These people are so helpful and super nice. Traveling internationally and arranged my dogs flight myself, but they helped with all my kennel needs.

Above and beyond! We moved from Houston to Puerto Rico and moved our lab/bassett mix with Pet Travel. They did an excellent job owning the process. We had a small paperwork hiccup and they immediately jumped into action and created a plan. Melanie took personal care of our baby girl Izzie and made sure she was comfortable in a loving home while waiting for the air travel. Fully recommend this team including Campbell in the coordination and Gabbi doing the ground transport. It feels like family when you are working with them.

I love this place! I ordered a BUNCH of travel equipment for my new puppy (coming from Iowa to California). I didn't receive a shipping confirmation and I wanted to make sure it would arrive in time for her flight. I called and someone answered almost immediately (no automated system--woohoo!). They were SO helpful, explained that they had some technical issues with their shipping software but they entered my order manually to make sure it went out the DAY I ordered it. They even knew my shipping information off-hand! I ordered 2 days ago and it should arrive in 2 more days. That's incredible considering I ordered about 50lbs of equipment. I will never use another travel equipment site or store again! THANK YOU!! :-)

I called with a very specific international travel question that our vet and the airline were both unable to clearly answer. The Pet Travel Store knew exactly what I was talking about and specified the appropriate forms we needed. 11-year-old boy accidentally shot, killed by older brother, police say

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. ( WWSB /Gray News) - An 11-year-old boy in Florida was accidentally shot and killed by his older brother on Friday, according to authorities.

St. Petersburg Police said Amir Williams was at home with his two siblings, aged 13 and 14, when the shooting happened.

The 14-year-old allegedly told police that he accidentally shot Williams while playing with the gun, WWSB reported.

The gun was reported stolen on April 24.

As of now, detectives are still trying to determine how the 14-year-old had possession of it.

This is an ongoing investigation and no one has been charged at this time.
