Pre-Construction Services:  Before beginning any project, there are many things that need to be addressed. Some are the fun parts: selecting the finish materials; other more critical issues are permit applications, and meeting Energy Code requirement. New Creation Construction engages with our trade partners, as needed, for each individual project. These trade partners can include the Structural Designer, and Engineer, along with the Interior Designer, Cabinet Designer, Electrician, and Plumber. The input from both the Trade Partners, you (the Client), guides the scope of the project. From this determination the Permittable plan package is created and a proposal can be drafted. 

Custom Home Builder: at NCC we take your ideas, or plans, and build YOUR home. We have no pre-set menus to choose from. We enjoy the challenge each new project brings. We have the experience to meet the demands of unusual projects, as well as finding solutions for your truly Custom home! - Most of the homes we build are in rural settings - large blank lots that we work to orient for the maximum potential of that setting. 

Custom Remodels:  In the past couple years, we've spent more time at Home and what was functional, may no longer be desirable. There are many reasons to Remodel, rather than move (market conditions can be a Key factor). Some of the common remodels address needs to "Age-in-Place" enabling Homeowners to live at home as long as possible. This model has immediate and long term benefits, such as Wide doorways that increase the ease of moving anything in the house! Another common remodel addresses the Kitchen function, more often there are several cooks trying to work in the same place and a new layout can ease that workload. Also, it just might be time to change things up and refresh a hard working space.

Sustainable Building Systems:  At NCC one of the foundational principals guiding our building practice is to build the best shell that the client can afford. You can't show the shell off like the lovely new Kitchen counter top. But over the life of the structure, the best shell will payback: in comfort of that living space, and lower cost for heating/cooling. The newer Energy Codes do mandate some of these practices, but we do our best to step that up for your long term comfort. 

Solar Design: Currently a good answer to meeting Energy Code; many projects just lend themselves to a Solar System.

Off Grid:  When appropriate, enjoy the challenge of integrating all the systems necessary for the function of the house.

Quality Materials: we are proud of the work we do, and the finish work is what is most visible. 

Lite Commercial: we have been involved in Office space, Retail sales space, - You can spend more time at work than at home - we can maximize the function and comfort of that space.
