Travis Scott has revealed the dates and venues for his North American trek in support of his latest chart-topping album “ Utopia .”

Dubbed the “ Circus Maximus ” tour, Scott will play his first show in Charlotte on Oct. 11 and will continue through North America, ending with a Dec. 29 stop in Toronto. The tour will also include Scott’s largest headline show to date in Los Angeles’ SoFi Stadium.

This will be his first official tour since the “Astroworld: Wish You Were Here Tour” in 2018. See the complete lineup of dates below.

Scott previously announced his intention to bring “Circus Maximus” to the U.S. and Europe but had not confirmed any dates until today.

“ Utopia tour soon U.S. and Euro dates soon to be announce [sic] I miss the road and I miss y’all,” he wrote in the caption.

“Utopia” debuted on the Billboard 200 this week with towering streaming numbers that easily launched the star-laden set to No. 1. The set is his first since 2018’s “Astroworld,” and this tour will be his first since the Astroworld Festival tragedy left 10 people dead and more than 100 others injured in a crowd crush in November 2021.

He was expected to have an album release party in Egypt, though that was abruptly canceled and moved to a new venue in Rome where he performed “Utopia” for the first time. According to Live Nation, that event sold out 60,000 tickets in just two days.

During the Circus Maximus show, Scott brought out Kanye West for a performance of West’s “Can’t Tell Me Nothing” and “Praise God.” He also paid tribute to West by saying, “There is no Utopia without Kanye West. There is no Travis Scott without Kanye West. There is no Rome without Kanye West.”

Travis Scott drops dates for 2023 Utopia Tour - his first headliner since Astroworld

ATLANTA - Travis Scott fans have been going wild ever since the star dropped the highly anticipated dates to his 2023 Utopia - Circus Maximus Tour Tuesday night. This will be the first time La Flame headlines a tour since the Astroworld catastrophe in 2021.

Scott, whose real name is Jacques Bermon Webster II, will be headed across the country from mid-October until the end of the year. He'll perform hits from his fourth studio album, UTOPIA. The project was released at the end of July.

While we don't know if there are plans for any guest appearances on the tour, there are quite a few features on the new album, including: Beyoncé, SZA, 21 Savage, Future, Bad Bunny and Drake. A surprise pop-up from any one of them would be enough to make the crowd go wild.

Announcing a new tour is a big move for the SICKO MODE rapper, who just learned this summer that he would not be criminally charged for the deaths of the 10 people who were trampled at his Astroworld Festival in Houston two years ago.

When news broke of the decision, Scott's attorney Kent Schaffer told FOX 26 Houston , "I just got off the phone with Travis. He’s in Europe, and he’s preparing to go on stage. He’s ecstatic and very appreciative of what the grand jury did."

In an interview with the Breakfast Club's Charlamagne Tha God a month after the tragic incident, Scott addressed the moshing and "raging" culture fans at his concerts are known for. He insinuated that he wanted to learn from the mistakes his security and team may have made at Astroworld in order to have safer events in the future.

Fans will likely be curious as to what that means for Utopia.

Tickets are expected to go on sale on Ticketmaster starting at 10 a.m. EST Thursday.

Travis Scott Will Head Back On The Road For The ‘Utopia – Circus Maximus Tour’ In North American Arenas

Travis Scott may not have been able to perform at the Pyramids of Giza in Egypt as he wanted to, but we now know when he plans to bring live performances of his new album Utopia to fans stateside, courtesy of the Circus Maximus Tour . The tour begins in late September in Chicago and crosses North America, touching down in Boston, Atlanta, Travis’ native Houston, Los Angeles, Vancouver, and more before wrapping up in Miami.

The Circus Maximus Tour will be Scott’s first since the Astroworld: Wish You Were Here Tour in 2018 and 2019 with Gunna, Sheck Wes, and Trippie Redd, as well as his first since the Astroworld Festival tragedy. With the fallout from the latter still looming over his head, all eyes will likely be on this tour, hoping for the best.

Update: Live Nation previously announced dates for the tour, but they are not official. Confirmed dates have yet to be announced. The previously announced tour dates (which, again, were not official) ran across North America from late September to late November. Yesterday (August 9), Scott shared an update on Instagram, writing, UTOPIA TOUR SOON. US AND EURO DATES SOON TO BE ANNOUNCE. I MISS THE ROAD I MISSS YALLLL.”

Travis Scott Officially Announces 2023 Utopia - Circus Maximus Tour

Travis Scott has announced a 2023 North American tour. Dubbed the Utopia - Circus Maximus Tour, the trek will take place this fall, beginning in Charlotte, North Carolina, on October 11 and ending on December 29 in Toronto, Ontario. These dates vary from the ones Live Nation leaked earlier this month before deleting its social media post and ticket pages for the tour. Tickets go on sale tomorrow at 10 a.m. local time. Scott had initially planned a concert in Houston, but that date does not appear in the itinerary. A spokesperson for the city’s mayor told Rolling Stone that “at one point” the show had been planned and the mayor’s office communicated with Toyota Center to coordinate a safety plan. The fate of that show is unclear.

A spokesperson for the mayor told Rolling Stone Tuesday that “at one point” both the Toyota Center and Live Nation had notified the City of Houston that Scott planned to perform in the city. “Our public safety leaders and special events subject matter experts decided to communicate with the Toyota Center and coordinate on a safety plan,” the spokesperson said. Sylvester Turner originally said earlier this month that Scott had “booked the Toyota Center for a concert in October.”

A spokesperson for the mayor told Rolling Stone Tuesday that “at one point” both the Toyota Center and Live Nation had notified the City of Houston that Scott planned to perform in the city. “Our public safety leaders and special events subject matter experts decided to communicate with the Toyota Center and coordinate on a safety plan,” the spokesperson said.

At the start of August, Scott performed at Rome’s Circus Maximus , doing several Utopia songs and hosting a surprise appearance from Kanye West. His show caused the ground to shake so much that locals feared there was an earthquake , causing calls for a concert ban at the historic venue in the future.

The Utopia - Circus Maximus Tour will be the rapper’s first headlining tour since the 2021 Astroworld Festival tragedy , which resulted in 10 deaths and countless injuries. In late July, the Houston Police Department shared an extensive report on the event, in which Scott recalled being told through his earpiece, “You got to wrap it up, it’s getting kinda hectic out there.” He claimed that he was not made aware of the gravity of the situation until later.

Prior to the police report, a Harris County grand jury determined that Scott will not be criminally charged for the event’s happenings. Both Scott and Live Nation still face several civil lawsuits relating to Astroworld, although a few have already been settled .

Travis Scott’s Astroworld Comeback Tour Moves Along With New Pharrell Song

Neither Pharrell Williams nor Travis Scott are Georgia natives, but their latest collaboration “Down in Atlanta” is a breezy ode to the buzzing city. The single, which follows the 21 Savage and Tyler, the Creator-assisted track “Cash In Cash Out,” will appear on Williams’ forthcoming album Phriends .

“I told shawty to bring the wave/You know life’s a beach/She said, “Life’s a bitch”/Let’s hit Magic City,” Scott offers in the opening verse over funk-driven production.

Williams and Scott last appeared alongside each other on Astroworld deepcut “Skeletons” back in 2018. “Down in Atlanta” arrives two months after it was previewed in September during Scott’s “Road To Utopia” seven-night Las Vegas residency at the Zouk Nightclub at Resorts World.

Last month, some of the families of the victims killed at Astroworld settled their lawsuits against Scott, Live Nation, and others involved in the event. Nearly  300   lawsuits were filed  in the aftermath of the deadly crowd surge, the majority of them naming Scott as well as other groups involved in the festival, like Live Nation, the promoter ScoreMore, the venue NRG Park, and various security companies. Scott and the other defendants have denied the allegations against them.

As for Pharrell, his latest slate of releases follow the announcement of Something in the Water 2023 , his own music festival set to make its return to his hometown of Virginia Beach after relocating to Washington D.C. for a year. The Pharrell and Friends portion of the lineup will account for one of his few live performance appearances, given his preference for staying behind the scenes.

“You can feel through their voices that so many of their lives have been affected and changed because of something you’ve done,” Williams told BTS’s RM, who will also appear on Phriends , in a recent Rolling Stone Musicians on Musicians interview. “I don’t know how you do that. Because I’ve had a couple songs do that, and then when I get out there and go sing it, that would make me cry because it was too much of a responsibility. Man, every time I get that close to that, I always step back.”

The outing includes a planned stop at the troubled Co-Op Live in Manchester, England, which has been beset by a series of false starts and technical issues during what was slated to be its opening month. To date, shows by Olivia Rodrigo and A Boogie Wit a Hoodie have been postponed at the last minute and the 23,500-capacity building originally slated to open on April 23-24 with shows by comedian Peter Kay has yet to put on a full show for a capacity crowd. On May 2, the venue said it was taking a “short pause” in events to “fully ensure the safety and security of fans and artists visiting the venue”

The first wrongful-death trial in Travis Scott concert deaths has been delayed

HOUSTON — (AP) — The start of the first civil trial stemming from the 2021 Astroworld festival , at which 10 people were killed in a crowd surge, has been delayed.

Jury selection had been set to begin next Tuesday in the wrongful-death lawsuit filed the family of Madison Dubiski , a 23-year-old Houston resident who was killed during the crowd crush at the Nov. 5, 2021, concert by rap superstar Travis Scott .

But Apple Inc., one of the more than 20 defendants going to trial next week, filed an appeal this week, automatically delaying the start of jury selection.

“Unless I hear differently, the trial is stayed,” state District Judge Kristen Hawkins said during a court hearing Thursday.

Apple, which livestreamed Scott’s concert, is appealing a ruling by Hawkins that denied the company’s motion to be dismissed from the case. Apple has argued that under Texas law, it can appeal Hawkins’ ruling because its defense claims are being made in part as a member of the electronic media.

Apple is arguing that in livestreaming Scott’s concert, it was acting as a member of the electronic media and its actions merit free speech protection.

“It remains our position that our conduct is protected by the First Amendment,” Kent Rutter, one of Apple’s attorneys, told Hawkins during a court hearing Thursday.

Just before the hearing ended, Hawkins said she had been notified that the appeals court earlier Thursday had denied a request by the lawyers for Dubiski's family to lift the stay.

Jason Itkin, one of the attorneys for Dubiski’s family, said he planned to appeal that denial, likely up to the Texas Supreme Court.

Lawyers for Dubiski’s family have alleged that her death was caused by negligent planning and a lack of concern over capacity at the event. Her lawyers allege that how Apple placed its cameras around the concert site affected the placement of barriers and reduced available crowd space by the main stage.

Rutter argued that it was broadcasting an event “with significant public interest” and that by doing so, it was acting as a member of the media and gathering news.

Itkin said Apple has described itself in business records as a company that makes smartphones and computers but doesn’t mention news or news reporting. He added that the company’s Apple News app is a subscription service that aggregates the stories of other news organizations.

“This is not a free speech case. They know that,” Itkin said.

During the hearing, Hawkins appeared skeptical about Apple’s claims about being a member of the electronic media, asking Rutter that if a livestream were set up in a zoo to watch animals, would that be news.

“Yes, it would be,” Rutter said.

Over 4,000 plaintiffs filed hundreds of lawsuits following the concert. Dubiski’s case had been chosen by attorneys in the litigation to be the first to go to trial. More than 20 defendants, including Scott, Apple and Live Nation, the festival’s promoter, had been set to go on trial Tuesday.

Following a police investigation , a grand jury last year declined to indict Scott, along with five others connected to the festival.

Travis Scott to perform at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in 2024

Following his sold-out 2023 North American tour and record-breaking No.1 album UTOPIA , Travis Scott will perform his largest U.K. headline show to date at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Thursday 11 July as part of the UTOPIA - Circus Maximus Tour .

The European leg of the tour will kick off in the Netherlands at the Gelredome on 28 June, continuing through the United Kingdom and making stops in Poland, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Italy and Czechia before wrapping in Frankfurt, Germany on 27 July.

Scott’s critically acclaimed album UTOPIA was the biggest-selling hip-hop release of 2023, holding strong at No.1 on the Billboard Top 200 for four weeks running, and garnering over 50 billion streams globally. Additionally, Spotify named UTOPIA the most streamed album in its first week in 2023, and Apple Music confirmed the biggest first-day streams of an album in 2023.

He joins a host of world-renowned artists to perform at London’s newest sport, leisure and entertainment destination, with Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Guns N Roses and Wizkid all previously gracing the London N17 stage, and both P!NK and Pearl Jam confirmed for shows in summer 2024.

Tottenham Hotspur Season Ticket Holders and One Hotspur Members will be given priority access to tickets for Travis Scott: Utopia with an exclusive pre-sale, commencing at 10am on Thursday 9 May. The priority window for Premium options is now open .

Tickets will go on general sale on Friday 10 May, 10am, at tottenhamhotspur.com.

£1 from every ticket sold, will go to Cactus Jack Foundation , a 501(c)3 with a mission to uplift Houston youth through toy drives, scholarship programs to HBCU college students, and fulfilling expenses for education and creative endeavours.

Travis Scott Announces European Leg of 'UTOPIA: CIRCUS MAXIMUS' Tour

Tickets go on sale this friday..

Travis Scott is not ready to leave UTOPIA quite yet. After selling out his North American UTOPIA: CIRCUS MAXIMUS tour, La Flame will be taking the trek overseas, kicking off a summer European run of the tour in late June.

“Europe we on the way. Tickets on sale Friday, May 10. Bringing Circus Maximus over the pond. Let’s make this one the best. Can’t wait to see you alllll,” Scott wrote in an Instagram caption.

Travis Scott UK tour: Dates, how to get tickets and if there’s a pre-sale

The  astroworld performer has announced stops in london and manchester on his new european tour this summer.

American rapper Travis Scott is set to host his largest UK headline show to date this summer as part of a 14-stop continuation of his Utopia: Circus Maximus Tour across Britain and mainland Europe.

Scott is set to perform at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and Manchester’s £365m Co-op Live venue in July which follows a sold-out tour of North America last year off the back of the artist’s record-breaking No 1 album UTOPIA .

The critically-acclaimed album was last year’s biggest-selling hip-hop release, pulling in 50 billion streams globally as well as the titles of most streamed album in its first week on Spotify in 2023 and most streamed album on its first day on Apple Music in 2023.

Here’s everything you need to know about the Utopia – Circus Maximus World Tour , including dates of the UK gigs and other stops and where and when to buy general and pre-sale tickets.

When is Travis Scott playing in the UK?

The first of Scott’s two newly-announced UK gigs is on Thursday 11 July at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London.

This is to be followed two nights later by a show at the problem-plagued Co-op Live venue in Manchester , which is scheduled for Saturday 13 July.

The Astroworld artist kicks off his European tour at the Gelre Dome in Arnhem in the Netherlands on 28 June before taking to various stages in Poland (Krakow; 2 July), Switzerland (Zurich; 4 July), France (Nice; 6 July), Austria (Vienna; 7 July) and Belgium (Antwerp; 8 July) ahead of his two stops on British soil.

He then returns to the continent to finish up the tour, performing in Romania (Constinesti; 14 July), Czechia (Prague; 18 July) and Italy (Milan; 23 July) in between stops in the German cities of Hamburg (16 July), Cologne (20 July) and Frankfurt (27 July).

The news of the new tour comes as the start of the first civil trial stemming from Scott’s 2021 Astroworld festival in Houston – at which 10 people were killed in a crowd surge – has been delayed .

Jury selection had previously been set to begin Tuesday 7 May in the wrongful-death lawsuit filed by the family of Madison Dubiski, a 23-year-old Houston resident who was killed during the crowd crush at Scott’s November 2021 concert.

When do tickets go on sale?

Tickets go on general sale from 10am on Friday 10 May.

One euro or pound from every ticket sold will reportedly go to Scott’s Cactus Jack Foundation , a 501(c)3 (non-profit organisation) with a mission to uplift the youth from Houston (the capital of Scott’s home state, Texas) through toy drives, scholarship programmes to students at historically black colleges and universities and fulfilling expenses for education and creative endeavours.

Is there a pre-sale?

You can register in advance for early access – pre-sale – tickets to both UK concerts.

Meanwhile, a press release from Tottenham Hotspur says that Spurs season ticket holders and One Hotspur Members “will be given priority access to tickets” for the London show “with an exclusive pre-sale”.

Pre-sale tickets are set to go live at 10am on Thursday 9 May, a day before general tickets are made available for purchase.

Travis Scott Extends World Tour in Europe and the UK in 2024

T ravis Scott’s 2023 UTOPIA – Circus Maximus Tour was a sold-out success, and the rapper plans to continue the tour this summer with a number of European and UK tour dates. Scott will hit countries including the Netherlands, Poland, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Germany, the Czech Republic, Italy, and the United Kingdom. 

No supporting or opening acts have been announced as of yet. The tour will also support the Cactus Jack Foundation, which provides toy drives and scholarship programs to Houston, Texas youth and HBCU college students.

The Circus Maximus Stadium Tour will kick off on June 28 in Arnhem, Netherlands at GelreDome. The last date of the tour will be July 27 in Frankfurt, Germany at Deutsche Bank Park.

It doesn’t look like there will be any presale events for this tour, and tickets will be available for public sale on May 10 at 10:00 am local. Fans can get their tickets from Scott’s website . Ticketmaster also appears to be the main ticketing platform. However, if your tour date sells out on May 10, we recommend checking Viagogo for last-minute seats. You might get lucky and find tickets available for cheaper than face value. It’s worth taking a look to see what’s available!
