Important information for buying tickets during the TaylorSwiftTix Presale powered by Verified Fan:
Our goal is to maximize the number of fans who have an opportunity to shop.
The link in your text will direct you to the show you were selected for — either a show that was available during registration or a show that was announced after registration closed.
If you were selected for a show available during registration, your code will enable you to shop that show or any show in the same city that was announced after registration closed. (You will not be able to shop a different show that was available during registration).
If you were selected for a show announced after registration closed — i.e., the link in your text directs you to one of those shows — your code is good for that show. We recommend you use the code for that show as it will have the greatest availability for you. If you choose, you can use your code instead for the show you prioritized first during registration; however, we expect demand for that show to be higher and your wait to be longer.
Remember, each code only allows you to purchase 6 tickets.

The 66-date tour takes place across 40 towns and cities throughout 2023 and 2024.

Innovative dance group Diversity have confirmed details of a brand new tour.
The Connected tour kicks off at the Waterside Theatre, Aylesbury on Friday 19 March 2021, running across the UK throughout April and May.
The new tour centres around the world of social media, the internet, and the digital era we live in, and how it connects us all.
Creator and choreographer Ashley Banjo comments: “Every year that goes by, and every time we get to create a new touring show, I cannot believe we are still lucky enough to get to do this. But even after all this time, we are still growing, and this new decade and new chapter for Diversity is sure to be something even more special than the last. I truly do believe that we are all connected in more ways than one and I cannot wait to bring this to life on stage.”
Formed in East London in 2007 by lead dancer and choreographer Banjo, Diversity came to widespread public attention when they auditioned for the ITV talent show Britain’s Got Talent in 2009. Their first audition was a huge success, and the group were given three yesses from judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden and Piers Morgan. After progressing through the semi-final, the group won the final of Britain’s Got Talent , beating off stiff competition from Susan Boyle in front of a TV audience of over 17million viewers.
Since winning Britain’s Got Talent , Diversity’s career has gone stratospheric. They’ve danced for royalty at the Royal Variety Performance, for the prime minister outside 10 Downing Street, took part in the closing ceremony of the Invictus Games in 2014 and performed to over 6000,000 fans.
A force to be reckoned with live, the dance group have completed nine sell-out UK tours so far. Their latest tour, Born Ready – The 10 Year Anniversary Tour, saw Diversity celebrate their ten years in existence, captivating fans all throughout the UK and receiving rave reviews.

“What are you doing to promote diversity?”
May 28, 2015
The question came at the end of an interview with a candidate I badly wanted to hire. I’d started explaining how Ticketmaster is an environment that they would flourish in. I spoke of the training we offer, the awesome tech we’ve adopted, the interesting challenges the role would present and made sure to show off our offices … all in the hope that they would agree to join us. If you’ve been trying to hire developers recently you’ll understand why I was selling us so hard: competition between employers for really solid front-end engineers has always been stiff, right now it’s white hot, and the pressure is only increasing.
“What are you doing to promote diversity?”
It’s not just a great question for an interviewee – the answer reveals a lot about an organisation’s priorities and what it’s really like to work for – it’s also one that employers need to ask of themselves: if hiring is hard, what are we doing to broaden the pool of available talent? What are we doing to attract applicants who see the value of doing so?
I was glad to be able to tell her that Ticketmaster has a good record in this area and has held events before openly discussing diversity in the workplace but, in this post, I’d like to talk about one recent collaboration in particular: working with Codebar .
What you can do
The challenge is clear , but less obvious is how to respond to it: how can your company contribute effectively to the project of giving people the tools they need to make their way into our industry? Individually organisations aren’t necessarily in a strong position to build a program from scratch themselves; fortunately, this is exactly where collaboration with Codebar shines:
A non-profit initiative that facilitates the growth of a diverse tech community by running regular programming workshops.
We provided our in-house events space, food and drinks and additional support and coaching on the night; in exchange, they provided a structured curriculum in foundational web technologies to attendees who met their eligibility requirements and matched them with professional developers for around three hours of pair programming. Critically, it’s a format that works: the courses are extremely well thought-through, it’s well attended by both students and mentors and the atmosphere is at once studious and friendly.
The night fit perfectly within our policy to encourage and support diverse young talent, and follows work placements from City and Islington A Level students and our presence at two recent ‘Girls in STEM “speed dating”’events. The latter was a great chance to encourage gender diversity, giving young women interested in pursuing a career in STEM a chance to meet a variety of inspiring females already established in the industry. Through a series of brief meetings, the girls could explore and discuss the range of roles available to them and receive professional opinions on any issues or questions they may have. As one attendee from Ticketmaster said, ‘It is really important for me to emphasise to girls that anything is possible and to ensure they consider their options for the future to ensure they are capable of being able to support themselves in whatever career they choose to pursue’. With Codebar’s help, this event enabled us to offer an additional chance for another diverse range of potential candidates to enter our industry.
It’s worth noting that Despo (Codebar’s founder) and her co-organisers offer great support to the host company: they provided recommendations for catering, managed attendance, and even rallied attendees to help clean up afterwards. It’s a great recipe for a successful event that I’m looking forward to repeating.
Wrapping up
Personally, I’m entirely persuaded that there is a clear moral imperative to increase opportunities for people from a broader range of backgrounds to our industry. It also happens, however, that addressing the question “What are we doing to attract more of the people we see too few of?” offers commercial advantages as well. I’m sure it won’t be the last time a candidate wants to know what we’re doing about it either.
My thanks to everyone who helped host the event: the hard-working students and volunteer coaches; Despo and her irrepressible team; the Angel office’s redoubtable facilities managers; and to Gerry McDonnell our SVP of Technology who generously funded Ticketmaster’s involvement with the project.

Cook, George Daniel, Finn Keane and Doss. ‘ Boiler Room & Charli XCX Presents: PARTYGIRL ’ broke the record for the most ever RSVPs to a Boiler Room event, with over 40k people registering to attend. Featuring special guest appearances from the likes of Addison Rae and Julia Fox, the show has easily become one of the viral moments of the year.

The U.S. is reportedly preparing to sue Ticketmaster over the monopolistic behavior that outraged Swifties last year
The Department of Justice is reportedly preparing an antitrust lawsuit against Live Nation Entertainment , the parent company of Ticketmaster, as soon as next month , marking a swing against the world’s biggest ticket seller and another chapter in the Biden administration’s ambitious antimonopoly efforts.
The specific claims regulators would allege are unclear, but according to the Wall Street Journal, which first reported on the suit, it will concern how the concert-promoting company has leveraged its dominance to undermine its competitors.
Neither Ticketmaster nor the Justice Department responded to Fortune ’s request for comment.
The DOJ launched an investigation into Ticketmaster in the summer of 2022 to probe alleged anticompetitive practices. A Senate subcommittee also launched an investigation last year.
While Ticketmaster has long been a target of hate for concertgoers, musicians, and some venues, the ire reached a new level in the fall of 2022, when the site crashed during a fan presale for Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour. Fans suffered through a series of unfortunate events—hours- and days-long wait times for tickets, waves of bots purchasing and upselling tickets, and unpredictable prices—only for many of them to end up without seats. The debacle saw members of Swift’s fan base suing Ticketmaster too. The government’s latest move shows that these concerns are still top of mind for regulators hoping to crack down on the ticket seller’s practices.
It’s a sharp turnaround from a decade ago, when the DOJ essentially green-lighted Live Nation’s merger with Ticketmaster. Since the 2010 deal, which merged the world’s largest live concert producer with the world’s leading live entertainment ticketing company, the group has faced international accusations of excessive ticket fees, poor customer service, and bullying of smaller competitors . At the time of the merger, the federal government cleared the deal but issued a legal order , called a consent decree, that barred the company from pressuring concert venues to use its ticketing software—something it has since repeatedly been accused of doing. The 10-year consent decree was extended in 2020, giving the Justice Department more power to regulate the company’s market dominance.
And without a doubt, that dominance is massive. Ticketmaster processes around 500 million tickets around the world each year and reportedly controls more than 80% of the market share for major concerts, according to a report by marketing software developer HubSpot . The company has been growing, too—its revenue reached $22.7 billion in 2023, according to its annual report , up 36% from the year before. Ticketmaster’s revenue also grew 73% between the first and second quarter of 2023 and the company sold a record-breaking 90 million tickets during the first five months of the year.
Ironically, though, the company’s indisputable profits are part of why it’s now the subject of several antitrust investigations meant to tackle potentially anticompetitive practices fueling the company’s growth.
One of those is the high price of tickets, which particularly outraged rapper Drake’s fan base over one of his March 2023 shows, where customers didn’t expect tickets to sell for hundreds of dollars. The year before, tickets to see rocker Bruce Springsteen reached as high as $5,000 on the platform, thanks to its pricing algorithm.
Ticketmaster has maintained that ticket prices are set by artists and their teams, and said in a blog post that “the venue normally gets around two-thirds of the service charge and in many cases a facility fee as well.” Still, the company has come under fire for those high service fees , which often tack on extra hundreds of dollars to ticket orders.
Beyond that, Ticketmaster’s heavyweight status has a stranglehold on the live events industry: Nearly 78% of the highest-grossing arenas and 64% of the highest-grossing amphitheaters in the country operate using Ticketmaster’s services, according to an American Economic Liberties Project report from June 2023. With fewer competitors to buy from, that means customers often can’t avoid paying the service fees Ticketmaster tacks on.
In a 2022 statement, Live Nation wrote that the market for secondary ticketing is “extremely competitive, with Ticketmaster competing with StubHub, SeatGeek, Vivid, and many others,” and that “no serious argument can be made that Ticketmaster has the kind of market position in secondary ticketing that supports antitrust claims.”
Some analysts, like Brandon Ross of LightShed Ventures, said in a post on X that the lawsuit is likely to end in a settlement rather than a breakup of the company, since the government will likely target the company’s business practices rather than its model.
The federal lawsuit is one of several led by the Justice Department under Biden’s administration, which sued Apple in March for allegedly abusing its dominant position in smartphone and app markets and has sued Google several times since 2020.

Caitlin Clark and Fever frenzy hit the WNBA, boosting ticket prices and jersey sales

Caitlin Clark, pictured autographing sneakers before the WNBA draft last Monday, is helping drive demand for the league's ticket sales and TV coverage.
Caitlin Clark won't make her WNBA debut until May 3, when the Indiana Fever — which selected her as the first overall draft pick last week — play their first preseason game in Texas.
But Clark is already making an outsized impact on the league, which she joins as the all-time leading scorer in college basketball history.
Her dominance is credited with bringing more attention to the Iowa Hawkeyes and women's basketball writ large — and the " Caitlin Clark Effect " seems poised to continue at the professional level, if early numbers are any indication.
Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese are selected in the first round of the WNBA draft
"When Caitlin Clark declared for the WNBA draft, we instantly saw the Indiana Fever's average ticket price double," Laura Correnti, founder and CEO of Deep Blue Sports + Entertainment, told Morning Edition earlier this month.
"We're also hearing from some of the different teams across the WNBA that they are also seeing bumps in ticket sales and interest in terms of near sellout for when Caitlin Clark comes to town."
Clark's Fever jersey sold out in most sizes on the Fanatics website within an hour of her being selected in Monday's draft, in what the retailer says is now the top-selling jersey for any draft pick ever.
And the WNBA plans to show 36 of the Fever's 40 regular season games on its national broadcast and streaming partners, compared to 22 last year , when it finished 10th of 12 teams . It hasn't had a winning season since 2015.
Demand to see Clark in action has sent ticket prices skyrocketing and prompted teams in several cities to move their games to bigger venues.
Last week, the Washington Mystics announced that they will be relocating their June 7 game against the Indiana Fever from their 4,200-seat home stadium in D.C. to the 20,000 plus-capacity Capital One Arena, citing " unprecedented demand ."
Caitlin Clark passes Pete Maravich to set the all-time NCAA scoring record
It's the second team to announce such a move in anticipation of Fever frenzy. The Las Vegas Aces have said they will move their July 2 game against Indiana from Michelob Ultra Arena to T-Mobile Arena to accommodate some 8,000 additional fans.
And in Chicago — where the Sky picked up some high draft picks including Angel Reese and Kamilla Cardoso — fans are petitioning the team to relocate their June and August games against the Fever from the Wintrust Arena to the larger United Center.
"Larger quantities of less expensive seats would allow both Caitlin Clark fans and Chicago Sky fans to enjoy a great game at the incredible United Center," reads the online petition, which had over 700 signatures as of Monday morning.

The Indiana Fever accounts for all of the WNBA's top 10 most expensive regular season games this year, according to data from the ticket site Gametime reported by Forbes .
Why haven't NCAA fans always followed the WNBA? Sue Bird has her theories
It says the most expensive WNBA game on the secondary market is Indiana's July 14 game against the Minnesota Lynx, with a median ticket price of $615. The Fever's June games against the Chicago Sky ($600) and Washington Mystics ($530) also made the list.
Tickets to the Fever's first preseason game, against the Dallas Wings in Arlington, Texas, ranged from $110 to $1,100. CEO Greg Bibb told WFAA that the Wings scheduled that game well before the draft, anticipating Clark would enter and be picked first.
"We have seen incremental gains in business growth every year since 2020, and what's happened in the NCAA has been an accelerant to that growth," Bibb told the outlet. "We structured our ticket sales accordingly and waited later in the calendar year to go on sale with them to create a pent-up demand post-draft."
Resale prices for Fever tickets are going up too, with Vivid Seats reporting they have nearly tripled since last season.
Clark's financial boost to the WNBA has amplified the spotlight on its longstanding pay gap with the NBA. That gap is the result of the leagues' differences in revenue, season length and union contracts, among other factors.
The Indicator from Planet Money
Ticketmaster's dominance, caitlin clark's paycheck, and other indicators.
As a rookie, Clark's base salary will be $76,535 this year and just over $338,000 for four years — far lower than that of her male counterparts and at least some NBA mascots .
In contrast, Victor Wembanyama, the 2023 first-round draft pick in the NBA, started on the San Antonio Spurs with a base salary of over $12 million, as part of a four-year contract exceeding $55 million.
That disparity has drawn renewed attention and outrage from many viewers. Even President Biden weighed in , tweeting last week that "right now we're seeing that even if you're the best, women are not paid their fair share."
But Clark — whose name, image and likeness are valued at over $3 million — is expected to make money in other ways , including endorsement deals with companies including State Farm and Gatorade. And The Athletic reported last week that Clark is nearing a deal with Nike worth over $20 million that includes a signature shoe.
