Greenbriar II is located in Brick, Ocean County, New Jersey and is open to adults age 55 and older.  Access to and from the Garden State Parkway is conveniently nearby, as are many roads leading to major shopping areas, the beaches and other places of interest. Greenbriar II is surrounded by shops, restaurants and recreational opportunities.  Interstate 195,  only a short distance from Brick makes traveling to Atlantic City, Philadelphia and New York easy.

of multiple elections.  Federal, State, and local, where individual candidate support may 

require additional signs. All signs need to be maintained and should state political

support. They should not be derogatory or offensive

When riding your bike in the community, please be aware of those around you.  Many of our residents enjoy walking and

there have been reports to the H.O.A. Office that cyclists riding on the sidewalk have nearly collided with them.

When the woman dispatcher is on duty Start walking lol. I'm waiting now for 1 hr 45 minutes.... was told 30 minute wait . I Seriously have waited 3 hours when she is working . The Only reason I use the is because they are cheaper than Uber and there local competitor .

In my opinion this company is over priced compared to their competitors. We were charged $16.50 for a ride from Leisure Village to the Lakewood Bus Terminal (5.5 miles) a 12 min. ride. Try LAKEWOOD TAXI OR LATINO TAXI FIRST!

The only reason I'm giving Ace 1 star is because 0 stars or better still, negative stars, is not an option. What a pity. I really can't say enough horrible things about this poor excuse for a cab company but rest assured that if you want to be late for a pressing appointment or wait an hour or more for a taxi you're continuously promised will arrive in 15 minutes, knock yourself out. Otherwise call a competent, professional service like Latino or New Mataloking, but avoid wasting your time with these jokers at all cost.

Not a great business at all! Do not use this company! The drivers are terrible! They speed through residential neighborhoods. The driver tried passing a school bus that had just picked up children. It was a narrow residential street. Very dangerous. When the bus didn't move fast enough, he started honking his horn and yelling at the bus driver. He passed another car honking his horn. When I complained to the office, they denied that their driver was ever driving on that street.

The majority of the properties within Greenbriar One are single family homes. However, there are a limited number of duplexes within the community. Each property is individually owned. Rentals are permitted so long as the owner meets the terms and conditions contained in the governing documents. 

All potential residents and/or property owners are required to attend a Homeowners & Renters Committee meeting prior to closing.
