The real issue came for our return journey. We called them in advance to confirm our arrival time and the fact that we would need them to pick us up. We asked them to change our collection time from 7:50pm if possible to 7:30pm so we can have more time to check-in especially considering how busy the airport is known to be. They said that is fine.

On the day, the taxi didn't arrive by 7:35pm, our hotel called the taxi company who said they are on the way. Then 20 minutes later, they called me to say they ran into technical difficulties and would not be able to pick us up. They said I should hire a taxi myself and give them Atik Tours phone number and they will arrange payment. No taxi driver would clearly accept this which I told them but they protested and said they would. I got a taxi and they said they wouldn't clearly accept this so we paid for the taxi ourselves to the airport and just about got there on time.

I have picked this up with HolidayTaxis.com to investigate as it seems like this isn't the first time they have done this. If you want a taxi to the airport, I recommend arranging this LOCALLY. They are FAR cheaper and more reliable.

I've checked Atik Tour website, it has the picture of TURSAB / Association of Turkish Travel Agencies but there is no further info about the number of registration, thus it also suspicious on its legality to operate the tourism business!

Het hotel was goed gelegen voor mij. Het personeel was echt vriendelijk. Het hotel was proper ook omdat het nog vrij nieuw is. Er is een lift aanwezig. Het bed was heel goed! De airco werd aangeraden dag en nacht te laten opstaan. Ik was alleen en kreeg een grote kamer. Het ontbijt was altijd vers en de ontbijtzaal was in de kelder van 8u tot 10u.

De personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het is een leuke kleine hotel en qua locatie is het perfect.

It is located around 10-15mins walk from the center however the location is nice given the price.

Very central location close to the tram stop that goes to the airport. Clean and nice. Very good value for money! Special thanks for the reception stuff who opened a gym earlier for me, so I could get my workout done before the early morning flight!

Really enjoyed this stay. Went for 3 nights, location was perfect as we wanted to stay close to the old city to explore as much as possible. Staff were exceptional and breakfast was amazing.

Very good breakfast and the front desk is nice always ready to help. They welcome you with a smile. They always have a smile on their face which is nice. It’s nice and quiet thankfully the place doesn’t smell like smoke like other places. I am a non smoker and I liked that.

The food (breakfast) was amazing, with a variety of choice for eating and drinking. The room was clean, spacious and very cozy! The people behind the reception desk very kind, friendly and very helpful. Guys, thank you so much for the great experience and hope to visit you soon. Bus and tram stations no more than 400-500 meters away, so super convenient when in a need to travel to/from Airport.

Location is paramount! Front of staff in this hotel are just amazing. Chopan and Hasan both are great and welcoming. ( Hope I spelled the names right. ) Had the breakfast buffet lots of selection for a off season period, still the lovely lady made me a omelette on both days. Overall great.
