Riley Green is currently in the midst of his expansive 2024 Ain't My Last Rodeo tour, with the ‘Lifestyle Country’ flag-bearer set to perform at the Mercedes-Benz Amphitheater in his beloved home-state of Alabama on April 18th.

After dropping a seven-track EP, Way Out Here , on April 12th, and teasing yet more new music coming this year, it's safe to say Riley Green is spoiled for choice when it comes to compiling his setlist. So far in 2024, he's been incorporating a range of tracks from Way Out Here and his celebrated 2023 album, Ain't My Last Rodeo .

He's been delivering a stellar stripped-back rendition of his new fan-favourite, ‘Jesus Saves’, during the acoustic section of his shows, alongside another stand-out from Way Out Here , ‘Worst Way’, in addition to the project's title-track.

With Ella Langley and Tracy Lawrence supporting Riley throughout his 2024 tour, both artists have been making appearances during his headline set for some captivating duets.

Ella tends to join Riley for a cover of Jamey Johnson's ‘In Color’, while Tracy has been emerging for a touching tribute to the late Toby Keith, ‘Should've Been a Cowboy’.

Thankfully, as well as newer material such as ‘Damn Good Day To Leave’, Riley Green continues to include older hits such as ‘Outlaws Like Us’, ‘Bury Me in Dixie’ and ‘Georgia Time’.

Here you can find Riley Green's updated setlist as he continues his 2024 concert tour.

Riley Green's sets get off to a rowdy start with his much-loved down-home anthem, ‘Different ‘Round Here’. The track originally appeared on his 2019 album of the same name, but was re-released in 2023 with a blockbuster Luke Combs feature .

Also making its way into Green's set is one of the Alabama native's earliest hits, ‘There Was This Girl’, which has been serving as the grand finale for the main portion of his 2024 shows, before he returns for his usual three-song encore.

His high-profile Thomas Rhett collaboration, ‘Half Of Me’, is another track that always receives a raucous welcome whenever Riley Green plays it live, as does ‘If It Wasn't For Trucks’.

However, as much as fans love the Friday night fire-starters, unquestionably the most powerful performance of the night is Green's ‘I Wish Grandpas Never Died’.

With everyone in the stadium turning on their phone lights, and Green letting them sing the words back to him during the final chorus, it's always a special moment in his set.

About Riley Green:

Riley Green has been compelling Country music fans to raise a drink, shed a tear, and, above all, celebrate where they are from, since first releasing his self-titled EP in 2018. His songs like the No. 1 PLATINUM hit “ There Was This Girl ,” the 2X-PLATINUM-certified heart-tugger “ I Wish Grandpas Never Died ” (which he performed live at the 55th ACM Awards), and his chart-topping collab with Thomas Rhett, “ Half of Me ,” have made Riley synonymous with what Country music does best: making listeners feel something with his no-gimmick, relatable writing and classic feel. An avid sports fan, former athlete (Jacksonville State University quarterback) and outdoorsman, Riley is riding a wave of success after being named the Academy of Country Music’s 2020 New Male Artist of the Year, a former MusicRow Breakout Artist of the Year, a CMT “Listen Up Artist,” and one of CRS’s 2020 New Faces. Now playing to an average of 65,000 fans each night serving as direct support for Morgan Wallen and Luke Combs this year, Green headlined the Rock The South festival and is selling out his own headlining shows. Combs, joins Riley on his current Top 30-and-climbing single “ Different ‘Round Here (Ft. Luke Combs) , ” the title track to Riley’s 2019 debut album that he re-recorded with Combs after seeing how fans connected to it. His new album A in’t My Last Rodeo , produced by Dann Huff, is more of the signature Riley Green fans have come to know and love from the good ol’ boy who still lives in his hometown of Jacksonville, AL. The project, heavily influenced by the rural, small town and slower way of life at home and time spent with his family, the new project, due October 13 via BMLG Records. See tour dates and learn more at rileygreenmusic.com.

About Tracy Lawrence:

With 13M albums sold and 18 No.1 singles, Tracy Lawrence has been a Country music icon for more than thirty years. Yet even as he continues to release music and tour, the CMA and ACM award winner’s ambitions have also extended to numerous media and charity projects. In recent years, Lawrence has hosted the radio show “Honky Tonkin’ with Tracy Lawrence,” which currently airs in more than 170 markets. His interest in working with younger artists and being able to explore different topics led to the “TL’s Road House” podcast, which has featured such guests as HARDY, Jelly Roll and Lainey Wilson.

After revisiting his catalog with the  Hindsight 2020 Vol 1, 2,  and  3  and Live at Billy Bob’s Texas albums, Lawrence is gearing up to return to the studio. Meantime, the most important part of his work has become the Mission:Possible non-profit benefiting the homeless: From its humble beginnings cooking Thanksgiving dinners for the Nashville Rescue Mission, the organization has raised more than $2.5M for this important cause. Lawrence’s philanthropic efforts were honored with the 2023 CRS Humanitarian Award.

About Ella Langley:

Ella Langley’s music kicks like a smooth Alabama whiskey. Her dyed-in-the-wool country storytelling and anthemic hooks go down easy, while moments of attitude-laden rock ‘n’ roll might just knock you on the floor. The singer and songwriter distills her honest experiences and formative inspirations into an intoxicating and inimitable brew of her own. Hailing from Hope Hull, Alabama, she tirelessly gigged in bars and at local festivals before relocating to Nashville in 2019. She quietly built an audience on social media with a series of singles. Her songs “If You Have To” (2021), “Damn You” (2022), and “Country Boy’s Dream Girl” (2022) have continuously fueled her momentum with tens of millions of streams on each track. Simultaneously, she landed high-profile cuts behind-the-scenes. She co-wrote Elle King’s 2022 single “Out Yonder” in addition to four more tracks on Come Get Your Wife . As a formidable performer, she toured with the likes of Koe Wetzel, Randy Houser, Cody Johnson, and Jamey Johnson in addition to sharing the stage with Lainey Wilson and Parker McCollum. Meanwhile, she made her debut at the Grand Ole Opry, and Spotify pegged her as a “Hot Country Artist to Watch for 2023 . ” Flexing showstopping vocals, a razor-sharp pen, and no filter whatsoever, she’s quietly emerged as a phenomenon with tens of millions of streams and a growing fan base. She formally introduced her signature style on her 2023 debut EP, Excuse The Mess [Columbia Records/Sony Music Nashville], which features current rising single “ That’s Why We Fight ” [feat. Koe Wetzel]. She is set to hit the road supporting Jon Pardi on his Mr. Saturday Night World Tour for the remainder of the year.

Travis Kelce Details His and Taylor Swift’s Enchanted Coachella Date Night

Travis kelce filled in the blank spaces of his and taylor swift's date night at coachella april 13—including what it was like to see taylor's bff jack antonoff perform..

Travis Kelce knows you're thinking about him at his cool indie concerts every week.

Especially when that concert is Coachella and he had none other than Taylor Swift   by his side. It's why Travis—at the urging of his brother Jason Kelce —gave an inside look at the couple's April 13 date night at the desert music festival , where he and Taylor were seen enjoying the music in the crowd alongside all the fans.

"I like to see it from the fans' perspective," Travis explained on the April 17 episode of their New Heights  podcast of why they weren't watching from backstage. "Because I am a fan of music, I'm a fan of live shows. I want to see it from the front of the stage. We probably could have finessed it that way, but I think it's just that much more of an experience if you're in the pit, man, if you're in the madness with all the fans."

In fact, for the Kansas City Chiefs player , being able to spend the whole weekend around live music was like losing himself in a daydream.

"I love live music, I don't get enough of it in my life," Travis explained. "I just like going to events, going places where people are seeing all these talented people in the world, I just like to experience that type of s--t. That's the one thing that I really enjoy about Coachella is that it's not just one genre of music genre."

And while the 34-year-old got to see some of his favorite artists—such as  Dom Dolla  and  Jungle —he also got to experience a new one for him and a go-to favorite for Taylor:  Bleachers , headed by Taylor's BFF  Jack Antonoff .

"My guy Jack Antonoff—he absolutely ripped it," Travis remembered. "I had so much fun seeing him go nuts with the guitar, all his boys. He had two sax players, two drummers, two guitars, and they just ripped it. It was so much fun."

The brothers also referenced the fact that their New Heights branded green hat—which Taylor donned at the music festival to cap off her otherwise all-black ensemble—soon became the merch website's most popular item.

As Jason put it, "Sold out of the green hat  real quick."

And keep reading to relive Travis and Taylor's romance from the very beginning, the journey that brought them form friendship bracelets to date nights at Coachella.

July 2023: So, Make the Friendship Bracelets

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce 's love story began in July 2023, when the singer's Eras Tour made a stop at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Mo.

As a huge Swiftie, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end caught the show with hopes of giving Taylor a friendship bracelet with his number on it . However, he failed to complete the pass due to her pre-show rituals.

"I was disappointed that she doesn't talk before or after her shows because she has to save her voice for the 44 songs that she sings," Travis shared on the July 26 episode of his  New Heights podcast. "So, I was a little butt-hurt I didn't get to hand her one of the bracelets I made for her."

Summer 2023: This Is Him Trying

After publicly recounting his fumble—a move Taylor would later describe as "metal as hell" —Travis decided to shoot his shot and invite the Grammy winner to watch the Chiefs play at Arrowhead Stadium.

"I threw it out there, I threw the ball in her court," he shared on The Pat McAfee Show . "I told her, you know, 'I've seen you rock the stage in Arrowhead, you might have to come see me rock the stage in Arrowhead and see which one's a little more lit.' So, we'll see what happens in the near future."

August 2023: Enchanted to Meet You

Travis was rocking a mustache—which he debuted in August during training camp—when he was first introduced to Taylor .

As he later noted of the era, "That 'stache and the 87 jersey was pretty iconic there for a little bit, and I had it when I met Taylor for the first time."

September 2023: Sparks Fly

By early September, a source close to the situation told E! News that Travis and Taylor were " texting and talking here and there ."

"It's been very low-key," the insider explained, "as he's been in season."

September 2023: Cheer Captain

Accepting Travis' invite, Taylor joined the athlete's mom Donna Kelce at Arrowhead Stadium to watch him and the Chiefs take on the Chicago Bears. After the game, Taylor and Travis were seen packing PDA at a local bar .

Though folklore had it that it was the couple's first in-person meeting, the "Karma" singer later clarified the two had spent a "significant amount of time" getting to know each other beforehand.

As Taylor noted, "We would never be psychotic enough to hard launch a first date."

October 2023: Team Up

As an indication that the relationship was heating up, Taylor brought her squad —including friends Blake Lively , Ryan Reynolds , Sophie Turner , Hugh Jackman , Sabrina Carpenter and Antoni Porowski —to watch the Chiefs play against the New York Jets at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.

October 2023: It's Nice to Have a Friend

Another sign that Travis could be The 1 ? Taylor started bonding with Brittany Mahomes —the wife of Travis' BFF and teammate Patrick Mahomes —in and outside of NFL games .

October 2023: Welcome to New York

The couple took their romance to TV, making a surprise appearance on the Oct. 14 episode of Saturday Night Live . Their Big Apple takeover also included the after-party for the NBC sketch show and a date night at the Waverly Inn .

November 2023: Karma Is Her Boyfriend

During a bye week, Travis traveled down to Argentina to catch the South American leg of Taylor's Eras Tour. Not only did the NFL star bond with Taylor's dad , Scott Swift , at the Nov. 11 show in Buenos Aires, but he also got a special shoutout from the stage.

" Karma is that guy on the Chiefs ," Taylor sang, "coming straight home to me."

After the show, the Midnights  artist was seen running up to Travis backstage and greeting him with a passionate kiss .

December 2024: Speak Now

Taylor addressed the lavender craze surrounding her appearances at Travis' games.

"I'm going to see him do what he loves, we're showing up for each other, other people are there and we don't care," she told Time . "The opposite of that is you have to go to an extreme amount of effort to make sure no one knows that you're seeing someone."

December 2023: You, Who Charmed Her Dad

The music superstar turned Travis' Dec. 17 game into a family affair, bringing her dad to cheer on her man .

January 2024: All the Midnights

Taylor and Travis spent their first New Year's Eve together, sharing a romantic kiss when the clock struck midnight on Jan. 1.

January 2024: Chosen Family

Continuing to bond with Travis' family, Taylor hung out with his brother Jason Kelce and sister-in-law Kylie Kelce at the Chiefs' game against the Buffalo Bills.

January 2024: Saved by the Perfect Kiss

Taylor joined Travis on the football field when the Chiefs won the AFC Championship , a victory that cemented the team's spot in the 2024 Super Bowl . The couple shared a celebratory kiss before exchanging the L-word .

"Tay, I'm gonna enjoy with the guys," he told her. "I love you—so much it's not funny."

February 2024: Super Bowl Champs

The pair locked lips on the field after Travis led the Kansas City Chiefs to victory on Feb. 11, 2024 in Las Vegas.

Jeremy Clarkson’s distraught girlfriend Lisa Hogan bursts into tears in Clarkson’s Farm season 3 trailer

The release of Clarkson’s Farm season 3 is just around the corner – and if the trailer is anything to go by, the next batch of episodes are going to be eventful to say the least.

There’s going to be piglets aplenty, a goat kicking Jeremy Clarkson in the nether regions, an infestation of mushrooms, laughter and tears… so be prepared for a rollercoaster journey.

The next instalment of the TV presenter’s hit show is set to arrive on Amazon Prime Video next month, three years after it first launched on the streaming platform.

In one particularly emotional moment of the new trailer, Jeremy’s girlfriend, Lisa Hogan , is left in floods of tears at the sight of a baby piglet who’s been born extremely weak, seemingly unable to move at all.

The trailer begins with Jeremy, 64, facing the frustration of a closure notice, reading the statement aloud: ‘Cease use of any part of the land, that has a restaurant or a cafe.’

Starting off on a precarious note!

Jeremy Clarkson in Clarkson's Farm

Despite the disappointment of the closure notice, the former Top Gear star isn’t shying away from making big changes.

He reveals to fan-favourite Kaleb Cooper that he’s decided to make him farm manager, much to the 25-year-old’s delight.

But with that new promotion comes a healthy bout of competition with the TV personality, who’s determined to prove his superiority in farming, despite being far less experienced.

‘I’m going to make it a competition,’ Jeremy reveals to Kaleb.

‘Who can make the most money? Me, out of unfarmed land. Or you, out of farmed land.’

Kaleb is later shown looking extremely exasperated by the contest he’s been forced to take part in, admitting to land agent Charlie Ireland: ‘God knows his ideas.’

Kaleb Cooper on Clarkson's Farm

In yet another new change, Jeremy reveals to Charlie that he’s decided he wants his farm to be teeming with pigs.

‘It’d be fun to have little piglets running around,’ he remarks.

Of course, being surrounded by pigs won’t be without its challenges, as Jeremy disgustingly empties his jacket pocket to discover it’s filled with pig vomit.

Jeremy and his girlfriend Lisa stand in a marshy field with rain pouring down them while witnessing two hefty pigs in the act.

While they are blessed with the birth of adorable pigs, a heartbreaking moment occurs when one of the piglets is born extremely weak, presumably meaning their life could be at risk.

At the sight of the frail piglet, Lisa bursts into tears, sobbing into Jeremy as he wraps an arm around her, looking down solemnly.

Piglet on Clarkson's Farm

Life on the farm is, as ever, completely unpredictable and full of twists and turns.

In a light-hearted moment of the season 3 trailer, Jeremy winds up doubled over in pain after a very spirited goat kicks him in an extremely agonising area.

At another point, the stars of the show are forced to wear face masks as they enter a room filled with enormous mushrooms.

We can’t lie, it’s giving us very The Last of Us vibes.

Part one of Clarkson’s Farm season three is set to launch on May 3, followed by part two a week later, with each batch consisting of four episodes.

Jeremy Clarkson in Clarkson's Farm

Hot water is set to cause a massive hurdle for the farm, as it results in the crops failing, while inflation will cause prices of supplies to soar.

Wtih the restaurant and farm shop facing closure, Jeremy will need to try to think of innovative ways to make profit, coming up with the idea to make use of the unfarmed land on Diddly Squat.

Clarkson’s Farm series 3 launches globally on Prime Video on May 3.

How Realtor.com Adopted In-house Feature Drift Tooling Built on Open Source

What’s one of the biggest problems that always seems to be an afterthought when it comes to building then releasing machine-learning (ML) models? From my perspective, it’s ensuring “validated” models continue to work as they should for an indeterminate amount of time after being deployed into production.

ML teams spend months validating data queries, building and evaluating modeling options, determining the optimal model to use in production, and building dashboards to monitor key metrics. Unfortunately, this same effort is usually not given to data and model monitoring. Shifts in data and model prediction distributions can lead to model performance degradation.

As economic and societal factors change consumer behavior, the new data fed into ML models can move further away from the training data. This is even more pronounced in the cyclical real estate industry with many external factors, such as interest rates, that heavily impact consumer behavior.

In this post, I’ll present an overview of an in-house data and model monitoring solution using the open-source package, Evidently . We will also walk through the necessary code to set up a feature drift pipeline using Evidently and another open-source library, Metaflow .

Augmented Gallery with Property Details Makes Searching for the Perfect Home Easier

Photos are critical to the home-buying experience. Imagine doing a home search without them! How would you know if a home met your expectations if you couldn’t actually see what it looked like?

At the same time, descriptions contextualize what you see in a photo. It’s helpful to know whether a small room with shelves is a pantry or a walk-in closet or if the ceilings are as high as they appear in the photos. Is that gray countertop granite or quartz? Is the bathroom tile from Home Depot or Italy? These details matter.

In the interest of making it as easy as possible for home buyers to find the homes of their dreams, the For Sale Listing Detail Page (LDP) team at Realtor.com decided to marry photos with text in homebuyers’ search results to provide an augmented gallery experience for browsing and evaluating available homes.

Unique to the industry, this new gallery feature provides a delightful, integrated consumer experience that simplifies and enriches the process of finding a home. Property data provided by the multiple listing services (MLS) is presented in the image gallery, allowing users to see relevant information and understand images in their proper context.

This feature represents the largest surveyed opportunity for increasing preference from our current LDP, specifically for non-Realtor.com users and first-time users. By introducing contextually relevant data to the gallery experience, we can assist users in evaluating whether a home fits their needs.

Using Helm Library Charts to Improve Developer Experience With Tyk Operator

Let’s start off with a hot take. Documentation is not as important as you think it is. Before you put this article down and write me off, hear me out…it gets better. I am not saying documentation isn’t important, just that it might not be the most efficient way to improve Developer Experience.

As programmers, we don’t relish the thought of writing documentation, but we love to tell people to RTFM. What if I told you there was a way to write less documentation but also have fewer user support questions coming your way? Sounds pretty good, right? So, what is it?

The answer is good design. A good design can be worth a thousand words…in documentation.

I love the way that this is summed up in the following meme from Fernando Villalba:

From Flutter to Full Native: How We Optimized Performance and User Experience for Realtor.com’s Mobile App

You may be familiar with Flutter, an open-source UI software development kit from Google that’s useful for developing cross-platform mobile apps from a single codebase for any web browser. It was released in May 2017, and we use it to develop many of the screens on our mobile app. While this solution worked well back then, today’s users expect more—more accessibility, more performance, more features, more animation, and more innovation.

rielt tour

To that end, about two years ago, we decided to invest heavily in a mobile-first approach to increase the growth and adoption of our mobile app. As we started the research and defined the problem to solve, we asked ourselves: What is the right technology that will help us achieve our vision of being mobile-first while providing a high-performance, native experience? How do we ensure the solution can evolve as the OS ecosystem changes and differentiate our offering from other available products?

Improving Deep Link Stability in the Realtor.com Android App

rielt tour

Searching for a home is often not a solo endeavor. Many people, including family, friends, and real estate agents, can be involved. Keeping everyone informed involves a lot of communication, and it’s common to share links to listings of homes and properties with others who are on the journey with you.

At Realto r.com, we use a third-party SDK called AppsFlyer to generate deep links—hyperlinks that lead to specific content within our app, such as a home listing or saved search. AppsFlyer provides a convenient way to create short deep links that can be easily shared via messaging apps, email, and other communication channels. If a recipient doesn’t have Realtor.com installed, the link will take them to the particular listing or search page on the Realtor.com website, which further has a banner at the top to lead the user to the Google Play store so they can quickly download it to view the linked content. It’s usually a seamless process. However, when deep links aren’t working, it can be highly frustrating for users.

A Day in the Life of a Design Director at Realtor.com: Marisa Parsons, Senior Director of Product Design

rielt tour

For Marisa Parsons , developing her team is at the heart of her work at Realtor.com. “I’m passionate about helping our designers grow in their careers, and I’m excited to coach them and create opportunities for them to further their skills,” she says. “It’s our job to solve complex problems and deliver work with the highest level of craft. The best way for us to do that is to keep learning and growing.”

API Management With Federated Autonomy Using Tyk Operator

I am going to tell you a story. Yes, this is a technical blog post, but the origin story is often the most important thing to know when deciding whether or not to use technology. What drove the team to use a given piece of tech? What problem does it solve? Don’t worry; plenty of technical details will come so you can relax and get comfortable.

Let the story begin.

The year was 2021, and the pandemic was in full swing. Many of us hadn’t left our homes in months…we might still have been washing our groceries down with Windex. Against this backdrop, we started a major project at Realtor.com to overhaul our API layer and transform how our backend and frontend teams interact.

Planting Product Saplings with Pinecone DB and Embeddings

Imagine an image-based supplement to the traditional Realtor.com home search. Perhaps it’s bring-your-own-image to find a dream home. Or, maybe it’s an ability to find listings with similar images to the one you’re currently browsing.

Either way, we would be leveraging one of our greatest resources in a way that no one else does while providing a new way for users to interact with our listings – one that makes finding that perfect home just a bit easier.

Traditionally, to do this, we would leverage some computationally intensive deep-learning algorithm to compare image files, making assumptions about the similarity of two or more images before moving forward. This process would require massive time and computing resources to make it feasible without impacting core web vitals.

Machine learning engineers have never been strong fans of tradition.

Instead, we prefer to combine learnings from different fields and offload real-time calculations, which is more efficient.

A Day in the Life of a Design Director at Realtor.com: Joie Chung, Senior Director of Product Design

rielt tour

Senior Director of Product Design, Joie Chung , is passionate about using design and technology to impact people’s lives. “I’m excited about the work we do to improve the home buying and selling process, increase home ownership, and help our customers grow their business and better support their clients,” she says.

While in college, Joie realized she was drawn to design work more than coding, so she switched her major from Web Development to Graphic Design. This change set the stage for the rest of her career. “Learning visual communication was a great foundation for me in UX and Product, marrying visual design with my love for technology and psychology,” says Joie.

After joining Realtor.com in September 2020 as a Director of Product Design, Joie led a design team focused on enhancing the home buying experience by creating solutions that support and connect buyers and real estate agents throughout every step of their journey. In her role now as Senior Director, she leads the Customer Product Design team as they build innovative customer tools and products to help agents and brokers improve their workflows and grow their business.

We sat down with Joie to learn more about her leadership role, the exciting work her team is doing, and how she can be her authentic self here.

A Day in the Life of a Product Manager at Realtor.com: Sara Brinton, Lead Product Manager

rielt tour

Lead Product Manager Sara Brinton was a graduate student at Brown University studying some of the biggest challenges facing the real estate industry when she joined Realtor.com. “I was excited to leverage my expertise in fair housing and climate change to make real estate more equitable and sustainable,” says Sara.

Sara adds that she’s “passionate about the intersection of impact and innovation,” and it’s at this nexus where she makes a difference through her work. Starting as the Product Leader for Maps and Neighborhoods, Sara’s responsibility recently expanded to include our Search Experience. In her role, she has the chance to continue building products that have a positive impact on everyone.

We recently sat down with Sara to learn more about her work, her passion for making real estate equitable and sustainable, and how she’s growing her career at Realtor.com.

Can you get money back from the Realtor lawsuit settlement? Find out if you qualify

A $418 million lawsuit settlement against the National Association of Realtors could lead to a drop in costs for buying and selling a home .

A federal court has certified a class action that alleges home sellers paid inflated commissions to real estate brokers or agents, violating antitrust laws. The case includes people who sold homes in various areas across the United States.

The National Association of Realtors continues to deny wrongdoing.

In the lead-up to the 2020 election, all eyes are on Iowa. Get updates of all things Iowa politics delivered to your inbox.

Can I get money from the Realtor lawsuit settlement?

Several different lawsuits were settled recently and your eligibility may vary based on where you sold a home.

For homes sold in Iowa, to be eligible for a settlement you must have:

  • Sold a home between Feb. 1, 2020, and Feb. 1, 2024, for the Anywhere and Re/Max settlements or Oct. 31, 2019, and Feb. 1, 2024, for the Keller Williams settlement.
  • Listed the home on a multiple listing service (MLS)
  • Paid a commission to any agent or broker

You do not need to have sold the home using a Realtor from Anywhere, Re/Max or Keller Williams to be eligible.

A proposal for how settlement funds will be allocated has not been submitted to the court yet, so it's unclear how much money someone may receive. The two settlements collectively have $208,500,000 available.

How to apply for a settlement in the real estate commission lawsuit

The only way to receive payment is by submitting a claim form by May 9, 2025.

Forms can be submitted online at  www.realestatecommissionlitigation.com . You can also print a claim form at the website and mail it to  Burnett et al. v. The National Association of Realtors et al. , c/o JND Legal Administration, PO Box 91479, Seattle, WA 98111, or email it to [email protected].

What are the options if I don't accept the real estate commission settlement?

If you want to receive part of the settlement or keep the right to sue yourself, you must take action by April 13, 2024.

Here are your options, according to www.realestatecommissionlitigation.com :

  • Ask to be excluded from the settlements: You won’t share in any money or benefits that are later awarded. But, you keep any rights to sue defendants separately about the same legal claims in this lawsuit. If you exclude yourself, you may hire a lawyer at your own cost to appear in court for you.
  • Object to the settlement: You can submit an objection by April 13, 2024 explaining to the court what you don't like about the settlement. You would remain eligible for benefits from the settlement.
