The views on the 6th floor is amazing. I could see sunrise and the skyline of the town. There are USB charging points at both sides of the bed.

The room was small and basic, but very very clean and well decorated, i have used a lot of budget hotels when driving between the UK and southern France. And this is by far the best to date. Friendly, courteous staff and a really good value breakfast at only 8.50€. The.built in usb points next to the bed were a refreshing touch. Will definitely book again.

Favoriser une dynamique de vie en collectivité dans l’habitat pour :

acquérir des compétences en ateliers d’activités sociales.

être acteur de la vie quotidienne dans son logement, en participant à des soirées collectives, mais aussi en y invitant son environnement proche.

Faciliter l’i nclusion sociale en dehors de l’habitat : participer à des ateliers socioprofessionnels et/ou des activités du week-end (sorties culturelles et sportives, activités écocitoyennes).

Le projet d’habitat ALVA est ouvert à 6 jeunes adultes avec TSA, disposant d’un niveau d’autonomie dans les actes de la vie quotidienne qui soit compatible avec la vie en milieu ordinaire et non médicalisé.

Les futurs habitants  adhérent à un projet de vie en collectivité, mis en œuvre par eux- mêmes et accompagné par l’association ALVA et ses principes de fonctionnement.

Chaque futur habitant sera locataire de son appartement et signera un bail avec l’opérateur immobilier, la durée du bail est fixée par la réglementation (3 ans renouvelable).

Les candidatures sont ouvertes du 1er janvier au 30 avril 2022 . Les personnes et les familles intéressées peuvent dès à présent déposer leur demande en nous adressant une correspondance motivée (lettre ou mail) afin de fixer les premiers échanges.

Les admissions seront prononcées par le bailleur en concertation étroite avec l’association ALVA.

Financement

Chaque habitant règle son loyer et finance ses dépenses personnelles (nourriture, vêtements, loisirs...) sur ses propres ressources, AAH (Allocation Adulte Handicapé) ou revenus d’activité.

Les 6 appartements de type 2 sont des logements à loyers modérés, réglementés et soumis à plafonds de ressources. Les logements donnent droit à l’ouverture de droits APL (Aide Personnalisée au Logement).

A ce stade l'association ne bénéficie d'aucun financement public et/ou privé pour le financement des loyers des espaces ressources et communs. Un reste à charge est à prévoir par les familles dès l'entrée dans le dispositif.

Les charges de la vie courante (eau, électricité ...) de ces espaces seront aux dépens de l’association ALVA.
