The 10 Best Architectural Digest Celebrity House Tours on YouTube
Architectural Digest's YouTube channel, and its "Open Door" series in particular, is one of life's greatest gifts. It filled the void that MTV cribs left in its wake when the series ended in 2010... and we're huge fans.
Because it's not every day we real estate addicts get to see behind the closed doors of luxurious, extravagant, and quirky celebrity homes. From a converted windmill in the Hamptons and a duplex penthouse apartment at the Plaza Hotel in NYC to the mansions of the Hollywood Hills in Los Angeles , each home on this list will leave you both in awe and filled with inspiration.
These are the top 10 best Architectural Digest celebrity house tours...
1. robert downey jr..
First up we have Robert Downey Jr. and his wife Susan Downey's converted windmill abode. This is not your run-of-the-mill (see what we did there?) Hamptons summer home, it was designed by renowned New York City firm Fox-Nahem Associates who transformed the late-19th century windmill into a charming and very private East Hampton masterpiece with stunning grounds. The highlight? Susan's office in the very top of the windmill is the ideal WFH situation and we couldn't be more jealous.
In this very humorous home tour we get to see everything from Robert's art projects and clutter closets to their table-side nap zone and numerous cats. If you're in the mood for a chuckle, look no further.
2. Dakota Johnson
If you love all things mid-century modern, this is the celebrity home tour for you.
Architectural Digest kindly bring us inside the beautiful home of movie star Dakota Johnson. Formerly the home of director Ryan Murphy, Dakota purchased the super private Hollywood Hills home for $3.55 million in 2016. Features of envy include beautiful crushed mohair vintage sofas, her cozy office with book wall, gorgeous green kitchen, and backyard oasis complete with citrus trees, a heated swimming pool, and an elevated bamboo-sheltered hot tub area.
There isn't an inch of this lush but humble abode that we don't love.
3. Wiz Khalifa
This episode of "Open Door" is currently the most viewed of all time with 43 million views. It brings us inside Wiz Khalifa's $4.6 million mansion and recording studio in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles.
The rapper's super cool pad features a heated infinity pool with incredible views, a games room with a dab AND booze bar, an underground recording studio, weed-themed photo wall, and a fleet of killer cars. Proof that this man is living the dream.
4. Cara and Poppy Delevigne
You may never find more personality in a home thanks to the Delevigne sisters' jungle-inspired home in Los Angeles.
NicolĂČ Bini of Line Architecture told Architectural Digest of the home, âI wanted to create a true L.A. moment for them, with nods to California midcentury modern, Laurel Canyon bohemia, Beverly Hills swank, surfing culture, and a little Mexico. Then we tied all that in with Cara and Poppyâs Englishness to give the house another layer of Delevingne charm.â The interior of this home is one-of-a-kind, no doubt about it.

Over in Benedict Canyon, Los Angeles , you'll find producer and DJ Zedd's $16 million mansion.
Highlights of this Architectural Digest "Open Door" episode include the incredible canyon and hill views, indoor trees, an art gallery, and a Skittle machine. Spanning a whopping 9,500 square feet, this mansion even has its own detached studio and gym and will soon have a separate "guest-house-bowling-alley-complex". Casual...
You can understand why this is the second most viewed video on Architectural Digest's YouTube with a staggering 43 million views.
6. Kendall Jenner
Next up we have supermodel and Kardashian clan member Kendall Jenner whose serene Los Angeles home was designed by Kathleen and Tommy Clements and Waldo Fernandez. The interior of the home blends super tasteful elements and earthy shades with fun, unexpected pops of color and a calm, peaceful atmosphere.
Keep an eye out for Kendall's incredible art collection including a signature James Turrell ovoid wall sculpture as well as her incredible fireplace, beautiful bar, art studio, dream-worthy chef's kitchen, gold bathtub, glam room, and so much more.
7. J Balvin
Travel with us to Colombia for this next "Open Door" episode where we get to explore superstar J Balvin's tranquil home. Inspired by Japan aesthetics and minimalism, the house features floor-to-ceiling windows that bring nature indoors. The open plan kitchen and living room open up to the great outdoors, with a wonderful indoor / outdoor flow. The pool area is beyond dream-worthy and is surrounded by lush and tropical greenery and bonsai trees.
The minimalism and neutral color palette changes greatly when you enter J Balvin's walk-in closet where  over 850 pairs of sneaker line the walls in explosions of color. The man loves his shoes...
8. Hilary Duff
Next we'll enjoy a tour of Hilary Duff's vibrant, colorful, and cheerful family home in Los Angeles . A self-confessed home renovation addict, Hilary has renovated this house twice in the last eight years. The latest one has resulted in a quirky and somewhat eccentric aesthetic with a focus on family, livability, and large spaces to spend time in with beautiful art and tasteful features throughout.
The highlight of this home tour has got to be the chicken coop out in the back yard.
9. Tommy Hilfiger
Journey back to New York with us now for what may be the most luxurious and opulent home on this list. Legendary fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger and his wife Dee reportedly purchased this duplex penthouse apartment at the Plaza Hotel for $25.5 million in 2008 (they've since sold it for $31 million, although originally listed it for $80 million).
This Plaza apartment overlooks Central Park, with incredible views of the city as far as the eye can see. This particular unit steeped in history having once hosted the likes of The Beatles, Marilyn Monroe, and many more iconic figures. You won't find another apartment like this in New York City.

10. Aaron Paul
Come check out Aaron Paul's custom wood and stone Idaho home. Despite the house being enormous, it has a very cozy, almost cabin-like vibe to it, tucked away in the snowy mountains and surrounded by trees and lakes. Just watching this home tour will make you feel warm 'n' fuzzy inside.
With the help of interior designer Jake Arnold and Pearson Design Group, the Pauls purchased and used the wood from three 120-year-old barns to build the house from scratch. Drool over the cathedral ceilings, vast living spaces, stone bathrooms, spacious bedrooms, and an incredible floor-to-ceiling fireplace.
Plus, a bonus one, but a must-watch nonetheless.
11. Naomi Campbell
Last but not least, we just haaad to include icon Naomi Campbell's Kenya compound and airy villa. On the coast of the Indian Ocean, in the tranquil seaside town of Malindi, lies this tranquil and "very calming place".
From the indoor/outdoor flow and two pools, to the restaurant-like outdoor dining area and on-site spa - we've never seen anything quite like this one... take a look for yourself.

This 592-Square-Foot Sydney Home Shows Off Compact Functionality
Yasmine Ghoniem (right), founder of design studio YSG, and her husband, Tom Swanson.
âAt its core, my outlook is nourished by the layers of my culture and travels,â says Yasmine Ghoniem, founder and principal of YSG Studio . Yasmine, who has an Australian mother and an Egyptian father, grew up between Kuwait and Saudi Arabiaâwith a few years in-between in Australiaâand almost a decade in America for postgraduate studies and work. âLike all YSG spaces, everything in my home is interconnected and there is no hierarchy.â
After renting a place in another Sydney suburb for some time, Yasmine and her husband, Tom Swanson, were ready to take the big leap toward home ownership. âSeveral months of online searching [brought us to] this golden find,â Yasmine says. Situated on a buildingâs upper level in the cityâs iconic oceanside neighborhood of Bondi, the compact 592-square-foot apartment immediately seduced Tomâwho is âa mad surfer,â according to Yasmineâwith its beachside location. It didnât take much more to convince the interior designer, who loved the sensible layout. âIt shares no common walls and has no internal corridor, meaning absolutely no space is wasted,â she says. âTall ceilings were the added kicker. Original timber-framed windows were also a requirement.â â Karine MoniĂ©
This Long Island City Duplex Is Its Own Hidden Gem of Beautiful Objects
A Charlotte Perriand coffee table for Cassina is surrounded by Olivier Mourgueâs Djinn ottomans upholstered in a wool bouclĂ©. A Ron Rezek green table lamp sits beside the sectional, and a Sergio Mazzaâs Alfa lamp is on the coffee table.
Alan Eckstein has mastered the art of the search. As the founder of Somerset House, a Brooklyn furniture store thatâs cultivated from his collection, Alan has the type of knowledge for chairs, consoles, and tables that any professor would have for a subject.
Alan and his wife, fashion stylist Haley Loewenthal , lived in a one-bedroom apartment when the pandemic hit. And though it felt like home, it was missing one detail that suddenly took on a profound amount of importance. âWe didnât have any outdoor space,â he says. âWe also wanted to start a family, and there wasnât room for an extra person to join us there. We knew that in order to grow, or to even have somewhere to exhale, we needed to move.â So, Alan began to do what he does best: search.
The 2,500-square-foot duplex in New Yorkâs Long Island City had two bedrooms and two floors, providing more than enough space for the couple to spread out. It was almost as if Craigslist, a long-beloved treasure chest for Alan, had come through for him again. âI think it was available because of the pandemic,â he notes. âMy wife and I were looking for an interesting open space with character. This apartment has that, and the best part about it is that it also has a private roof deck.â â Kelly Dawson
This 800-Square-Foot Brooklyn Apartment Is Full of Smart Storage Solutions
Noah Venezia (left) and Megan Hershman in their Brooklyn apartment.
When Megan Hershman, a design director at Common Living, and her husbandâNoah Venezia, a graphic designer and adjunct professor at Pratt Instituteâstumbled upon the top floor of this two-story town house in Carroll Gardens , it was the abundance of natural light that instantly hooked them. âThe unit is north and south-facing, and gets direct sun for most of the day,â Megan says. âWe immediately knew it was right for us.â In addition to good lighting, the couple appreciated the old-world charms of the building, like the tin ceilings, cast-iron built-in kitchen sink, and original hardwood floors. âWe also loved the old-school charm of the pink bathroom, which felt so playful and one-of-a-kind,â Megan adds. â Monica Mendal
This 594-Square-Foot Apartment in Silver Lake Is a Modernist Jewel
Fanny Singer in her Los Angeles apartment.
By Kristi Kellogg
By Nicolas Milon
Not much more than 600 square feet, Fanny Singer âs Rudolph Schindler apartment is housed in a 16-unit complex from the 1920s that has a semi-commune feeling with its interconnected living spaces and garden walkways. As each apartment was given its own identity, Fanny has loved figuring out how to live in this vision. âThere is a vast array of different apartments in the building,â she says. âThe one across the way is a double-height apartment with an incredible wall of windows. Mine is oriented toward the Hollywood signâa perfect painting studio.â
The writer and cofounder of design brand Permanent Collection thinks that even though Schindler was an iconic LA architect, the space doesnât have a particularly local feeling. âThe shapes are very Russian Constructivism.â This idea rings true in the wood features, the fireplace, and the shape of the ceiling. âSchindler was very specific with his work. He designed with an idea of exactly how people should live,â Fanny says. âI havenât become one of those people who are totally obsessed with Schindler, but he becomes part of your psyche.â â ZoĂ« Sessums
Taking Rustic Vibes to New Heights in This Stunning California A-Frame
Bringing things right back up to date, a large floor rug from Cold Picnic injects a sense of modernism to the space. Vintage pieces, including a 1960s dome floor lamp, glass coffee table, and chairs by Marcel Breuer , are judiciously situated, layering the spaces and echoing the homeâs midcentury history.
A serene rural setting where youâre surrounded by towering trees, rugged mountains, and shimmering lakes is the perfect antidote to the hustle and bustle of city life. So naturally, when SoCal dwellers Gloria Noto , founder of organic cosmetics line Noto Botanics , and her partner, designer Ash Owens , first set eyes on the arresting 1,900-square-foot rustic hideaway that they now own, they knew it would reshape their lives. And not just in its triangular A-frame form, but by providing both a personal refuge and workspace.
Located in the remote wilderness of Crestline, California, with its cozy cabins and quaint cottages, their 1964-built midcentury marvel is the first home the creative couple have bought together. âI was in LA and Ash was commuting between there and New York, so we really wanted to find a home for all of us,â Gloria says. She shares a dog, Mio, and cats, Holly and Benny, with Ash. âI still keep a loft in the Arts District so we can go back and forth, but itâs nice having the option to step away from the city now, and to submerge ourselves into this sanctuary weâve created.â â Kate Lawson
Patrick Janelle Transforms a Rundown Rental Into a Chic New York City Loft
When Patrick signed his lease, he thought the fireplace was functional. As it turns out, he canât use it, but it still adds character to the place.
Patrick Janelle always dreamed of living in a downtown Manhattan loft . The lifestyle influencer, who also runs the talent agency Untitled Secret , fantasized about an airy and industrial home as he spent the past decade climbing the rungs of the New York City housing ladder. So when he grew out of his most recent abode, a compact yet curated SoHo apartment, he knew it was time to actualize his goal.
âIâm very romantic in my ideals about how I envision things for myself and my life in New York,â Patrick shares. âIâve always made a point that I wanted to be in Manhattanâas cool as I think Brooklyn isâand I never have had this quintessential loft moment.â
Since Patrick couldnât afford to buy the type of spacious loft heâd been lusting after, he focused his hunt on rentals that would allow him to renovate. After a handful of viewings, he found exactly what he was looking for: a generous three-bedroom in an early 20th-century factory building with a very lenient landlord. He adored the prime Flatiron location too. â Morgan Goldberg
A Charming 200-Square-Foot Apartment on Parisâs Left Bank
The beautiful 19th-century floor tiles and the fireplace were original to the building. Throughout the loft, discreetly integrated storage is present, sometimes highlighted with bronzed brass details.
You might assume that a 200-square-foot apartment would be the home of a student on a budget or maybe a short-term rental for travelers. This apartment, however, belongs to a successful businesswoman who lives outside of Paris and was in need of a small pied-Ă -terre in the capital.Â
Pauline Lorenzi-Boisrond was commissioned to renovate the studio on the rue du Cherche-Midi. âShe comes to Paris regularly for work, but she had grown tired of impersonal hotel rooms where she canât leave her things from one visit to the next,â Pauline, the interior designer and founder of Studio Ett Hem , explains. âShe wanted her own little suite in the Saint-Germain-des-PrĂ©s area.â Ett hem means âhouseâ in Swedish. It is indeed a fitting name for a designer tasked with overcoming the limitations of the space to bring out its homey charms. â Nicolas Milon
This 400-Square-Foot New York Apartment Is Maximized With Custom Millwork
Eight-foot-long drawers offer storage beneath the bed.
Like most people with internet access, Corey Kingston is obsessed with scrolling through the real estate listings on Zillow . The New Yorkâbased architect could argue that this hobby doubles as valuable market research for Le Whit , the design studio she founded with Liza Curtiss, but its most fruitful reward was the discovery of a Lower East Side apartment she could actually afford.
The 400-square-foot residence popped up on Coreyâs screen during a heat wave, so she quickly put in an offer while the city was a ghost town. It was accepted thanks to the lack of competition and her instant connection with the seller, who was giving up the place to enroll in a Philadelphia architecture school. They bonded over an appreciation for the early-20th-century buildingâs history as a tenement and then a squatter property. â Morgan Goldberg
This Enchanting Los Angeles Apartment Was the Longtime Home of Mae West
A visual centerpiece of the apartment is Kimberlyâs âwall of kooks.â It includes portraits sheâs picked up through the years. Here, the small black table next to the leather chair was owned by Mary Pickford, the red pen on the coffee table was owned by Zsa Zsa Gabor, and the perfume on the table was owned by Mae West.
Designer Kimberly Biehl âs fascination with old Hollywood began as a child. That was around the same time that her quest to discover and bring new life to old pieces also began. She started shopping at estate sales, garage sales, and flea markets in her teens. âAs soon as I could drive, thatâs where I was,â she says.
Itâs no wonder then that Kimberlyâs own home is filled with old Hollywood relics and classic furniture pieces sheâs breathed new life into. What is a wonder, though, is that itâs happening in a piece of old Hollywood itself. Kimberly lives in the former apartment of Mae West, in the historic Ravenswood apartment building. â Lauren Harkawik
Art Imitates Life in This Bauhaus-Inspired Brooklyn Apartment
Vicente (left) and Audrey pose in their living room.
Raised by two aesthetes in an historic 1899 house in Hartford, Connecticut, Audrey Rose Smith had an art-filled childhood. Her father was a preservation architect, and her mother ran an art gallery, so their home was constantly host to artists and their work. Itâs only logical that Audrey later became a gallerist herself.
It also makes sense that she swiftly fell in love with a fellow creative. Only eight months after meeting Ecuadorian photographer and designer Vicente Muñoz , the pair jointly purchased their prewar Clinton Hill apartment in Brooklyn. They married soon after, partnering in matrimony as well as real estate without looking back.
Eight years later, the couple has cultivated a tight-knit and like-minded community in the neighborhood. Turn-of-the-century buildings by architects like William Tubby, Montrose Morris, and Ebenezer L. Roberts pepper the streets where they frequently run into friends and colleagues. âIt feels like an art world sitcom,â Audrey quips. âThe farmers market is really exciting.â â Morgan Goldberg
Jewel Tones Heighten This 700-Square-Foot Rome Apartment
Counter stools offer a space for guests to accompany the chef in the kitchen. Wood elements further reflect the forest-inspired colored choice for the cabinetry.
âI think of a house as a complicated machine in which something new breaks down every day: a lamp, a faucet, a lock, an electric socket, the boiler, the refrigerator âŠ. But when we can forget about the responsibility of continuous maintenance, we feel happy. Then the other side of the coin, opposed to the responsibilities of ownership, is sheer gratitude.â
That was the thinking of Ălvaro Siza, the great Portuguese architect who, at the age of 89, continues to inspire a younger generation. In their space, design duo Eugenia Rolando and Federico Patacchiola of Paros Architettura âa couple in life as well as at workâstart from these very words to create subtly inventive places.
A prime example of their work is Casa Costantino, a small but elegant Rome apartment. The building, a 1960s structure in the Ostiense district , is a stoneâs throw from the famous Garbatella area. The 700-square-foot apartment is all modern, and thanks to Paros Architettura, itâs been transformed from an old family home full of memories into a light-flooded environment with a contemporary feel. â Ludovica Stevan
A Rotterdam Apartment Is Filled With One Artistic Coupleâs Many Vintage Finds
Jeroen (left), Stéphane, and their dog, Henry.
StĂ©phane Monnet and Jeroen Dijkstra either have good luck, good timing, or simply the good sense to know when something just feels right. When they were apartment hunting in Rotterdam, the Netherlands , StĂ©phane was seeking out distinctly European surroundingsâsince he was moving from Torontoâand they found them in a one-bedroom property, downtown. âWith all of its flourishes, huge windows, and open spaces, it was a perfect fit,â StĂ©phane says. âIt was already snatched up, but that deal fell through at the last minute.â
Set inside a building from the 1880s, facing a busy street on one end and a verdant courtyard on the other, their home had been recently restored to reflect what existed way back when. Intricate crown molding sprawled across ceilings while wainscoting lined the lower half of the walls, and that artistry was painted in shades of green to contrast the white in between. Windows stretched over their contrasting outdoor views, and plenty of light streamed in. The couple also had a private balcony to share, in case they ever wanted a closer look at the birds, whose pleasant song woke them in the morning. â Kelly Dawson

Do YouTube House Tours Show Off an Outdated American Dream?
Social media stars exhibit grand houses representing an ideal, home ownership, that is increasingly hard to come by for the average millennial. Millennials might not want it anyway.
YouTuber personalities â lifestyle vloggers, family-oriented channels and beauty gurus â reel in whopping numbers of views when they invite their subscribers into their homes . The house tour is almost its own genre of video, like the makeup tutorial or ever-relevant skin care routine. Unlike those videos, however, house tours are less about teaching and more about showing.
House tours provide a glance into the luxurious lifestyle a YouTube career can provide, showing that internet fame might be the truest fast-track to the traditional American dream of owning property.
Viral house tours are most often in the grandest homes, inviting viewers into McMansions and futuristic palaces in LA. They show off the kinds of âdream homesâ one might ogle over on HGTV, except that the owners, rather than wealthy middle-aged couples with fancy titles, are millennials whoâve reached absurd amounts of wealth via YouTube.
Makeup-guru-turned-millionaire Jeffree Star, for example, showed off his palatial mansion in January to 24 million users. The property is quite an accomplishment for anyone, let alone someone who is only 34 years old . âSix years ago, I had $500 to my name,â he says in the beginning of the video, showing how internet success can catapult âordinary peopleâ to the crest of the almost otherworldly affluence represented by an eight-bedroom compound in Calabasas.
âNo dream is ever too big,â Star prefaces his tour, on a backdrop of a massive backyard pool and columned patio. But if YouTube stars think sprawling mansions make up viewersâ wildest dreams, are they assuming that their audiences subscribe to the excessive consumerism that defines U.S. culture ? And if so, are they right?
A professor of international relations at George Washington University, Amitai Etzioni, defines consumerism as âthe obsession with acquisition that has become the organizing principle of American life.â Consumerism becomes a âsocial diseaseâ when large amounts of people attempt to satisfy the higher human needs of affection, self-esteem and self-actualization through the acquisition of more and more goods and services.
Highly anticipated YouTuber house tours perpetuate consumerism because many of them canât be beat for their opulence and the aura of âmade itâ-ness their tour guides seem intent on selling. The ACE Family, a young family of four who share vlogs to more than 18 million subscribers, recently uploaded a house tour lasting a full hour.
In this video, Austin McBroom and Catherine Paiz show viewers around their massive compound, which they explain consists of two houses combined together. Amenities like a Steinway piano that plays itself and a game room stocked with real arcade machines promote the belief that spending exorbitant amounts on in-home extravagances represents an exciting marker of career achievement.
However, millennials overall reject lives based around the materialism of older demographics. The benefits of minimalism have resonated with younger generations who realize that acquiring more and more things doesnât guarantee fulfillment. Buying less means less debt, a smaller environmental footprint and less pressure to impress with newer and better things.
Millennials have a different set of values around money. These values have been shaped by a historic recession, a struggling job market and a record amount of student debt. Those between the ages of 18 and 34 prefer to spend money on experiences rather than goods , and to buy ethically and environmentally conscious products over others. The Tiny House phenomenon stands as the perfect counter-image to the grandiose homes influencers display to their following. Even though internet users gobble up tours of luxury homes on YouTube, millennialsâ trending toward  minimalism reveal that they arenât entirely sold on the dream.
Owning a large house also just isnât attainable for scores of young people looking to buy homes for the first time. A home-buying crisis faces millennials. Rising home prices and crushing amounts of student debt make it hard for the millennial generation to afford traditional homes.
Young influencers like James Charles, teenage YouTube couple The Traphamily , and beauty guru turned lifestyle vlogger Remi Ashten have all posted videos in the past year showing viewers their first homes. Each creator is no older than 25. For better or worse, as homeowners under 30, they represent an anomaly .
However, there is no denying that the house tours are seductive. While the sizes of each home vary, all of the properties are upscale, with luxe architecture and wide open rooms that will require an investment just to furnish. No matter what channel they are uploaded to, house tours attract some of the most views and thus become the most popular videos for any given creator. Commenters gush over the beauty of the home, their own jealousy and their pride at seeing a creator theyâve followed complete a landmark achievement of adulthood.
Owning a home has long been a hallmark of the American dream . Home ownership signifies the attainment of a certain level of economic and personal prosperity that America, âthe land of opportunity,â promises. When YouTubers show viewers around their impressive homes, they do more than fulfill their duties as content creators. Theyâre selling a dream. That is why millions of viewers â subscribers and non-subscribers alike â click on these videos enough times for them to be a channelâs most-viewed video.
Perhaps the popularity of YouTube house tours has to do with the absurdity of watching a 20-something give a tour of a stately property that is all their own. Viewers are attracted to the story of affluence reached at such a young age, but they also know that this story is a fairy tale . With the top 3% of YouTubers making a total of around $17,000 per year, being able to afford a ritzy place is unlikely even for those that try their hand at success on the platform.
While captivating, YouTube house tours miss the mark. Out of necessity, but also out of changing values, millennialsâ ambitions consist of what canât be bought. Despite what the views suggest, for many, âdream housesâ will not capture the American dream.

Inside 26-year-old Jake Paul's new '$16 million house,' which the controversial YouTube star said he wanted to show off to inspire his young viewers
- Controversial YouTuber and influencer Jake Paul gave a tour of his new Puerto Rico home.
- He said the home cost $16,000,000 and features eight bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, and a six-car garage.
- Paul posted a tour of the 12,800 square foot home to his YouTube channel.
In recent years Jake Paul has transformed from a controversial content creator to, well, a controversial professional boxer.
Paul got his start on Vine back in 2013, amassing over 5.3 million followers by the time the app shut down, which helped the content creator land a role on the Disney Channel in the series "Bizaardvark," but the influencer revealed he was fired from the show after KTLA 5 visited his West Hollywood home and interviewed neighbours about his brash YouTube antics.
The content creator was subsequently embroiled in a string of scandals , including a short-lived marriage to fellow YouTuber Tana Mongeau, partying during the COVID-19 pandemic, and using racial slurs.
In 2022, Paul continued to rile up controversy during his latter career as a boxer, calling out figures in the boxing world such as Canelo Alveraz, and Tommy Fury, who he recently fought and lost to in February 2023.
Paul appears to be making a comeback to YouTube after focusing more on his boxing career.
This week, Paul returned to YouTube for the first time since April, promising new, regular uploads, and started by showing off his new mansion, which he said cost $16 million.
The 26-year-old shared a 17-minute video to his 20 million subscribers on May 31, revealing some of the highlights of his luxury home in Dorado, Puerto Rico.
Paul said the house had eight bedrooms, 12 bathrooms a baseball batting cage, and a movie theatre, among other luxuries.
Here's a run-down of some of the most impressive features.
The entrance features a waterfront walkway.
The house tour got off to an impressive start before Paul and his cameraman entered the building.
The front entrance featured a watery walkway of spaced-out steps above a pond, which the influencer said he plans to fill with Koi fish, to ultimately transform it into a living habitat.
Paul showed off the spacious and luscious garden.
A whistle-stop tour of the garden included plenty of perks, such as the patio seating and multiple sun loungers with umbrellas for shade, but Paul lingered on a patch of greenery which he said he plans to transform into a "rustic" basketball court.
Paul also showed off the spacious side yard where he said he meditates in the morning as it has "very good vibes."
The place has its own private movie theater space.
A personal movie theater and hang-out room is situated in the guest house of the property, with a huge flat-screen attached to the wall, which Paul said is 120 inches long and claimed it was "the biggest TV in Puerto Rico" and the only one Sony ever shipped to the island.
Beside the TV, in the corner of the room, was a fridge packed with Celsius energy drinks, a brand that signed an endorsement deal with Paul in February, Sports Business Journal reported .
For guests who prefer something a little stronger, the other half of the movie theater room also included a bar section with a long countertop and storage for bottles.
The guest house basement features retro arcade games.
Down two flights of stairs, the lower floor featured several old-school arcade machines including the classic "Pac-Man" with another large TV attached to the wall beside it.
The room also had a large pool table, although Paul said he plans to turn the area into a "poker area" and "gun room" in the style of James Bond's armory.
There was also a long corridor of green turf with netting hung up at the end, which the influencer said during the intro of the video was a baseball batting cage.
Back upstairs there's a room dedicated to making music.
Back in 2017, Paul ventured into music with the track "It's Everyday Bro" which racked up 296 million views on YouTube , and his current Spotify account has over 230,000 monthly listeners.
Fans of the influencer's music may be pleased to learn he revealed plans to cook up two new songs in his personal music studio, including a diss track aimed at Nate Diaz, a mixed martial artist he's scheduled to box on August 5, and another track he said may be similar to his 2020 release " Fresh Outta London " which received 29 million views on YouTube.
The bedroom leads directly back onto the garden.
The master suite in the home featured a reading nook with a curved chair beside a stack of books, flowers he said were left by Paul's girlfriend, Dutch speed skater Jutta Leerdam , and a freestanding wall the influencer said he plans to knock down to get a "giant, giant bed" that will fill the entire room.
Directly opposite the bed were large windows and glass doors which, when opened, lead into the garden.
The en-suite bathroom and outdoor shower is Paul's favorite part of the house.
The open-plan bedroom gave way to a spacious bathroom with huge mirrors on either side where Paul said later in the video he hangs up motivational posters to remind himself of the goals he's working toward.
However, Paul said his favorite part of his new abode was the outdoor shower which connects to the same space.
The house has an outdoor side area with a swinging lounger.
Paul took a pause during the house tour to sit on a large, swinging seat in a side area of the home, which sat in the shade but overlooked a section of the garden.
As he swung he acknowledged that despite owning a $16 million home, he still acted like a child, and encouraged kids watching his videos to "stay fun" and "stay childish."
The walk-in closet is packed with Paul's extensive shoe collection.
Paul said he finally has "enough space" for all his shoes thanks to his elaborate walk-in closet with shelves of footwear stored behind glass doors.
The room was also filled with piles of clothes, shelves of hats, and hangers packed with T-shirts.
The influencer also alluded to a jewelry drawer in the closet, and asked his fans if they'd be interested in a specific video on the topic.
Paul gave viewers a peek into his eating habits.
The main living area is an open space with a large sectional couch and leads directly onto the kitchen, which features a large countertop littered with fruit, and a row of five seats against a large island.
Paul did the classic house tour look inside his fridge, which was filled with healthy ingredients. "We keep it pretty classy and clean around here," he said.
There's a six-car garage for Paul's collection of vehicles.
Still a work in progress according to Paul, the six-car garage featured two vehicles in the video.
The influencer said he has plans to change the flooring and the lighting to fully deck it out, and will add new cars in the coming months.
The house has a built-in elevator.
It's unclear whether the house is tall enough to warrant an elevator, but Paul said the feature was a "pretty convenient" way to get to the second floor.
The swimming pool appears to be the core feature at the center of the home.
Visible from a variety of rooms in the home, the sprawling and unignorable swimming pool sat at the center of the property, between the main residence and the guesthouse.
Paul said he wanted to inspire his viewers with his luxury home.
At the end of the video, Paul addressed his followers and said he wanted to "send a message of motivation and inspiration" to young viewers who might be considering what they wanted to do with their lives.
"You will be far more fulfilled chasing your passion and doing something you love than if you just sit around and maybe work that 9-to-5 job or going into a bunch of student loan debt," he said.

Vice President Kamala Harris Launches Nationwide Economic Opportunity Tour
The Vice President will kick off her multi-state tour with a moderated conversation in Atlanta, GA on April 29 and an event in Detroit, MI during the following week
WASHINGTON â Vice President Kamala Harris announced today that she will embark on a nationwide Economic Opportunity Tour with a series of events focused on investing in communities, building wealth, and ensuring every American has the freedom to thrive. The Vice Presidentâs tour will take her back to several states across the country as she highlights how the Biden-Harris Administration has built economic opportunity and delivered for the American people. The Economic Opportunity Tour will kick off with a moderated conversation in Atlanta, GA on April 29 and an event in Detroit, MI during the following week. Additional dates and locations will be announced soon.
âPresident Biden and I are committed to creating an economy in which every person has the freedom to thrive. That is why we have taken historic steps to advance economic opportunity by increasing access to capital, investing in small businesses, addressing housing costs, forgiving student loans and medical debt, investing in infrastructure, and championing additional policies that put money in peopleâs pockets and build wealth,â said Vice President Harris. âOur economic approach has delivered great progress, and we will continue to invest in you, your family, and your future.â
During the Vice Presidentâs Economic Opportunity Tour, she will highlight how the Biden-Harris Administration has delivered historic investments that have supported communities and helped people thrive. This includes making unprecedented investments in small businesses and achieving the fastest creation of Black-owned small businesses in more than 30 years, creating a record number of jobs, increasing access to capital for underserved communities, investing in infrastructure, cutting the price of insulin and expanding access to health care, erasing medical debt, forgiving more student loan debt than any administration in history and boosting investments in education, making housing more affordable, lowering child care costs, and increasing the wealth of American families. Vice President Harris will also outline additional steps that she and President Biden are taking to expand this work. She will be joined on the tour by Administration officials, members of Congress, local leaders, and other special guests.
The Vice Presidentâs tour is a continuation of her nonstop travel to communities across the country. She has made more than 35 trips to 16 states since the beginning of 2024. This includes consistent travel to meet with small business owners and entrepreneurs in underserved communities to discuss challenges and opportunities they face. In March, she traveled to Black Wall Street in Durham, NC to announce $32 million in funds to support historically underserved entrepreneurs. She began the year in Las Vegas, NV where she announced an SBA rule that will ensure millions of Americans who have served time are eligible for SBA loan programs that help individuals start and run small businesses.
The Vice President has long been focused on ensuring that minority, rural, and low-income communities have the capital and resources they need to thrive and support small businesses. Last year, she announced that Treasuryâs CDFI Fund has awarded over $1.73 billion in grants to 603 Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) across the country. In 2022, the Vice President also announced a first-of-its-kind public-private sector initiative â the Economic Opportunity Coalition (EOC) â that is a historic public-private partnership of more than 20 private sector organizations that will invest tens of billions of dollars to create opportunity and grow wealth in historically underserved communities. The EOC has already surpassed over $1 billion in increased member company deposits into community finance institutions. As a Senator, the Vice President partnered with key Congressional stakeholders to secure a transformative $12 billion investment for CDFIs and MDIs in December 2020. Since that time, she has worked to ensure these programs are as successful as possible.
Additional dates, cities, and details for media to RSVP will be available soon.

See who won YouTube qualifier for Myrtle Beach Classic
Change Text Size
Several popular YouTubers had a chance to earn a spot at the inaugural Myrtle Beach Classic via âThe Q at Myrtle Beach,â a 16-player, 18-hole qualifier that included YouTubers such as Grant Horvat, Peter Finch, Micah Morris and George Bryan IV.
Veteran Korn Ferry Tour pro Matt Atkins won the qualifier and will compete on TOUR next month in his home state of South Carolina. Atkins appears frequently in Bryan Bros Golf YouTube content (a joint venture between George and his brother, Wesley), where Atkins, 33, is known affectionately as âCrashkinsâ â a term that often appears in comments when he is covered on TOUR and Korn Ferry Tour social channels.
Bryan IV didn't make it easy for Atkins, though. Bryan led by two strokes to the par-5 18th hole but hit a wedge into the water and made bogey. Atkins drained a 15-foot birdie at No. 18 to match Bryan's 3-under 69, requiring a playoff hole, again the par-5 18th. Atkins won with a birdie on the first playoff hole, earning the Myrtle Beach Classic's sponsor exemption that was awarded via "The Q."
Tyler Watts finished in third place at 1-under 71, while Scott Stevens and Jay Card tied for fourth at even-par 72. Finch and Turk Pettit shared sixth place at 1-over 73. The inaugural Myrtle Beach Classic will be contested May 9-12 at The Dunes Golf and Beach Club in Myrtle Beach, as an Additional Event alongside the Wells Fargo Championship. âThe Qâ was contested last month, with players capturing content for their personal social channels but withholding results until Tuesday, with a full-length feature video released on the Play Golf Myrtle Beach YouTube channel.
Atkins has made 157 career Korn Ferry Tour starts, including a victory at the 2017 El Bosque Mexico Championship, which propelled him to his first TOUR card via the 2017 Korn Ferry Tour season-long standings. He is playing this season on conditional Korn Ferry Tour status; he will compete at this weekâs Veritex Bank Championship after successfully Monday qualifying. He also Monday qualified for the TOURâs Mexico Open at Vidanta earlier this year (his 26th career TOUR start), and he finished T38 at The RSM Classic last fall as a Monday qualifier, where he spoke emotionally about what it means to pursue a professional golf career amidst financial uncertainty.
Atkins will have no status uncertainty next month in South Carolina. Heâll compete at the Myrtle Beach Classic via âThe Q.â

The Rolling Stones setlist: Here are all the songs on their Hackney Diamonds Tour
It doesnât matter that both Mick Jagger and Keith Richards are 80.
As long as theyâre sharing a stage, the Rolling Stones will continue to defy age and energy.
The bandâs 16-city stadium sprint â sponsored, appropriately, by AARP â kicked off April 28 at NRG Stadium in Houston and will play through July 17 in Santa Clara, California. In between, the Rolling Stones will visit cities including Las Vegas, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Cleveland and Chicago.
In October, the band released âHackney Diamonds,â their first new album since 2005. For this complementary tour, Jagger, Richards and Ronnie Wood â along with durable supporting players Chuck Leavell, Darryl Jones, Matt Clifford, Karl Denson, Tim Ries, Steve Jordan (who assumed rhythm duties after the 2021 death of original drummer Charlie Watts ) and background vocalists Bernard Fowler and Chanel Haynes â shined on stage for two hours.
The 18-song set was stuffed with iconic rock anthems including âJumpinâ Jack Flash,â âStart Me Up,â and âMiss Youâ, along with a smattering of new songs from âHackney,â including the Grammy-nominated â Angry .â
Stadiums, which the band has played for nearly 50 years, still suit their blues-splattered rock and indefatigable frontman Jagger, who still slithers effortlessly, remains an undisputed legend.

Biden Calls Out Donald âSleepy Donâ Trump During White House Correspondentsâ Dinner
P resident Joe Biden called out Donald Trump at the White House Correspondentsâ Association dinner on Saturday in Washington D.C., making fun of the former Presidentâs legal troubles and both of the 2024 election candidatesâ ages.
Biden is 81 and Trump 77, making them the oldest major party presidential nominees in history. Both men are battling public perceptions about their age and competencyâand seizing upon one anotherâs weaknesses in the race for the White House.
Biden began by mocking Trump after journalists reported that the former President appeared to fall asleep last week in Manhattan court during a criminal trial against him . Trump is facing felony charges that he falsified business records to cover up a hush-money payment to adult film star Stormy Daniels before the 2016 election.
âSleepy Don, I kind of like that, I may use it again,â Biden quipped.
Biden went on to mention the 2024 election and acknowledged: âAnd yes, age is an issue. Iâm a grown man running against a six-year-old.â
Trump has similarly mocked Bidenâs age over the years, calling the President âSleepy Joeâ because of Bidenâs verbal blunders . Biden in the past called himself a âgaffe machine,â but has forcefully pushed back against a characterization of him in a special counsel report in February as a âwell-meaning elderly man with a poor memory.â
âAge is the only thing we have in common,â Biden said about his opponent in his speech Saturday. âMy Vice President actually endorses me,â he quipped, referencing how former Vice President Mike Pence, who did not support Trumpâs false claims that the 2020 election was stolen , is not endorsing Trump in 2024.
Biden said he has had a âgreat stretchâ since his State of the Union address in March. Trump, however, has had a âfew tough days lately.â
âYou might call it stormy weather,â the President remarked, in reference to the name of the adult film star whose accusations are the center of the ongoing criminal trial against Trump.
In the rest of his speech, Biden called on the media to move past distractions during election coverage, said journalism was not a crime, and promised that the U.S. was doing everything it could to free Wall Street Journal reporter Evan Gershkovich , who is classified by the U.S. as wrongfully detained in Russia.
âThere are some who call you the âenemy of the people,ââ Biden said, in reference to Trumpâs previous attacks on journalists using the phrase . âThatâs wrong and thatâs dangerous. You literally risk your lives doing your job.â
Itâs tradition for the President to attend and speak at the annual dinner for the White House Correspondentsâ Association , which represents hundreds of journalists covering the White House, although Trump did not do so when he served as President.
This year, amid the Israel-Hamas war , around 400 protesters gathered outside the dinner to protest the Biden Administrationâs position on the war and media coverage of it, according to a coalition of activist groups who organized the protest. The war has killed 1,200 people in Israel, according to the Israeli government, and more than 34,000 Palestinians, per Gazaâs health ministry. The death toll includes at least 97 journalists, 92 of them Palestinian, according to the Committee to Protect Journalists.
Video provided by the organizers shows protesters marching into the Washington Hilton hotel, where the event was held, chanting âMedia, media, when you lie, journalists in Gaza dieâ and carrying a banner that read âBidenâs legacy is genocide.â
The protest followed a group of journalists in Gaza releasing an open letter on April 15 calling for the media to boycott the event.
âAs Palestinian journalists, we urgently appeal to you, our colleagues globally, with a demand for immediate and unwavering action against the Biden Administrationâs ongoing complicity in the systematic slaughter and persecution of journalists in Gaza,â the letter read.
Journalist Mehdi Hasanâwho recently left MSNBC after his show was canceled and started his own media organization Zeteoâheeded the call to boycott, posting on X (formerly Twitter) that although he had attended the dinner for the past two years, he would not do so this year in solidarity with Gaza journalists.
