there is only 1 thing that we have recommendation for the tour - on our 1st day in Istanbul, the tour guide came late without any communication. we understand there are circumstances that tour starts late but we need to know what to expect. We were left waiting in the lobby for 20' know nothing about the late before reaching out to the urgent contacts for information. the tour guide came half an hour later... if this could be improved, that makes the trip even better

Trip to Turkey

I planned a trip to Turkey with Alaa Mohammed and she went above and beyond to make sure the trip was up to my expectations and satisfaction. She was an effective communicator, she constantly checked in to make sure everything was okay and she was quick to adapt to any changes I was requesting. I had the best time on my trip and everything was planned for. From excursions to pick ups to hotel transfers and flights ; she covered it all for me. I would highly suggest anyone and everyone working with Alaa. She’s the best at this job and always gives her 100%! Thank you Alaa :)

Great arrangements and good value for money

Highly recommend Fatima at Memphis Tours

Fatima has been amazing at helping me plan what I’m sure will be the trip of a lifetime. Due to a serious illness that my wife had to get through, my planning with Fatima was on-again off-again over more than two years. When I was finally able to get back with her she took up right where we left off and has been extremely helpful to plan our trip. I don’t normally recommend things to others but I wholeheartedly recommend Fatima at Memphis Tours.

Best experience ever with Basma Elmahdy

We started communicating with Basma Elmahdy to plan our trip. We thought that was the sales person and we would never talk to her again but she became our every step person. Not only the payment but we talk to her in detail about the places we for sure wanted to see. Well she customized our itinerary and ended up being the most perfect experience. Morrocco's best Tour Consultant

We recently planned a trip to Morrocco with Memphis Tour consultant Ms. Alaa Mohamed. This was our second trip with Memphis (our first was Egypt in 2022). No to Memphis Tours

I planned a trip through Zicaasso/Memphis Tour in 2020 right before the pandemic. Needless to say we postponed the trip after paying our deposit. We decided to try again this year since we to use our deposit. I had nothing but trouble trying to get our agent, Mohammed Abdeltawab to reply to my requests. I had to go through Zicasso to get him to reply. Since Egypt relies so heavily on tourism, you would think they would bend over backwards for their clients. We tried for several months to get our tour planned. After not getting timely answers we finally forfeited our deposit and went with another company who anwsers our questions within minutes. Even after we said we were cancelling he never commented.

An Awesome Turkey Tour

Basma was very helpful when planning my trip to Turkey from Toronto! Everything was wonderful, and we had an incredible time. It was a trip of a lifetime. I took domestic flights to different cities with my father, and we got to enjoy different parts of turkey. One of our flights was slightly delayed, but we were still able to see everything on the itinerary. Most importantly, as a healthcare worker, i was not getting time to thoroughly plan this trip and i put my trust in Basma and her team. Her team delivered. I will definitely book with this agency again in the future

Memphis tours are just a load of…

Memphis tours are just a load of exaggeration. Tours and accomodations are sold under 5 star banners but all our accomodations have been 3 stars. We paid a lot of money based on the advertised accomodations and facilities but the actual hotels have been nothing but disappointment. We were sold Movenpick hotel in Cairo and were placed in Sadie hotel. You can check and compare the two for yourself.

10 day tour

Overall it is a good atendance from the beginning trough the end. The organazier of the tour Mr. Tadell is always concern about your wellbeing and always ready to help you in any situation, hotel booking, transport, flights squedules and so on... Especialized egyptologist tour guides, specially Hisham Etman a well educated and frendly person who demostrated that he loves ancient history and arqueology! I totally will recomend to travel with Menphis tour it is an experience fir a lifeime! Go for it!

A pleasure in Dubai & Abu Dahbi

First I want to thank the company for helping me locate my luggage from the airlines, Then I must say it was a pleasure traveling with Memphis, always on time. My only concern was my hotel was not in the center of town. In Dubai and in Abu Dahbi was just a wonderful place too but again I paid extra for an upgrade and it was a dirty hotel, far away from my elevator and not clean in my room. I think a better hotel would be better.

Terrific service and trip but.......

Terrific service and trip but I didn’t like the high pressure expensive shops they took us to, the outrageous cost for drinks and the constant tipping of everyone and everything! Also, they want me to write a review then submit it for review to one of their tour guides for approval. That won’t happen!!!!

Very good service

Very good service, very friendly guide, interesting attractions and a well-organized circuit for the time of the tour. Our Cappadocia tour guide Erdi was great and Kuradasi Madiha took us on the tour super nice. And the guy who helped us at the airport Yusuf Eyvaz. Highly recommended. 10 day tour

Great Tour with Memphis

In February 2023 we embarked on a 16-day tour of Egypt with Memphis tours. Memphis was chosen as our tour company because of its outstanding online reviews and because it is an all-inclusive tour company with the expertise and flexibility to custom design itineraries. We received very good service by local staff who were experienced and nice. The tour was well organized, the guides were excellent and very knowledgeable, the transportation was effective and the hotels were all 4 and 5 star with the exception of one (Memphis has addressed this concern). There was one issue related to the timely exchange of emails, but it also has been addressed by Memphis. It is good to know that Memphis Tours not only organizGreat Tour to Egypt with Memphises great tours, but is a professional and responsive company in the way it addresses clients’ concerns.

Extremely good and fast communication-…

Extremely good and fast communication- Mina was there for me 24/7, even once during an emergency when it was 4 in the morning in his time zone. It meant a lot to know that he was not only willing to help, but was very pleasant about it, as well. (Mina in general is just an awesome human being and it was a pleasure to work with him planning my trip.) Communications between Memphis Tours and the individual tour companies that they work with in each country are commendable as well. All I would suggest to potential travelers is don't be afraid to ask about anything; they are happy to help ("They" meaning anyone from your Memphis Tours rep to your personal local tour guide on any given day.) I also appreciate their payment flexibility (So you can plan your trip early and then pay it off over several months, for example). Although I have traveled quite a bit, this was my first time using a Traveling Agency, and I'm so grateful to have discovered This one. Thank you for everything, Memphis Tours, I will be traveling with you again, soon. :)

Memphis Tours is headquartered in Egypt - It has no connection with Memphis Tour do Brasil. We had a very special service by Ahmed Tonny, as well as with his guides, Marcos/Cairo, Amrro/Luxor, and Kharled/Cairo our tireless concierge, are all extremely professionally competent and all with great empathy. The Hotels, the transfer vehicles always very clean and organized, exceeded expectations every day, not missing anything, not even water mineral. We know that on any trip there are some setbacks, flight delays, a hotel room that doesn't suit us, a problem at the reception, however, when they occurred, the Memphis team quickly resolved them. Congratulations from the Memphis working group. I definitely recommend this company and its entire team, to our friends, and to anyone who is in the process of deciding to travel to Egypt!

Memphis Tours was absolutely excellent

Memphis Tours was absolutely excellent! Our tour was June 14-21 but I worked closely with Ahmed Fathy for over a year to plan this trip for a group of 8. He was attentive and answered every call, text and email! He organized booking our hotels, domestic flights in Egypts, and securing our tour guides. When we landed Ahmed Mostafa, our Cairo tour manager, met us at the airport and personally escorted us through customs. Ahmed remained available at all times of the day and night. He kept in constant communication with me to ensure my travel group's needs were met. He, our driver, and security detail was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we felt safe and at ease. Our tour guide in Cairo was Joseph Selim and he exceeded all of our expectations. He was knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. Upon our arrival in Aswan our tour manager Amr Atef led us to our bus and already had a lab tech waiting to administer or Covid Test which was so convenient. Our Aswan tour guide, Mena Tamer and Luxor tour guide, Ashraf Saad were very knowledgeable, attentive, and personable. Overall, Memphis Tours exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds. This was my first time using them and my only regret is that it took me this long to find them! I highly recommend them for your international travel needs!

Best Dubai Trip

We used Memphis tours for our Dubai 2022 December trip and it was amazing. they picked us from the airport to the hotel. They provided family friendly trips for us and the Kids. i didnt even know there was Lego land in Dubai. it was 7 days enjoyment and kids can't wait to go back. their payment plan is so flexible and easy. i will use them again for sure! Overnight Tour to Taj Mahal

Great Experience

Egypt – June 10 to June 16 We had planned this trip over almost two years. After looking at offerings from various vendors, we selected Memphis Tours. In a brief high-level summary, they did NOT disappoint! In rating this adventure on a 5-star scale, 5. One of my bucket list is to see the ancient wonders of the world. I’ve been to the site of the Colossus of Rhodes, the Acropolis in Athens, Colosseum in Rome, Machu Pichu, Great Wall of China, Stone Henge and now the antiques of Egypt. We structured this trip to see a lot; the Pyramids of Giza; The temples of Aswan and the temples of Luxor including the Valley of Kings. In a word WOW! To be up close, touch and otherwise experience these monuments some almost 5,000-year-old, is mind blowing. To understand the context in human history is amazing. Our trip included a mini-cruise on the Nile (WOW!). The boat the “Minerva” was good; including accommodations, staff and food. We flew from Cairo to Aswan, caught the boat, sailed from Aswan to Luxor; then flew back to Cairo to go home. Flights were included in our package. In the hope of not botching names, I’d like to call out three people: “Menna” who was our coordinator and overall “boss” of our trip. This young lady can do it all. “Mai” who was our guide in Cairo/Giza, so smart, feisty and knowledgeable in all things ancient Egypt. Lastly, but NOT least is “Waled” who took us to Aswan and Luxor. His passion and knowledge are amazing. I’m just glad there wasn’t a test after. Their in-depth knowledge of not just facts, but the whys are incredible. Memphis Tours – be glad you have these folks on your team!

Excellent but....

We (2 couples) travelled with Memphis Tours for 14 days in Oct 2019. We reserved that trip with Memphis 11 months in advance. The organization including airport pick up, transportation, guides was first rate. We stayed in The Four Seasons Hotel in Cairo, Alexandria and Amman and cruise on the Nile on the Oberoi Philae. All very nice…I give them a 5/5. However, 2 issues that future customers should be aware of: 1- We were told a few days before our departure from Canada that the balance of the trip cost should be settle at our arrival at the Cairo Airport….IN CASH as opposed to using a credit card!!! Almost $10,000 US to be paid in cash in the airport arrival hall. Not very classy and not very safe. I do not know the reason but I suspect why…. 2-The other problem we encountered 2 days before arriving in Petra was an email from Memphis informing us that our hotel reservation at the Petra Movenpick had been cancelled by the hotel itself because of overbooking…and that we were instead going to stay at the Petra Marriott. In a subsequent email, Memphis said: “I do apologize for the inconvenience that happened, but the situation is not in our hands. We were informed that the hotel has an overdue capacity and some of the customers will be turned away to other hotels. At the same time, we were informed that the reservation at Marriott is confirmed due to a last-minute cancellation. Both Hotels are alternative to each other, It was our first choice yet its equal to Marriott in the quality of service and the amenities as well. We tried our best to reconfirm your stay at Movenpick Petra, by calling the Regional Director sales of Marketing, but he confirmed the same situation.” I wrote to Accor hotels who manages the Petra Movenpick for explanations. They replied that no reservation was ever made for us at the Movenpick. Memphis lied to us. This demonstrates a lack of ethics, transparency and integrity from the company. They could have told us that they had made a mistake and…we would have understood. No, instead they tried to cover up with a series of lies blaming the hotel for the mistake. Uncalled for. With regards to these 2 issues, I give them 0/5.

Great option for going to Egypt

We had a great experience travelling to Egypt with Memphis end to end. From our travel agent Sofia, to all the guides, drivers and agents across the trip, everyone was great and took good care of us. We did Cairo, Nile cruise (from Aswan to Luxor, including Abu Simbel, Kom ombo and Edfu), and Hurghada. Everything went very well and we can imagine how much harder and less informative it would have been without Memphis support and guides. Yes, we also got annoyed with all the tipping you need to do, but this is something about the country and not the agency. After any service they will be there waiting for the tip. We tipped everywhere, but always less then what we were recommended, thinking what made sense for us, and in our experience felt like people were just happy we were giving something and no one complained, apart from one guy, and our guide just helped us telling him off. Also bear in mind they are great sellers. In the street they will always be calling you in to the shops and do not go if you don't have time, as their minute is quite long. The guides will in general get you into shops as well, and we got the feeling they have taken us into better quality ones then the normal, which is good. In the shops they will always explain you something and make you wanna buy, but you totally dont need to if you don't want - and there was no pressure from our guides at any point... but if you do buy always remember to negotiate price as normally the first one will be much more then should be.

Tourists Beware!

We did a 10-day private tour package across Egypt. Memphis was just plain terrible. In Cairo, their airport liaison, Ahmed, was TERRIBLE — from the moment we met him, he had a negative attitude, visibly irritated by delays outside of our control (e.g., Egypt Air flight delays), and ultimately left us STRANDED in Cairo airport for 8 hours waiting to check in our flight home. What a way to end a trip! The itinerary stated he would pick us up the last day from our domestic flight, but he called us the night before telling us our luggage would be automatically passed to our int’l connection flight and he wouldn’t need to come to the airport. Well the airline didn’t do that, so we picked up our luggage and tried to check in early (since there’s no luggage storage in the airport), but ended up being stuck at their ticket counters waiting 8 hours until we could even check in 3 hours before our 12 hour flight home. What a disaster. When we tried calling Ahmed to help out, he did nothing to help. Customer service, what a joke. I absolutely don’t suggest using this company! While building the itinerary, they often made unusual price adjustments for simple requests, even though we could easily see what things really cost if we booked ourselves. It was always their way of just making you do what they want you to do. Their tour guides did similar things, always trying to adjust the itinerary without an explanation or finding ways to stop at tourist shops instead of spending more time at the sites. Some of the guides were not knowledgeable about the sites either, mistaking simple facts or answering our questions pretty poorly. If you REALLY want to know about Egypt, you can read about it ahead of time and just go to the sites yourself. Many times my wife and I felt like all we really needed was transportation, the guides were mostly unnecessary. It always felt like things are done in a way that suits Memphis and not us. For example, their domestic flight pickup times were always 1 hour earlier than necessary, sometimes asking us to wake up very early morning 4AM only to just spend that time waiting at the airport; we suspect this was to meet their schedule for picking up other customers. Again, they don’t care about you or your experience, you’re treated like a walking ATM. One tour guide, the one in Cairo, we found to be especially BAD. She insisted on trying to change the itinerary around, and when we refused, ended up taking us thru a site but offering no exposition. She just talked on her phone and turned around to urge us to keep moving along. The next day, she wanted to change the pickup time to be later in the AM (since she refused to believe we wanted more time at one site that morning!) It ended up working out OK by sticking to the original plan, but it was a strange interaction that left us with a negative experience since it just felt like all she wanted was for us to meet her timelines and not ours. She was also very pushy about going to the tourist traps instead of spending more time at the Pyramids and taking pictures (when the crowds periodically die down). That’s what we came here for, not buying knockoff souvenirs made in China! It’s a shame because Egypt itself is amazing with so much to offer, but companies like this are just milking tourists as much as they can. If you think you can pay up for better service or custom plans, Memphis Tours is the wrong place.

Excellent custom tour of Egypt and Jordan!

I had an excellent experience working with travel agent Ayman Fawzy. After finding the travel agency through web searches, I knew roughly what to expect and they seemed to one of the biggest companies in Egypt. I did not want a group tour, and I also wanted to choose some of my own hotels and destinations. Ayman assured me that this was possible, and we worked together on an itinerary that matched what I wanted for my family. At each stop during our two weeks in Egypt and Jordan, we had excellent local guides and drivers. I couldn't have been happier with the team members who assisted us along the way and made for seamless travel from Cairo to Luxor, a cruise on the Nile, sightseeing flight to Abu Simbel, travel to Amman, and stops at the Dead Sea, Petra, and Wadi Rum. Be prepared for a lot of tipping of guides and drivers at each stop, but I feel that's part of this kind of travel, and I didn't mind rewarding these individuals for going above and beyond to make sure we had an excellent experience. Along the way, each of my local "operation managers" were in touch constantly making sure I was happy and asking if we needed anything. Talk about going above and beyond: our manager in Cairo even took us to a local place on his own time to play FIFA with my son after learning he was into it. And our driver in Jordan had us over to his house on the last day where we met his lovely family over lunch. If you put in the effort to design your trip for your expectations and embrace the local professionals, I expect you'll have a great experience. And if unsure, ask! Plenty of times we were unsure about the right amount to tip, wanted recommendations for eating out, or wanted to make minor modifications to our agenda. Never did I feel like I was bothering them and they were unfailingly helpful.

Memphis tours is the Best

Memphis tours is the Best Arabian Cultural Tour Dubai was our name. Our trip was ten days from Dec 6, 2022 until Dec 15, 2022. We experienced UAE Culture . The group visited five of the Emirates which was wonderful and to add to that we had a delicious Cultural Lunch at the Cultural Center in Dubai. The food was displayed on the floor, we sat on pillows and there was an Emirate man and young women who answered all questions ask. That was a highlight and an Awesome experience which should be offered regularly. Memphis Tours is rated 5 star in my book. There were nine people in my group and everyone said this was the best tour ever. There was no question about anything. We used an App, so we had excellent communication daily. The transport at the airport as great. No one had to wait, pick up was perfect. Transport to all of our excursions was excellent, always ahead of time, never having or worry about if they were coming. The hotels were all 5 star, in Dubai the JW Marriot Marquis downtown and the Chedi Al Bait in Sharjah was outstanding. The food was excellent at both Hotels. Everyone loved the hotels, the service was excellent, staff very attentive, the beds were very comfortable in both hotels and the rooms were always kept clean. Mahmoud was our tour guide he made the tour even more special, very knowledgeable about the UAE. I recommend him as being excellent and I want him for my next tour. Yosri put my tour together and he gave me everything I asked for. This was the best tour I have been on. My tour group said, this was a tour of a life time. It was perfect because of Memphis Tours and Their expertise. There were No negatives about this trip. This was my second tour with Memphis Tours and I'm planning my third. Great Egypt and Jordan Experience!

Overall, the trip was Amazing. All of the tour guides were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We did a package tour from Egypt to Jordan over the New Year which included trips to Giza, the Egyptian Museum, a Nile cruise, Philae Island, Kom Ombo, Edfu Temple, Karnak Temple, Luxor Temple, the Valley of the Kings, the Dead Sea, Jerash and Petra. We did the Nubian Museum for $25 extra each. Ahmed Osman was our tour guide for Cairo and he was outstanding! Hany was our guide while on the cruise and visiting Aswan, Edfu, and Luxor. He was great as well! While in Jordan, Mohamed (didn’t get a last name) was our driver but we had various tour guides at the various spots. Dia was our guide in Petra. Everyone was great! Ayman Fawzy was our main contact during the preparation phase and he always communicated in a timely manner and was extremely helpful with our preparation. Nasr was our ground contact while in Egypt and he was outstanding as well. He even went out of his way to help us with lost items. The last day some of my family members had an incident with their flights having to be rescheduled. Memphis Tours again stepped up and assisted with their hotel accommodations and transportation! I would highly recommend them! My only issue was that the various guides and drivers will take you to the stores/shops they recommend for souvenirs and gifts. I found out, after the fact and after having already purchased items, that all of those places overcharge for Everything…from jewelry to scarves. Please be mindful and do some research before hand on what the fair price should be. They will try to tell you that you are getting a good price but still overcharge you. Be prepared to haggle if it is that type of situation. The cartouche store, Topaz Bazaar, actually had an additional $20 tacked on to both me and my daughter’s purchases that could not be accounted for…after they added a 3% credit card fee. I consider myself a pretty seasoned traveler and usually I’m pretty good with this, but, they got me this time. The pieces are beautiful, but overpriced. Please be mindful.

I was on holiday in Egypt recently with a friend. The guides that were assigned to us for the duration of our trip were from Memphis Travel. They were wonderful. Nothing was a bother to them. In particular Tayel who met us initially and dealt with us regularly, also our guide Reham and driver Mostafe, who were our guides in Cairo and our guide Ash who we had in Aswan, Esna and Luxor. My trip to Dubai

My trip to Dubai was an awesome experience. Our tour guide Sam the man was very informative and he made our group feel at ease. Sam went beyond his duties to accommodate our needs. My Dubai trip was wonderful

My Dubai trip was wonderful, we told Yosri from Memphis Tours what we wanted and he delivered. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave us great details about the culture and the country. We had a full itinerary for the time we spent in Dubai and each experience was unique. We enjoyed Dinner in the Sky. Excellent Organization in Turkey Tour

Due to the pandemic, I changed the travel destination and the departure date many times. Memphis Tours was most gracious handling these last minute changes. They orchestrated all the moving pieces and also helped with getting a PCR test prior to our return trip to the US. Their rapid response put our nerves at ease when Turkey's restriction status was changing daily. Representatives did an incredible job with pickups (drivers with a translator) and wonderfully chosen guides. With each new city, we were greeted by fun, knowledgable, and flexible guides who spoke fluent English and some. I had the time of my life and Turkey may be my top three out of 50 counties I visited over the years thanks to the strong team of these kind individuals: Ayman, Nazan, Ennis, Queen Latife, Derya and Derya. Teasekular!

My husband and I had a wonderful time…

My husband and I had a wonderful time on our trip! Our custom tour was planned by Mina Ramsies, and we were able to see the best sights of Jordan and Egypt. We are super thankful to our transfer driver and tour guide in Jordan, Rami and Hassan; when we lost our luggage, they went above and beyond to help us and make the best trip for us. We had wonderful tour guides in Egypt as well that guided us all the way through Cairo to Abu Simbel. Our tour guide in downtown Cairo, Ahmed, was incredible and made our tour super fun! We loved our trip and will definitely book again with Memphis tours. We highly recommend!

Fady, our agent, was diligent, kind and put together a really comprehensive and fun tour, fulfilling all our expectations. We always felt accompanied by the agency because of him. Our bookings were as we expected them and did not have any issues.

We went to Wadi Shab in Oman and we were completely ripped off. We paid £300 for 3 people, and trips are generally about £150. They said that entrances to all sites were included, yet none of the sites needed an entrance fee, the wadi shab was £2pp to cross the river to the wadi, THATS IT. They said lunch was provided, we got a cheese sandwich, boiling hot hummus and Arabic bread. The food was left out in the sun FOR HOURS. Our guide also only provided us with ONE 500 ml of water each, mind you it’s 36° with 80% humidity. They made us walk at midday when the sun was the hottest. Not a very thoughtful company. Quite a rip off.

Amazing Birthday Vacation

I had an amazing birthday vacation in Abu Dhabi and Dubai thanks to Mina Ramsies at Memphis Tours. The itinerary was perfect and included flights from JFK to Dubai. We stayed in two hotels and enjoyed various tours such as the Dubai Traditional Tour, Desert Safari, and Dubai Modern Tour with a visit to the Burj Khalifa. The highlight was the Miracle Garden and Global Village tours. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with my family and I highly recommend Mina and Memphis Tours. Thank you 😊

We recently toured Abu Dhabi and Dubai and the best part of the trip was the tour guide, Zeba. She was great, she has a wealth of knowledge to share and answered all our questions. She shared so much information that we looked forward to the tours even more. She knew the cities and gave helpful advice on where we could find the items we planned to purchase. She was a delight to speak with and understand a fascinating country. We would love to visit Dubai again, but only if Zeba is our guide. She truly is a talented young lady with a passion for her job! I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY

In Dec/2022 we bought a package (5 stars) for 12 days with this agency, and we had the great misfortune of being robbed on the 3rd day, on a private tour to Abu Simbel, with our family group of 10 people. I did the review on Trip Advisor, I also complained by email, and amazingly, we were called as “players”, that is, liars, by Mr Gamal El Hadary, director of the company, for being Brazilian (Latin). I have never seen such prejudice! If we were Americans or Europeans I'm sure we would have had better treatment. In addition to not accepting our complaint, we were even accused of scammers, after having been robbed! It wasn't a small amount, it was 2000 USD! And we are absolutely sure that it happened in the van, as it was the only time we left our backpacks in the van, where the two drivers from the Memphis agency were. The agency should be responsible for our safety, and at the very least, hire reliable people for this service, especially since we were in a private van. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO I RECOMMEND this agency to anyone! They are not trustworthy people, they don't know how to treat customers with respect! In addition to the damage, they also blamed us because we had not left the money in the hotel safe box, and this was not possible, as we only checked in at the hotel (Cruise) after the tour! It was supposed to be a memorable trip, but unfortunately this lack of security messed up everything!

Top Notch from start to finish

Wonderful from start to finish! Our trip to Turkey was planned perfectly! Mina was our contact in planning the trip. She was attentive and always got back to me promptly! Our tour guide in Istanbul was amazing- Latifah and our tour guide in Cappadocia was awesome as well! Aladdin was our transfer person and he away kind and helpful! Funds helped us in kusadasi and she was extremely knowledgeable! All guides were high level and we loved every minute of our tours!!! Absolutely wonderful experience. All guides were so friendly and knowledgeable and I felt cared for and looked after the entire trip. Just a reminder from Justin Timberlake: 'It's Gonna Be May!'

Whether you like it or not, the annual "It's Gonna Be May" Justin Timberlake memes will soon flood the internet.

The meme stems from NSYNC's 2000 smash hit "It's Gonna Be Me" on the group's second album "No Strings Attached". When singing the titular line in the song, Timberlake, in his iconic frosted tips, annunciates the word "me" as "May."

NYSYNC has played into the joke over the years by sharing memes on the "holiday" and even going as far as acknowledging the meme on its YouTube channel a few years back . The original video, according to the channel, was identified as "It's Gonna Be Me (It's Gonna Be May - Official Video)."

Why did Justin Timberlake sing 'It's Gonna be Me' that way?

The group went on the YouTube interview show " Hot Ones " in September 2023 as part of their semi-reunion. During the interview, Timberlake said he did not sing it that way initially but was told to sing it that way instead.

Timberlake confirmed on the show that he sang "It's gonna be me," and a producer told him to say "may" instead, with fellow NSYNC member JC Chasez chiming in to remind Timberlake the producers and songwriters Max Martin, Andreas Calsson and Rami were Swedish and had accents.

When did the Justin Timberlake 'It's gonna be May' meme first come out?

The  first iteration of the meme appeared on Tumblr in 2012 . The meme was a calendar featuring a smiling photo of Timberlake on April 30 with "It's gonna be May!" written on it, according to a 2016 article from E! News. The meme caught fire and different versions of it have been in circulation ever since.

NSYNC reunion tour?

Recently, Timberlake reunited the group for its first performance since the 2013 VMA's at a concert of his in Los Angeles. He brought the other four members, Joey Fatone, Lance Bass, JC Chsez and Chris Kirkpatrick, up on stage with him at the end of the performance to perform several of their biggest hits during Timberlake' set.

The performance left people wondering if there will be a reunion tour like so many artists are doing these day, but there has been no official announcement of one.
