Backstreet Boys announce 2023 Asia tour — shows in Tokyo, Kaohsiung, Manila, and Singapore confirmed

It won't be long before you get to say "Backstreet's back" again.

Taking to their official social media pages on 1 November (PHT/SGT), American boyband the Backstreet Boys announced that they will be bringing their ongoing DNA World Tour to Asia in 2023.

Currently comprising six confirmed shows, the Asia leg of the 'I Want It That Way' and 'Everybody (Backstreet's Back)' hitmakers' globe-trotting tour will kick off in Tokyo on 14, 15, and 16 February 2023 . The five-piece outfit will then play shows in Kaohsiung and Manila  on 18 February and 20 February  respectively before making a stop in Singapore on 22 February .

• Performance may contain strong and strobe lighting and smoke, please inform any medical staff or security of AsiaWorld-Expo, if feeling unwell or any assistance is needed.
• No ticket scalping is allowed. AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to void any ticket if it is used, resold, shared or used for any commercial purposes or association.
• Latecomers may only be admitted during a suitable break in the event. However, admittance is not guaranteed due to lateness.
• No animals are permitted in AsiaWorld-Expo except registered guide dogs upon obtaining prior written consent of AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited.
• The ticket holder agrees to abide by the applicable rules and regulations of AsiaWorld-Expo, event organiser and the official ticketing agent, as amended from time to time without notice, and use of this ticket by the ticket holder shall be deemed as express acceptance of same.

Backstreet Boys Extend DNA World Tour: See the Dates

The BSB are coming back! The second leg of their North American tour will kick off on July 10 in New York.

The Backstreet Boys are coming back, again. The OG boy band announced a second North American leg of their  DNA World Tour on Monday (Feb. 10), slated to kick off on July 10 with a show at Jones Beach Theater in Wantagh, New York. The 45-date, three-month tour produced by Live Nation will bring the group to arenas and amphitheaters across the U.S. and Canada through an Oct. 9 gig at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.    

“We give our fans 100%, night after night, putting on the best Backstreet Boys show we can. We play our hits, we dance our asses off and we do it because we love our fans,” says member AJ McLean. “We have the best fans in the world. They come out to party and they sing at the top of their lungs and we feed off that energy. We can’t wait to take this show on the road again this summer.”

Tickets for the concerts will be available just in time for Valentine’s Day (Feb. 14) here . Before hitting the U.S. and Canada this summer, the BSB will play shows in Mexico, South America, Australia and New Zealand.

Big Concerts confirmed today that Backstreet Boys, one of the best-selling bands of all time will be coming to South Africa for the first time.  The DNA World Tour kicks off in Cape Town on 16 May; followed by Pretoria on 19 May (sorry Durban, again).

The DNA World Tour will go on sale at 09h00 on Friday 24th February exclusively from www.ticketmaster.co.za.

The Discovery Bank pre-sale begins at 09h00 on Wednesday 22 February from www.ticketmaster.co.za and will run until 08h59 on Friday, 24 February.

Backstreet Boys DNA World Tour 2023 – 34 Million Gross Sales

As the DNA World Tour comes to an end soon we have data on sales and attendance for the 2023 shows. Want to know how the tour did in 2022? You can see the data here . The following information is provided by Billboard Boxscore for January-March. Details for the April and May shows will be added once they’re available.

The Backstreet Boys have made another 28 million with 17 shows from January-March. $28,603,579 to be exact. The total gross since the tour began in 2019 is $227,041,257 so far. This number will be updated once we have data from the last 11 shows.

Update: Billboard has released their mid-year boxscore back in June . This is the total of all shows since January. The Backstreet Boys have made $34,852,658 on this last portion of the DNA tour. Totalling to $233,290,336 since 2019. Below is the chart data.
