Explorer Six - 6 Day Tour of Tasmania Tour

Explorer Six - 6 Day Tour of Tasmania

Fabulous trip during which I have seen a tremendous range of what Tasmania has to offer, learned a lot about its history geography and wildlife and made some new friends. It was well organised and ran to time with more than adequate toilet stops and information to enable everyone to eat well whether they were buying food in supermarkets and cooking for themselves or eating at top end restaurants. I have become a fan of Australian bakeries. Justin, our guide was fantastic. He was enthusiastic and willing and enabled a very diverse group to become a family with activities for all from the sedentary to the super fit - ensuring we are in the right place to see some great sights including sunrise in Bischeno. During the long drives he gave us factual information, told us stories and sang. If you are wondering about this tour, go for it. If you want to do the Bischeno penguin watching, book it when you book the tour or it is likely to be booked up!

Sure it would have been radical to do the hike independently; cheaper yet more daunting, lonely, and stressful and ultimately I would've kept procrastinating and never reached my goal of hiking Cradle Mountain. By booking a tour it made me accountable and I achieved my goal and it feels great!

I enjoyed having Audrey as my guide from Hobart to Wineglass Bay. Whereas Graeme, my guide from Wineglass Bay to Launceston is very impatient with his driving. Although Graeme is very knowledgeable, some times he is hard to approach.

Tassie's Wilderness Icons (6 Days)

Overall it was a good experience. However meal options for vegeterian food were very limited and dinner in Tall Timbers and breakfast in Launceston were particularly disappointing.

Tassie's East Coast Highlights (5 Days)

Not enough time at Port Arthur, I advise not to do the boat trip included it's a waste of precious time, also the guide in Port Arthur very well informed but again to time consuming as you only got limited time to RUN to see everything, which is so unfortunate.

What people love about tasmania tours.

This tour was absolutely fantastic. We were able to squeeze in and see so much of Tasmania’s natural beauty! Our tour guide Hayden was amazing - cool, calm and knowledgeable! I was overjoyed when he helped us spot some platypus in their natural environment. Whilst on the bus itself he shared heaps of information and fun facts to keep us entertained. There is a lot of early starts - which is totally fair enough since it meant we could enjoy so much of what Tasmania has to offer. There is a lot of walking - but there are many choices of walks to do, so you can chose the level of difficulty in most places and all walks are optional. One of my favourite trips in Australia so far ?
Excellent Larry our guide took very good care of us. Did his best to ensure we all were ok and happy

Hiker walking up towards Cradle Mountain in Tasmania on a clear sunny day

With a rich Aboriginal culture dating back more than 35,000 years, it's no surprise Tasmania is one of Australia’s most treasured destinations.

This beautiful island state turns heads thanks to its thriving gallery and gastronomy scene, plus its bounty of natural wonders, like Bruny Island . Boasting some of Australia’ s finest beaches, mistiest mountaintops, loneliest patches of wilderness and most elusive animals, Tasmania is a nature lover’s wonderland. It also happens to be the only place in Australia where you can witness the spectacular Aurora Australis, the Southern Hemisphere’s answer to the northern lights.

Domestic border restrictions have ended for nearly all States, meaning you:

  • don’t need to apply for a border pass
  • won’t need a Covid test
  • won’t need to quarantine

However, some States and service operators do require proof of vaccination. So all that is required to travel for most Discover Australia packages is to be fully vaccinated. Even WA has now opened up! It is expected that any remaining temporary restrictions will end or ease over coming weeks – since all governments have detailed strategies to live with Covid and to enable their tourism industry to flourish again. See current travel requirements here .

Many travel insurance providers are now offering good cover for Covid, including:

  • Travel disruptions and additional expenses due to Covid
  • Positive Covid test before travel
  • Positive Covid test during travel (including need to change travel arrangements / isolation)
  • Cancellation Cover
  • Medical expenses cover

Insurance cover can be very inexpensive, like only $150 for three weeks in Europe # . We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance with Covid cover. Day 1 Welcome to Hobart

Tour Melbourne Image

The Tasmanian capital of Hobart may be small in size, but it’s big in attractions, as you’ll discover this afternoon. Put your destination into perspective from the summit of Mt. Nelson, offering endless vistas over Australia’s southernmost city. View the charming Georgian cottages of Battery Point and convict built warehouses along Salamanca Place, the backdrop of epic Saturday markets. Gaze over boats at Constitution Dock - this is where yachts finish when competing in the annual Sydney to Hobart race, and take a stroll in the second oldest Botanical Gardens in Australia with its amazing collection of plants from around the world. Tonight, join your Travel Director for a Welcome Dinner.

Day 2 Hobart - Strahan

Western Tasmania is like nature amplified, a place where the wilderness rules and people are few and far between. Visiting Mount Field National Park is a humbling experience, not only for the fact it’s part of the Tasmanian Wilderness World Heritage Area, but also because it’s home to some of the tallest eucalypts and flowering plants on Earth. Wander amid these giants to reach Russell Falls – take a deep breath; you’re officially on holiday. Records continue to be broken at Lake St. Clair, the deepest freshwater Lake in Australia, before you arrive in Strahan, gateway to World Heritage listed Franklin-Gordon Wild Rivers National Park.

Day 3 Strahan

The inky waters of the Gordon River and Macquarie Harbour – given their colour by amber button-grass tannins – are as eery as they are beautiful, the mirror-like surface only broken by your Gordon River chariot as you cruise through Hells Gates, the treacherous entrance to the harbour before returning to Sarah Island. It’s hard to reconcile the beauty of this part of the state with its grim history as a penal colony; a place where convicts would fell Huon pines for boat building. Disembark at Heritage Landing to view one of these 500-year-old majestic trees. Safely back on dry land, it's soon time to discover 'The Ship That Never Was', the dramatic and hilarious true story of the Great Escape from Sarah Island! You'll see it performed live by a group of theatre professionals.

Day 4 Strahan - Cradle Mountain - Burnie

Today your journey reaches new heights – quite literally with a visit to the 1,545-metre Cradle Mountain, your backdrop as you explore Dove Lake on your Cradle Mountain tour, the wild alpine moorlands here a natural magnet for lovers of the wilderness. The spectacular and pristine wilderness of Cradle Mountain is home to the mysterious and secretive Tasmanian Devil. You’ll love the next adventure today, a MAKE TRAVEL MATTER® Experience. A Day Keeper at Devils @ Cradle will lead you through the sanctuary and provide you with a thorough insight into its operation. When joining this tour you will be directly supporting these animals and threatened species conservation. Leave the Central Highlands after an uplifting day and head towards the scenic north-west coast for your overnight stay.

Day 5 Burnie - Launceston

Table Cape is by far Wynyard's most remarkable natural wonder, at 180 metres high, 'The Cape' - as locals refer to it - offers spectacular views of Tasmania's coastline. As you drive to the top of the remains of a 12-million-year-old volcano you'll reach Table Cape lookout where, on a clear day, you can see mountain ranges over 175 kilometres away. If there’s a town with a cuter name than Penguin, we’re yet to find it. Locals embrace its appeal – there are penguin sculptures at every turn, including one measuring over 3 metres tall. Your journey along the northwest coast also passes through Ulverstone and Sheffield, The Town of Murals, boasting over 100 large paintings depicting the area’s rich history and local characters. All this exploring builds an appetite. Refuel at Ashgrove Tasmanian Farm, where happy cows contribute to award-winning cheeses – everything from cheddar and red Leicester to creamy Tasmanian blue. For lovers of sweeter delights, why not treat yourself to a delicious locally made ice cream?

Day 6 Launceston

There are few places in the world where you can leave the city behind and within minutes be surrounded by nature. Launceston is one. Blink and you’re at Cataract Gorge, a yawning chasm carved by ancient rivers. This rare natural phenomenon unites bushland with neat Victorian gardens, replete with ferns and exotic plants. Get a different perspective of the green cavern on the optional scenic chairlift, zipping you over the water to a lofty lookout. We wouldn’t blame you for lingering here, or perhaps taking a cruise along the river. The choice is yours.

Day 7 Launceston - Bicheno

You’ll smell Bridestowe before you see it, this enormous lavender farm perfuming the Tasmanian countryside. The flowers grown here aren’t just used in fragrances – they’re also infused into ice-cream, teas and jams. It’s a tasty entrée to the Legerwood Carved Memorial Trees, sculpted into World War One soldiers. Little penguins come out to play in Bicheno; sign up to spot them after dark as they waddle to shore from the water.

Day 8 Bicheno - Hobart

The colours at Freycinet National Park are so vivid you’ll think someone has taken the glasses off your nose and cleaned them for the first time: The patchwork of ocean blues that lap Coles Bay. The dramatic pink granite cliffs. There’s a reason why the peninsula stars on postcards. The other place on postcards is Richmond, its grand 1820s Georgian buildings today home to bijou boutiques, galleries and cafés that appear to be lost in time. Your last stop for the day is to the shores of the Derwent River where local palawa will welcome you to country and show off some local bush tucker.

Day 9 Port Arthur Historic Site

The Isle of the Dead, Devil’s Kitchen, Blowhole… the attractions at and around Port Arthur nod to the region’s notoriously grim history. This is the best-preserved convict site in Australia, and among the most significant convict-era destinations worldwide. The stories these walls could tell.

Day 10 Farewell from Hobart

It took early explorers months to circumnavigate Tasmania. You’ve done it in 10 days. What a wild ride.

What people are saying

“Great tour. Awesome tour guide and tour group. Amazing places. Breathtaking waterfalls. Beautiful scenery. Heaps of fun. Options to suit various needs / fitness/ abilities. We were extremely well looked after by Evan our tour guide who gave us interesting and entertaining commentary and lots of opportunities to experience the beauty and wonder of Tasmania’s natural landscape, wilderness and wildlife. “

“ We absolutely loved the Explorer 6 Tour; it was perfect for our first experience of Tasmania. Our tour guide Hayden was extremely personable and knowledgeable, and set a great pace for the trip: we managed to pack so much in but equally, never felt rushed. In particular, we loved the incredibly beautiful and varied landscapes, some of the highlights being the Bay of Fires, St Columba Falls, Cradle Mountain. We were also pleasantly surprised by how much of the local wildlife which got to see – Tasmanian devils, kangaroos, wallabies, platypuses, wombats and more! We also felt the price was very reasonable for what was included. Overall, our expectations were hugely exceeded and we would recommend this tour highly to anyone considering it. Thank you so much Hayden and Under Down Under!”

“Our 10 day tour has been fantastic. Justin (guide) was forever cheerful and went out of his way to accommodate our preferences. It’s so unusual to have a guide who can let the itinerary ebb and flow a bit (but still seem to get where we need to be when we need to be there). And Tassie itself is amazing. Just beautiful. I loved this holiday and I’m so sorry it’s finished. “

Tasmania Tours

Tour Tasmania with us and experience natural rainforests, unique wildlife and breathtaking landscapes; Tasmania boasts beautiful scenery but the people, food and culture are what make this place feel truly welcoming and make for an amazing tour in Tasmania.

Why Tour Tasmania?

As one of the top-rated destinations by Lonely Planet , Tasmania beckons you to explore its untamed natural paradise covering an area of 68,401 square kilometres.

Tasmania is the 26th largest island in the world with almost 37% of Tasmania protected by reserves, national parks and World Heritage Sites. Home to only 500,000 residents, half of whom live in the great Hobart region.

Tasmania’s environment can only be described as “nature at its best” . The island, located 240 kilometres south of the mainland of Australia, feels like a world away upon arrival.

Our Tasmania Small Group Tours

On board our Tasmania tours, travellers have the option of a wide range of activities on tour such as hiking, swimming, kayaking, a boat cruise and scenic plane flights.

The major sites we visit include:

Cradle Mountain

Nestled within the pristine wilderness of Tasmania, Cradle Mountain stands as an iconic symbol of rugged beauty and untamed nature. This UNESCO World Heritage-listed site is a haven for nature enthusiasts, beckoning them to explore its awe-inspiring landscapes and immerse themselves in the tranquillity of the surrounding wilderness. Cradle Mountain is a testament to the raw, unspoiled beauty that Tasmania is renowned for.

Wineglass Bay

Accessible by a scenic hike through the Freycinet National Park, Wineglass Bay offers an immersive experience for nature lovers and adventure seekers alike. The trek rewards those who make the journey with panoramic views from the Wineglass Bay Lookout, showcasing the stunning contrast between the azure sea and the ivory sands below. The well-maintained trails provide an opportunity to explore the diverse flora and fauna of the region, including unique coastal heathlands and vibrant wildflowers.

Port Arthur

The iconic Port Arthur Historic Site, once a formidable convict settlement, stands as a testament to the nation's convict history. Visitors can wander through the well-preserved ruins, immersing themselves in the stories of hardship, resilience, and reform that unfolded within these walls. The stark contrast between the ancient architecture and the panoramic views of the bay creates a unique atmosphere that is both evocative and picturesque.

Port Arthur's allure extends to the nearby Remarkable Cave, a natural wonder formed by the relentless forces of the Southern Ocean. This sea-carved archway opens up to stunning views of the Tasman Sea, creating a breathtaking backdrop that complements the historical richness of the region.

Whether drawn by history, nature, or a combination of both, Port Arthur Bay invites exploration, offering a captivating blend of convict heritage and coastal beauty that is both enriching and unforgettable.

Bay of Fires

Stretching along the edge of the Tasmanian wilderness, the Bay of Fires is renowned for its idyllic white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. The contrast between the vivid orange rocks and the turquoise sea creates a visual spectacle that captivates every visitor. A walk along the shore reveals secluded coves, hidden lagoons, and stretches of coastline where the only footprints are your own, inviting a sense of solitude and connection with nature.

Water activities abound, with opportunities for snorkelling, kayaking, and birdwatching in the clear waters and along the coastal trails. The Bay of Fires captivates the eye and serves as a sanctuary for diverse marine and bird life, creating an immersive experience for those eager to explore the region's ecological richness.

Russell Falls

A well-maintained walking track leads visitors through the ancient temperate rainforest, where towering eucalyptus trees and fern-filled gullies create a serene atmosphere. As you approach Russel Falls, the gentle sounds of cascading water gradually grow, building anticipation for the breathtaking sight that awaits. The three-tiered waterfall, framed by moss-covered rocks and surrounded by verdant vegetation, creates a picturesque scene that transports visitors to a world of natural splendour.

Photographers and nature enthusiasts alike will find Russel Falls to be a captivating subject, offering a myriad of angles to capture the play of light and shadow on the cascading waters. The observation platform provides a perfect vantage point to admire the falls and soak in the serenity of the surroundings.

The Franklin River

The Franklin River is not just an adventure; it's a pilgrimage into the heart of Tasmania's wilderness, offering an unparalleled escape from the ordinary. Whether you are seeking a thrilling expedition or a serene communion with nature, the Franklin River invites you to discover the pristine beauty and timeless allure of one of Australia's most celebrated natural wonders.

Why book our 4 Day Wild Tasmania Tour?

Flashpacker accommodation – we get it, hostels aren’t for everyone, and so the accommodation selected for our 4 Day Wild Tasmania Tour is a mix of private and shared accommodation outside of the hostel world – think bush cabins, capsule hotels and so forth. Booking options include private rooms with private or shared facilities or multi-share rooms (two to four people per room) with shared facilities.

Small group tour – when we say small group tour, we mean it! With a maximum of 13 people, you get to experience the full benefits of each destination – less crowded hiking trails, shorter wait times and more time spent enjoying what Tasmania has to offer.

Hiking based tour – we aim to do the bigger and most famous hiking trails while visiting Tasmania’s icons. Rest assured there are often easier walks available depending on your fitness level or if that’s what you prefer. We offer a range of guided and self-guided walks depending on group dynamics.

Hobart to Hobart – no need to worry about organising your own return transport.

14-Day Tasmania Road Trip Itinerary

Your 'ultimate' self-drive holiday and tasmania road trip.

This self-drive 14-day Tasmania itinerary is what I like to call your ‘Ultimate’ Tasmania road trip.

No rush. No pressure. Just 14 days of pure driving pleasure as you experience the best natural wonders, gastronomic delights and historic sites Tasmania has to offer!

This page contains affiliate links. If you book or buy something through one of these links, I may earn a small commission (at no extra cost to you!). Read my full disclosure policy  here .

Self-drive Tasmania Itinerary (14 days)

Want to experience the very best Tasmania trip?

14 days is the perfect amount of time, and a Tasmania road trip is the ultimate way to explore this amazing island.

But what should you see? Where to stay? And do you know the best places to eat?

To make things easy and stress-free I’ve used my extensive local knowledge to create this 14-day self-drive Tasmania itinerary.

Together with my wife I have called Tasmania home for more than 15 years now, so you can rest assured that all my recommendations come from personal experience and my passion to get out on the open road.

Day 1 – Hobart to Derwent Bridge

Day 2 – Derwent Bridge to Strahan

Day 3 – Strahan

Day 4 – Strahan to Cradle Mountain

Day 5 – Cradle Mountain

Day 6 – Cradle Mountain to Stanley

Day 7 – Stanley to Launceston (via Devonport and Sheffield)

Day 8 – Launceston to Bay of Fires (via Tamar Valley)

Day 9 – Bay of Fires

Day 10 – Bay of FIres to Coles Bay (Freycinet)

Day 11 – Coles Bay Freycinet)

Day 12 – Coles Bay to Port Arthur

Day 13 – Port Arthur to Richmond

Day 14 – Richmond to Hobart

When it comes to the structure of this 14-day Tasmania itinerary, I understand that  everyone has different travel priorities , and that’s why I’ve provided multiple options on some days so you can choose the place or activity that suits you best.

For some travellers, family-friendly activities are essential. Or perhaps you want to focus on the outdoors over historic sites? Maybe you prefer to self-cater, rather than eat out. And of course many of us need to stretch our travel dollar as far as it can go, while others will want to experience the Lap of Tasmania in luxury.

It is so important to me that your Tasmania road trip is as special as possible, no matter what your style of travel – which is why I have tailored this Tasmania itinerary to be extremely flexible and adjustable.

You can follow this itinerary exactly, or adjust it to suit your own preferences . Clockwise or anti-clockwise doesn’t matter at all – it’s that easy!

If you have any questions at all, or need more advice, we would love to hear from you over in our Lap of Tasmania Facebook Group . It is a super-friendly community without any grumpy buggers or keyboard warriors to spoil your fun – come and say g’day 😊

I feel that 14 days is the ideal amount of time for a Tasmania driving holiday .

The distance covered per day in this itinerary varies from as little as 110km up to 250km at the most, and this means you can drive around at a leisurely pace while still making the most of your time in Tasmania.

To ensure you aren’t feeling too rushed I’ve also included 2-night stays in the 5 most popular locations.

That’s enough chat… let’s get this show on the road!

🗺️ Got a couple of extra days? Extend your road trip!

For me, the Derwent Valley is one of Tasmania’s most special places and you could easily spend 3 or 4 nights in the region.

If you have the time, I recommend basing yourself in New Norfolk at the stunning  Explorers Lodge B&B ( read my review here ) and using it as a base to drive up to Mt Field, and out to Maydena, Lake Pedder and Strathgordon.

One other region that flies waaaay under the radar is the Central Highlands of Tasmania. Reminiscent of the Scottish Highlands, you will love a couple of nights at the gorgeous  Ratho Farm  in Bothwell ( read my review here ) and doing day-trips into the surrounding region.

Taylor Swift Moves to Trademark ‘Female Rage: The Musical’ in Light of Recent ‘Eras Tour’ Developments

Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour Lands In Europe—Here’s How It Could Boost Local Economies And Drive Inflation

Taylor Swift's Eras tour landed in Europe this week and could be more than just a cultural phenomenon, potentially shaking up local economies—driven in part by thousands of American fans flying in.

Taylor Swift’s 18-city European leg of her Eras tour may spur economic uplift in host cities—with ... [+] the potential for inflation.

The pop star's 18-city European tour kicked off Thursday in Paris—attracting a crowd of around 42,000 each night—with stops including Stockholm, Lisbon, and Madrid, and concluding in London in August.

Cities across Swift’s tour itinerary are experiencing a spike in short-term rental prices and hotel accommodation rates, even ahead of her arrival, reported the Guardian.

In Paris, this week’s average room rates for luxury hotels shot up 36% from the same period last year, coinciding with the Grammy winner’s four-day stint, said Jack Ezon, founder of luxury travel agency Embark Beyond .

Stockholm, Swift’s next tour stop after Paris, anticipates her three concerts to inject more than $43.5 million (471.9 million Swedish Krona) into the city, said the city’s Chamber of Commerce in March.

The notable increase in Sweden's local GDP may be driven by an expected audience of 150,000 to 200,000—which is substantial relative to Stockholm's population, Michael Grahn, chief economist at Danske Bank, told Forbes.

Compared to last year's U.S. tour, Swift's European leg will bring “even greater economic impact” this summer, with robust transportation networks facilitating access to venues and enhancing economic benefits across Europe, suggested Natalia Lechmanova, chief economist at Mastercard Economics Institute.

“Similarly to the US, smaller cities like Liverpool or Lyon are likely to see a greater impact than major hubs like London or Paris,” Lechmanova added.

Will Taylor Swift Spur Inflation Across Europe?

While Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour will likely have a “brief, but discernible” impact on local city economies across Europe—for example, in relatively smaller cities like Lisbon—it is “unlikely to have any major inflationary effect on national economies,” noted Brett House, an economics professor at Columbia Business School. The tour’s economic impact, although significant “for a cultural event,” remains minor compared to the annual output and aggregate demand of the market it enters. “Any local bump in prices is likely to be fleeting,” House told Forbes. In light of Beyoncé’s performance in Stockholm last year, which caused an unusual rise in hospitality sector prices, Grahn noted that hotel, restaurant and ticket prices need to have been hiked even more than that—if Taylor Swift’s tour were to drive regional inflation. “This might actually be the case, although it is very hard to gauge,” he told Forbes.

The inflationary impact of celebrity tours on local economies is not unprecedented, as shown by Beyoncé's Renaissance world tour in Sweden last May. The two-night concert in Stockholm, which drew a full house of 46,000 fans, led to a surge in demand for hotels and restaurants. And clearly, the star ran the world—or at least a country. Sweden reported higher-than-expected inflation of 9.7% that month, to which the heightened prices of accommodation and dining “probably” added between 0.2 and 0.3 percentage points, according to Grahn. Visit Stockholm, the official tourism promotion agency of the city, attributed this boom in tourism to the "Beyoncé effect" in an email to the Washington Post.

Key Background

Americans are notably drawn to Taylor Swift's European tour for several compelling reasons, including the allure of significantly lower ticket prices—about 87% cheaper than in the U.S. The strong U.S. dollar is also “likely to boost spending” by American concertgoers in Europe, as noted by House. According to TripIt, a travel-organizing app, around 40% of Americans planning a pop-culture trip early this year aimed to attend Swift’s international shows, with many apparently succeeding in their goal: Americans purchased 20% of the tickets for her Paris shows, and in Stockholm, they represented 10,000 of the 120,000 attendees, as reported by The Associated Press .

Beyond merely attending concerts, fans often extend their stays, fueling local economies through spending on dining, hotels, shopping, and guided tours. “Everyone can agree Taylor Swift is a cultural force to be reckoned with, but perhaps not everyone appreciates the economic impact she has on the places she visits,” Lechmanova told Forbes. During the pop star’s U.S. Eras Tour last year, spending at restaurants within a 2.5-mile radius of her concert stadium saw a 68% increase per day, while expenditures at hotels rose by 47% in the same area, according to Mastercard Economic Institute. The Summer tour in Europe allows fans to combine concerts with holidays, which is expected to “boost the economy of European cities further,” she wrote.

Crucial Quote

For all of our general clients flying to Europe for the summer vacation, “we literally have to treat the Taylor Swift show as if it's like the Olympics or the World Cup,” said Eric Hrubant, founder and CEO of a New York-based concierge travel agency CIRE Travel. “Taylor Swift has the same effect as a city-wide convention would have.”

Surprising Fact

Taylor Swift's concerts might not just entertain; they could potentially overshadow the Paris Olympics in terms of economic impact. “For every one Olympic booking we're doing, we've done five Taylor Swift bookings,” said Ezon. Swift’s tour appeals to a broader, younger audience and requires less of a time commitment than the Olympics—where most hotels have a seven to 14 night minimum. Additionally, the cost for a three-day Taylor Swift weekend through Ezon’s agency, Embark, is nearly four times less than the average cost for a seven-day Olympic trip, making it a more accessible option for many fans, according to Ezon.

Forbes Valuation

We estimate Taylor Swift’s net worth to be around $1.1 billion as of Friday. The pop star became a billionaire in October, in large part due to her record-breaking Eras Tour—the first tour in history to gross $1 billion—and its concert movie released in theaters in October.

Big Numbers

$1.4 billion. That’s how much the 34-year-old singer-songwriter’s world tour is estimated to gross in ticket sales by its conclusion, setting a new record as the most lucrative tour ever—and even eclipsing Elton John’s previous record of $939 million from his multiyear farewell tour.
