The 2025 DSC Convention & Sporting Expo in Atlanta and the 2025 DSC Summer Expo & Gala application is now available for all current exhibitors. Current exhibitors should submit their application via the exhibitor portal or the link being provided via email. Additional information about both shows will be available soon. Thank you for your interest in participating at the DSC Annual Convention and/or Summer Expo & Gala. At this time, we are receiving application for potential exhibitors.

The annual convention will be held in Atlanta- GA at the Georgia World of Congress Center, and the Summer Expo & Gala will be held in Grapevine-TX at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center. Future Show dates are below:

Annual Convention in Atlanta:

• January 9-12, 2025
• January 8-11, 2026

Summer Expo & Gala in Grapevine:

• July 17-19, 2025
• July 23-25, 2026

The waiting list carries over each year. Once submitted, your application will be kept on file until we have space to offer or a maximum of 3 years. Please fill out an application online to enter the waitlist. Current exhibitors should submit their application via the exhibitor portal.

Hotels – SCI, in partnership with our block hotels, are committed to providing you with the best hotel registration process for our Annual Hunters’ Convention. Be sure to book your reservations for the SCI convention through our website or directly through your hotel of choice. The phone numbers for all block hotel reservations are listed on this site. Don’t be fooled by offers from third parties indicating that they are officially booking rooms for the SCI Convention – they are NOT affiliated with SCI or our convention.

Exhibitor Lists – Third parties sometimes contact our exhibitors with offers to sell lists of SCI’s members or convention attendees. SCI does not sell or otherwise share those lists, and any offer of such is a scam.

Exhibitors should generally be wary of third-party offers for official products associated with SCI’s convention. Remember, if the offer seems too good to be true, it probably is.
