privire la motivele nerespectării traseului și a orarului. Nu știu ce interes a avut să tragă așa de timp. Poate sa nu plătească taxele de parcare, de autostradă, nu îmi dau seama ce avantaje ar fi avut din faptul că ne plimba in autocar cu orele că sa vizităm Mostar in 15 minute la zece seara și Sarajevo un 40.

Am mai făcut excursii in circuit cu alte firme dar aceasta e de departe cea mai dezastruoasă! Iar revelionul cu pateu de ficat, sticksuri și covrigei, chiar va fi de neuitat!

Revelion de coșmar

Mulțumim Europa Travel și Doamnei Cristina Radulescu pentru revelionul de neuitat pe care nu l-ați oferit un Bosnia!. Mulțumim că ați transmis foarte târziu și numai parțial informații cu privire la costul mesei festive, că noua cel puțin nu ne-ați spus care e modalitatea de achitare … In consecință, din 50 de turiști numai 15 au avut posibilitatea să meargă la masă. Restul am fost tratați ca sărăntoci și umiliți de către doamna ghid, care ne-a refuzat o pauza de câteva minute la un supermarket. Abia a catadicsit sa ne lase la o benzinărie, dar ce memorabil că fi acest revelion petrecut cu sticksuri și covrigei!

Minunate și fost condițiile de cazare.! Hotelul de patru stele a pierdut una pe drum, s-a mutat din centrul Medjugorje la doi km mai încolo, nu am avut căldură , că nici nu erau montate calorifere dar un schimb am avut tot felul de gândaci. A doua zi , doamna ghid, când ne-am plâns că nu am.putut să ne spălăm, a început să facă statistici in autocar, câți am avut apa calda și câți nu. Și ne-a comunicat că la cat am platit, nu trebuie sa avem pretenții mai mari.

Mai am câteva nelămuriri: scopul excursiei a fost sa fim plimbați cat mai mult in autocar, că altfel nu vad de ce s-au ales numai trasee ocolitoare. Chiar daca nu sunt multe, mai există și autostrăzi, dar acolo se plătesc taxe! La cat am platit, putem face zece ore de la Niș la Craiova și cam tot atâtea de la Craiova la Belgrad. Că se poate vedea și pe întuneric. Așa cum nu am avut ocazia sa vedem stadionul din Sarajevo și nici nu știu ce Muzeu al tunelului, despre care ghida ne-a povestit cat e taxa de vizitare. Parcă în bătaie de joc ne-a povestit și de mirificul.peodaj din drumul spre Medjugorje și de culoarea verde a apei, că era cam întuneric sa vedem ceva

In Sarajevo am.avut cam 40 de minute să ne plimbam. Dar, ce sa vezi?! La un sfert de oră mai departe, am oprit la un restaurant, vreo ora și ceva, că doamna avut pofta să mănânce miel.

Nu la fel de foame i-a fost pe data de trei, când nu a mai vrut să oprească niciunde: ne-a învățat minte că nu am vrut sa mancam la ora 11.30, unde a zis dânsa. Or fi avut miel și acolo!?

Bine, multe din aceste aspecte nu cred că că sunt necunoscute, că am observat că tot o duna cineva la telefon și o întrebă de ce e in întârziere și ce doamne iartă -ma caută la Șimian când intrase în țară pe la PF Îi?!. . Doamna tot explica că i-a spus vameșul că drumul spre Craiova nu e bun și că nu e voie cu autocarul. Ciudat! Acum vreo două luni când am fost ultima data era foarte bun!. Dar restaurantul de la Șimian îi era mult mai cunoscut doamnei decât drumul .

Doua euro de persoana, cică „sumă modica” am.platit pentru zece minute de vizitare a catedralei Sf Sava pe interior. Tot atât nu s-a cerut că sa trecem mai repede din Serbia în Bosnia. Cum nu am mai vrut să dăm, ne-a învățat minte! Ne-a lungit cat a putut in restul vămilor! A mai greșit drumul, a făcut ce a putut numai sa stea dansa cât mai confortabil in autocar și să doarmă. Că povesti despre locurile in care am fost nu prea ne-am spus. Și ce ne-a spus,au cam fost date aiurea… Că un Dubrovnik plimbarea pe ziduri nu era 35 de euro, cât ne-a zis dânsa că sa ne taie pofta.

Deci, cum ziceam, mulțumesc că mi-ați servit această lecție și voi tine maxima distanta fata de agenția dumneavoastră. Sper din tot sufletul sa o facă și alții.

Până atunci îmi pierd timpul scriind recenzii peste tot pe unde pot. Și să știți că am ceva urmăritori pe Google, nu mă laud

Circuit Thailanda, Singapore, Malaezia, Indonezia

– Reclama pentru acest circuit este cu zbor la Doha, adica Qatar Airways. Cu o saptamana inaintea plecarii am fost informati ca se zboara cu alta linie aeriana, care evident este inferioara calitativ Qatar Airways.

– Hotelul in Thailanda este de 4*, dar conditiile sunt de 2*.

– Hotelul in Malaezia este la 20 km de centru, este situate in zona industriala a Kuala Lumpur. Nu exista mijloc de transport in comun, in centru se poate ajunge doar cu taxi sau shuttle de la hotel, ambele fiind achitate suplimentar de turisti.

– Hotelul din Singapore este de 3*, dar conditiile sunt de mai putin de 2*. Nu am avut loc nici macar sa deschid o valiza, iar aerul conditionat zgomotos functiona non-stop in toate camerele, fara a putea fi oprit.

– Nu se respecta programul zilnic transmis de la inceput. Se introduc sau se scot locuri de vizitat, ceea ce creaza tensiuni si discutii intre membrii grupului, intrucat este imposibil ca toti participantii sa fie de acord cu modificari de program facute in ultimul moment de ghidul grupului.

– Ghizii locali sunt alesi de agentie low cost, foarte nepregatiti, de la aeroport nu ne opreau la o casa de schimb valutar, in schimb ne opreau pentru a servi masa la restaurante unde nu se putea achita prin card.

– Agentia a confirmat cu 6 luni inainte de plecare ca grupul era format pentru acest circuit, iar cu doar cateva zile inainte de plecare ne-au informat ca de fapt nu este complet si ca trebuie sa achitam o diferenta.

– Agentia confirma ca se poate face check-in individual pentru biletul de avion, pentru a ne selecta locurile dorite in aeronava pentru un zbor atat de lung, doar ca acest lucru nu se poate face, fiind rezervare de grup.

– In Singapore, dupa un mic dejun la ora 08:00 care a constat doar intr-un ou prajit si o felie de paine, ghidul grupului nu ne-a permis sa ne oprim pana la ora 16:30 ca sa putem servi masa de pranz. Timp de 8 ore si jumatate ne-a fost refuzata intr-un mod foarte agresiv solicitarea de a opri pentru a manca, ceea ce este inuman si de neacceptat.

Excursie și pelerinaj la Prislop 8-9 octombrie 2022

Au fost două zile cu mare încărcătură istorică și religioasă. Ghidul, dl Laurențiu Constantinescu este un Om deosebit, o adevărată enciclopedie. Șoferul, dl Vali, foarte înțelegător și un adevărat profesionist! Mulțumesc frumos pentru starea de bine!

Georgia planned a great vacation for my family (parents plus two 20-ish daughters). We went to Athens (4nts), Naxos (4nts) and Santorini (3nts). It took a couple of iterations to finalize the itinerary (which I took as a positive because it showed Georgia was really listening and working to customize the trip what my family was looking for rather than offering a canned tour). And I may be just a *wee* picky :) The guides she secured were all wonderful. Our guide in Athens was absolutely lovely. She was knowledgeable and friendly. We were chatting like friends before too long. She also took great care of our daughter when she got a little ill during our Acropolis tour. Naxos was the favorite part of our trip. We loved what the island has: great beaches, food, restaurants, cultural sights, nature/hiking and water activities and what it did NOT have: high prices, crowds. Santorini..since it was our 1st visit, we couldn't *not* stop. It's beautiful for sure but it was also expensive and crowded. One and done for us. The transfers in all three locations were impeccable.Overall, our trip was seamless and the communication with Georgia was great throughout.

We had a wonderful family vacation. Zicasso's travel specialist took time to understand our needs and work with us over several months to provide us with his views and suggestions. Pe 14 martie 2018 , la Tribunalul Bucureşti a fost înregistrată cererea de deschidere a insolvenţei împotriva firmei TOTAL IMAGE MEDIA SRL, cu menţiunea „Agenţia EUROPA TRAVEL” , depusă de DAOUTIS SA, o companie din Grecia – Dosarul nr.8491/3/2018 .

Controlată de Teodor Constantin CĂLIMĂNESCU – asociat majoritar (98%) şi administrator, TOTAL IMAGE MEDIA SRL Bucureşti (CUI/CIF: 16330447) este firma care până în 2015 a deţinut licenţa de turism pentru Agenţia EUROPA TRAVEL ( AICI ). În februarie 2015, CĂLIMĂNESCU a înfiinţat EUROPA TRAVEL SPECIALIST SRL Bucureşti (CUI/CIF: 34055205) şi a mutat licenţa pe această nouă societate ( AICI ).

Pe 29 noiembrie 2018 , Tribunalul Bucureşti a pronunţat sentinţa în Dosarul nr.8491/3/2018, în sensul că a dispus deschiderea procedurii generale de insolvenţă împotriva debitoarei TOTAL IMAGE MEDIA SRL, iar argumentele prezentate de creditoare în instanţă sunt deosebit de interesante şi de grave . Am trimis o sesizare pe acestă temă Ministerului Turismului, dar am primit un răspuns formal … din care reieşea foarte clar că nu au fost verificate aspectele reclamate .

În cererea introductivă, DAOUTIS SA spune că TOTAL IMAGE MEDIA SRL a încheiat contracte „deşi nu mai deţine licenţă valabilă din anul 2015 „, iar „ din actele depuse de către debitor rezultă că societăţile BEST TRAVEL SERVICES SRL şi EUROPA TRAVEL SPECIALIST SRL depun sume de bani în contul debitorului (TOTAL IMAGE MEDIA SRL – n.r.), iar la finalul zilei se observă faptul că în contul debitorului râmân sume derizorii . Banii sunt depuşi de către cele două societăţi în contul debitorului în vederea efectuării de plăţi de salarii şi de leasing . Sumele nu sunt reprezentate de încasări din activitatea pe care debitorul ar trebui să o desfăşoare, ci prin creditările efectuate de societăţile deţinute de asociatul debitorului”.

Mizând pe aceşti doi creditori , TOTAL IMAGE MEDIA SRL (Teodor Constantin CĂLIMĂNESCU) a propus un plan de reorganizare care prevedea plata a doar 12,30% din creanţele chirografare. Aşa cum ar trebui să facă toţi practicienii în insolvenţă , administratorul judiciar BDO BUSINESS RESTRUCTURING SPRL a verificat cei doi creditori menţionaţi (inclusiv pe cel din Grecia) şi a constatat că este vorba de firme controlate de Teodor Constantin CĂLIMĂNESCU . Prin urmare, TURAGO HELLAS şi EUROPA TRAVEL SPECIALIST SRL (rebotezată EUROPA TIME GROUP SRL) nu au dreptul de a vota planul de reorganizare .

Pentru că DAOUTIS şi TAROM au votat împotriva planului, acesta a fost respins, ceea ce a dus la intrarea TOTAL IMAGE MEDIA SRL în faliment . În cadrul procedurii generale de faliment, termenul limită pentru înregistrarea cererii de admitere a creanţelor în vederea întocmirii tabelului suplimentar este 25 martie 2020 .

În planul de reorganizare, fosta/prima agenţie EUROPA TRAVEL ameninţa că, în cazul falimentului, creditorii chirografari vor putea recupera doar 0,57% din creanţe… adică NIMIC! . Then we continue through the idyllic Alexander Garden.

«First acquaintance with Moscow» – a 2.5-hour city tour in the center of Moscow

This Moscow city tour starts on the Theater Square, past Lubyanka Square and the KGB-building, then through Kitay Gorod district and Varvarka Street, past the world-famous St. Basil’s Cathedral. Then it goes across Zarjadje Park, over Red Square at the Lenin Mausoleum, the GUM-department store and towards the Historical Museum. We walk through the Alexander Garden.

A 3.5-hour car/bus tour of Moscow.

This is the best tour of Moscow city as all the important sights are visited. I am your Moscow city guide who will walk you through the city explaining the charming history of the city. This tour begins with picking you up from the hotel. 3 breaks are offered for photographing.

First, we will visit the most famous riverside streets and bridges in the center of the city with the most beautiful views of the Kremlin and the Moskva River (e.g. the Kremlin embankment and the Great Stone Bridge).

The first photo break is made at the Cathedral of Christ the Savior. We then pass by the district with numerous museums, Prechistinka Street and the district with numerous medical areas.

We again stop at the Novodevichy Convent, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site on the other bank of the Moskva River to click pictures.

Then we visit “Sparrow Hills” where you can enjoy a bird’s eye view of the city of Moscow from the observation deck. Then there are the skyscrapers of Moscow-City, the Kutuzov avenue, the New Arbat, Tverskaya Street, the world-famous Bolshoi Theater, the KGB building and Varvarka Street. Here there are ample spots to click pictures.

We then drive past the Kremlin again and finally reach Red Square. We take a short tour of Red Square and say goodbye in the Alexander Garden.

After the Communist October Revolution in 1918, Moscow became the capital of the Soviet Empire and was the center of socialist orbit for more than 70 years. The city streets are full of remnants of the communist regime and the Cold War. This is a walking tour where I will show you the most exciting places in Soviet Moscow: from the notorious KGB headquarters, also known as Lubyanka to the Karl Marx Monument to small hidden remains from the time of hammer and sickle. You will also learn about Stalin’s Great Terror political campaign and the system of the GULAG and how the USSR, the communist Russian republic, became modern Russia.

With its 20 towers and high walls, the Kremlin rises imposingly over Red Square. This world-famous fortress with its area of ​​28 hectares is home to over 800 years of Russian history. Described as the eighth wonder of the world, this historic fortress complex is the principal symbol of Russia that sits on the banks of the Moscow River. Today the Kremlin still harbors numerous secrets and has palaces and cathedrals, surrounded by Kremlin Wall. The current wall was constructed between the 15 th  and 16 th  centuries, but the original wall was made of wood around the year 1147. The Kremlin Wall became an important symbol of Moscow’s importance in the Russian Empire. A military tour – riding on tanks in Stupino (Moscow region)

Russian Military is one of the largest military forces in the world formed in 1992. With my Military Tour experience what it likes to be in the Russian military, shooting guns, ride the Tank T-34 and various models of German tanks from the Second World War, as well as armored personnel carriers and vehicles. You will also shoot from the AK-47 and another combat weapon.

Vasily was a great driver to have and kept us safe with good humour and skill. We enjoyed ourselves so much, my daughter says she is already planning to return. Just wanted to let you know that My grandson Bruno and I couldn´t have been more pleased with our week in Moscow (6/15 - 6/21). We were absolutely enchanted with the whole experience, including getting lost a couple of times in the Metro during our free time. Although both our guides (both Eleanas) were excellent, I would particularly commend the first one (she took us to the Tatiakov, the KGB tour, and to that beautiful cemetery where so many great Russian artists, authors, composers, musicians, militarists, and politicians are buried). Her knowledge is encyclopedic; and her understanding of today´s Russia as a product of its past was, for us, truly enlightening. I will be taking another tour in Russia, with my wife, within the next two or three years. I will be in touch with you when the time comes. What is the best time to visit moscow.

Any time of year is fine depending on what you plan to do. Summertime is pleasantly warm, ideal for exploring the city and its vibrant atmosphere, but Moscow will be much busier and accommodation is more expensive. Winter can be quite cold but beautiful nonetheless, and this is unproblematic if you intend to spend most of your trip in museums and galleries. How many days are enough in Moscow?

If you plan your itinerary strategically and aren’t averse to a packed schedule, you can cover Moscow’s main sights over a long weekend. Most popular attractions are in the city centre, and the Moscow Metro allows you to cover much ground in a small amount of time. Ensure that your accommodation is fairly central and book tickets in advance, so that you can make the most of your days. Do they speak English in Moscow?

As Russia’s capital city, tourists are well accommodated in Moscow. There should be English-speaking staff in restaurants, bars, hotels, shops and attractions in tourist hotspots, and there are also English-speaking tourist police. Transport services have English translations on their maps and English announcements via intercom; alternatively, order taxis from the Yandex Taxi app (Russian Uber), though it’s unlikely that your taxi driver will speak English. If you get stuck and cannot communicate, it’s fine to use Google Translate.

Is it safe to travel to Moscow?

It is no less safe to travel to Moscow than to any European city if you exercise common sense and look after your belongings. As with every city some regions can be more unsavoury than others, but no tourist attractions are located there. The traffic in Moscow is notorious, so exercise caution when crossing roads. Do not take unlicensed taxis; book in advance or take public transport, which is widespread and perfectly safe. If you encounter any problems, look for the special tourist police who can help you. • Pregateste materiale informative pentru turisti. Ofera informatii grupului, atat inainte cat si in timpul programului, asupra desfasurarii programului zilnic: informatii cu caracter istoric, cultural, geografic, economic;
• Organizeaza, la cererea turistilor, excursii cu caracter optional si activitati de agrement in situatia in care programul nu se poate respecta din motive obiective;
• Gestioneaza in mod responsabil mijloacele de plata incredintate pe timpulprogramului. Face propuneri de imbunatatire a programelor turistice pe bazapropriei experiente si a sugestiilor turistilor;
• Organizeaza, de comun acord cu turistii, alte activitati cu caracter recreativ;
• Asigura formalitatile de trecere a frontierei;
• Rezolva situatiile neprevazute care pot aparea pe parcursul excursiei;
• Se ocupa de finalizarea excursiei prin depunerea dosarului la agentie in termenul stabilit, dosar ce contine raportul de ghid si decontul pentru justificarea avansului primit la plecare;
• Raporteaza situatiile critice.

Programul de internship se adreseaza studentilor sau absolventilor care doresc sa cunoasca si sa inteleaga mai bine problemele si provocarile cu care se confrunta sectorul agentiilor de turism din Romania. Programul ofera participantilor oportunitatea de a castiga experienta profesionala prin implicarea directa in activitatea agentiei de turism. Participantii vor avea posibilitatea de a descoperi modul in care organizatia incearca sa gaseasca solutii la problemele cu care se confrunta, prin experienta “la prima mana”, vor asimila cunostinte noi si-si vor consolida cunostintele teoretice dobandite in perioada cursurilor.

OBIECTIVELE PROGRAMULUI

• Sa dezvolte deprinderile, cunostintele si experinta paticipantilor prin implicarea activa si expunerea directa la o varietate de activitati specifice unei agentii de turism;
• Sa ofere formare si instruire profesionala pentru tinerii interesati sa devina lucratori in domeniul turismului;
• Sa ofere organizatiei posibilitatea recrutarii unor potentiali canditati pentru postul de agent/consultant de turism.
• Minimum trei luni, cu posibilitate de prelungire; programul zilnic este de 4 ore, in medie, cu cel putin 20 de ore pe saptamana.
• Programul se desfasoara la sediul EUROPA TRAVEL din Bucuresti, Soseaua Traian, nr. 246, Sector 2.

Nasa showcases innovations at the 2024 first robotics world championships.

NASA engaged with fans, student robotics teams, and industry leaders at the 2024 FIRST Robotics World Championships held April 17-20, at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston. The exhibit highlighted the future of technology and spaceflight, attracting over 50,000 participants from across the United States and worldwide. 

The FIRST Robotics World Championships was established in 1992. Since relocating to Houston in 2017, the event has featured significant involvement from NASA, which annually supports and mentors more than 250 robotics teams, from elementary to high school levels. 

The 2024 championships celebrated the integration of arts into STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math), empowering students to create a world of endless possibilities with big ideas, bold actions, and creativity. 

Multiple NASA centers participated in the event including the Johnson Space Center, Armstrong Flight Research Center, Ames Research Center, Glenn Research Center, Goddard Space Flight Center, Katherine Johnson Independent Verification and Validation Facility, Kennedy Space Center, Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Langley Research Center, Michoud Assembly Facility, and Stennis Space Center. 

The NASA exhibits offered a platform for engaging discussions about the agency’s latest projects, including the  X-59 supersonic plane , the  Automated Reconfigurable Mission Adaptive Digital Assembly Systems , the  Volatiles Investigating Polar Exploration Rover ,  Mars Perseverance Rover  and  Ingenuity Helicopter ,  Cooperative Autonomous Distributed Robotic Exploration ,  Exobiology Extant Life Surveyor , and the  Europa Clipper mission . These interactions provided a firsthand look at NASA’s groundbreaking science and technologies and their potential to benefit all humanity.

“The energy during the event was phenomenal. It’s inspiring to see so many people passionate about robotics and eager to solve complex problems,” said Johnson Public Affairs Specialist Joseph Zakrzewski. “We are excited to unite tomorrow’s leaders from all corners of the world.” 

The event also fostered discussions about STEM career opportunities, with many students expressing their aspirations to join the space industry.  

As the championships drew to a close, the excitement was palpable, with students and mentors alike looking forward to the next season. With a successful turnout and the enthusiastic involvement of teams, sponsors, volunteers, and supporters, the future of STEM education appears brighter than ever.
