Amazing Southern Europe tour with our very professional tour guide Amanda Wong

We took the Green Like 9 days tour to visit Paris,Switzerland,Italy,Vatican City and Monaco.Our tour guide Amanda was very friendly,helpful and professional.She is very knowledgeable,informative,and energetic person and made us feel safe and comfortable whenever we went.She explained all about the history and what we should be careful in these areas.Our driver was also a very skilled and safe driver. Our whole family (3 adults and one child) have booked your 14 days’ tour group departing at Paris on 14 oct 2023. The hotel in Luxembourg at the first day has newly painted and has great smells in the arranged room for me. I have brought a 3 years old child, thus I asked the tour guider（鄢祥 Charles）to exchange an hotel room without big smell. The tour manager told me the hotel is full, we should stay in the arranged room or else we will sleep in the lobby. Except that the tour manager had done nothing but showed a very bad attitude toward our whole family, this has been recorded as the attachment. However, the second day after I checked again with the hotel manager, they confirmed the newly painting and confirmed there are 19 rooms available that night. I attached the email letter between me and the manager of Luxembourg hotel. So obviously, the tour manager has cheated us. Except that, the tour manager collected the two days’ Gratuity at the noon of the first day, that is violating the rules about the gratuity. Because of the bad attitude of this tour manager, and obviously the quality of hotel is not delivered as the commitment, I asked for the feedback about the lateral hotel, such as whether they have painted recently, if they can give me this information and confirmed no problem, I will continue join the tour group, however, no anywhere gives me such feedback. I called your EMERGENCY PHONE NL: +31 - 64344 8738 the night of October 14, there’s no answer the night when the thing happens. And the day of October 15，I called again and the front desk said they will record and the corresponding department will give feedback. How, no any feedback receives until today.

Went on the Yellow Line (7-Day Spain and Portugal) Tour. This tour is jam-packed with things to do and see. Very fast-paced pace but while at the different locations, there is adequate time to see different attractions. You will not be able to see every main attraction and you might be not able to enter every attraction due to time restrictions and availability but this is warned to you ahead of time during booking and in the itinerary. The hotels we stayed at are only 3 stars and below. You may get the odd one or two 4-star hotels during your whole tour but this won't be communicated until the day before you arrive at your arrival city. The hotels are constantly changing due to availability and the size of your tour group. I would warn people to lower your expectations. Some of the hotels are very bad and some are very good. If you have no expectations, you won't be disappointed. On this tour, we had Mirjam as our tour guide. Despite what other reviewers may say about her. She was very organized and friendly and at no point would you say she was rushing you. Remember, she has a strict schedule she has to follow as this is a fast-paced tour and she has to get us to the main attractions, give us time to eat and shop, get us to our hotel and do it again the next day. I do not recommend being late for the pickup times she or any tour guide gives as there is a possibility of being left behind and that is on you not the tour company or the tour guide. Would I travel with GoEUGo again, yes I would and I plan to travel on their other lines. I've done their Green Line and now the Yellow Line. Loved both!

Actually went June 2022. 2 week tour of Copenhagen, Norway and Sweden. Beautiful place like Alaska where I grew up. I was frustrated that they only gave me 1 hour and 29 minutes to connect to my flight in Chicago when I wanted an earlier flight from Salt Lake. I was put off by Tour Director Goran Pilovec. I know I was not as fast as I wanted to be or that he wanted me to be. I am about 20 years older than he was. At a stop I was buying a snack and was attempting to make the transaction, dealing with language barriers and money and Goran came out yelling at me for taking too much time. I was in a hotel lobby and Goran was arguing with an employee in a language I couldn't understand. I also saw him arguing with someone when I was on the bus waiting for a ferry. It is a worthwhile trip and hope you don't get Goran as your tour director.

I grudgingly booked a trip from Munich to Prague on the ALX Train due to a last-minute cancellation by Flixbus. All the negative reviews I had read about the ALX Trains were proven correct, and sadly I am able to add to that negativity. The train was late to depart Munich. The train was actually comprised of two halves and scheduled to "split" for separate destinations at one of the stops along the way. There were no ALX staff on the platform to advise passengers of this. Consequently, many passengers ended up in the wrong cars. The train was grossly oversold, and many people had to stand the entire time. Prior to the train "split", those passengers finding themselves the wrong set of cars had to make a mad dash at one of the stops, baggage in tow, to situate themselves in the set of cars destined for Prague. My wife and I rode this portion of the trip standing in the airlock between cars. Shortly after the train split and we were on the way to Prague, the train stopped at a small German town, and we were all ordered to "Get Off" the train. We were unceremoniously "Dumped" on the platform with no explanation or alternatives. Passengers were stunned by this abrupt situation and began try and get some sense of what was going on. One group of older ladies traveling together spoke with us. They stated that they fluently understood the Czech language and culture and were thoroughly convinced that the train engineer, who was making the PA announcements prior to the train stoppage, was "most definitely intoxicated". This conclusion was based on the slurred speech detected by these ladies. Not speaking the language, I was not aware of this. Less than reassuring by any standard, given the overcrowding and potential for disaster. After milling about on the station platform for over two hours with no guidance or explanation for the marooned passengers (on a hot, sunny afternoon) a police presence began to develop. Shortly thereafter, the several hundred stranded individuals surged onto the platform as the result of a posted ALX Train departure to Prague on the platform monitor. The police maintained order while waiting for this "replacement" train to arrive. This train did arrive, and we boarded without incident, a very overcrowded train to Prague. I simply cannot overstate the abject failure of the company operating these ALX Trains to meet the very basic expectations of passengers. Save yourself the time, expense, aggravation and potential hazard to your personal safety by seeking alternative transportation. The ICE, DB Regional or other alternatives are recommended.

Our family joined 2 colour of lines (routes) by joining in the middle of the orange tour in Rome, then changed to the purple line in Avignon. The tour was in a rush and you spent most of the time on the coach, basically a coach tour. Just wanna share an example of a day - we rushed from Senreno in Italy in the early morning to Monaco in the later morning, then Nice in the afternoon, Cannes in the evening, and finally somewhere near Avignon at night. Horribly spent >5 hours on coach a day. If you like rushing your day, that’s definitely your choice. Further, you got sent to “tourist shopping facilities”. For example, the fragrance factory in France, the leather “factory” in Italy… they’re actually a shop but prolly there’re commission in between so everyone got sent there for few hours every two days regardless of the super packed schedule. For the accommodation, poor on average as expected. Minimal service, facilities, and equipments were served from the hotel, not to mention the super small hotel rooms. Every night is a disappointment. Moreover, the tour guides quality were poor than average. I’m sorry to say that but that’s the reality - the first tour guide Ken was not quite organised, for example, dumped us for toilet stop in Cannes and the famous red carpet was actually blocked. Tourists were left there without direction then went back to the coach. Such a disappointment. Another discouraging thing was about the sexist joke that he thought Asian could take over. Sorry but that’s a no. For the second tour guide in the purple line, Andy, he was sneaky. When we first got picked up from the hotel, Andy already pressured us to buy the “package” of tourist spots by exaggerating that it would cause trouble to other tour mates for taking extra route and time if not visiting these famous spots. We found out it was a lie as 2 out of 40 tourists didn’t buy anything and we all got sent to the same spot and shared the same bus route. More importantly, he sold the ticket of Pont du Gard at €25 per head, which its official website only charges us €6.5. That’s definitely a RIPE OFF. Unfortunately, every second in the tour was a torture and not sure if it would be a right choice to be with Go Euro Go anymore.

• 1. Overnight accommodation will not be provided on the last day of the tour and for daily tours. Tour price is including continental breakfast (CBF) starting from the first overnight of the tour.
• 2. Children aged 2-11 years requiring an extra bed for accommodation, adult tour price + single supplement is applied.
• 3. Infant (Aged under 2) : Free . But Infant gets no coach seat, on lap-only, room share with two adults, no extra bed.
• 4. Please note that the drop off time is for reference only and may vary slightly due to traffic/unforeseen circumstances
• 5. Please note that there will be an extra charge of € 15 per person per night for the Pink Line accommodation due to a higher living standard in Scandinavia
• 6. Please note that there will be an extra charge of € 25 per person per night for the Brown Line in the city of Dubrovnik. Accommodation in this city are particularly high.

Single Room Supplement

If customer is willing to share the room with other tour members of the same gender, we will NOT charge the single supplement fee. Once a final decision has been made, it is not possible to amend the choice later. Complaints regarding this issue will not be accepted.

• 1. Price: € 60 per person per night (noted: sharing room only apply on tour, not possible for pre and post hotel)
• 2. Pink Line and Brown Line (Dubrovnik 2 night ) single supplement: € 85 per person per night (same conditions as above)
• 3. If customer is willing to share the room with other tour members of the same gender, we will NOT charge the single supplement fee. Once a final decision has been made, it is not possible to amend the choice later. Complaints regarding this issue will not be accepted.
• 4. If client decides not to share a room after joining the tour, an additional of €120 per night will be need to be charged

Transfer pickup and drop off . This service is only provided for the convenience of the guest.

Shuttle service is available at the following airports: Paris (CDG), Paris (ORY), Amsterdam (AMS), Frankfurt (FRA), Lisbon(LIS), Madrid (MAD), London (LHR/LGW), Manchester(MAN), Barcelona (BCN), Rome (FCO/CIA), Vienna (VIE), Prague (PRG), Budapest (BUD), Copenhagen (CPH), Stockholm (STO), Oslo (OSL). The service is available only from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. An additional overtime fee of 20 euros per person per journey will be charged for services exceeding the working hours.
