护照照片不好. They took terrible passport photos that won't pass muster and would be rejected by the US government for a US passport. After two tries, they couldn't get it correct. One set of photos had intense red eye and the others were very shadowy. They're using outdated equipment that doesn't even have red-eye reduction as an option. Then they refused to give me a full refund. They claimed my eyes were naturally red, as if I'm some kind of demon! Funniest, dumbest reason not to give a full refund ever. What slimeballs!

When I'm there, the staff is VERY helpful but whenever I email them with a question, I never get a reply and must follow up with a phone call
