Our tour was awesome. Nate is a great tour guide. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He knew stuff from when LA was just getting going up to the most current stuff. He even gave us advice on stuff to avoid as we walked around and saw the sights. We will definitely recommend this tour to our friends and hope that they get Nate as their guide!

We were in Anaheim for the Yankees v Angels series and wanted to do something on Monday before the game, so the hotel concierge recommended this. Did the Los Angeles tour. They pick you up at your hotel (they return you there as well). You are transported to a central location nearby, where you are split up onto specific tour buses. Then it's off to downtown L.A., in rush hour traffic, not fun. Stops include the Hollywood Walk of Fame, The Farmers Market, Santa Monica Pier and Venice Beach Pros: Pick up/drop off at your hotel Enclosed air conditioned bus One hour lunch break at The Farmers Market (Meet me at Third and Fairfax) (Get the Brazilian BBQ, THE BEST) Cons: L.A. traffic (both to and fro) Enclosed bus (not good for getting the best camera angles) Dirty windows on bus (not good for getting a clear picture)

We’re sorry to hear of your less than satisfactory experience with our tour service. We pride ourselves on our service and the high quality standards we try to maintain; so your feedback is very important to us. On the positive side it seems you enjoyed the tour in exception of Los Angeles Traffic with no question the worst at the time. Our drivers do their very best to avoid traffic but can only do so much in Los Angeles .The part where you said, bus windows weren’t clean that’s could have been taking care of if was addressed at time with driver but in any case that not acceptable my apologies. We usually inspect the bus to make sure all cleaned and ready to go in the morning. Your other complain is the bus being in closed which had to be since tour is out of Anaheim & freeway driving is involved we’re not allowed to use open top bus with customers in Los Angeles freeways. Again Thank you for taking your time to share your experience. we do value our customers feed back. Thanks Sincerely Management

Best LA tour in town. Very easy to book & great customer service. Driver was punctual, friendly, and a safe driver. Also very knowledgable about the many locations we visited. Prices are reasonable compared to other tours in the area. I highly recommend them!!

FABULOUS SERVICE On time to pick us up at the hotel, friendly driver took us to another hotel where we purchased our tickets on the bus. We were then moved to another bus that was clean, comfortable and our driver Surge was amazing. Outgoing, informative, and all around a great personality. When we got to Universal he walked us to the ticket booth to show them our tickets and assured us he would be on time to pick us up for our return trip. The traffic on the return trip was very heavy which gave us time to visit with Surge as we had the front seat. You can tell he loves what he does, he is truly a people person and goes above and beyond for his customers. My Grandson left his pack on the bus, we called the company and Surge delivered it to our hotel on his own time after his shift. FIVE STARS for Surge!!! You showed my Grandson such kindness, I want you to know how much we appreciated that! This man is an example of what CUSTOMER SERVICE is. A BIG THUMBS UP for this company!!!!!

Absolutely AMAZING!!! I recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see the ins and outs of LA! NATE our tour guide was awesome! He was very knowledgeable about all the landmarks we saw along the way, he made the tour super fun and relaxing!

Nate did an amazing job at showing us around Los Angeles in the short time we had with him. He kept the drive interesting even while we were stuck in the peak LA traffic. He had thorough knowledge of all the attractions he showed us as well as being able to answer any questions we asked with a quick response! I would recommend Nate for anyone who is looking at a day trip to tour and learn all about LA!

This tour was amazing. We had a great driver who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our full day tour was in a lovely clean vehicle with a small group of nine people. We took in all the major sights of LA and had time at each one to take photos and explore the area. We stopped for lunch at the Farmers Market which had an an excellent choice of food at a reasonable price. We would highly recommend this tour company and happily use again ourselves.
