Fantastic experience: Went to new york the first time with frenzy tours. Had such a wonderful time. We really enjoyed. I was a bit scared as it was the first time i was taking a bus tour but i don't regret at all. Our guide, caroline was super nice. The trip was well organised and the hotel room was amazing (hilton hotel). We had a small incident in the bus and my bag pack was slightly burnt but frenzy tour refunded me. Also at the end of the tour there was a lucky draw where 4 of us received new york souvenirs. I would also like to specify that at the end of the tour you get a discount voucher of 10$ which u can use on ur other tour we were around 50 people in total in the bus and everyone enjoyed!!! I am happy to share my experience with all of u and i highly recommend frenzy tour. Thank you frenzy

Fantastic experience: Une belle formule pour voyager en toute quiétude avec un enfant. Tantôt en liberté, tantôt accompagnés et conduits par l'excellent chauffeur Sébastien, nous avons apprécié les suggestions et le partage des connaissances de la ville New York de notre guide Anne-Marie. C'est une expérience que nous renouvellerons assurément, surtout avec des départs de Laval!

Fantastic experience: I booked a Frenzy tour for my company's 25tha anniversary trip to Montreal and they were fantastic to work with! Fantastic experience: We did the 3-day New York tour with my family and parents. Our guide, Jean-Philippe and our driver Denis were so thoughtful and accommodating, especially for my parents who are a little older. JP was an excellent guide with a lot of fun anecdotes. He genuinely cares about everyone travelling with him and is clearly passionate about his work. He made the tour a fun and wonderful experience. Fantastic experience: Découvrir New York avec l’équipe de Frenzy Tours était une incursion initiatique à cette ville riche en histoire et en culture. Jean-Philippe est un guide exceptionnel qui transmets avec passion son amour pour la ville et nous permet de découvrir New York avec les yeux grand ouvert. Ses histoires, et anecdotes étaient à propos et m’a permis de comprendre New York, de hier à aujourd’hui. Ceci était ma deuxième visite avec Frenzy. J’ai encore appris d’autres informations sur la ville et découvert d’autres lieux magnifiques. En plus des tours guidés Sébastien notre chauffeur est dévoué à son métier et je me suis senti en confiance et en sécurité. L’hôtel était confortable et offrait un bon déjeuné. Fantastic experience: C'était mon premier voyage organisé en autobus et j'ai adoré. L'itinéraire pour le tour guidé était très bien (forfait j'aime New York). Le guide, Jean-Philippe était parfait! Il nous a donné tellement d'informations, de conseils, de trucs, etc. Un vrai passionné! Le chauffeur, Richard, était excellent. C'est dont agréable d'être entouré de gens qui aiment leur travail! L'hôtel Hilton Garden au New Jersey était propre et confortable. Le déjeuner inclus était très bien. Nous avons eu suffisamment de temps libre pour faire à peu près tout ce qu'on voulait faire. Je recommande fortement!! Ma seule critique constructive... puisque le bus s'était fait salir pendant le trajet, ça aurait été bien de passer au car wash avant le tour guidé, on avait la vue un peu obstruée. Mais ce n'est qu'un petit détail :)

Le guide au nom de Jean Philippe était vraiment intéressant et dévoué, nous avons logé au Sheraton Time square et c était génial. Il ne faut pas oublier le conducteur au nom de Sébastien qui s est démontré un excellent chauffeur pas facile de circuler dans Manhattan mais il le faisait les yeux fermés..

Fantastic experience: My family and I had an incredible time this weekend on our Frenzy Tour bus trip. We did 4 days, 3 nights in Manhattan. Led by our guide Jean-Philippe and driver Sébastien, I think everyone who is thinking of travelling to NYC for the first time should use Frenzy. It was a great combination of organized tourist activities plus alone time to explore the city. My husband used to travel a lot and he's convinced that he's just going to take bus trips like this from now on. Easy, efficient, and you don't need to think of things to do. JP was great on making recommendations on where to eat, where to go, what to avoid. We stayed at the Sheraton Times Square and really, you can't get a better location. We were right in the heart of Times Square centrally located to everything, including the subway station right beside us. Going back home, our experience at the border was really quick because once again, JP advised us on the best time to leave and what to expect from the customs agents (which was great for those who've never travelled before). I highly recommend Frenzy Tours whether it's for your family, just you and a friend, or by yourself. The service from beginning to end was exceptional, starting with the gentleman at the Frenzy office who answered our questions about how the room arrangements would be (as we had two underage children with us). We're already thinking of our next trip with Frenzy! Thank you so much to the entire team, you rock! :)

Fantastic experience: Huge thank you to our tour guide Jean-Philippe! My bf and I did the 4 day trip to NYC in 2022 during st-Jean Baptiste weekend and it was amazing!! Fantastic experience: I booked Frenzy tours for a trip to NYC two weeks ago, the experience was AMAZING. Michel, the guide was exceptional, nice, friendly, funny, careful. The bus was clean and we were given drinks and food to our way back to Montreal, which was very appreciated. Fantastic experience: I went on my 2nd NFL trip to NY back in Nov and I honestly can't say enough good things about both trips. Very well organised, good transportation, fun and friendly accompanying guides, great hotels that were very clean and comfortable, and the tailgate & game experiences were a blast. Fantastic experience: I went to NYC by Frenzy tour and I absolutely loved my experience with them. Our tour guide, Ms Violet was very friendly, professional and organized. Our bus driver was also amazing. We stayed at Marriott hotel in Manhattan and the rooms were available before the usual check-in time which was a great thing. Their service almost exceeded my expectations in every aspect.

Fantastic experience: My first time in New York and my teenager's first time out of the country, we chose a weekend with Frenzy tours. This was a perfect balance between my idea of structure with an literary and my daughter's sense of adventure. Our accompanying guide Jean Philippe was more an amazing. Energetic, knowledgeable, accommodating and a great ambassador to Frenzy Tours. His tips and advise were spot on. He interacted with each passenger as individuals but yet managed to hold a group of 40 plus people together through a busy times square, without losing anyone. Pierre, our driver was also fantastic. Always smiling and friendly. Smooth ride on the high ways and REALLY skillful on the tight, crowded, crazy streets of New York city. I felt safe on his bus. Unfortunately, I was a little less impressed with the local guide for the 4 hours city tour on Saturday morning. Although knowledgeable, he seemed better suited for smaller groups (of under 10). I was pretty disappointed that we were only given 7 minutes at ground zero, yet we walked through central park for over an hour. We have now been home a few days, and our memories are still plentiful. We really had a wonderful time, and we are thinking of where to go on our next destination. And we will definitely consider this tour company again.

Fantastic experience: We just came Back from a trip to Montreal With Francois as our step on guide for the whole four days. He was the best tour guide we ever had!!! He totally knows all the cities! He had such a wealth of information for Ottawa, Quebec and Montréal! Totally incredible how much he knows and how well he presented it!! Day 1 Montreal - New York City

1, Departure from Montreal. Drive all the way till Albany to take a rest and lunch in Albany, the capital of the State of New York.

2, Then continue to the second largest city in the world - New York City. expected arrival time to Manhattan: 15:00- 16:00. Upon arrival, star our visit by the famous Times Square, visit the famous Wax Museum Madame Tussaud, or free time to stroll round for shopping and diner.

3, Around 8:00 pm, head to the hotel in New Jersey. (Back to hotel earlier for long weekend and high season because of the ealier departure)

Day 2 New York City Tours

1, Start off to the South Street sea port in New York after breakfast. A cruise tour on water to see the world’s famous Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge, Ellis Island, skyscrapers of Manhattan, then a walking tour through the Wall Street and Ground Zero – the site of 911.

2, After lunch, take the elevator to the top of the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere, on levels 100, 101, and 102 of the 1,776 foot tall One World Trade Center building. One World Observatory provides unique, panoramic views of New York City, its most iconic sites, and surrounding waters.

3, At the afternoon, continue visiting Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum where you have the chance to discover the famous aircraft carrier USS Intrepid, the submarine USS Growler and army helicopter the real American space shuttle. Then, visit the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA). It plays a major role in developing and collecting modern art, and is often identified as one of the largest and most influential museums of modern art in the world.  

4. In the end of afternoon, return to Times Square: free time for shopping and diner.

5, Back to the hotel in New Jersey around 08:30 pm or you can go back to hotel by yourself if you would like stay in New York until later.

*Return to the hotel at 1 am on January 1st. 

Day 3 New Jersey - Woodbury - Montreal

1, After breakfast, leave for Woodbury Common Premium Outlets, the biggest and most famous outlet in North America, where you will find the items from all the famous brands at very favorable price in the Mall (closed on Christmas day December 25th).

2, After lunch, leave for Montreal and stop at the duty free store (American side).

3, Pass the border back to Canada and we will arrive in the Chinatown of Montreal.

The most immersive celebration of  FRIENDS™  ever, in the city that they called home! Step inside two floors of your favorite set recreations, including Monica’s Living Room, the Las Vegas Wedding Chapel, and much more. Poke Ugly Naked Guy and take a victory lap on Pat the Dog. Check out the Holiday Armadillo costume along with two rooms full of real props used in the show!

The FRIENDS™ Experience  is packed with amazing photo opportunities, memories from the iconic show, and limited-edition merchandise. Could it BE any more exciting?

WHEN DO I NEED TO ARRIVE FOR MY RESERVATION TIME?

Please arrive 10 minutes before your time slot.

Tickets are valid only for the date and time purchased. If you or a member of your party is not feeling well, tickets can be adjusted to a new date and time (subject to availability) IF changed prior to the date and time of the tickets. HOW LONG WILL THE FRIENDS™ EXPERIENCE TAKE?

Approximately  60 minutes  from start to finish. We did say this is bigger than huge!

CAN I LEAVE THE EXPERIENCE AND RETURN?

Once you leave the space you can’t re-enter, so take your time and enjoy it.

DO YOU ACCEPT CASH?

We do accept cash, but in case someone is stuck in the ATM vestibule, we also accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express and are tap to pay enabled.

DO YOU OFFER COAT/STROLLER CHECK?

Is it obvious I’m wearing six sweaters? Check your clothes, bags or strollers for  $3 per item . To ensure no contact with other items, checked items will be stored in individual biodegradable poly bags. Single strollers are also allowed inside, but please note all items are subject to search upon entry.

IS PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO ALLOWED?

You’re encouraged to take photos and videos throughout the space!

Remember to share your photos on social media with  #FriendsTheExperience  so we can see them!

ARE FOOD AND DRINKS ALLOWED INSIDE THE EXPERIENCE?

No Food or Drink Allowed. After the spaghetti sauce stain on the couch, this rule is at Monica’s insistence! Resealable bottles of water are always welcome.

ARE PETS ALLOWED IN THE FRIENDS EXPERIENCE?

We love our furry friends, however pets and emotional support animals are not permitted inside. Service animals are welcome.

CAN I PROPOSE AT THE FRIENDS™ EXPERIENCE?

Yes! You can share your special occasion with us here at The FRIENDS™ Experience. Guests should purchase  general admission tickets  and visit us during public hours.

CAN SOMEONE HELP ME COORDINATE MY PROPOSAL?

IS THERE A TICKET PURCHASE LIMIT?

There is a ticket limit of 14 tickets per purchaser.

CAN I REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY TICKET? ARE TICKETS TRANSFERABLE?

Tickets are  non-refundable and non-transferable . The name on the ticket must match at least one member of your party, and photo ID is required for verification. Fake IDs aren’t accepted—we’re looking at you, “Regina Phalange!”

ARE TICKETS AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR?

Limited standby tickets are available at the door. Standby tickets are $55.00 for Standard tickets and $70.00 for Premium tickets (including all taxes and fees). Guests with timed-entry tickets have priority, so we recommend buying tickets  online  in advance.

WHAT IF I BOUGHT MY TICKET FOR THE WRONG DATE OR TIME?

Tickets can be adjusted to a new date and time (subject to availability). Follow the link in your confirmation email to login to our ticketing portal and swap times, or contact us  here  for assistance.

DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET?

We can scan your ticket directly from your mobile device, so please save the paper and ink and don’t print your ticket unless you have to.

ARE THERE DISCOUNTS FOR CHILDREN?

Children (3) years of age and under  get in free when accompanied by a parent or guardian; anyone over the age of three (3) will need a ticket.

• If a group member is sick, we will encourage your entire group to reschedule

DOES THE FRIENDS™ EXPERIENCE HAVE A CODE OF CONDUCT?

Providing a safe and fun environment for guests is our number one priority. All guests must adhere to our Experience Code of Conduct below.

• Profanity, abusive language and unruly behavior are not permitted.
• Sharp objects, weapons, and illegal contraband are not permitted on premises.
• If you are late or need to reschedule your ticket to another time/date, there is a standby line; if an opening becomes available, we will allow entry on a first-come, first-served basis. Entry is not guaranteed.
• We reserve the right to inspect all packages, bags, backpacks, purses, fanny packs or any other container on the premise.
• Line jumping is prohibited. Guests who line jump will not be allowed to access the attraction or retail store.
• Guests are required to wear shirts, pants, and shoes.
• Smoking and vaping is prohibited
• No outside food or drink is permitted. Water bottles and reusable water bottles with a cap that can be sealed are welcome.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO GET TO THE EXPERIENCE?

• Get the 6 train to the 23rd Street Subway Station (which is on the same block as the Experience).
• Or get the R train or W train to 23rd Street & Broadway (then walk two blocks East to the Experience).
• Get the M23 crosstown bus to 23rd Street and Lexington Avenue.
• The M101, M102, and M103 buses also stop one block away, at 23rd Street and 3rd Avenue.

Just be sure not to leave a baby on the bus!

IS THERE PARKING?

Traffic and parking can always be a challenge in Manhattan (remember when Ross got his sports car?). We encourage you to use public transportation whenever possible. There are several private parking garages nearby if you drive. Plan ahead to find the most convenient and affordable spot.

Day 3: 09:30am: Shuttle from the hotel to Little Island NYC. Why not enjoy a walk on the High Line towards Hudson Yards, discover the Vessel and ascend the Edge? Rest of the day free.

Day 4: Free morning. 01:00pm: Departure from hotel towards Montreal.
