Highly, and extremely sad, with my experience, You refunded my money after U saw my post.

Reading through other peoples comment, I strong believe that, something is wrong here. to me Travel Brothers Limited, is the worst error I have made in my life, I have reported them to my bank as fraudster. they collected my money, no ticket or refund of money, over 24hours ago. I am now going to their said office in Manchester. Never ever would I do anything with them.

Your Payment is already refunded kindly check your account. Its is against the company Policy to retain anybody's money so full amount of £455 already refunded. Excellent customer service

Worst experience ever

Looks like I must be a rare one to have had the worst of finding a good deal with this company. I missed out on a deal last year so my deposit of £100 was turned into a voucher. Thinking of using this voucher I thought of trying it again but in the process lost a further £210 in the process. It’s too boring to recount the whole thing but will just put it down to expeience. I managed to get a very good deal with 1.10 £ 2hrs connection with another company which was what I wanted and at over £300 price cheaper that what I was being offered here. I hope this is an isolated incident for the customers’ sake. With regrets.

Travel Brothers- Issuing fake bookings with no reference to customers

This is my worst experience as I have never booked with this Travel agency before. Please do not ever make a booking reservation with Travel brothers as they will give you fake bookings with no reference and once you have accepted and confirm the details, they will then ask you for payments and once this is made, they will use coercive behaviour with relentless phone calls for you to add more money towards the flight or give you alternative dates which wasn't in the original reservation you agreed to. Please take your time and read my experience carefully and understand the full context of the issue. I have now lodge a complaint against the company through Citizens advice and Trading standards. Like I said earlier, Its a very sad experience and this has caused severe anxiety and stress which is now affecting my mental health. To begin with, I was looking for a ticket to travel and bring my daughter over to the UK from Africa and when I contacted one of the Travel Agents- Jim Jordan, he made a booking reservation and sent me an email to confirm the details. I then asked him to check the reservation with the airline to ensure everything was ok before I could proceed with payments. He then got back to me and said everything was fine and I immediately made a bank transfer of £1270 as the full payment. Within 15 minutes of making the payment, he contacted me and said the ticket will be issued very shortly once it has been confirm by the accounting department which was fine by me. 10 minutes later, they rang me saying, the fare is no longer available and that I needed to make additional payments of £180 which I refused as it was out of my budget plan. They then started calling me relentlessly in a coercive behaviour to accept alternative dates and other bookings which I had refused in the past, making threats that I should accept the options, otherwise they're going to make a cancellation and apply charges as per the airline policy. Again I refused and said, I will only accept the original booking and tickets which I have paid for and was confirmed by email by both parties. I have now contacted the airline company to check if there was any reservation and they said, there is no reservation in my name and I just found out that- the reservation booking that was agreed and sent to me by Jim Jordan didn't have any reference number on it and again this was pure deception and scamming. My actions moving forward: I contacted citizen’s advice and trading standards yesterday to make a formal complaint and they have confirmed that; 1. Travel Brothers are in breach of the contract of service and that I am able to end the contract and should get a full refund without any charges as damages as they haven’t fulfilled the service. 2. They have also confirmed that, these are my legal rights and that I am entitled to a full refund. I have given them two working days to make the full refund and get this matter resolved otherwise, I have no option but to consider taking the matter further.

The travel agent, Zoya Aly, who attended to me from the outset was ready to assist, very attentive to detail and quite professional. Although the transaction saw me spending more for the same flight due to a slight delay, it is important to note that the transaction was purely courteous and very professional. Good work guys!

Concert goers ‘really frustrated’ as Co-op Live events cancelled and moved

Co-op live has axed events due to ongoing issues..

Concert goers have been left “really frustrated” after events at Co-op Live in Manchester were cancelled or moved to another venue at the last minute after the new arena was hit by technical problems.

Olivia Rodrigo‘s sold-out concerts were cancelled while Take That announced they are moving their shows in May from Co-op Live to AO Arena in Manchester.

A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie concert was postponed just over an hour before the rapper was set to perform and will now be held at AO Arena, while Peter Kay, The Black Keys and Keane’s shows have also been affected.

Simon Waite, 51, told the PA news agency he was “really frustrated” that the Keane concert on Sunday would not be going ahead as his carer has booked time off work and he has paid for a hotel and a kennel for his dog.

Mr Waite said: “As I am disabled person, I go up with my friend who is my carer, so when we go somewhere we have to plan it so that she is not working or can get the day off as a holiday, so she’s losing out.

“I’ve paid for our hotel well in advance as the tickets for concerts come out really early so you book your hotel before the prices go up.

“Also, I have a dog who I have to make sure has somewhere to go for the night and you don’t get your money back on the kennels.

“I’m just very angry, frustrated and let down by the whole Co-op Live experience.

“I’ll never forget the start of this venue, it’s been tainted in my eyes already.”

Maureen Mills, 68, from Southport, was due to see Take That perform next Tuesday at Co-op Live and told PA she has been “quite frustrated watching what’s been going on”.

Ms Mills, a retired marine insurance consultant, said: “They should never have tried to open it so soon, because obviously there are big things that need to be sorted out there.”

She said it was “brilliant” that Take That chose to hold their concert in a different venue on the same date but “it shouldn’t have been left to Take That to do it”.

“It’s not fair to the fans that are waiting to go to this supposedly beautiful new arena,” she said.

“I think they overstepped themselves and it wasn’t ready for opening. They should have recognised that.

“There must have been a time when they realised that this just wasn’t going to happen, instead of letting it go as far as it did.”

The new music venue, which has postponed its opening numerous times, said it will be taking “a short pause to events” before welcoming members of the public to the arena from May 14.

A statement from Co-op Live said this is to “fully ensure the safety and security of fans and artists” and allow for an “independent inspection of all elements of the arena ceiling” following an issue with the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system.
