I am happy with the service provided by Vardan at Maldives. Package costed a bit expensive as I was traveling alone but it was worth it as agent in Maldives (Vardan) was very helpful and very friendly nature. Hotel was OK not that great Overall enjoyed and had fun.🤩

Worst experience

Second time with the company which is i really regret it, first time they took extra money and until now they didn’t refund** more that a year**, and second time we booked a 3 stars hotel in armenia when we arrived we discovered that the room is in the back yard of the hotel not even inside the hotel it felt like a room for the housemaids AC was noisy, washroom was very small for kids not adult** the picture of the room that we were accommodated upon arrival was not available at the online when we were checking the hotel, the tour leader is the one assisted us to change the room as we didn’t get any reply from the company side, it feels like that the company doesn’t exist.. when we asked about the extra luggage allowance they said 750 per, when we arrived at the airport the cost was 175 AED which is big difference. Also once you paid for the trip they ignored all your questions and they don’t even answer on mails or calls they don’t know something about customer service or show any kind of support, Also they don’t deserve the one star the real voting is zero.

Have been to Armenia through Holiday Factory. As of Day1, we could cover some amazing spots within Yerevan like the Republic Square, Victory Memorial and the Cascade space. Having a good time for now and would surely suggest going with Holiday Factory

Once in Tbilisi,Georgia must do Gudauri tour ski resort. Wonderful arranged by Holiday factory. Snow mountain is amazing.. I can compare it with my Switzerland experience. But here it's less expensive. Our tour guides are active and helpful. Really enjoyed the tour.

Most unprofessional service and most likely your money will get stuck

These people are scam, book on your own and you will have a lot better experience for cheaper Last year, I booked my trip to Albania with them, they took the money first and then told me that I am not yet eligible to get the e visa because I haven't yet completed one year of my residence visa and so the trip is not possible. They told me that refund is not possible either but I can use it for another trip or USE IT LATER. Now, an year later I call them to ask for the trip and they tell me that I was supposed to use the credits for some other place within those dates? So now I am told that my "travel credits have expired" aka my money has evaporated into thin air.

Scammers DO NOT USE Them

Scammers, Nicole Was so rude lied to us and then cut the phone on us. They will take your money and you won’t travel. And you won’t get your money back forget it you will spend money and loose it book on your own. When they say cheap is expensive this is this disgusting company. And they blocked and deleted my comments on social Media that’s why they don’t have many comments on their posts.

Horrible experience!

Horrible experience! I will never book again or recommend to my Family or Friends ! I have bought Maldives Package and they have promised to provide Flight tickets upon my requested date or +_ 4 days, However, Holiday Factory Agent called me and mentioned that Flights are not available and if you still wish to travel, I must pay an additional AED 700 for Fare Difference!!!! I have decided to cancel this trip, and I was informed that it will be no refund provided as per the Company Policy they will issue A VOUCHER (with 2 year of usage) Im extremely disappointed of this Company and will never ever even look into their side !!! This Company must be banned in UAE !!!

Holiday factory.. a big scammer in UAE

These are the big time scammers.. they have taken 8000 from us for Armenia and Georgia trip and after taking our amount they told us we can't travel to Armenia bcz of our pakistani passport.. we selected another country and after few hours they told we cannot change the package.. n they said from whole amount of 8000, they will only return us 800 ie 10% of the whole amount.. please don't fall for their scam.. they are not transparent at all

This company is scammer

This company is scammer! I book since 2years until now i didnt use my voucher everytime i book and there is promotion online there is hidden charges!!!! I ask to refund my money they keep telling 3-6months and they will deduct money from you. However, i keep chasing to book and the service was very bad!’ Hidden charges but i never get any response. Please refund my money as soon as possible its been 2years now !!!!

Both accident and sickness events are covered to the value of USD 50,000. The travel insurance meets standards of Schengen visa countries, which are acceptable during the time of Schengen visa processing.

Very Important Information: Travel Insurance is mandatory in most countries, including those with “Visa On Arrival” or “Visa Free” policies. It is usually required to show proof of insurance during check-in before departure, or during immigration procedures at arrival to your destination.

Many of our holiday destinations are “Visa Free” or “Visa on Arrival”. However, we don’t provide Visas with our holiday packages unless stated within the package.

Obtaining visas is the sole responsibility of the traveler(s) prior to the travel dates. We support your visa application by providing the necessary travel documents which are accepted by all visa centers.

A child below 2 years old is charged a discounted infant fee of AED 300 only. A child above 2 years old at travel time is considered an adult and a full-priced holiday voucher under his/her name is to be purchased.
